A σ-hole is defined as an electron-deficient region on the extension of a covalently bonded group IV–VII atoms. If the electronic density in the σ-hole is sufficiently low, then this region will have a positive electrostatic potential, which allows attractive noncovalent interactions with negative sites. SO2X2 and SeO2X2 (X = F, Cl and Br) have three Lewis acid sites of σ-hole located in the outermost of chalcogen atom and X end, participating in the chalcogen and halogen bonds with NH3 and H2O, respectively. MP2/aug-cc-pVTZ and M06-2X/aug-cc-pVTZ calculations reveal that for a given halogen atom, SeO2X2 forms stronger chalcogen bond interactions than SO2X2 counterpart. Almost a perfect linear relationship is evident between the interaction energies and the magnitudes of the product of most positive and negative electrostatic potentials. The interaction energies calculated by M06-2X and MP2 methods are almost consistent with each other.  相似文献

The crystal structure of a double complex salt of the composition [Au(en)2]2[Cu(C2O4)2]3·8H2O (en = ethylenediamine) at 150 K is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal data for C20H48Au2Cu3N8O32 are: a = 9.1761(3) Å, b = 16.9749(6) Å, c = 13.4475(5) Å, β = 104.333(1)°, V = 2029.43(12) Å3, P21/c space group, Z = 2, d x = 2.450 g/cm3. It is demonstrated that the thermal decomposition of the double complex salt in a helium or hydrogen atmosphere affords the solid solution Au0.4Cu0.6.  相似文献

A new Co(III) complex of 1,2-cyclohexanedionedioxime and thiocarbamide with an SO 4 2? anion and solvation water molecules in the outer sphere has been synthesized and its structure has been defined. Orthorhombic crystals, a = 11.659(2) Å, b = 26.448(5) Å, c = 30.142(6) Å, V = 9295(3) Å 3, Z = 8, dcalc = 1.599 g/cm3, space group Pbca; final R index is 0.0578 for 8221 reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the octahedral Co(III) complex, two 1,2-cyclohexanedionedioxime residues lie in the equatorial plane, while two thiocarbamide molecules are in the axial plane. Intramolecular bonds: N-H…O and O-H…O type hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions that stabilize the complex cations. In crystal, the components are linked by N-H…O and O-H…O hydrogen bonds into a 3D framework.  相似文献

The glass formation in the Al2(SO4)3–(CH3)2SO–H2O system was found for the first time. The competitive ability of ligands, dimethyl sulfoxide and water (which are strong donors), for entering the first coordination sphere of aluminum is considered. The possibility of mixed coordination of (CH3)2SO (via sulfur and oxygen atoms) in the first coordination sphere of aluminum with retention of the glass-forming ability of the sample was suggested on the basis of IR spectral study.  相似文献

The quaternary reciprocal system Li,K||F,I,CrO4 was partitioned into stable simplexes using graph theory. The system consists of five stable tetrahedra separated by four stable triangles. The chemical interaction between components was described based on the material balance written with account for occurring chemical reactions. Phase equilibria in the quasi-ternary system (LiF)2–(KI)2–Li2CrO4 were studied for the first time; in this system, the temperature and composition of a ternary eutectic were determined. The limited solubility of two liquid phases manifests itself in the concentration region adjacent to the LiF–KI quasibinary system. A three-dimensional model of the phase complex of the system was constructed in temperature– concentration coordinates.  相似文献

A new vanadium (IV) complex with the monoanion of 2,3-dihydroxypyridine (H2dhp), or 3-hydroxy-2-(1H)-pyridone, was synthesized, characterized by physicochemical techniques and tested biologically. The EPR data for the [VO(Hdhp)2] complex in DMF are: g x = 1.9768, g y = 1.9768 and g z = 1.9390; A values (10−4 cm−1): A x , 59.4; A y//, 59.4; A z , 171.0. The νV=O band in the IR spectrum of the complex is at 986 cm−1. The complex is paramagnetic, with μeff = 1.65 BM (d1, spin-only) at 25 °C. The irreversible oxidation process [V(V)/V(IV)] of the [VO(Hdhp)2] complex, as revealed in a cyclic voltammogram, occurs at 876 mV. The calculated molecular structure of [VO(Hdhp)2] shows the vanadium(IV) center in a distorted square pyramidal environment, with the oxo ligand in the apical position and the oxygen donor atoms of the Hdhp ligands in the basal positions. The ability of [VO(Hdhp)2] to mimic insulin, and its toxicity to hepato-biliary functions, were investigated in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats and it was concluded that the length of treatment and the amount of [VO(Hdhp)2] administered were effective in reducing experimental diabetes.  相似文献

