A highly dispersed nano-TiO2/Ag catalyst is synthesized in an alkaline solution. The photocatalytic activity required for the removal of dimethyl-blue is enhanced with the effectiveness of dispersion and the proportion of nano-TiO2.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline TiO2 powders with average crystallite sizes of 9–15 nm were synthesized by the solvothermal method and employed as supports for Co catalysts. The value of H2 chemisorption/specific surface area of Co/TiO2 increased significantly with increasing TiO2 crystallite size. It was suggested that the higher amount of Ti3+ surface defects on the larger crystalline TiO2 resulted in a stronger interaction between Co and TiO2, hence, higher dispersion of Co was obtained.  相似文献

A series of dye-modified TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized using dye Chrysoidine G (CG), tolylene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI), and commercial TiO2 (Degussa P25) as starting materials. TDI was used as a bridging molecule whose two -NCO groups reacted with Ti-OH of TiO2 and -NH2 groups of CG, respectively. As a result, special organic complexes were formed on the TiO2 surface via stable π-conjugated chemical bonds between TiO2 and dye molecules, confirmed by FT-IR, XPS, and UV-vis spectra. Due to the existence of π-conjugated surface organic complexes, the as-synthesized photocatalysts showed a great improvement in visible absorption (400-550 nm). Methylene blue, as a photodegradation target, was used to evaluate the photocatalytic performance, and the dye-modified TiO2 exhibited much better activity under the visible light irradiation than bare TiO2.  相似文献

利用在钛箔表面沉积一层TiO2纳米粒子作为晶种,与NaOH反应,制备了一维物质TiO2纳米线。并用XRD、SEM、TEM、HRTEM及EDS等分析手段对TiO2纳米线的成分、形貌、结构进行表征。结果表明,采用该方法制得的TiO2纳米线直径在20~50 nm左右、长度可达几微米。反应温度能显著影响所得纳米线的形貌。研究了TiO2纳米线的光电化学性能。随反应温度的升高TiO2纳米线光电转换效率增大。  相似文献

There is a growing interest in the development of nanocomposites consisting of organic polymers and TiO2 or amorphous SiO2 nanoparticles. These nanoparticles may be released from nanocomposites. There is evidence that amorphous SiO2 and TiO2 nanoparticles can be hazardous. Thus, in the design of nanocomposites with such nanoparticles, hazard reduction extending to the full nanocomposite life cycle would seem a matter to consider. Options for hazard reduction include: changes of nanoparticle surface, structure or composition, better fixation of nanoparticles in nanocomposites, including persistent suppression of oxidative damage to polymers by nanoparticles, and design changes leading to the release of relatively large particles.  相似文献

采用静电自组装方法制备了纳米TiO2/SiO2光催化材料。采用巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂对SiO2进行干法改性,采用双氧水/冰醋酸将偶联剂巯基基团氧化为磺酸基基团。在正负电荷的吸引下,带负电荷的SiO2与带正电荷的钛聚合阳离子自发地组装在一起,经一定温度热处理得到纳米TiO2/SiO2光催化材料。采用XRD、FTIR、PL、UV-Vis DRS、SEM和ICP等对材料进行了分析和表征。采用甲基橙溶液评价材料的光催化性能。结果表明:SiO2促使锐钛矿的形成,抑制锐钛矿向金红石的转变,减小TiO2的晶粒尺寸,使得TiO2光吸收波长发生蓝移。TiO2与SiO2通过Si-O-Ti键发生结合。采用静电自组装方法制备的材料中TiO2的含量高于传统方法,导致材料的光催化性能有所提高。  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为前驱体, 碘溶胶为碘源, 在室温下采用水解沉淀法制备了单质碘和纳米TiO2复合的双介孔结构光催化剂(M-I2-TiO2). 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、比表面分析(BET)、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)漫反射光谱和傅里叶变换-红外光谱(FT-IR)对M-I2-TiO2进行了表征. 以次甲基蓝(MB)溶液为模拟废水, 对M-I2-TiO2的光催化性能进行了评价, 研究了不同热处理温度对光催化活性的影响. 结果表明, M-I2-TiO2在可见光区有显著的吸收, 300 ℃热处理得到的样品比表面积高达227.6 m2/g, 600 ℃热处理所得样品的比表面积仍高达111.8 m2/g, 而400 ℃热处理所得样品具有最好的光催化降解性能. 双介孔结构纳米TiO2/I2复合材料的光催化降解性能显著高于相同方法制备的纯TiO2和Degussa P-25商业产品. 催化剂经6次重复使用其光催化活性基本保持不变.  相似文献

Titanate nanofibers were synthesized by hydrothermal method (150 °C for 72 h) using natural rutile sand as the starting materials. TiO2 (B) and anatase TiO2 (high crystallinity) nanofibers with the diameters of 20-100 nm and the lengths of 10-100 μm were obtained by calcined titanate nanofibers for 4 h at 400 and 700 °C (in air), respectively. The samples characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, SAED, HRTEM, and BET surface area. This synthesis method provides a simple route to fabricate one-dimensional nanostructured TiO2 from low cost material.  相似文献

