混合配体配合物中配体间的相互作用在金属酶化学及其生物识别过程中具有重要意[1,2].以往的研究,主要针对具有部分填充的3d过渡金属离子与芳香氮碱、氨基酸或一元羧 配合物体系[3,4].铅(Ⅱ)为非过渡的主族金属离子,我们在对其PbLA型配合物的研究时 ,配合物中也存在配体间的相互识别作用[5~7].  相似文献

合成了3种具有不同取代基的咪唑[4, 5-f]-1,10-邻菲罗啉配体L1~L3及其Ru(Ⅱ)配合物[Ru(L1)3]、[Ru(L2)3]和[Ru(L3)3],并进行了表征。这些Ru(Ⅱ)配合物在溶液中具有π→π*跃迁吸收峰和金属到配体的电荷转移跃迁(MLCT)吸收峰,其发光峰位约为590 nm左右。将Ru(Ⅱ)配合物掺杂到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中得到相应的温敏漆。Ru(Ⅱ)配合物在PMMA膜中的吸收峰精细结构消失,且在长波方向663 nm附近有新的发射峰,表明Ru(Ⅱ)配合物在PMMA膜中有聚集。温度升高后,Ru(Ⅱ)配合物在PMMA膜中的发射峰强度逐渐减弱。分别计算了在30~60 ℃和60~90 ℃区间内非辐射活化能Enr和温度灵敏度ST。结果表明,具有苯基取代的咪唑[4, 5-f]-1,10-邻菲罗啉配体的[Ru(L1)3]配合物,比咪唑[4, 5-f]-1,10-邻菲罗啉Ru(Ⅱ)配合物[Ru(L2)3]及烷基取代基的咪唑[4, 5-f]-1,10-邻菲罗啉Ru(Ⅱ)配合物[Ru(L3)3]具有更高的温度灵敏度。  相似文献

比较研究了以C2O42-为共反应物时5个结构相关的Ru(II)配合物[Ru(bpy)2L1]2+, [Ru(bpy)2L2]2+, [Ru(bpy)2L3]2+, [Ru(phen)2L1]2+和[Ru(phen)2L2]2+(其中bpy=2,2′-联吡啶, phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉, L1=4-羧基苯基咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉, L2=3-羧基-4-羟基苯基咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉, L3=3,4-二羟基苯基咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]邻菲啰啉)的电致化学发光(ECL)性质. 结果表明, 酚羟基的存在能有效地淬灭Ru(II)配合物[Ru(bpy)2L2]2+, [Ru(bpy)2L3]2+和[Ru(phen)2L2]2+的ECL, 其它Ru(II)配合物的ECL量子效率与[Ru(bpy)3]2+相差不大.  相似文献

基于五氰构筑单元[Fe(CN)5L]2-[L=1-甲基咪唑(1-Meim), 咪唑(Him)]和铜大环配离子合成了3个氰根桥联Fe(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ)双金属配合物, 并研究了它们的晶体结构和磁性. 单晶结构分析表明, 3个化合物为一维链状的Fe-Cu配合物, 铜离子的配位构型为拉长八面体结构, 轴向由2个[Fe(CN)5L]2-上的氰根氮原子配位, 而每个[Fe(CN)5L]2-用2个氰根桥联2个铜离子, 得到1个交替一维链结构. 磁性研究表明, 其中2个配合物呈铁磁相互作用, 1个呈少见的反铁磁耦合.  相似文献

合成了2,3-二甲基-1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯(dmtatp)和2,3-二苯基-1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯(dptatp)两种新配体及它们与2,2′-联吡啶和钌(Ⅱ)的混配物[Ru(bpy)2dmtatp]2+(1)和[Ru(bpy)2dptatp]2+(2),用电子吸收光谱、稳态荧光、粘度测定和圆二色谱研究了配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用。结合我们以前对配合物[Ru(bpy)2tatp]2+(3)(tatp为1,4,8,9-四氮三联苯)与小牛胸腺DNA的作用研究,得出配合物与DNA的键合强度顺序为:[Ru(bpy)2tatp]2+>[Ru(bpy)2dptatp]2+>[Ru(bpy)2dmtatp]2+,这与插入配体的位阻效应的减少趋势相一致。同时,还测定了配合物与DNA的键合常数。  相似文献

目前用核磁共振测定配合物结构的报道很多,J。Blackburn等人曾用NMR做为研究电子施主-受主配合物结构的探针[1],也有人曾用弛豫速率研究胰朊酶的钙键位置[2]。但随过渡金属离子的逐渐加入形成配合物的NMR研究报道尚不多,本文利用苏丹Ⅰ与一些过渡金属离子形成配合物后13C化学位移的变化,并以红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱为佐证研究了这些配合物的结构,并用多种方法对苏丹Ⅰ骨架的13CNMR谱进行了归属,初步探讨了,苏丹Ⅰ分子13C屏蔽机理及化学位移与分子电子结构间的关系。  相似文献

