从石竹科植物九子参(Silene rubicunda)根中得到四个糖链上带乙酰基的新的三萜皂苷——九子参苷A,B,C,D(rubicunosides A~D,1~4).前文已详细报道了九子参苷A的结构研究,本文报道九子参苷B,C,D的结构.通过FAB-MS和NMR,分别确定九子参苷B,C,D为糖链上带单乙酰基的三萜九糖苷、七糖苷和糖链上带双乙酰基的三萜八糖苷,分别命名为皂树酸-3-O-β-D吡喃半乳糖-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→4)-a-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4′)-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖-(1→2)]-[3′-O-乙酰基]-β-D-吡喃夫糖苷(九子参苷B,2),皂树酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→3)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→4)-a-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-[4″-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→2)]-β-D-吡喃夫糖苷(九子参苷C,3),皂树酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→3)]-[6′-O-正丁基]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→4)-a-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→4)-[2″-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖-(1→2)]-[3′-O 乙酰基]-β-D-吡喃夫糖苷(九子参苷D,4).  相似文献

通过2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖异硫氰酸酯(3)和2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-α-L-吡喃型鼠李糖异硫氰酸酯(4)与3-烷基/芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(5)在乙醇中回流,缩合得到了14个新的3-烷基/芳基-6-(1'-N-2',3',4',6'-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃型葡萄糖基或2',3',4'-三-O-乙酰基-α-L-吡喃型鼠李糖基)-均三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物(6a-6i,7a-7e),化合物结构经元素分析、IR和1H NMR确证.  相似文献

从萝摩科植物海枫藤[Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li.]的藤茎中分离得到四个C21甾体去氧糖苷(1)~(4). 通过化学降解和波谱技术, 确定它们的化学结构依次为: 12-O-桂皮酰基-20-O-乙酰基(20S)-孕甾烷-6-烯-3β,5α,8β,12β,14β, 17β,20-庚醇 3-O-甲基-6-去氧-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(1), 12-O-桂皮酰基-20-O-乙酰基(20S)-孕甾烷-6-烯-3β,5α,8β,12β,14β,17β,20-庚醇3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→4)-3-O-甲基-6-去氧-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(2), 12-O-桂皮酰基-20-O-乙酰基(20S)-孕甾烷-6- 烯-3β,5α,8β,12β,14β,17β,20-庚醇3-O-β-D-黄夹吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(3), 12-O-烟酰基-肉珊瑚苷元3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→4)-3-O-甲基-6-去氧-β-D-阿洛吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基- (1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷(4). 其中1和2为新化合物, 分别命名为haifengtenoside A, haifengtenoside B, 3和4分别为已知化合物mucronatoside H 和 hainaneosides A, 系首次从该植物中分离得到.  相似文献

本文以3-O-烯丙基-6-O-乙酰基-2,4-二-O-苯甲酰基-α-D-葡萄糖三氯乙酰亚氨酯1为原料,设计合成了尚未见报道的十二烷基β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→3)-[β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷6。其组成和结构已由元素分析、1H NMR、13C NMR表征。  相似文献

用2-乙酰胺-3,4,6-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-a-D-葡萄吡喃糖-1-磷酸吡啶盐(3)和2-乙酰胺-1,3,4-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖(4)进行缩合,没有得到6-O-(2-乙酰胺-3,4,6-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-D-葡萄吡哺糖-1-磷酰)-2-乙酰胺-1,3,4-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖(7),而分离到了6-O-(2-乙酰胺-3,4,6-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基)-2-乙酰胺-1,3,4-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖(9)和二-(2-乙酰胺-1,3,4-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖-6)-磷酸酯(10)。它们是由7的二个分解产物再次与4反应生成的。用1-溴-2-N-DNP-3,4,6-三-O-乙酰-1,2-二-脱氧-α-D-葡萄吡喃糖(13)和2-乙酰胺-1,3,4-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖-6-磷酸三乙胺盐(8)反应,得到了6-O-(2-N-DNP-3,4,6-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖-1-磷酰)-2-乙酰胺-1,3,4-三-O-乙酰-2-脱氧-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖(16)。16性质稳定,说明氨基葡萄糖的2-位乙酰基的存在使其1-位磷酸基团较易离去,而2-位 DNP 基则没有这种影响。  相似文献

从海南岛三亚海域采集的软珊瑚Labophytumsp.中分离得五个甾醇苷(1)~(5)。通过波谱分析,确定它们的化学结构依次为3'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(1),4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(2),4'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(3),4'-O-乙酰基-4-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(4)和4-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷]-孕甾-20-烯-3β,4α-二醇(5),其中1为新化合物。体外细胞毒性实验表明:化合物(1),(2)和(5)对SKMG-4,Hep-G2和CNE2三种人体癌细胞具有抑制作用。  相似文献

5-氟脲嘧及其衍生物是目前临床上广泛使用的抗代谢类抗癌药物, 主要适用于消化道癌、乳腺癌、肺癌等, 但具有一定的毒性, 主要表现为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。我们以Koenigs-Knorr法和相转催化法合成了5-氟脲嘧啶的两种类型(-N型, -O型)的半乳吡喃糖苷。这些糖苷类化合物在体内糖苷的作用下, 有可能缓慢地分解释放出5-氟脲嘧啶, 降低其毒性, 提高抑瘤效果。  相似文献

