Summary. A novel method for the synthesis of a new series of 5-substituted 1,3-dimethyl pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazines is described. The new synthetic strategy is based on the classical Bischler 1,2,4-benzotriazine synthesis. This approach involves the preparation of 5-hydrazinopyrazole from 5-chloro-1,3-dimethyl-4-nitropyrazole
followed by acylation and nitro group reduction to form the corresponding 4-amino-3-(acylhydrazino)pyrazoles. Intramolecular
oxidative cyclization of the latter derivatives, using polyphosphoric acid, produced the respective target pyrazolotriazines. 相似文献

The interaction has been studied of a series of substituted 3-hetaryl-7-hydroxychromones with amino acids and formaldehyde
(reactants ratio 1: 1: 2 respectively). In the case of glycine and Het = 3-isoxazolyl the product of aminomethylation at position
8 of the chromone was obtained, and with other Het (including Het = 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl) 2-[6-alkyl-3-hetaryl-4-oxo-9,10-dihydro-4H,8H-chromeno[8,7-e][1,3]-oxazin-9-yl]acetic
acids were formed. With β-alanine and Het = 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl the corresponding β-substituted propionic acid was
synthesized, but proline did not participate in the reaction, leading to bis(6-ethyl-3-hetaryl-7-hydroxychromon-8-yl)methane.

It is shown that 2,3-dioxopyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinolines react readily with aliphatic diamines and hydroxyamine with opening
of the dioxopyrrole ring and formation of the corresponding bisenaminoketoamides and hydroxamic acids. Reaction with the thiosemicarbazide
and hydrazides of aromatic acids proceeds without opening of the pyrrole ring at the ketone carbonyl. Derivatives of hexahydropyridazine
are formed when compounds with carboxyethyl groups at position 1 react with hydrazine.

We have obtained 5-(2-pyridyl)[1,3]dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiine-2-thione for the first time by cycloaddition of 2-ethynylpyridine to 4,5-dihydro-1,3-dithioltrithione (isotrithionedithiol). We have studied this thione, 5-(2-pyridyl)- and 5-(4-pyridyl)-5,6-dihydro[1,3]dithiolo[4,5-b][1,4]dithiine-2-thiones by mass spectroscopy and also IR, UV, 1H and 13C NMR spectra. Spiropyrans of the naphthoxazinone series have been obtained containing various substituents in the [2H]-chromene portion
of the molecule. The spatial structure of a spiropyran containing ortho-positioned hydroxyl and formyl groups was established
by X-ray structural analysis. The photochromic properties of the obtained compounds have been studied.

The condensation of binucleophilic 3-amino-1-arylimino-1H-isoindoles with bifunctional 1-chloro-benzylisocyanates occurs regioselectively resulting in 3,4-dihydro-1,3,5-triazino[2,1-a]isoindol-2-one derivatives. The structures of the synthesized compounds were unambiguously established by NOE experiments.
