Halochromic Molecules. Synthesis and Acidobasic Properties of 3′-substituted 6,11-dihydrospiro[[1]benzopyrano[4,3-b]indol-6,9′?9′9′H-xanthenes] We have synthesized a series of 3′-substituted 6,11-ihydrospiro[6H-chromeno[4,3-b]indol–6,9′?9′H-xanthenes] and one of their respective aza analogues. 1H-MR data as well as the fragmentation in the mass spectra of starting and final products supported the postulated structures. With acid, the spiro compounds form ring-opened intensely coloured xanthylium salts. UV/VIS spectra of these salts are listed and discussed. The ?pH* curves in buffered MeOH/H2O solutions and the pK* values are determined. The title compounds could possibly be used in ‘pressure sensitive papers’.  相似文献

An auto oxidation-rearrangement product 4 was isolated from a high dilution reaction of ninhydrin with 3,4,5-trimethoxyaniline in water. A general synthesis of this compound and its derivatives 4–6 was devised by oxidation of tetrahydroindeno[1,2-b]indol-10-ones 1–3 with sodium periodate to give isoindolo[2,1-a]-indole-6,11-diones 4–6 in good yield. Compounds 4–6 can be easily transformed into spiro[1H-isobenzofuran-1,2′-2H-indole]-3,3′-diones 8–10 , spiro[2H-indole-2,1′-1H-isoindole]-3,3′-diones 11–13 and isoindole[1,2-a:2′,1′-b]pyrimidine-5,15-diones 15, 16 in high yields. Analogous reactions were performed on 3-amino-5a, 10a-dihydroxybenzo[b]indeno[2,1-d]furan-10-one ( 17 ) to give a dibenzoxocintrione 18 , spiro-[benzofuran-2,1′-isobenzofuran]-3,3′-dione 19 and an isoindol-1-one 20 .  相似文献

Hydrogenation of Flavylium Salts: Formation of Heptacyclic compounds; X-Ray Crystal Structure of 2-[10b,10c,16,16a-Tetrahydro-16,16a-dimethyl-10b,16-methylene-5aH-di[1]benzopyrano[4,3-b:3′,4′ -c; 2,3:2′,3′][1]benzoxepin-5a-yl]phenol The hydrogenation of flavylium salts 1 either by catalytic reduction or by chemical reduction afforded the unexpected heptacyclic compound 2 , the structure of which was determined by X-ray analysis. The latter was confirmed by 1H-NMR and mass spectra.  相似文献

To prepare the title compounds, cyclocondensation of 1-amino-2-iminonaphtho[1,2-d]thiazole ( 2 ) with some representative glyoxylic acid derivatives was investigated. Heating 2 with methyl phenylglyoxylate ( 3a ) in methanol afforded only the open chain intermediates 4a,b . However, when this reaction was performed in re-fluxing glacial acetic acid, the expected compound, 10-phenyl-9H-naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]- triazin-9-one ( 5a ) was produced in 27% yield. Similar treatment of 2 with benzyl-, 2-furyl- and 2-thienylgly-oxylic acids 3b-d gave the corresponding 10-benzyl-, 10-(2-furyl)- and 10-(2-thienyl)-9H-naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thi-azolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-9-ones 5b-d in 48–67% yields. As by-products, 9-benzoyl- and 9-(2-thenoyl)naphtho-[1′,2′:4,5]thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazoles 6a,d were also isolated. Compound 5a was selected for in vitro anti-HIV evaluation but found to be inactive.  相似文献

Reaction of (N-alkyl-N-phenyl)ethoxycarbonylacetamides with β-naphthol in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride afforded 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans. These compounds underwent reaction with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride at 95° yielding a mixture of 14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives and 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-9-oxy-1H-phenalene. When the same reaction was performed at 140°, only 14-oxo-14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline was obtained in a very good yield. The structures of such compounds were demonstrated by spectral data and by chemical transformations. On the other hand, the expected formylation in the 2 position was achieved when 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-benzyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans reacted with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride.  相似文献

Reaction of 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-dimethylamino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran with amidines, guanidine, O-methylisourea, S-methylisothiourea afforded 9-substituted 12-oxo-12H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidines. When the reaction with O-methylisourea was carried out in anhydrous pyridine, 10,20-dioxo-10H,20H-dinaphtho[1,2-e:1′,2′-e′][1,5]diazocino[2,3-b:6,7-b′]dipyran was formed.  相似文献

The peak potentials (Ep) of 3-substituted pyrido[1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine and pyrido[1′,2′:1,2]-imidazo[4,5-b]quinoxaline derivatives are sufficiently correlated with Hammett substituent constant ~m and with the PM3 calculated LUMO energy levels, and the linear relationship between electron potentials of 9-substituted pyridoimidazoquinoxalines and the LUMO energy levels is also found out.  相似文献

