以叔胺化合物3-二甲胺基-1,2-丙二醇为扩链剂、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为封端剂,将叔胺基团、不饱和基团键合到聚氨酯(PU)分子链上,并采用不同烷基链长卤代烷与叔胺基团发生季铵化反应引入亲水性基团,经紫外光固化,制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU)抗菌薄膜。利用红外光谱仪、纳米粒度分析仪、光学接触测试仪等对WPU分散液及其薄膜的结构与性能进行表征,通过震荡摇瓶、抑菌圈进行抗菌性能测试,并探究了叔胺化合物对材料性能的影响。结果表明:当叔胺化合物质量分数为9%、烷基链长为12时,WPU通过接触分别对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达99.5%以上,并表现出优异的抗菌持久性能。此外,所制备的水性聚氨酯材料还具有良好的力学性能。 相似文献

采用正交实验设计,进行公斤级批量制备DMAEMA-DB季铵盐单体和抗菌聚合物的研究,对影响单体合成的关键因素以及聚合的条件进行优化,并采用FT-IR和NMR等方法对所合成的单体和聚合物分别进行了结构表征,通过平板活菌计数法测定了单体以及聚合物的抗菌性能.结果表明,DMAEMA-DB单体的优化合成条件为:反应温度55℃,反应时间30h,反应物浓度为V<,s>:V<,l>=1:1,反应物配比为DMAEMA:DB=1:1.1.Poly(AAm/DMAEMA-DB)的最佳合成工艺条件为:聚合温度70℃,聚合时间8h,单体浓度为0.4mol/L,引发剂用量为单体用量的0.4mol%,在该条件下合成的聚合物平均得率达89%.将它们用于杀灭大肠杆菌时,接触时间5min对大肠杆菌的抑菌率可达99%,接触时间30min抑菌率达到100%. 相似文献

杂多酸季铵盐双活性中心抗菌剂的合成及抑菌性能研究 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
本文采取立体选择法合成以过渡元素V、Fe、Co和Ni为取代原子的Keggin结构的取代型磷钼杂多酸盐,在水热条件下与十二烷基三甲基溴化铵进行化合,得到了4种新的基于Keggin型多酸阴离子和季铵阳离子的复合物。通过红外(FT-IR)、紫外(UV-Visible)、热重(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等手段进行了结构表征,并采用抑菌圈法对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌进行了抑菌活性研究。结果表明,所合成的复合物的分解温度较季铵盐提高了200℃;复合物的抑菌效果是季铵盐的2~3倍。 相似文献

近年来,季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂的品种开发和产品应用得到了较快发展。吡啶季铵盐型表面活性剂可作为沥青乳化剂、织物柔软剂、抗静电剂和杀菌剂。本文以吡啶为母体,通过吡啶的烷基化,季铵化合成了一系列的单吡啶季铵盐,并对其表面活性进行了表征。同时通过与四种细菌作用,从杀菌率、最小抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration)最小杀菌浓度(minimal bactericial concentration)得出了此类阳离子表面活性剂具有一定的表面活性和杀菌性能,可作为一种良好的复配剂。合成路线如下。 相似文献

将咪唑基团与N-甲基二乙醇胺进行季铵化反应,经过重结晶纯化得到2-(2-羟乙基)-甲基-(1-甲基-1H-咪唑-2-亚甲基)氯化铵(QAS-1),以傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)和飞行时间质谱(TOF-MS)等进行结构表征。并采用纸片法和振荡培养法初步研究了QAS-1对金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)、甲型链球菌(α-H-tococcus)、大肠杆菌(E.coli)、绿脓杆菌(P.aeruginosa)等菌种的抗菌性能。结果显示,季铵盐QAS-1对这4种菌均显示较好的抗菌活性,特别是对革兰氏阴性菌(E.coli,P.aeruginosa)的杀菌效果更加显著,且优于阳性药(葡萄糖酸氯己定)。 相似文献

The fluorinated building block strategy and the direct fluorination strategy are of great importance for the synthesis of new fluorinated molecules. These strategies complement each other and can be combined to develop a new methodology for the construction of a wide variety of fascinating organofluorine compounds. In our opinion, the versatile building blocks used in this method should satisfy the following conditions: 1) readily prepared from commercially available reagents; 2) easy to handle; 3) storage under ordinary conditions without noticeable decomposition; 4) wide applicability. Based on the aforementioned requirements, we focused on the use of vinyl sulfonium salts. This brief review describes the synthesis of five types of fluorinated vinyl sulfonium salts and their reactions. Especially, we featured typical fluorinated groups containing trifluoromethyl (CF3), difluoromethyl (CF2H), monofluoromethyl (CFH2), monofluoro (F) or β-bromotetrafluoroethyl (BrCF2CF2) moieties in combination with vinyl sulfonium salts. 相似文献

