In this study, various 5-acetyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones were synthesized and the dehydrogenation of these compounds by potassium peroxydisulfate in aqueous acetonitrile under thermal and sono-thermal conditions were investigated. Whereas the effect of the nature of 4-substituent influences the rate of reaction, the application of sonic waves decreases drastically the time of thermal reaction.  相似文献

Substitution reactions in 1,2,4-triazine-3,5-thiones are studied. Their interaction with sodium nitrite in a hydrochloric acid medium and with N,N-dimethylcarbamoylbromide yields the 4-nitroso, azo, and carbamoyl derivatives of 1,2,4-triazines. Several new 1,5-diaryl-3-(arylamino)-1H-pyrrol-2(5H)-ones were synthesized via the three-component condensation reaction of aldehydes, aromatic amines, and ethyl pyruvate under catalyst-free and solvent-free conditions. Also, 5-(4-hydroxyl-3-nitrophenyl)-1-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenylamino)-1,5-dihydro-pyrrol-2-one was synthesized using oxime instead of aldehyde. The eco-friendly, simple procedure, green procedure, catalyst-free and solvent-free conditions, short reaction times, and high yields of the products are the advantages of this method.  相似文献

本文采用水热反应条件 ,合成得到一种新型的含五价钼原子的杂多化合物 :(NH3CH2 CH2 NH3) 7H2[NaMo1 2 O30 (PO4 ) 2 (HPO4 ) 5(H2 PO4 ) ]·7H2 O ,在晶体结构测定的基础上对其进行红外、拉曼和紫外 可见漫反射光谱研究。结果表明 :较长的Mo(Ⅴ )—O键键长和分子内大量的氢键造成化合物红外光谱特征的红移。  相似文献

An expedient route toward the synthesis of 4-hydroxyquinolone grafted spiropyrrolidines or pyrrolizidines has been accomplished through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of various azomethine ylides derived from isatin or acenaphthalene and sarcosine with 4-hydroxyquinolone derivatives as dipolarophile. The regio and stereo chemical outcome of the cycloaddition reaction is ascertained by X-ray crystallographic studies and spectroscopic techniques of the cycloadducts. Furthermore, cytotoxicity evaluation of selected compounds showed significant inhibition of cell proliferation against cervical as well as colon cancer cell lines.  相似文献

By adsorption and subsequent reduction of oxygen on Pd(110), metastable (1 × 2) and (1 × 3) reconstructed surfaces have been produced. Oxygen was not present after the reduction but a small amount of residual hydrogen (< 0.15 monolayers) remained. However this is not the origin of the reconstruction as adsorption of this amount of hydrogen on the clean surface did not cause reconstruction. The structures were stable up to ˜ 370 K, and at higher temperatures they reverted to (1 × 1). These results are compared with Rh(110) where similar reconstructions have been found.  相似文献

The proton spin–lattice relaxation times and 1H NMR second moments were measured over a wide range of temperature. The results were compared with those of the 19F NMR relaxation that we obtained earlier. For both nuclear species, the evolution of the longitudinal magnetizations with time is observed to be strongly bi-exponential and were in good quantitative agreement with the cross-relaxation theory.  相似文献

Quinoxalin-2(1H)-one and its derived 3-Benzylquinoxalin-2(1H)-one were synthesized and characterized by UV–visible spectroscopy. The changes displayed by the photophysical properties of these molecules in different solvents can be explained in terms of a sum of dielectric polarity and hydrogen bonding effects taking part in the stabilisation of the structure. 3-Benzylquinoxalin-2(1H)-one exhibits two fluorescence emission bands (F a and F n) in very polar solvents and one band (F n) in low polar solvents. These bands are assigned on the basis of the absorption and emission solvent effect. The abnormal fluorescence (F a) observed in very polar solvents is attributed to an intermolecular interaction between solute and solvent molecules in the excited state (exciplex formation).  相似文献