合成了一系列齐聚苯胺修饰的三联吡啶铁配合物,研究了齐聚苯胺链长、不同取代基等对配合物光谱性质和氧化还原性质的影响。 结果表明,相对于配合物[Fe(TPY)2]2+(TPY:三联吡啶),供电子齐聚苯胺单元的引入,使得修饰基团与配合物中心核[Fe(TPY)2]2+之间形成了强的D-A体系,导致配合物1MLCT吸收波长显著红移至594 nm,且摩尔吸光系数增加近5倍。 配合物同时具有基于金属中心、三联吡啶配体和齐聚苯胺单元的多个氧化还原过程,强拉电子取代基使齐聚苯胺单元氧化还原峰简并且峰电势明显正移,而正丁基取代基对氧化还原峰电势的影响较小。  相似文献

研究了4种不同电荷的Co(Ⅲ)金属配合物跨人红细胞膜的动力学,并测定了它们跨人红细胞膜的一级反应动力学速率常数,发现[Co(C2O4)3]3-的跨膜速率明显高于[Co(en)3]3+,[Co(en)2(C2O4)]+和[Co(en)(C2O4)2]-,后3种配合物的跨膜速率常数随正电荷的减少略有增加,跨膜机制为简单扩散.[Co(C2O4)3]3-的跨膜速率受阴离子通道抑制剂DIDS明显抑制,抑制率为51.95%,推测其跨膜机制为部分经阴离子通道协同简单扩散过膜.人红细胞摄入L-[Co(C2O4)3]3-的速率明显大于D-[Co(C2O4)3]3-,显示了一定的手性选择性.  相似文献

ESCA spectra of the Th 4d, 4f, 5s, 5p and 5d core levels have been recorded in ThF4, Th(AcAc)4 and other Th complexes. In addition to weak 4f and 5d satellites which are normally considered to be shake up satellites, a number of unusual satellites have been characterized in these compounds. In particular, the intense 5p3/2 satellites, as well as previous similar 5p32 satellites in other actinides, are shown to be due to configuration interaction of the 5p hole state with a 5d2 hole state. Similarly, the 4d52, 5s and additional 5d satellites are probably also due to configuration interaction.  相似文献

X-ray photoelectron (ESCA) spectra of the Th 4f levels have been recorded in 12 Th compounds. Weak satellites are observed in all the 4f spectra at binding energies 4–6 eV from the primary photolines. On the basis of a multiple scattering calculation in ThO2, these satellites are assigned to ligand (e.g. O 2p) to Th 5f shake-up transitions. As with La 3d satellites, the satellite intensities correlate well with the nephelauxetic order of ligands.  相似文献

The molecular and electronic structures of mixed-valence face-shared (Cr, Mo, W) d(2)d(3) and (Mn, Tc, Re) d(3)d(4) [M(2)Cl(9)](2-) dimers have been calculated by density functional methods in order to investigate metal-metal bonding in this series. The electronic structures of these systems have been analyzed using potential energy curves for the broken-symmetry and other spin states arising from the d(2)d(3) and d(3)d(4) coupling modes. In (d(2)d(3)) [Mo(2)Cl(9)](2-) and [W(2)Cl(9)](2-), the global minimum has been found to be a spin-doublet state characterized by delocalization of the metal-based electrons in a multiple metal-metal bond (with a formal bond order of 2.5). In contrast, weak coupling between the metal centers and electron localization are favored in (d(2)d(3)) [Cr(2)Cl(9)](2-), the global minimum for this species being a ferromagnetic S = 5/2 state with a relatively long Cr-Cr separation. The (d(3)d(4)) [Re(2)Cl(9)](2-) system also exhibits a global minimum corresponding to a metal-metal bonded spin-doublet state with a formal bond order of 2.5, reflecting the electron-hole equivalence between d(2)d(3) and d(3)d(4) configurations. Double minima behavior is predicted for (d(3)d(4)) [Tc(2)Cl(9)](2-) and [Mn(2)Cl(9)](2-) due to two energetically close low-lying states (these being S = 3/2 and S = 5/2 states for the former, and S = 5/2 and S = 7/2 states for the latter). A comparison of computational results for the d(2)d(2), d(2)d(3), and d(3)d(3) [W(2)Cl(9)](z-) series and the d(3)d(3), d(3)d(4), and d(4)d(4) [Re(2)Cl(9)](z-) series indicates that the observed trends in metal-metal distances can only be rationalized if changes in both the strength of sigma bonding and metal-metal bond order are taken into consideration. These two factors act conjointly in the W series but in opposition to one another in the Re series. In the case of the [Cr(2)Cl(9)](z-) and [Mn(2)Cl(9)](z-) dimers, the metal-metal bond lengths are significantly shorter for mixed-valence (d(2)d(3) or d(3)d(4)) than d(3)d(3) systems. This result is consistent with the fact that some degree of metal-metal bonding exists in the former (due to partial delocalization of a single sigma electron) but not in the latter (where all metal-based electrons are completely localized).  相似文献

