针对钢桥塔斜拉索锚固区连续布置椭圆形过索孔易产生的应力集中现象,对开任意多个椭圆孔无限大平面的力学模型建立了复应力函数,采用最小二乘边界配点法对应力场进行了求解,并与单个椭圆孔的理论解相比较,误差小于1%。结果表明:孔边应力集中系数随孔洞纵向间距增大而增大,随孔洞横向间距增大而减小,并最终都趋于定值。基于有限元分析,讨论了板件长宽比、开孔率、孔洞间距等参数对开单排和双排连续椭圆孔有限大板应力集中系数的影响情况;进一步在无限大平面计算结果基础上引入板宽修正系数,给出了便于工程应用的应力集中系数计算公式。  相似文献

根据一种修正的余能原理,建立了具有一个无外力圆柱面的三维杂交应力元,元内假定应力场满足三维柱坐标表示的平衡方程及无外力圆柱面上的外力边界条件;当元退化为二维时,也满足协调条件。单元位移场选择与相邻单元协调。数值算例表明这种特殊杂交应力元在相当粗的网格下,能十分有效地分析变宽度薄/厚板在拉伸与弯曲作用下的三维(及二维)应力集中。  相似文献

In this work, the finite element analysis of the elasto-plastic plate bending problems is carried out using transition rectangular plate elements. The shape functions of the transition plate elements are derived based on a practical rule. The transition plate elements are all quadrilateral and can be used to obtain efficient finite element models using minimum number of elements. The mesh convergence rates of the models including the transition elements are compared with the regular element models. To verify the developed elements, simple tests are demonstrated and various elasto-plastic problems are solved. 脱层是复合材料层板结构中主要的缺陷形式之一。当脱层层板受到压力载荷的作用会造成脱层的局部屈曲和扩展,从而使结构的强度和刚度大为降低。含脱层层板的弯曲问题包含了脱层的压缩问题,却比压缩问题更加复杂。本文对含穿透脱层层板在纯弯载荷作用下的后屈曲问题进行了基于一阶剪切层板理论的几何非线性有限元分析,运用虚裂纹闭合技术求解了纯弯载荷作用下的脱层尖端的能量释放率各型分量,并用脱层扩展判据求解了脱层起始扩展载荷。  相似文献

根据Timoshenko二广义位移梁理论,构造了深梁位移场的插值函数。利用斜坐标系与直角坐标系的变换关系、有限条带思想和深梁位移插值函数,构造了一种考虑剪切变形的平行四边形厚/薄板弯曲通用单元的位移(曲率、剪应变、转角、横向位移)插值函数,导出了刚度矩阵和非结点荷载等效力。并对简支阍支方板、Razzaque斜板、四边简支斜交板弯曲进行了数值计算。算例表明此单元有较好的精度,对于薄板不出现剪切闭锁,可适应于目前桥梁建设中大量采用的斜交板桥结构分析。  相似文献

The problem of bending of an isotropic elastic plate is solved for a finite doubly connected domain whose external boundary is a convex polygon and internal boundary is a smooth closed contour. The bending problem is reduced to the analytical solution of the Riemann—Hilbert problem for a ring. A contact problem is solved for an infinite anisotropic plate weakened by a circular opening, stiffened by inclusions of variable stiffness, and subjected to bending. For the unknown contact force of interaction between the plate and an inclusion, an integro-differential equation is derived and then reduced to an infinite system of linear algebraic equations. 近来由于细观力学的发展和对材料尺度效应的研究使得Cosserat理论受到了关注.本文给出了基于Cosserat理论的有限元八节点等参元格式,数值计算了单向均匀拉伸小孔应力集中问题,研究了Cosserat理论中有关参数对应力集中因子和尺度效应的影响.计算结果与理论解十分吻合.这表明,基于Cosserat理论的平面八节点等参元适用于求解基于Cosserat理论的平面问题.  相似文献

The problem of design for minimum stress concentration is highly nonlinear and must be solved iteratively. Each iteration (redesign) involves three steps: an analysis of the stresses for a design, a sensitivity analysis corresponding to possible changes in this design, and the decision of redesign. For stress analysis, the FEM is a unified approach which is applied in the present paper to axisymmetric solids that are also subjected to nonaxisymmetric loads. The decision of redesign is a linear programming problem and can thus be solved with the Simplex algorithm. The introduction of move-limits to the formulation is of major importance. The optimization approach is described in general, but most of the paper concentrates on a specific example and shows optimum shapes of a shoulder fillet in a stepped bar. Loads are bending, tension, or torsion, and the stress concentrations are considerably reduced.  相似文献

用三维光弹性冻结应力实验技术与修正的多点超定法相结合研究了带凸缘弯曲梁应力集中区内表面裂纹的应力强度因子。分析了不同过渡圆弧的应力集中对两种表面裂纹(半圆形表面裂纹与前缘直线表面裂纹)的影响。用实验方法得到了应力强度因子放大系数的数值.结果表明,应力集中对浅裂纹的影响是更大的,是不可忽视的,但放大系数随表面裂纹的几何形状变化很小。这些对管节点的断裂力学评估提供了有价值的实验依据.  相似文献
