The PBE0/pcSseg-2//pcseg-2 calculations of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts were performed for a classical series of 12 Strychnos alkaloids (except for the earlier studied parent strychnine), namely akuammicine, isostrychnine, rosibiline, tsilanine, spermostrychnine, diaboline, cyclostrychnine, henningsamide, strychnosilidine, strychnobrasiline, holstiine, and icajine. It was found that the calculated 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts show markedly good correlations with available experimental data, as characterized by a mean absolute error of 0.22 ppm for the range of 8 ppm for protons and 1.97 ppm for the range of 180 ppm for carbons. Complementarily, the present results provide essential NMR update and fill a gap in the NMR data of this distinguished group of vitally important natural products.  相似文献

The tautomerism of 5(6)-methoxy-2-([(4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-pyridinyl)methyl] sulfinyl)-1H-benzimidazole (omeprazole) was determined in solution, K(T) = 0.59 in THF at 195 K, in favor of the 6-methoxy tautomer. The assignment of the signals was made by comparison with its two N-methyl derivatives in acetone-d6 and through theoretical calculations of the absolute shieldings (GIAO/DFT/6-311++G**).  相似文献

(1)H and (13)C NMR data for N-substituted morpholines 1-20 were measured using 1D (DEPT, 1D NOE difference) and 2D NMR spectroscopic methods including (1)H-(1)H COSY, long-range (1)H-(1)H COSY, NOESY, gHMBC and gHMQC experiments. At room temperature the (1)H NMR spectra of protonated compounds 2 and 9 show the chair conformation for the morpholine ring. The major protonation sites of six cardiotonic isomeric 2-aryl-n-methoxy-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]- and -[4,5-c]-pyridines (n = 4–7) were determined by 1H and 13C NMR methods. All the 1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridines and the 7-methoxy derivative of sulmazole were found to protonate at the pyridyl nitrogen. Protonation occurred at the imidazo nitrogen, however, for the 5- and 6-methoxy derivatives of sulmazole.  相似文献

Although there has been a major progress in the analysis of native lignin using NMR in the recent years, not much attention has been paid to lignosulfonates. Lignosulfonates are more difficult to analyse because of solubility issues and a more complex structure owing to chemical modification during the pulping process. A large database of NMR data is available for the building blocks of native lignin, but no data are available for the corresponding sulfonated compounds. We have prepared 15 monomeric and seven dimeric sulfonated model compounds characterised by NMR. These include models for end groups, as well as beta-beta, beta-5, 5-5 and beta-O-5 linkages in lignosulfonates, and will be important for further structural investigation on lignosulfonate.  相似文献

Five novel epoxide derivatives of cytochalasin B were synthesized. Reaction of cytochalasin B with t-BHP and BuLi led to selective epoxidation of the C-21/22 double bond to give a single monoepoxide, while reaction with m-CPBA yielded two diepoxides. Reaction of the monoepoxide with m-CPBA yielded two triepoxides. The relative configurations of the epoxides were elucidated by analogy with the natural product by means of spectroscopic methods; full assignment of NMR signals was achieved, and the absolute configuration was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Vitamin E is a family of chromanols that vary by the degree of methylation of the chroman ring as well as the nature of the hydrophobic side chain at C2 that serves to anchor these lipids in biological membranes. The tocopherols contain saturated side chains, whereas the tocotrienols contain three sites of unsaturation and are derived from geranylgeranyl diphosphate. A growing interest in the unique biological activities of the tocotrienols has led us to begin syntheses of isotopically substituted forms and other derivatives that will be useful for probing the metabolism and membrane behavior of the tocotrienols. In order to be certain of our ability to selectively modify sites on the parent molecules it was necessary to make as complete an assignment of the 1H and 13C NMR as possible. Herein we report multidimensional NMR data (HSQC, COSY, ADEQUATE(1,1), C--H HMBC, and NOESY) that have allowed us to assign the identity of almost all the resonances for alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocotrienol.  相似文献

NMR chemical shifts of 1H, 13C, and 73Ge are reported for a series of monosubstituted aromatic trimethylgermanes of the type XC6H4Ge(CH3)3; X = p-N(CH3)2, p-OCH3, p-OC2H5, p-C(CH3)3, p-Si(CH3)3, p-Ge(CH3)3, p-Sn(CH3)3, p-CH3, m-CH3, -H, m-OCH3, p-Cl, p-Br, m-F, m-CF3, p-CF3, o-OCH3, and o-CH3. The relatively narrow 73Ge resonances show a strong correlation with Hammett sigma constants, with a correlation coefficient of 0.976 and 0.876 for 73Ge chemical shifts in meta- and para-substituted derivatives, respectively. The 13C chemical shifts of the methyl carbons bonded to germanium also display a relationship, with correlation coefficients of 0.904, 0.993, and 0.911 for para-, meta- and all derivatives, respectively. Comparisons of the Hammett plots for the homologous series XC6H4M(CH3)3; M = C, Si, Ge, Sn, show that, in general, correlation coefficients decrease while slopes increase significantly down the group, presumably reflecting the corresponding increase in chemical shift range of the group 14 atom. The Hammett constant derived for the p-Ge(CH3)3 group of +0.13 compares with the NMR-derived constants of -0.12 for p-C(CH3)3, +0.14 for p-Si(CH3)3, and -0.14 for p-Sn(CH3)3. The indication of electron release by carbon and tin can be rationalized through traditional hyperconjugative arguments for carbon and by the low electronegativity and consequent inductive effect of tin. The small electron attraction suggested by the positive constants for silicon and germanium can be simply, and perhaps naively, attributed to pi-acceptor interactions with the benzene ring.  相似文献