(Asteraceae) yielded two new monoterpene peroxide glycosides, (3S)-3-O-(3',4'-diangeloyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-7-hydroperoxy-3,7-dimethylocta-1,5-diene (1) and (3S)-3-O-(3',4'-diangeloyl-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-6-hydroperoxy-3,7-dimethylocta-1,7-diene (2), and five known compounds, alpha-spinasterol (3), germacra-4(15),5,10(14)-triene-1-beta-ol (4), 7-methoxy-4(15)-oppositen-1-beta-ol (5), 6alpha-methoxy-4(15)-eudesmane-1beta-ol (6) and alpha-spinasterol 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7). Two new compounds were found in the phenolic glycosides isolated from the roots of Lindera fruticosa: 5-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1'-->2')-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]gentisic acid-7,5'-ester (3), named linderofruticoside A; and 5-O-[beta-D-apiofuranosyl-(1'-->3')-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]gentisic acid methyl ester (4), linderofruticoside B. Two previously known phenolic glycosides were also identified: beta-D-(3,4-disinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-sinapoyl)glucopyranoside (1) and beta-D-(3-sinapoyl)fructofuranosyl-alpha-D-(6-sinapoyl)glucopyranoside (2). Compounds 1 and 2 inhibited osteoclast differentiation in a dose-dependent manner at concentrations higher than 1.04 microM and 0.132 microM, respectively.  相似文献

Three new flavonoid glycosides, demethoxycentaureidin 7-O-β-D-galacturonopyranoside, pectolinarigenin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→4″)-β-D-glucopyranoside and 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1?→4″)-β-D-glucuronopyranoside, a new megastigmane glucoside, byzantionoside B 6'-O-sulfate, and a new (Z)-hex-3-en-1-ol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″→2')-β-D-glucopyranoside, were isolated from leaves of Ruellia patula JACQ., together with 12 known compounds, β-sitosterol glucoside, vanilloside, bioside (decaffeoyl verbascoside), acteoside (verbascoside), syringin, benzyl alcohol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″→2')-β-D-glucopyranoside, cistanoside E, roseoside, phenethyl alcohol O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″→2')-β-D-glucopyranoside, (+)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, isoacteoside and 3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1″→6')-β-D-glucopyranoside. Five new flavonol glycosides (1, 3, 5-7) were isolated from the aerial parts of Epimedium pubescens Maxim., along with two known compounds, sagittasine C (2) and 4',5-dihydroxyl-8-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-flavonol 3-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl(1→3)-4-O-acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranoside]-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4). [3+2] Cyclocondensation reactions of a series of 1,3- and 2,3-disubstituted 5-diazo-6,6-dimethyl-4-oxo-4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazoles with N-ethyl- and N-phenyl-substituted maleimides have been used to obtain the corresponding 6,6-dimethyl-4,4',6'-trioxo-4,5,6,7-3',3'a,4',5',6',6'a-decahydrospiro-[indazole-5,3'-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrazoles]. On boiling these compounds in toluene nitrogen is split off and they are converted into 6',6'-dimethyl-2,4,4'-trioxo-4',5',6',7'-tetrahydro-1'H-spiro[3-azabicyclo-(3.1.0)hexane-6,5'-indazoles].  相似文献

Five flavonol glycosides characterised as kaempferide 3-O-(2',3'-diacetylglucoside), kaempferide 3-O-(2'-O-galloylrhamnoside), kaempferide 3-O-(2'-O-galloylrutinoside)-7-O-alpha-rhamnoside, kaempferol 3-O-[beta-glucosyl-(1 --> 2)]-[alpha-rhamnosyl-(1 --> 6)]-beta-glucoside-7-O-alpha-rhamnoside and kaempferol 3-O-[alpha-rhamnosyl-(1 --> 2)]-[alpha-rhamnosyl-(1 --> 4)]-beta-glucoside-7-O-alpha-rhamnoside together with benzoic acid 4-O-beta-glucoside, benzoic acid 4-O-alpha-rhamnosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-glucoside and benzaldehyde 4-O-beta-glucoside have been isolated from methanolic extract of Moringa oleifera leaves. Also obtained from the same extract were known compounds, kaempferol 3-O-alpha-rhamnoside, kaempferol, syringic acid, gallic acid, rutin and quercetin 3-O-beta-glucoside. Their structures were determined using spectroscopic methods as well as comparison with data from known compounds.  相似文献

本文报道以次黄苷为原料, 经酯化, 再在缩合剂4-氯苯磷酰二氯存在下与吡啶反应, 形成嘌呤N-6-吡啶盐中间体2, 该中间体2分别与碱性强弱不同的胺或氨及2moldm^-^3NaOH的醇溶液在室温反应, 可方便的合成6-NH2, 6-OCH3以及6-OCH2CH3-9-(β-D-呋喃核糖)嘌呤衍生物。并对以上产物形成的机制作了探讨。  相似文献
