This work describes the synthesis of novel 1,2,3‐triazole‐4‐linked (2E,6E)‐2‐benzylidene‐6‐(4‐nitrobenzylidene)cyclo‐hexanones starting from cyclohexanone. 1‐(Cyclohex‐1‐en‐1‐yl)piperidine, the enamine from cyclohexanone and piperidine, reacted with 4‐nitrobenzaldehyde to obtain 2‐(4‐nitrobenzylidene)cyclohexanone. Condensation of the latter compound with (prop‐2‐yn‐1‐yloxy)benzaldehyde derivatives under acidic conditions gave (4‐nitrobenzylidene)‐[(prop‐2‐yn‐1‐yloxy)‐benzylidene]cyclohexanones. Finally, ‘click reaction’ of these derivatives and various organic azides led to the title compounds. All compounds were examined by MTT assay for cytotoxic activity in one human breast cancer cell line, MDA‐MB‐231.  相似文献

Metallo‐supramolecular core cross‐linked (CCL) micelles are fabricated from terpyridine‐functionalized double hydrophilic block copolymers, poly(2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethyl methacrylate)‐b‐poly(2‐(diethylamino)ethyl methacrylate‐co‐4′‐(6‐methacryloxyhexyloxy)‐2,2′:6′,2″‐terpyridine) [PMEO2MA‐b‐P(DEA‐co‐TPHMA)] via the formation of bis(terpyridine)ruthenium(II) complexes. These metallo‐supramolecular CCL micelles exhibit not only high structural integrity under different pH values and temperatures in aqueous solution, but multistimuli responsiveness including pH‐responsive cores, thermo‐responsive shells, and reversible dissociation of bis(terpyridine)ruthenium(II) complexes upon addition of competitive metal ion chelator, which allows for precisely controlled release of the encapsulated hydrophobic guest molecules via the combination of different stimuli.

Six novel disubstituted phenylene‐linked bis‐imidazole derivatives, 3a – 3f , were prepared by a one‐pot, microwave‐assisted method under solvent‐free conditions, in yields ranging from 61.6 to 85.6%. The new compounds were characterized by 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, UV/VIS, and fluorescence spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry, as well as by elemental analyses. The influence of substituents and solvents on the optical properties of 3a – 3f was investigated. It was found that there is little influence on absorption and excitation spectra in contrast to emission spectra. Compounds 3a – 3f exhibit strong fluorescence in solution, their fluorescence quantum yields ranging from 0.27 to 0.96.  相似文献

Summary: Novel hyperbranched poly(amine‐ester) (HPAE) cross‐linked films were prepared by cross‐linking the terminal hydroxyl groups of HPAE using glutaraldehyde (GA). Atom force microscope and scanning electron microscope revealed their smooth surfaces, dense and homogenous matrices. Property characterizations indicated that these cross‐linked films had good hydrophilicity, relative low protein adsorption, and high tensile strength. Also, their swelling behavior varied with the solvent.

Summary: Conjugated poly(p‐phenylene ethynylene) networks with interesting optoelectronic properties were synthesized by the palladium‐catalyzed polycondensation of 2,5‐diiodo‐4‐[(2‐ethylhexyl)oxy]methoxybenzene, and 1,4‐diethynyl‐2,5‐bis‐(octyloxy)benzene, with 1,2,4‐tribromobenzene as cross‐linker. The cross‐linker concentration was varied and materials with different cross‐link densities were prepared. The materials were processed into films by simultaneous polymerization and shaping. An alternative approach is to synthesize these cross‐linked polymers in the form of spherical particles, which can be processed from dispersions.

The reaction of PbCl2 with the Grignard compound RMgBr (R = 2,4,6‐Et3C6H2) furnishes orange red crystals of the adduct R2Pb…MgBr2(thf)4…PbR2 ( 4 ), in which two plumbylene molecules are linked through contacts with the bromine atoms of the MgBr2(thf)4 molecule. The unusual bonding situation in 4 is reflected by a strictly linear Br–Mg–Br framework, a short Pb…Br separation of 296.4(2) pm, and an Mg–Br…Pb angle of 136.84(7)?.  相似文献