A modified Pechini method followed by conventional and microwave heating was used to synthesise the new promising Ln2MGe4O12 (Ln = Y, Eu; M = Ca, Zn, Mn) optical hosts. Comparison between solid-state and Pechini synthesis methods showed that the latter reduces the temperature required for cyclo-tetragermanate formation. The highest yield of cyclo-tetragermanates for both methods is observed at 1,000–1,100 °C, with significantly shorter time of annealing in the case of the Pechini synthesis. Compositional, structural and morphological characterisations of the samples obtained by both routes were carried out using X-Ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetry, electron spin resonance spectroscopy, energy-dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

A series of three new compounds obtained from the reaction of Rh2(OAc)4 and 2, 2 -dipyridylamine (Hdpa) under various conditions have been characterized. All are diamagnetic and have a Rh–Rh single bond. In Rh2(dpa)4, 1, there are four bridging dpa anions which bind the two Rh atoms through one pyridyl N atom and one amido N atom though two of these ligands interact further with a rhodium atom through the third N atom. In the other two compounds the Hdpa ligand is neutral. Thus Rh2(OAc)4(Hdpa)2, 2, is an adduct of the well known complex dirhodium tetraacetate in which the two Hdpa ligands occupy axial positions. In the third compound, Rh2(Hdpa)2(OAc)2Cl2, 3, only two acetate bridges are present. One Hdpa molecule chelates equatorially each rhodium atom and the chloride ions are axially coordinated. The Rh–Rh distances are 2. 4005(6) and 2. 4042(8) Å for 1 and 2, respectively. For 3, the Rh–Rh distance of 2. 593(1) Å is significantly longer than those in 1 and 2 because of the presence of fewer bridging ligands.  相似文献

Single crystals of Ba3[UO2(C2O4)2(NCS)]2 · 9H2O are synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group Fddd, Z = 16, and the unit cell parameters are a = 16.253(3) Å, b = 22.245(3) Å, c = 39.031(6) Å. The main crystal structural units are mononuclear complex groups [UO2(C2O4)2NCS]3? of the crystal-chemical family (AB 2 01 M1 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = C2O 4 2? , M1 = NCS?) of the uranyl complexes linked into a three-dimensional framework by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds involving oxalate ions and water molecules.  相似文献

The complex Na3(NH4)2[Ir(SO3)2Cl4]·4H2O was examined with single crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. Crystal data: a = 7.3144(4) Å, b = 10.0698(5) Å, c = 12.3748(6) Å, β = 106.203(1)°, V = 875.26(8) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d calc = 2.547 g/cm3. In the complex anion two trans SO 3 2? groups are coordinated to iridium through the S atom. The splitting of O-H bending vibrations of crystallization water molecules and N-H ones of the ammonium cation is considered in the context of different types of interactions with the closest neighbors in the structure.  相似文献

Single crystals of Cs[(UO2)2(C2O4)2(OH)] · H2O were synthesized and structurally studied using X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/m, Z = 2, with the unit cell parameters a = 5.5032(4) Å, b = 13.5577(8) Å, c = 9.5859(8) Å, β = 97.012(3)°, V = 709.86(9) Å3, R = 0.0444. The main building units of crystals are [(UO2)2(C2O4)2(OH)]? layers of the A2K 2 02 M2 (A = UO 2 2+ , K02 = C2O 4 2? , and M2 = OH?) crystal-chemical family. Uranium-containing layers are linked into a three-dimensional framework via electrostatic interactions with outer-sphere cations and hydrogen bonds with water molecules.  相似文献

The solubility in the quaternary water–salt system Zr(SO4)2 · 4Н2О–Na2SO4–H2SO4–H2O at 25°C was studied. It was found that, in the system, there is crystallization of not only Na2SO4 and Zr(SO4)4 · 4H2O, but also sodium sulfate zirconates Na2Zr(SO4)2(OH)2 · 0.3H2O, Na4Zr(SO4)4 · 3H2O, and Na2Zr(SO4)2 · 3H2O and two new compounds, S1 and S2, which are presumably Na2ZrO(SO4)2 · 2H2O and Na2Zr2O2(SO4)3 · 6H2O.  相似文献