在0.6mol.L^-1的 到介质中,分别用252、273、220nm作为Ce^3+、Gd^3+、Tb^3+的激发波和燕生相应最佳发波长为350、310和544nm。用盐酸体系测定混合样比用硫酸体系测定时,Gd^3+的检出限提高一倍,Gd^3+抗Ce^3+的干扰能力提高10倍。同时测定三种离子的回收率在95.3%~108.1%之间。  相似文献

By reaction of [TiCl(3)(thf)(3)] with LiC(6)Cl(5), the homoleptic organotitanium(III) derivative [Li(thf)(4)][Ti(III)(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (1) has been prepared as a paramagnetic (d(1), S = 1/2, g(av) = 1.959(2)), extremely air-sensitive compound. Oxidation of 1 with [N(C(6)H(4)Br-4)(3)][SbCl(6)] gives the diamagnetic (d(0)) organotitanium(IV) species [Ti(IV)(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (2). Compounds 1 and 2 are also electrochemically related (E(1/2) = 0.05 V). The homoleptic, diamagnetic (d(10)) compounds [N(PPh(3))(2)][Tl(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (3) and [Sn(C(6)Cl(5))(4)] (4) have also been prepared. Nearly tetrahedral environments have been found for the d(0), d(10), and d(1) metal centers in the molecular structures of compounds 2-4 as well as in that of [Li(thf)(2)(OEt(2))(2)][Ti(III)(C(6)Cl(5))(4)].CH(2)Cl(2) (1') (X-ray diffraction). The reaction of the heavier Group 4 metal halides, MCl(4) (M = Zr, Hf) with LiC(6)Cl(5) in the presence of [NBu(4)]Br gives, in turn, the heteroleptic species [NBu(4)][M(C(6)Cl(5))(3)Cl(2)] (M = Zr (5), Hf (6)). Compounds 5 and 6 are isomorphous and isostructural, with the metal center in a trigonal-bipyramidal (TBPY-5) environment defined by two axial Cl ligands and three equatorial C(6)Cl(5) groups (X-ray diffraction). No redox features are observed for compounds 3-6 in CH(2)Cl(2) solution between -1.6 and +1.6 V.  相似文献

本文用氢氧化铈(Ⅳ)在二氧六环中,通入干燥的HCl气体,得到了热稳定性较好的四或五氯化二氧环合铈(Ⅳ)配合物-Ce(C4H8O2)4Cl4或HCe(C4H8O2)4Cl5。并将五氯化二氧六环合铈(Ⅳ)配合物与不同的含氮化合物配合,合成了一些新的五氯化二氧六环合铈铵盐配合物(HL)Ce(C4H8O2)xCl5(L=8-羟基喹啉、咪唑、邻啡啰啉、吡啶、氮杂菲、吩嗪;x=1,2,3,4)。上述配合物通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热分析和电子能谱进行了鉴定。研究了不同的含氮化合物对四价铈氯化物热稳定性的影响。  相似文献

The molecular and electronic structures of mixed-valence d1d2 (V, Nb, Ta) and d4d5 (Fe, Ru, Os) face-shared [M2Cl(9)]2- dimers have been calculated by density functional methods in order to investigate metal-metal bonding in this series. General similarities are observed between d1d2 and d4d5 systems and can be considered to reflect the electron-hole equivalence of the individual d1-d5 and d2-d4 configurations. The electronic structures of the dimers have been analyzed using potential energy curves for the broken-symmetry and other spin states resulting from the d1d2 and d4d5 coupling modes. In general, a spin-doublet (S = 1/2) state, characterized by delocalization of the metal-based electrons in a metal-metal bond with a formal order of 1.5, is favored in the systems containing 4d and 5d metals, namely, the Nb, Ta, Ru, and Os dimers. In contrast, the calculated ground structures for [V2Cl9]2- and [Fe2Cl9]2- correspond to a spin-quartet (S = 3/2) state involving weaker coupling between the metal centers and electron localization. In the case of [Ru2Cl9]2-, both the spin-doublet and spin-quartet states are predicted to be energetically favored suggesting that this species may exhibit double-minima behavior. A comparison of computational results across the (d1d1, d1d2, d2d2) [Nb2Cl9]z- and [Ta2Cl9]z- and (d4d4, d4d5, d5d5) [Ru2Cl9]z- and [Os2Cl9]z- series has revealed that, in all four cases, the shortening of the metal-metal distances correlates with an increase in formal metal-metal bond order.  相似文献

