A series of new 1,2/1,3-bis[o-(N-methylidenamino-3-aryl-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)phenoxy]ethane/propane derivatives 4 were prepared in good yields by treatment of 4-amino-3-aryl-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazoles 2 with certain bis-aldehydes 1.Compounds 4 were reduced with NaBH(4) to afford the corresponding 1,2/1,3-bis[o-(N-methylamino-3-aryl-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-4-yl)phenoxy]ethane/propane derivatives 5. All new compounds were characterized by IR, (1)H-NMR, (13)C-NMR and mass spectral data.  相似文献

This research is based on the pharmacological activity of the triazole ring. In the last decade much work has been conducted on the triazole ring. Scientists have developed many new compounds based on this structure and screened them to obtain molecules with good pharmacological activity. In this research starting from 4-amino-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione, a series of new 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were prepared. Results revealed that two compounds had anti-inflammatory potency after 4 h greater than that of indomethacin whereas another derivative had less potency than indomethacin.  相似文献

5-Substituted 3-chloro-1,2,4-triazoles were synthesized by diazotization of 5-substituted 3-amino-1,2,4-triazoles in hydrochloric acid. In the present investigation, a series of new Schiff bases 4af were synthesized by the condensation of N-[(4-amino-5-sulfanyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)methyl]-4-substituted-benzamides 3ab with various substituted aromatic aldehydes in ethanol–dioxane mixture using catalytic amount of sulfuric acid. The starting materials 3ab were in turn synthesized by the fusion of benzoyl glycine/substituted benzoylglycine with thiocarbohydrazide. Newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, NMR, mass spectra and elemental analyses. All the compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial and antifungal activity using the Minimum Inhibition Concentration (MIC) method by serial dilution technique. A convergent synthetic strategy towards novel 1,2,4-triazole dendrimers, in which 3,5-dichloro-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazole was used as the heterocyclic building block, was successfully explored. Nucleophilic aromatic substitution at this novel AB2-monomer was used as the key step in the propagation of the heterocyclic dendrons and these dendrons were attached to both a 1,3,5-triazine and a methylene core. The peripheral 1,2,4-triazole could be varied not only by nucleophilic aromatic substitution but also by Suzuki cross-coupling. The presented dendrimers are promising candidates to be used in applications where the large number of heteroatoms can be exploited or a better resistance to the applied conditions is required.  相似文献

A series of fluorine-and piperazine-containing 1,2,4-triazole thione derivatives were synthesized by the Mannich reaction of triazole intermediates with various substituted piperazines and formaldehyde in high yields. Structures of title compounds were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassays for 17 novel title compounds showed that several compounds have significant fungicidal activity against Cercospora arachidicola, Physalospora piricola and Rhizoctonia cerealis at 50μg/mL.  相似文献

Only 3-acylamino-1,2,4-triazoles were isolated in the acylation of 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole with acid chlorides that contain strong electron acceptor substituents. Acylation takes place in the 2 position when aliphatic and aromatic acid chlorides are used as the acylating agents. The action of methoxy- and ethoxyformyl chlorides leads to the formation of 1- and 2-alkoxycarbonyl-3-amino-1,2,4-triazoles. When N-acyl-3-amino-1,2,4-triazoles are heated, they undergo intermolecular trans-aminoacylation to 3-acylamino-1,2,4-triazoles, which exist in the solid phase in the form of amido and imido tautomers. A series of novel 1,2,4-triazoles containing 1,2,3-thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, and elemental analysis and ESI-MS or HRMS. Preliminary bioassays indicated that these compounds exhibited very good insecticidal activity against Aphis laburni at 100 μg/mL, with mortality no less than 95%. Compounds 6a, 6c, 6f, 61 showed higher curative activity against TMV and compound 6h showed a higher induction effects against TMV in vivo at 100 μg/mL. Collectively, our data demonstrate a new strategy for control of insects and viruses.  相似文献

Fragmentation of various 1,2,4-triazole derivatives occurs by two predominant pathways involving the loss of RCN originating from both C3 and C5 positions. The resulting diazirinium radical cation was observed to lose a nitrogen atom to give a nitrilium ion whose substitution pattern was dependent upon the original substituents in the nucleus.  相似文献

Several 1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing a 2-fluorophenyl substituent at either the 3- or 5-position and a methyl group at the 4-position were synthesized. These derivatives exhibit long-range 19F-1H and 19F-13C through-space coupling in their 1H and 13C nmr spectra between the fluorine and the 4-methyl group. The close spatial proximity of these nuclei was confirmed by X-ray analysis and by fluorine irradiated proton observe ({19F}-1H) NOE difference spectroscopy.  相似文献

A series of novel 1,2,4-triazol derivatives containing an amide moiety were synthesized and their antifungal activities were evaluated. The results indicated that some of the target compounds possessed good antifungal activities. Among them, compounds 6a , 6g , 6k , and 6m showed excellent antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea, with an inhibition rate of 91.8%, 90.1%, 93.6%, and 91.2% at a concentration of 50 μg/mL, which were superior to that of Pyrimethanil (82.8%). Meanwhile, compound 6b showed better antifungal activity against Phompsis sp, with an inhibition rate of 92.4%, in comparison with that of Pyrimethanil (85.1%).  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel 1,2,4-triazole derivatives containing a pyrimidine moiety were synthesized and their fungicidal activities were evaluated. The preliminary biological test indicated that some of the target compounds exhibited moderate to good fungicidal activities against the tested plant pathogenic fungi compared with the commercial agent. Among them, compounds 9n and 9o exhibited excellent antifungal activity against Phompsis sp., with the half-maximal effective concentration (EC50) values of 25.4 and 31.6?μg/mL, which were even better than the commercial agent of Pyrimethanil (32.1?μg/mL). Meanwhile, compound 9o showed better fungicidal activities against B. dothidea and B. cinerea with 40.1 and 55.1?μg/mL, respectively, in comparison with that of commercial Pyrimethanil (57.6 and 62.8?μg/mL).  相似文献
