焊接是电子设备的生产中的重要步骤,焊接后必须进行清洗才能保证电子设备的可靠性、电气指标和工作寿命。鉴于军工产品必须要清洗,所以清洗工艺对于军工产品尤为重要。文中介绍了清洗的重要性,讨论了印制电路板污染物的种类和来源分析,提出了一种可靠的清洗工艺——溶剂气相清洗。气相清洗通常被认为是去除零件上有机污垢的一种最有效的清洁方法,这种方法甚至能去除工业中遇到的最为顽固的污垢。在溶剂蒸气清洗机中清洁后的零件从机器中出来时是干燥的,而且表面无任何残留物。  相似文献

A 4×4 reconfigurable mesh-based inter-chip optical interconnection network is reported for distributed-memory multiprocessor system and the experiment confirmed that the data rate in each channel could reach above 3.125 Gbps, which would be a good solution to solve the communication bottlenecks between processors. Each node of this reconfigurable mesh could realize 15 internal connection patterns to complete the interconnections of processors. Besides, this mesh interconnect network via ultra-high bandwidth waveguides embedded in EOPCB can realize flexible multiprocessor system architecture options.  相似文献

To improve the performance of automatic optical inspection (AOI), a neural network combined with genetic algorithm for the diagnosis of solder joint defects on printed circuit boards (PCBs) assembled in surface mounting technology (SMT) is presented. Six types of solder joint have been classified in respect to the reality in the manufacture. The images of solder joint under test are acquired and 14 features are extracted as input features for the classification. The neural network is easily become over-fitting because these input features are not independent of each other, so the genetic algorithm is introduced to select and remove redundant input features. The experimental results have proved that the neural network combined with genetic algorithm reduced the number of input feature and had a satisfying recognition rate.  相似文献

Adhesion between glass/epoxy composite substrate and copper foil was evaluated by 90° peeling test. Effect of fracture behavior and the peel strength on copper foil style was experimentally investigated using copper foils with various surface roughness. As mechanical anchoring effect increases with increased surface roughness, the surface roughness increased the surface roughness of copper foil strongly affected the peeling strength and local load variation during the test. The fracture behavior was characterized by secondary electron image and reflective electron image techniques of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). All of the specimens were found to fracture at the anchor points formed in the resin layer on the surface of the substrate. The experimental results were correlated to a formulation based on the theory of beams on elastic foundation, which is presented for predicting the adhesive strength in the adherend- adhesive system. In order to apply this formulation to a no adhesive system, such as FR-4/copper foil, an analytical model was proposed. In this model, a mixture phase of the copper with the surface resin in the substrate was regarded as the adhesive. The calculated results were in relatively good agreement with the experimental results. It was confirmed that the analysis model and evaluation method is useful to predict the peel strength due to the mechanical anchoring effect.  相似文献

In this paper, the various Optical Burst Switching (OBS) reservation schemes have been examined in order to reduce data loss caused by either channel scheduling or resources. A novel multi-service OBS edge node with synchronized bandwidth reservation mechanism (SRM) has been proposed, which enables high-speed network transport nodes to dynamically reserve bandwidth needed for active data burst flows. The performance of the proposed mechanism is evaluated by means of NS-2 simulation. The results show that the packet delay is kept within the constraint for each traffic flow and the performance metrics such as burst loss rate, throughput and fairness are remarkably improved.  相似文献

采用新型聚合物材料Norland紫外固化胶(NOA)制备了聚合物M-Z型热光开关器件。对NOA薄膜材料的光学性质进行了表征,采用感应耦合等离子体(ICP)方法制备出形貌良好的波导器件。测得在1 550 nm波长下,长2.2 cm的直波导插入损耗为8.3 dB。在电极上施加直流信号,测得热光开关的消光比为11 dB,驱动功率为85 mW。引入直流偏置网络,获得了器件的开关特性曲线,测得开关器件的上升时间为1.085 ms,下降时间为489.5μs。实验结果表明:NOA材料在热光开关及其它聚合物光波导集成器件的制备中具有很大的应用潜力。  相似文献