Raman spectra of the uranyl oxyhydroxy‐hydrated mineral compreignacite, K2[(UO2)3O2(OH)3]2·7H2O, were measured and interpreted. Observed bands were attributed to the stretching and bending vibrations of uranyl units, molecular water and hydroxyl ions. U O bond lengths in uranyl and O HO hydrogen bond lengths were inferred from the spectra and compared with those from the X‐ray single crystal structure data. Raman spectroscopy has been used to study the arsenate minerals haidingerite Ca(AsO3OH)·H2O and brassite Mg(AsO3OH)·4H2O. Intense Raman bands in the haidingerite spectrum observed at 745 and 855 cm−1 are assigned to the (AsO3OH)2−ν3 antisymmetric stretching and ν1 symmetric stretching vibrational modes. For brassite, two similarly assigned intense bands are found at 809 and 862 cm−1. The observation of multiple Raman bands in the (AsO3OH)2− stretching and bending regions suggests that the arsenate tetrahedrons in the crystal structures of both minerals studied are strongly distorted. Broad Raman bands observed at 2842 cm−1 for haidingerite and 3035 cm−1 for brassite indicate strong hydrogen bonding of water molecules in the structure of these minerals. OH···O hydrogen‐bond lengths were calculated from the Raman spectra based on empirical relations. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The water adsorption on the bare and H-terminated Si(1 0 0) surfaces has been studied by the BML-IRRAS technique. It is found that H-terminated surfaces are much less reactive compared to the bare silicon surfaces. The (1 × 1)-H and (3 × 1)-H surfaces show similar and less reactivity pattern compared to the (2 × 1)-H surface. At higher exposures, the water reaction with coupled monohydride species provides an effective channel for oxygen insertion into the back bonds of dihydride species. It is not attributed to the H–Si–Si–H + H2O → H–S–Si–OH + H2, which could give rise to the characteristic Si–H and Si–OH modes, respectively at 2081 and 921 cm−1. A more suitable reaction mechanism involving a metastable species, H–Si–Si–H + H2O → H2Si  HO–Si–H (metastable) explains well the bending modes of oxygen inserted silicon dihydride species which are observed relatively strongly in the reaction of water with H-terminated Si(1 0 0) surfaces.  相似文献

Based on the structures of the 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase inhibitor mesotrione and natural product fischerellin A, a series of imine derivatives of ( $E$ )-3-acyl-quinoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione (6, 12 and 16) were designed, synthesized and systematically evaluated for their herbicidal activity. The bioassay results indicated that most of the synthesized compounds displayed good to excellent herbicidal activity, of which 6e, 6g, 6h, 6q and 6t exhibited more than 50 % inhibition against Brassica napus L., Amaranthus retroflexu or Digitaria adscendens at a dosage of $94\,\hbox {g}\,\hbox {ha}^{-1}$ or lower. The symptom of injured leaves in vivo, the high Hill reaction inhibitory activity of 6h in vitro ( $\hbox {IC}_{50}\,0.1\, \upmu \hbox {g}\,\hbox {mL}^{-1})$ and the computer-based binding model of compound 6h with D1 protein in photosystem II (PSII) reaction centre suggest this novel structure to likely be a new type of PSII electron transport inhibitor. Thus, we have found a novel type of diketone enamine structure targeted at the PSII reaction centre.  相似文献

The selected arsenite minerals leiteite, reinerite and cafarsite have been studied by Raman spectroscopy. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations enabled the position of the AsO22− symmetric stretching mode at 839 cm−1, the antisymmetric stretching mode at 813 cm−1 and the deformation mode at 449 cm−1 to be calculated. The Raman spectrum of leiteite shows bands at 804 and 763 cm−1 assigned to the As2O42− symmetric and antisymmetric stretching modes. The most intense Raman band of leiteite is the band at 457 cm−1 and is assigned to the ν2 As2O42− bending mode. A comparison of the Raman spectrum of leiteite is made with the arsenite minerals reinerite and cafarsite. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The improper ferroelastic phase letovicite (NH4)3H(SO4)2 has been studied by 1H MAS NMR as well as by static 14N NMR experiments in the temperature range of 296–425 K. The 1H MAS NMR resonance from ammonium protons can be well distinguished from that of acidic protons. A third resonance appears just below the phase transition temperature which is due to the acidic protons in the paraelastic phase. The lowering of the second moment M2 for the ammonium protons takes place in the same temperature range as the formation of domain boundaries, while the signals of the acidic protons suffer a line narrowing in the area of Tc. The static 14N NMR spectra confirm the temperature of the motional changes of the ammonium tetrahedra. Two-dimensional 1H NOESY spectra indicate a chemical exchange between ammonium protons and the acidic protons of the paraphase.  相似文献