以锐钛矿TiO_2为载体,考察了CeO_2改性对Ag-CeO_2-V_2O_5/TiO_2催化3-甲基吡啶氧化脱甲基性能的影响,并优化了催化剂组成与制备条件.结果表明:Ce掺杂改性不仅能够与V物种作用形成Ce VO_4,而且促进V_2O_5分散,改善活性组分的氧化还原性能,从而提高3-甲基吡啶脱甲基转化率与选择性,改善Ag-V_2O_5/TiO_2催化性能.适宜的催化剂组成为V_2O_5负载量15%,Ce/V的摩尔比0.33,Ag质量分数1.0%.过高的焙烧温度将导致TiO_2载体向金红石型转变,Ag-CeO_2-V_2O_5/TiO_2适宜制备条件为450℃焙烧4 h.  相似文献

采用改进的sol gel技术制备TiO2/SnO2耦合型半导体光催化剂,利用XRD、气相色谱 仪、粒度仪和表面光电压装置等研究了耦合型半导体光催化机理和光催化效率的影响因素, 并通过降解甲醛探讨其在空气污染治理中的作用.实验结果表明,添加20 %(mol) SnO2的复 合半导体光催化剂,其光催化效率比纯TiO2高一倍以上.据实验结果和粒子紧密堆积原理,提 出强耦合效应和弱耦合效应的光催化反应模型,并用此模型较好地解释了TiO2/SnO2复合型半 导体光催化剂的光催化效率随SnO2含量变化规律.  相似文献

本文研究了中性条件下TiO2纳米粒子与双阴离子态荧光素F2-的结合能力,发现所形成的复合物与文献报道的强酸性条件下TiO2-质子化荧光素H3F+复合物相比,结构与性能均很不同,F2--TiO2复合物吸收光谱红移30 nm以上且发射荧光。用UV-vis吸收光谱测定了复合物的结合常数、用稳态和瞬态荧光光谱测定了复合物的荧光效率和寿命分别为0.14和1.08 ns,与相应自由态F2-的测定值0.92和4.68 ns相比,复合物荧光效率和寿命都有很大的降低,这是由于复合物内部光诱导电子转移所致,因这一电子转移是热力学上非常有利的过程,其自由能变化达1.1 eV。光致电子转移的速率常数为7.1×108s-1,是其它竞争过程的3倍以上,复合物内光诱导电子转移效率达77%。  相似文献

A comparative study on Au/TiO2catalysts prepared by impregnation with HAuCl4of commercial TiO2 or by impregnation of sol-gel derived TiO2has been carried out during CO oxidation. Specific surface areas and mean Au particle of 49 and 74 m2/g and 35 and 25 Å were obtained for impregnated commercial TiO2 and sol-gel preparations, respectively. XRD patterns shown that in sol-gel derived TiO2 only anatase phase was identified, while in commercial TiO2 anatase and rutile phases co-exist. Titania support effect on Au activity for the oxidation of CO has been observed. The light-off during the reaction on Au/TiO2initiates at 50°C, whereas for commercial impregnated TiO2 catalyst the light-off initiates at 200°C.  相似文献

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作为配位剂与钛酸正丁酯(Ti(C4H9O)4)反应制得前驱体,再以乙醇为溶剂,CH3COOH作为催化剂,采用静电纺丝法制得PVP/TiO2复合纳米纤维,经550 ℃、700 ℃和900 ℃焙烧后分别得到以锐钛矿型的TiO2为主、以金红石型TiO2为主和完全金红石晶型的TiO2纳米纤维。对所制得的纳米纤维的结晶度、纯度和形貌,分别采用差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等进行了表征。光降解苯酚水溶液的实验结果表明,550 ℃下煅烧得到的以锐钛矿占主体的TiO2纳米纤维,2 h使浓度为50 mg·L-1苯酚水溶液的降解率超过85%,这充分说明这种TiO2电纺纳米纤维具有良好的光催化性能。  相似文献

以TiCl3和InCl3为Ti源和In源,在不使用还原剂的条件下,首先通过液相沉淀反应制备前驱体沉淀,然后采用后续水热处理制备Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2(A)/TiO2(R)/In2O3纳米异质结,考察了水热处理温度对材料结构和性能的影响。利用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和紫外-可见漫反射光谱对样品进行表征。分别以罗丹明B和苯酚溶液为模拟废水评价了样品的可见光催化降解性能。结果表明,与纯的TiO2、In2O3以及Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2相比,Ti3+自掺杂的TiO2(A)/TiO2(R)/In2O3纳米异质结在可见光区有明显的吸收,并具有良好的可见光催化降解性能,200℃下水热处理24 h所得样品光催化降解罗丹明B的反应速率常数(0.0444 min-1)分别是纯TiO2和In2O3的17.76倍和8.71倍。瞬态光电流时间响应结果表明样品的光催化性能主要来源于TiO2(A)/TiO2(R)/In2O3纳米异质结导致的提高的光生电子和空穴分离效率。  相似文献

