聚丙烯和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的γ辐射效应及辐射后的聚丙烯熔体流动速率的测定表明,在限定空气中聚丙烯随着辐照剂量的增加,熔体流动速率急剧下降,而三元乙丙橡胶随辐射剂量的增加,凝胶含量逐渐增加。在20kGy的剂量辐照下,凝胶含量为22.7%,加入2%的三聚异氰酸三烯丙酯,在相同的剂量辐照下,凝胶含量达到68%。在低剂量下辐照对共混物的拉伸强度影响不大,对冲击强度有很大的影响。在20kGy的剂量辐照下,加入50%EPDM的聚丙烯的缺口冲击强度由1.95kJ/m^2提高到30kJ/m^2,维卡软化温度由85.9℃提高到97.0℃。 相似文献

研究了苯乙烯 -乙烯 /丙烯二嵌段共聚物 (SEP)对聚丙烯 /聚苯乙烯 (PP/PS)共混物的形态和力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,SEP在PP/PS共混物中作为增容剂 ,降低了分散相的聚结 ,减小了分散相的平均粒子尺寸 ,大大改变了共混物的形态 ,提高了共混物的力学性能 ,对PP/PS( 2 0 /80 )共混物的增容作用较为显著 相似文献

多单体接枝聚丙烯对PBT/PP共混体系的形态结构及力学性能影响研究 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
研究了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 (GMA)和苯乙烯 (St)多单体熔融接枝聚丙烯 (PP g (GMA co St) )对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯 (PBT) 聚丙烯 (PP)共混物的形态结构和力学性能的影响 .利用双螺杆挤出机对PBT PP合金进行共混挤出 ,使用DSC、FT IR和SEM、TEM等手段对共混物进行了分析和相形态观察 ,并测试了力学性能 .实验证明 ,熔融共混过程中PP g (GMA co St)的环氧基团可以与PBT的端羧基发生化学反应 ,就地生成了PBT g PP共聚物 ,该共聚物可对PBT PP合金起到良好的增容剂作用 ,使共混物的相区尺寸显著减小 ,共混物的拉伸强度和冲击强度等力学性能同时得到明显改善 ,达到了弹性体系或小分子增容所难以达到的力学性能平衡的效果 .此外 ,TEM的研究还在PBT PP g (GMA co St)共混物中发现了特殊的微相分离结构 相似文献

研究了环氧树脂/聚氧乙烯分别在邻苯二甲酸酐和4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷为固化剂条件下的固化剂用量,类型和固化共混物的动态力学性能。结果表明所有共混物在熔副态和非晶态都是相容的,即在高温区都存在一个α松驰,玻璃化转变温度随共混组成有规律地变化,不同固化剂的固化物交网的化学结构不同,因而低温松弛-β松弛机制也不同,同时其对体系的交联密度,共混组成的依赖性也不同。 相似文献

采用PVT膨胀仪研究了PP/POE共混物的P-V-T属性, 利用Tait方程预测其比容和热膨胀系数(α), 研究了压力对结晶温度(Tc)的影响. 结果表明, Tait状态方程可用来预测部分相容的、半结晶PP/POE共混物的PVT行为. PP结晶前后的比容变化比POE的大得多, 随着POE含量的增加, PP/POE共混物结晶前后比容的变化均逐渐减小. PP在熔融状态下的α比固体状态的大, 而POE正好相反. PP/POE共混物的α随温度和压力的变化与其组成密切相关. 随着压力的增高, PP, POE及其PP/POE共混物的结晶温度均呈线性增高的趋势. 相似文献

The effect of radiation dose on the mechanical properties of NR/BR blending system is reported in this paper. A comparison was made between sulphur vulcanization and radiation vulcanization for an optimal nature rubber (NR)/ butyl rubber (BR) blending ratio (60/40) at dose range from 10 to 150 kGy. The result shows that the mechanical properties, especially, tensile strength, elongation at break, and tear strength have been improved significantly by radiation–vulcanization. This finding was also proved by thermal aging experiment on a selected NR/BR blend at 70°C for up to 168 h. 相似文献

