5-苯基-5H-苯并[2,3]磷杂吲哚[4,5-b]苯并呋喃的合成及性能研究

以二苯并呋喃-4-硼酸为原料,与邻溴碘苯发生Suzuki偶联,经丁基锂锂化后与Ph_2PCl反应,再经醋酸钯催化关环等步骤,合成了5-苯基-5H-苯并[2,3]磷杂吲哚[4,5-b]苯并呋喃4和5,并利用核磁共振和高分辨质谱等手段对其进行结构确证。利用紫外光谱、荧光光谱以及热重分析等手段研究了它们的光物理性能,结果表明,该类化合物显现在有机电致发光材料领域应用的潜力。     

Selenium heterocycles XXVI. Synthesis of theino[3,4-b]benzofuran and selenolo[3,4-b] benzofuran. Two novel heterocycles

Starting from the readily available aryl 3-methyl-2-benzo[b] furyl ketones a series of 3-sub-stituted thieno[3,4-b] benzofurans and 3-substituted selenolo[3,4-b] benzofurans were prepared in high yield. The parent compound, thieno[3,4-b] benzofuran was prepared through the reaction of thioacetamide with 2-chloromethyl-3-formylbenzo[b] furan in moderate yield.     

A simple synthesis of thieno[2,3-b]pyrazine and thieno[2,3-b] pyridine

A facile synthesis of thieno[2,3-b]pyrazine (1) and thieno[2,3-b]pyridine (9) is reported. Furthermore, convenient preparations of a variety of synthetically useful compounds derived from these ring systems is also presented.     

Polymethine dyes — Benzofuro[2,3-b]pyridine and selenonaphtheno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives

Polymethine dyes — benzofuro[2,3-b]pyridine and selenonaphtheno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives — were synthesized, and their spectral properties are discussed. Replacement of a vinylene group by an oxygen or selenium atom in one benzene ring of the 2-benzo[h]quinoline residue in the cyanines causes a large bathochromic shift of the absorption maxima of the dyes as compared with replacement by a sulfur atom. The dyes derived from benzofuro[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives are more deeply colored than the derivatives of both thionaphtheno[2,3-b]-pyridine and selenonaphtheno[2,3-b]pyridine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 12, pp.1611–1614, December, 1972.     

2-arylfuro [2,3-b] quinoxalines

2-Arylfuro[2,3-b]quinoxalines were obtained by cyclization of 2-phenacyl-3-quinoxalones in the presence of polyphosphoric acid or a mixture of phosphorus oxychloride and phosphorus pentachloride.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 259–260, February, 1973.     

Pyrylium[2,3-b]indole salts

2-Ketoindoline and 1-methyl-2-ketoindoline condense with hydroxymethylene ketones in the presence of hydrogen chloride to give pyrylium[2,3-b]indole chlorides, which can be converted to 5-(3-oxindolyl)-²-pyrazolines by reaction with phenylhydrazine and to 5-(3-oxindolyl)-²-isoxazolines by reaction with hydroxylamine.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 8, pp. 1030–1032, August, 1972.     

Synthesis of pyrido[2,1-b]- and thiazolo[2,3-b]purines

Some pyrido[2,1-b]- and thiazolo[2,3-b]purines, tricyclic compounds structurally related to [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]quinazolines 1 have been synthesized with a view to study their possible adenosine and benzodiazepine receptors affinity.     

Polymethine dyes - 4-substituted furo [2,3-b]- and selenopheno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives

Polymethine dyes that are 4-substituted furo[2, 3-b]pyridine and selenopheno-[2, 3-b] pyridine derivatives were synthesized. It was shown that replacement of the vinylene group in the benzene ring of a 4-quinoline heteroresidue in the cyanine dyes by an oxygen or selenium atom causes a greater hypsochromic shift in their absorption maxima than replacement by a sulfur atom.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 56–60, January, 1976.