To avoid burst collision in OBS-WDM ring network, a novel scheme called Estimated Traffic based Longest Queue First (ETLQF) has been proposed. In it, the scheduler considers both the queue length and the incoming traffic. The scheduler can adjust the queue lengths in advance to cater to the incoming traffic, targeting to reduce cell loss ratio (CLR) and improve the buffer utilization. The simulation results show that the ETLQF in OBS ring networks not only reduces CLR by 10-60%, but also achieves high throughput while saving 65% of wavelengths, when compared to conventional schemes with only destination delay.  相似文献

Spiking neural networks (SNNs) are widely used in many fields because they work closer to biological neurons. However, due to its computational complexity, many SNNs implementations are limited to computer programs. First, this paper proposes a multi-synaptic circuit (MSC) based on memristor, which realizes the multi-synapse connection between neurons and the multi-delay transmission of pulse signals. The synapse circuit participates in the calculation of the network while transmitting the pulse signal, and completes the complex calculations on the software with hardware. Secondly, a new spiking neuron circuit based on the leaky integrate-and-fire (LIF) model is designed in this paper. The amplitude and width of the pulse emitted by the spiking neuron circuit can be adjusted as required. The combination of spiking neuron circuit and MSC forms the multi-synaptic spiking neuron (MSSN). The MSSN was simulated in PSPICE and the expected result was obtained, which verified the feasibility of the circuit. Finally, a small SNN was designed based on the mathematical model of MSSN. After the SNN is trained and optimized, it obtains a good accuracy in the classification of the IRIS-dataset, which verifies the practicability of the design in the network.  相似文献

We propose a novel wavelength adjustable laser (WAL) with a photonic crystal based Fabry-Perot (FP) etalon. This laser will be a promising light source for optical network units (ONUs) of conventional wavelength-division-multiplexed passive optical network (WDM-PON) systems for up-stream transmission. It has the merits of a relatively simple fabrication and operation, wide process tolerance, low-cost, high side-mode suppression ratio, and wavelength-tunable characteristics. The optimization of the device structure and the implementation methods for this type of laser are discussed. Although the WALs in WDM-PON systems are not colorless, each laser can cover several wavelengths. Thus, the required number of different ONUs can be reduced. This approach may be necessary for 10 Gbps upstream transmission in next-generation optical access networks because the 10 Gbps data rate is difficult to achieve by using current colorless schemes.  相似文献

采用混合S参数法研究了入射波和集总电源共同激励下微带线的终端响应,对于微带线上的传输线模式波和天线模式波的计算采用了Galerkin积分方法,避免了采用广义函数束方法(GPOF)从仿真结果中提取信号的过程,从而简化了计算步骤,减少了计算时间。通过与电磁仿真软件HFSS仿真结果的比较,验证了该方法的正确性。并采用混合S参数方法计算了不同微带线参数对耦合效应的影响,研究表明,当微带线长度变长,宽度变宽,介质基板厚度变厚,介质基板相对介电常数变大时,耦合效应变强,其中耦合效应受长度影响最大。  相似文献

An optical receiver with high sensitivity and linearity specially designed for Giga-bit communications over small-bandwidth high-attenuation multimode plastic optical fiber is presented. An automatic gain control transimpedance amplifier and linear post amplifiers are used to maintain a good performance with multilevel modulation. Using multilevel signaling and large-diameter integrated photodiodes make the presented optical receiver suitable for large core plastic optical fiber. For a wavelength of 675 nm, a sensitivity of −26.3 dB m (BER = 10−9) at 500 Mb/s is presented by a binary signal. A data rate of 1 Gb/s and a sensitivity of −19.8 dB m (BER = 10−9) are achieved with four-level pulse amplitude modulation.  相似文献

In this paper, we present an improved high-frequency equivalent circuit for SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors(HBTs) with a CBE layout, where we consider the distributed effects along the base region. The actual device structure is divided into three parts: a link base region under a spacer oxide, an intrinsic transistor region under the emitter window,and an extrinsic base region. Each region is considered as a two-port network, and is composed of a distributed resistance and capacitance. We solve the admittance parameters by solving the transmission-line equation. Then, we obtain the smallsignal equivalent circuit depending on the reasonable approximations. Unlike previous compact models, in our proposed model, we introduce an additional internal base node, and the intrinsic base resistance is shifted into this internal base node,which can theoretically explain the anomalous change in the intrinsic bias-dependent collector resistance in the conventional compact model.  相似文献