Carboxymethylated chitosan (CMCt) hydrogels were synthesized by γ-ray radiation-induced crosslinking in the presence of acids or polyfunctional monomers. Compared with that of CMCt hydrogels synthesized without additives, the gel fraction was improved and the gelation dose was decreased obviously after incorporating acids or polyfunctional monomers into CMCt hydrogels. The diffusion behavior of water in the CMCt gels prepared at different conditions was Fickian diffusion, and the swelling of the CMCt gels displayed characteristic pH sensitivity, which was analyzed by fluorescence molecular probes. Preliminary mechanism of radiation-induced crosslinking of CMCt in the presence of acids or polyfunctional monomers was discussed based on the FTIR and sol-gel analysis. Furthermore, it was found that CMCt hydrogels were hydrodegradable with high temperature (>60 °C), and incorporating polyfunctional monomers into the CMCt hydrogels also could improve the thermal stability of the CMCt hydrogels obviously. 相似文献

采用SEM及力学性能测试等方法,研究了乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)含量对其增容线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)/苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN)共混物形态及性能的影响.发现少量的EAA可使共混物中SAN相的相尺寸减小,共混物模量、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率提高.当EAA的含量增加至11.7%时,它在共混物中两相界而的分布达到饱和,即增容剂饱和浓度Cs=11.7%;此时,共混物形态及性能的变化趋势出现明显转折.明显过量的EAA主要起增韧作用.EAA的增容机理为,它与LLDPE组分的非晶区可部分相容,同时又与SAN相存在着分子间特殊作用. 相似文献

Analytical method for determination of the bound rubber composition of a filled SBR/BR blend compound was developed using measurement of the bound rubber content and microstructural analysis of the unbound rubber composition. Various filled SBR/BR blend compounds with different blend ratios were prepared using SBRs with different microstructures. This method included measurement of the bound rubber content, extraction of the unbound rubber, microstructural analysis of the unbound rubber composition, and process for determination of the bound rubber composition. Composition of the unbound rubber was analyzed using liquid proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (H-NMR) and transmission Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). It was found that the analytical results using H-NMR had less experimental errors than those using transmission-FTIR. The raw SBR/BR blends were also analyzed in order to evaluate level of the experimental errors. Average SBR/BR ratios of the unbound rubbers were obtained using the 1,2- and 1,4-unit contents determined by the H-NMR analysis. The bound rubber compositions were obtained using the bound rubber contents and the average unbound rubber compositions. It was found that most of the bound rubbers had higher SBR ratios than the formulation value. 相似文献

以制备的阳极氧化不锈钢模板为模具嵌件, 采用注射压缩成型(ICM)工艺快速成型表面具有纳米丝结构的柔性聚丙烯/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(PP/POE, PP与POE质量比为3∶1)共混物复制物和准刚性PP复制物, 研究常温液滴冲击?10 ℃复制物表面的动态行为. 结果表明, 致密的纳米丝使复制物表面呈现超疏水、 极低黏附的润湿状态. 在低冲击速度范围内, 共混物复制物表面上液滴的接触时间比PP复制物上的短, 可归因于液滴铺展阶段柔性纳米丝储存的弹性势能在回缩阶段转换为液滴的动能; 在高冲击速度范围内, 共混物复制物基板和纳米丝储存的弹性势能被转换为液滴的动能, 进一步缩短了液滴的接触时间. 此结果表明, 共混物复制物的柔性和表面超疏水性使其具有优异的防冻黏性能. 共混物复制物表面上水滴(50 μL)的结冰时间得到明显延长、 冰黏附强度明显降低. 研究结果表明, 可采用ICM快速成型具有优异防冻黏和防冰性能的柔性超疏水高分子材料表面. 相似文献