9-(Trifluoromethyl)pyrido[1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[4,5-b]quinoxalines (9-CF3-PIQs) were obtained from the cyclization of 2-amino-3-chloro-6-(trifluoromethyl)quinoxaline ( 1a ) with some substituted pyridines. 3-[2-(4-Pyridyl)ethenyl]-9-CF3-PIQ, one of thus obtained 9-CF3-PIQs, cyclized with another molecule of 1a to produce the dihydro bis-PIQ-ethene derivative.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-(dimethylamino)-1-oxo-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran-2-carbaldehyde (Ia) with o-phenylenediamines or N-monosubstituted o-phenylenediamines in refluxing glacial acetic acid afforded the corresponding naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b][1,5]benzodiazepin-15-(8H)ones V in very good yields. A similar result was achieved when the reaction was carried out in refluxing pyridine, using N-monosubstituted o-phenylenediamine hydrochlorides. The isolation of a significant intermediate as well as the synthesis through a different univocal pathway confirmed the structure of the compounds V. Moreover the reaction of Ia with N-monosubstituted o-phenylenediamines in refluxing pyridine generally afforded only low yields of compounds V, sometimes together with naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b][1,5]benzodiazepin-15-(13H)ones VII, isomers of V.  相似文献

4-Methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2-c]pyridine ( 3 ) was synthetized from 2-acetylfuro[3,2-f]benzo[b]furan ( 4 ) or from 2-acetyl-5,6-dihydrofuro[3,2-f]benzo[b]furan ( 10 ). The key step involves a rearrangement-cyclization of azides 6 and 12 to form 4-methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2-c]pyridin-1(2H) one ( 7 ) and 8,9-dihydro-4-methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2c]pyridin-1(2H)-one ( 13 ). Introduction of an aminoalkyl chain on carbon 1 was effected by substitution of 1-chloro-4-methylfuro[3′,2′:5,6]benzofuro[3,2-c]pyridine ( 8 ).  相似文献

The synthesis of two previously unknown polycyclic ring systems, benzo[h]naphtho[1′2′:4,5]-thieno[2,3-c]quinoline ( 1 ) and benzo[h]naphtho[1′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline ( 2 ), was achieved via oxidative photocyclization of 1-chloro-N-(1-naphthyl)naphtho[2,1-b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 5 ). Starting with 2-substituted quinoline-3,4-dicarboxylic acids, a series of substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[4,5-c]quinolinone-3-thiones were obtained. The latter compounds were converted to the three novel polyazasteroid series: 1,2,4-Triazolo[3′,4′:2,3]pyrimido[4,5-c]-quinolin-11(12H)ones, imidazo[2′,1′:2,3]pyrimido[4,5c]quinolin-11(12H)ones and 2,3-dihydroimidazo[2′,1′:2,3]pyrimido[4,5-c]quinolin-11(12H)ones. The intermediate 3-hydrazino-1,2-dihydropyrimido[4,5-c]quinolinones and nitrous acid gave the 3-azido derivatives rather than the tetrazolo compounds.  相似文献

The reactions of the pyrazole-5-diazonium salt 3 with malononitrile and ethyl cyanoacetate gave 4-amino-3-cyano-8-ethoxycarbonylpyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine 7 and 4-amino-3,8-bisethoxycarbonylpyrazolo[5,1-c]-[1,2,4]triazine 8 , whose reactions with p-chloroaniline hydrochloride afforded 4-amino-8-ethoxycarbonyl-3-(p-chlorophenyl)amidinopyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine 9 and 4-amino-8-ethoxycarbonyl-3-(p-chlorophenyl)car-bamoylpyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazine 10 , respectively. The reactions of 7 and 8 with o-phenylenediamine di-hydrochloride provided 9-ethoxycarbonyl-13H-spiro[benzimidazole-2′(3′H),6(5H)-pyrazolo[1,5′:3,4][1,2,4]tri-azino[5,6-b][1,5]benzodiazepine] hydrochloride 11a and 9-ethoxycarbonyl-6-oxo-13H-5,6-dihydropyrazolo-[1′,5′:3,4][1,2,4]triazino[5,6-b][1,5]benzodiazepine 12 , respectively. The antifungal activity of the above compounds was described.  相似文献

In addition, the reaction of hydrazino derivative 12 with reagents such as formic acid and triethyl orthoformate yielded the fused tetraheterocyclic 8-cyano-9- ethoxy-5-(2′-nitrophenyl)- 7-phenylpyrido[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-e]-1, 2,4-triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidine system 19 .  相似文献

Starting from cyclohexene and 2, 2′, 4, 4′-tetramethylbiphenyl the linear bis-indenofluorene 13, 15-dihydro-11 H-diindeno [2, 1-b; 1′, 2′-h] fluorene (X) has been synthetised in 5 steps (overall yield 30%). As an intermediate product the 11, 13, 15-trioxo-derivative IX was obtained. By a side way the 13-oxo-derivative of X and the already known monoangular bis-indenofluorene 13, 15-dihydro-5 H-diindeno [1, 2-a; 1′, 2′-h] fluorene (XIX) were also obtained.  相似文献

The reactions of the 3-substituted 4-amino-8-ethoxycarbonyl[5,1-c][1,2,4]triazines 1 and 2 with o-amino-phenol hydrochloride gave the pyrazolo[1′,5′:3,4][1,2,4]triazino[5,6-b][1,5]benzoxazepines 5 and 8 . The alkylation of 5 with methyl iodide and isopropyl iodide afforded the 6-alkoxylpyrazolo[1′,5′:3,4][1,2,4]triazino-[5,6-b][1,5]benzoxazepines 6a and 6b , respectively. Refluxing of 5, 6a, 6b and 8 in hydrochloric acid/acetic acid resulted in ring transformation to produce the spiro[benzoxazole-2′(3′H),4(1H)pyrazolo[5,1-c][1,2,4]-triazines] 7a, 7b and 9 .