According to the transmission characteristics of high-speed long-haul optical transmission system, the main construction method of Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) code for optical transmission system is presented and a novel construction algorithm of LDPC code is proposed, the theoretical analysis shows that the parity check matrix of the LDPC code constructed by the proposed construction algorithm has no four-girth phenomenon, this is also theoretically proved out. Both the novel LDPC(3969,3720) code with 6.69% redundancy and the novel LDPC(8281,7920) code with 4.56% redundancy for optical transmission systems are constructed by using the presented construction method and proposed construction algorithm. The simulation results show that the net coding gain (NCG) of the two novel LDPC codes at the eighteenth iteration for the BER of 10?12 are respectively 1.63 dB and 1.49 dB more than that of the RS(255,239) code in ITU-T G.975. Moreover, the decoding of the LDPC code in the hardware can parallel be implemented, so the decoding speed of the two novel LDPC codes are very rapid, the complexities of implementing the two novel LDPC codes, compared with the concatenated codes in ITU-T G.975.1, are relatively lower, furthermore, the hardware overhead and storage space can relatively be saved and the computation complexity can be reduced in implementing the hardware in the future. As a result, the two novel LDPC codes can better be suitable for high-speed long-haul optical transmission systems.  相似文献

A radial basis function network (RBF) has excellent generalization ability and approximation accuracy when its parameters are set appropriately. However, when relying only on traditional methods, it is difficult to obtain optimal network parameters and construct a stable model as well. In view of this, a novel radial basis neural network (RBF-MLP) is proposed in this article. By connecting two networks to work cooperatively, the RBF's parameters can be adjusted adaptively by the structure of the multi-layer perceptron (MLP) to realize the effect of the backpropagation updating error. Furthermore, a genetic algorithm is used to optimize the network's hidden layer to confirm the optimal neurons (basis function) number automatically. In addition, a memristive circuit model is proposed to realize the neural network's operation based on the characteristics of spin memristors. It is verified that the network can adaptively construct a network model with outstanding robustness and can stably achieve 98.33% accuracy in the processing of the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology (MNIST) dataset classification task. The experimental results show that the method has considerable application value.  相似文献

The design of a new family of two-dimensional single pulse per column codes for optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) networks is reported. The 1-D modified pseudo-noise codes have been known to be orthogonal and their generation and system design based on these codes is rather simple. But their performance is limited due to the bandwidth constraints if the code length increases. Hence, using these 1-D modified pseudo-noise codes, modified 2-D pseudo-noise matrix codes (MPMCs) are generated. The system performance is evaluated for two, three and four simultaneous users using the link with all the sources responsible for degradation included: attenuation, chromatic dispersion, non-linear refractive effects, non-linear scattering and four-wave mixing. The effect of the non-linear and lossy dispersive medium over the system performance is shown by plotting the BER with respect to the link length for the systems designed using encoders/decoders base on 1-D modified pseudo-noise codes and our MPMCs. The performance is compared for the two types of codes by finding the crosstalk due to interfering users simultaneously operating in the network.  相似文献

In secure communication systems, a very important problem is how to prevent wiretapping. Lots of researches on cryptography give good solutions on secure communications. But if a wire tapper can detect the existence of the transmitted information and get enough eavesdropped frames, cryptanalysis techniques can help to blindly recover the frame structures, error-control coding parameters and passwords. In this paper we propose a novel secure transmission scheme on the link level for optical fiber communication systems. Based on the blind frame synchronization technique, we propose to drop the traditionally strict frame structures in fiber communications and conceal the error-correcting-encoded blocks among random data, so that wire tappers cannot get enough coded packets to analyze and recover the transmitted information. Therefore, the proposed method is very suitable for secure communications and military communications.  相似文献