Epoxypropyl dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (EPDDMAC) was synthesized with N,N-dimethyl dodecyl amine (DMDA) and epichlorohydrin (EPIC). Diethyl-2,3-epoxypropyl-[3-methyldimethoxyl)] silpropyl ammonium chloride (DEEPSAC) was synthesized with N,N-diethyl-aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilane (DEAPMDES) and epichlorohydrin (EPIC). 氟表面活性剂的环境和生物降解问题是最近的热点, 特别是全氟长链(≥C8)氟表面活性剂的应用限制乃至禁用已成为必然趋势. 本文合成了一种以短链的全氟丁基为基础的阳离子氟表面活性剂, N-[3-(二甲基胺基)丙基]全氟丁基磺酰胺盐酸盐(C4F9SO2NH(CH2)3NH(CH3)+2Cl-, 简称为PFB-MC). 该表面活性剂适用于强酸性环境, 具有极高的表面活性, 其溶液最低表面张力(19.80 mN·m-1)和通常的氟表面活性剂相当. 通过表面张力方法得到了固定pH(pH=2.6-2.7)情况下PFB-MC的表面张力-浓度对数(γ-lgc)曲线, 以及该pH下外加盐([NaCl]=0.1 mol·L-1)对表面张力的影响; 并进一步研究了pH对PFB-MC在其临界胶束浓度(cmc)前后的表面张力的影响. 相似文献

采用液相还原法, 以单宁酸为还原剂, 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为修饰剂制备出了水溶性的表面修饰Ag纳米颗粒. 通过X 射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见吸收分光光度计(UV-Vis)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪等对所得样品的形貌和结构进行了表征. 采用肉汤稀释法测试了样品的抗菌性能, 考察了样品在水相中的分散稳定性, 提出了PVP修饰Ag纳米颗粒的形成机理. 结果表明所制备的样品具有Ag的面心立方晶体结构, 平均粒径为15-17 nm. 样品在水相中能长时间稳定分散; 对埃希氏大肠杆菌(E. coli)、金黄色葡萄球菌(S. aureus)具有明显的抗菌作用. 操作简便、条件温和的制备方法易于在工业规模上放大; 试剂无毒, 使得所制备的PVP修饰Ag纳米颗粒作为抗菌剂具有良好的应用前景. 相似文献

采用饥饿态半连续种子乳液聚合方法, 在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)复合乳化剂的作用下, 分别选用甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯(TFEM)、甲基丙烯酸六氟正丁酯(HFBM)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFHM)为含氟单体, 合成以丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和含氟单体为原料的核壳型结构含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液. FTIR, 1H NMR, TEM和DSC分析结果显示, 获得了BA/MMA/含氟单体的共聚物乳液, 且乳液具有明显的核壳结构. DSC, TGA和SEM-EDX的分析显示, 核壳型结构的共聚物具有优异的热力学稳定性能和成膜性能; 长侧链或短侧链含氟单体对共聚物的热稳定性影响不明显, 但侧链较长的含氟单体所获得的聚合物在成膜过程中更易向表面迁移, 更能体现含氟聚合物的优点. 相似文献

The reaction of 1‐methylimidazole and α,α‐dibromo‐p‐xylene was followed by a metathesis reaction with fluorinated anion sources, which yielded new fluorinated imidazolium salts [C6H4(CH2(C4H6N2)2]2+ 2[A]– where A = BF4 ( 2 ), PF6 ( 3 ), CF3SO3 ( 4 ), and CF3COO ( 5 ). The compounds were characterized by 1H‐, 13C‐, 19F‐, 31P NMR, and IR spectroscopy. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction data of compounds 2 , 3 , and 4 were also reported, whereas compound 5 was found to be a liquid. The solid compounds crystallized in the monoclinic P21/c space group and have similar crystallographic parameters. The study revealed that the different fluorinated anions affected the spatial arrangement of atoms and the extent of cation–anion interactions, hence, influenced the stability and coordination properties of the imidazolium salts. A trend was observed which related the strength of cation–anion interaction to physical properties such as melting point. 相似文献

Cationic water-based polyurethane(CWPU) was synthesized to explore aloe-emodin modifies to obtain CWPU materials with better comprehensive performance. It provides a simple way to synthesize antibacterial waterborne polyurethane, which is to introduce the end-blocking group of herbal extracts into the structure. It contains synergistic antibacterial effect of herbal antibacterial and quaternary ammonium ion on Escherichia coli. It makes the material resist the erosion of bacterial, and increase the service life of materials. When the pH value of the environment changes, the UV absorbance of the aloe-emodin modified cationic water-based polyurethane(AE-CWPU) also changes. Therefore, within a certain detection range, AE-CWPU has great applications in the field of smart response materials. The modified thermodynamic properties have been improved, and the mechanical properties basically maintained the maximum stress, and the elongation at break was reduced. 相似文献