The molecular and electronic structures of the d(4)d(4) face-shared [M(2)Cl(9)](3)(-) (M = Mn, Tc, Re) dimers have been calculated by density functional methods in order to investigate metal-metal bonding in this series. The electronic structures of these systems have been analyzed using potential energy curves for the broken-symmetry and other spin states arising from the various d(4)d(4) coupling modes, and closed energy cycles have been utilized to identify and quantify the parameters which are most important in determining the preference for electron localization or delocalization and for high-spin or low-spin configurations. In [Tc(2)Cl(9)](3)(-) and [Re(2)Cl(9)](3)(-), the global minimum has been found to be a spin-triplet state arising from the coupling of metal centers with low-spin configurations, and characterized by delocalization of the metal-based electrons in a double (sigma and delta(pi)) bond with a metal-metal separation of 2.57 A. In contrast, high-spin configurations and electron localization are favored in [Mn(2)Cl(9)](3)(-), the global minimum for this species being the ferromagnetic S = 4 state with a rather long metal-metal separation of 3.43 A. These results are consistent with metal-metal overlap and ligand-field effects prevailing over spin polarization effects in the Tc and Re systems, but with the opposite trend being observed in the Mn complex. The ground states and metal-metal bonding observed for the d(4)d(4) systems in this study parallel those previously found for the analogous d(2)d(2) complexes of V, Nb, and Ta, and can be rationalized on the basis that the d(4)d(4) dimer configuration is the hole equivalent of the d(2)d(2) configuration.  相似文献

Inverted sandwich type complexes (ISTCs) of 4d metals, (μ-η(6):η(6)-C(6)H(6))[M(DDP)](2) (DDPH = 2-{(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)amino}-4-{(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imino}pent-2-ene; M = Y, Zr, Nb, Mo, and Tc), were investigated with density functional theory (DFT) and MRMP2 methods, where a model ligand AIP (AIPH = (Z)-1-amino-3-imino-prop-1-ene) was mainly employed. When going to Nb (group V) from Y (group III) in the periodic table, the spin multiplicity of the ground state increases in the order singlet, triplet, and quintet for M = Y, Zr, and Nb, respectively, like 3d ISTCs reported recently. This is interpreted with orbital diagram and number of d electrons. However, the spin multiplicity decreases to either singlet or triplet in ISTC of Mo (group VI) and to triplet in ISTC of Tc (group VII), where MRMP2 method is employed because the DFT method is not useful here. These spin multiplicities are much lower than the septet of ISTC of Cr and the nonet of that of Mn. When going from 3d to 4d, the position providing the maximum spin multiplicity shifts to group V from group VII. These differences arise from the size of the 4d orbital. Because of the larger size of the 4d orbital, the energy splitting between two d(δ) orbitals of M(AIP) and that between the d(δ) and d(π) orbitals are larger in the 4d complex than in the 3d complex. Thus, when occupation on the d(δ) orbital starts, the low spin state becomes ground state, which occurs at group VI. Hence, the ISTC of Nb (group V) exhibits the maximum spin multiplicity.  相似文献

Five new trinuclear Cu-Ln-Cu cluster complexes have been prepared by a one-pot reaction using H3bcn (tris- N,N',N'-(2-hydroxybenzyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane) and Ln = La(III), Nd(III), Gd(III), Dy(III), and Yb(III) where the d- and f-block metal ions are in close proximity desirable for magnetic studies. The [LnCu2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O complexes possess the same stoichiometry as the previously reported [LnNi2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O and [LnZn2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O systems. Additionally, the solid state structures of the LnCu2 complexes appear to be isostructural to the LnNi2 and LnZn2 species as determined by their nearly superimposable IR spectra. The similarities in the structures of the [LnTM2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O series, where TM = Zn(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II), allow for direct comparison of their magnetic exchange. An empirical approach, removing first-order anisotropic contributions determined from the analogous [LnZn2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O was used to study the d/f/d spin interactions in the [LnCu2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O complexes. A ferromagnetic exchange was determined where Ln = Gd(III), Dy(III), or Yb(III) and an antiferromagnetic exchange for Ln = Nd(III), identical to the magnetic exchange observed for the [LnNi2(bcn)2]ClO4.nH2O complexes. An exchange integral of 3.67 cm(-1) for the trimetallic [GdCu2(bcn)2]ClO4.3H2O species was determined using a modified spin Hamiltonian. The [Cu(Hbcn)] and the [Cu3(Hbcn)2](ClO4)2 building blocks of the larger coaggregated d/f/d species were also synthesized, and their structures are reported.  相似文献