A novel binuclear Cobalt(II) complex with N-(2-propionic acid)-salicyloyl hydrazone (C10H10N2O4, H3L) was prepared and characterized. The crystal structure of [Co(C10H9N2O4)2] · 3H2O was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffractometry. The Co2+ ion is six-coordinated by the carboxyl and acyl O atoms and azomethine N atoms of two tridentate N-(2-propionicacid)-salicyloyl hydrazone ligands, which form two stable five-numbered rings sharing one side in the keto form. The coordination environment around the Co2+ ion might be described as a distorted octahedron. Abundant hydrogen bonds of the types O-H…N and O-H…O between the water molecules and ligands not only form the three-dimensional network, but also provide an extrastability for the crystal. The complex was studied for the interaction with calf thymus DNA by electronic absorption titration and emission titration. The results show that the complex is bound to calf thymus DNA mainly by intercalation. The article is published in the original.  相似文献

Four structural models of volborthite Cu3(OH)2(V2O7)·2H2O (a = 10.646(2) Å, b = 5.867(1) Å, c = 14.432(2) Å, β = 95.19(1)°, V = 897.7(5) Å3, Z = 4, R/R w = 0.038/0.046) calculated in the space groups determined from the systematic absences are compared. Based on the structure balance and the similarity of constituting polyhedra, values of the R factor, and isotropic thermal parameters, the space group Ia is found to be preferable, which is the only possible asymmetric and uniform variant. Hydrogen atoms of OH-groups, oxygen atoms and, partially, hydrogen atoms of water are localized.  相似文献

The sol-gel method with ethanol as a solvent and fluoride ion as a catalyst was used to prepare polysiloxane xerogels containing both 3-mercaptopropyl and n-propyl groups in the surface layer. An increase in the relative amount of n-propyltriethoxysilane in the initial reaction solution was found to result in the formation of xerogels with developed porous structures, which was accompanied by an increase in the specific surface area from 370 to 550 m2/g; simultaneously, other porous structure parameters such as sorption volume and pore size exhibited a tendency to increase. Atomic-force microscopy was used to show that the xerogels synthesized comprised aggregates of mean size 30 nm. An analysis of the IR and 13C cross-polarization magic angle spinning NMR data led us to conclude that the surface layer of bifunctional xerogels contained not only 3-mercaptopropyl and n-propyl groups but also silanol groups, part of nonhydrolyzed alkoxy groups, and H-bonded water molecules. The 29Si cross-polarization magic angle spinning NMR spectra revealed the presence of structural units of the compositions T1 [(≡SiO)Si(OR’)2(CH2CH2CH3) and/or (≡SiO)Si(OR’)2(CH2)3SH, R’ = H, OCH3, or OC2H5], T2 [(≡SiO)2Si(OR’)(CH2CH2CH3) and (≡SiO)2Si(OR’)(CH2)3SH], and T3 [(≡SiO)3SiCH2CH2CH3 and (≡SiO)3Si(CH2)3SH] in the xerogels synthesized.  相似文献

The concentration space of homogeneous garnet in the system Ga2O3–(Y, Bi)3(Fe, Ga)5O12–Fe2O3 was determined by X-ray powder diffraction analysis. The obtained results expand the knowledge of the possible variations of cation ratios Y : Bi : Fe : Ga in garnet, which can be used for searching for and creating new stable magneto-optical materials.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the double complex salt (DCS) [PdEn2]3[Rh(NO2)6]2 ? 2.67H2O (I) has been determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystals are triclinic, space group \(P\bar 1\), Z = 4, a = 9.2331(3) Å, b = 9.9136(4) Å, c = 13.7824(5) Å, α = 84.3230(14)°, β = 89.9655(14)°, γ = 66.7272(13)°, V = 1152.19(7) Å3, ρcalcd = 2.141 g/cm3, R = 0.0279. The thermal behavior of complex salt I has been studied in various gas atmospheres. The end product of thermolysis in reductive atmosphere is a mixture of Pd0.45Rh0.55 and Pd0.95Rh0.05 solid solutions. The end product of thermolysis in an inert atmosphere is a homogeneous Pd0.6Rh0.4 solid solution.  相似文献

The boundaries of the glass formation region in the ternary system La2O3–As2S3–Er2O3 were found. Transparent glass of composition (La2O3)0.03(As2S3)0.90(Er2O3)0.07 was studied by X-ray photoelectron and Raman spectroscopy. The intensities of the bands characterizing As–S, La–O, and Er–O bonds increased, and these bands were shifted toward higher energies. This was due to an increase in the covalence of these bonds and probably due to the formation of new bonds in the glasses. Samples in the glass formation region are resistant at 300 K to air, water, and organic solvents.  相似文献