N 掺杂TiO2光催化剂的制备及其可见光活性研究   总被引:15,自引:0,他引:15  
A visible-light-active photocatalyst was prepared by calcination of the hydrolysis product of tetrabutyl titanate with ammonia as precipitant. The photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectra (DRS), thermal gravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscope (SEM). The color of the photocatalyst was yellow and could absorb light wavelength under 550 nm as measured by DRS. The catalyst calcined at higher temperature will give lower absorbance for visible light. Structures of the sample were characterized mainly to be anatase by XRD except for the sample calcined at 700 ℃ which gave mixtures of anatase and rutile. TG-DTA results showed that temperature for anatase formation was 415 ℃. XPS results showed that doped-nitrogen was presented in the sample, they are important to show visible-light absorbency. The photocatalytic activities were evaluated using methyl orange and phenol as model pollutants, the results showed that over 90% of phenol could be degraded under visible light using N/TiO2 as the catalyst after 4 hours reaction. Almost the same activity was found for the TiO2 photocatalyst calcined at different temperature under sunlight but activities were different when the treatment was under UV light.  相似文献

开发了一种新的低成本防团聚方法——泡沫悬浮法。对泡沫悬浮法和共沸蒸馏法的防团聚效果进行了系统比较。结果表明,泡沫悬浮法可以有效抑制煅烧过程中纳米TiO2晶粒的粗化和一次粒径的长大。泡沫悬浮法所得纳米TiO2的粉体还具有团聚粒径小、粒度分布窄以及比表面积大的优点。通过FTIR、TG、DTA和松装密度实验对泡沫悬浮法的防团聚机理进行了研究,提出了纳米TiO2防团聚模型。  相似文献

以四氯化钛为钛源,尿素为氮源,采用液相水解-沉淀法制得SiO2负载N掺杂TiO2可见光响应TiO2-xNy/SiO2光催化剂(TSN)。以苯酚为模型物,考察了TSN在可见光区、紫外光区及太阳光下的光催化活性,以及催化剂的使用寿命、分离性能。采用XPS、FTIR、UV-Vis DRS、XRD、TEM和低温氮物理吸附等对催化剂的结构进行表征。结果表明,N以阴离子形式进入TiO2体相并置换晶格中的O,适量N掺杂的TSN在紫外光区、可见光区及太阳光下均表现出较高的活性。SiO2与TiO2界面间有Ti-O-Si键形成,结合牢固。N掺杂在TiO2表面生成Ti-O-N键,形成新的能级结构,使催化剂的吸收红移至450~500 nm,诱发TiO2可见光催化活性。SiO2负载可减小TiO2颗粒平均尺寸,增加催化剂比表面积;同时SiO2负载还可改善催化剂的分离性能,提高催化剂使用寿命。  相似文献

TiO2 nanoparticles incorporated with CuInS2 clusters were prepared in a solvothermal process and characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and energy-dispersion X-ray analysis (EDX). Compared with pure TiO2 nanoparticles, the TiO2 nanoparticles incorporated with CuInS2 clusters display higher photocatalytic activity with 99.9% of degradation ratio of 4-nitrophenol after 2 h irradiation. In order to investigate the effect of the CuInS2 clusters on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 nanoparticles, diffuse reflectance UV–Vis spectra (DRS), photoluminescence (PL) spectra, and photocurrent action spectra were measured. The results indicate that the enhanced photocatalytic activity is probably due to the interface between TiO2 and CuInS2 as a trap of the photogenerated electrons to decrease the recombination of electrons and holes.  相似文献

以钛酸丁酯和季铵盐改性有机蒙脱石为原料,采用原位水解法和原位脱羟法制备了TiO2/蒙脱石纳米复合物。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱(Raman)表征了不同焙烧温度下TiO2/蒙脱石纳米复合物中TiO2的结构相变,并与不同焙烧温度下纯TiO2的结构相变进行对比。结果发现TiO2/蒙脱石纳米复合物中TiO2从锐钛矿相开始转变为金红石的最低温度要比纯TiO2从锐钛矿开始相转变为金红石的最低温度高200℃,且在焙烧温度1 200℃时还存在锐钛矿相,而纯TiO2在焙烧温度800℃时就全部转换为金红石相。TiO2/蒙脱石纳米复合物中TiO2和纯TiO2的平均晶粒度都随焙烧温度升高而增大,但TiO2/蒙脱石纳米复合物中TiO2的平均晶粒度要小于相同温度下焙烧纯TiO2的平均晶粒度。表明蒙脱石结构层的硅氧结构抑制了TiO2晶型由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,进而使相变温度升高,同时阻碍了晶体的生长。  相似文献

以水溶性C60和TiO2粒子为前驱体,采用水热法制备了载有C60的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粒子。应用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、紫外-可见漫反射光谱、荧光光谱对产物进行了表征。以对-硝基苯酚为模型污染物研究了产物的光催化活性,结果表明适量负载C60可以提高TiO2纳米粒子的光催化活性,C60起着传输电子、促进TiO2光生载流子分离的作用,且经7次循环使用后对-硝基苯酚的降解效率仍能达到74%。讨论了载有C60的TiO2纳米粒子光催化降解对-硝基苯酚的机理。  相似文献
