This paper describes the synthesis of the previously unknown 11H-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (2) and 11H-tetrazolo[4,5-b]pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (3) from 4-hydrazino-5H-pyridazino[4,5-b]indoles (1) , as well as the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-f]-1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-a]indoles (10) from 2-indolecarbohydrazide (4) . Compounds 2 were obtained by acylation of compounds 1 , followed of thermal cyclization and compounds 3 by treating compounds 1 with nitrous acid. The reactions of compound 4 with formic acid or ethyl orthoformiate gave 1,2-dihydro-1-oxo-1,2,4-triazino[4,5-a]indole (6) . Treating this last compound with phosphorus oxychloride or phosphorus pentasulfide, followed by hydrazine, gave 1-hydrazino-1,2,4-triazino-[4,5-a]indole (9) . Acylation of this last compound, followed of cyclization gave compounds 10 . All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and ir and 1H-nmr spectra. 相似文献

By reacting 2-chloronicotinoyl chloride with acetyl or benzoyl acetate, ethyl 2-methyl- or 2-phenyl-4-oxopyrano[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carboxylates were prepared. The nucleophilic rearrangement of the latter with hydrazines gave rise to the title compounds. 相似文献

The peak potentials (Ep) of 3-substituted pyrido[1′,2′:1,2]imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine and pyrido[1′,2′:1,2]-imidazo[4,5-b]quinoxaline derivatives are sufficiently correlated with Hammett substituent constant ~m and with the PM3 calculated LUMO energy levels, and the linear relationship between electron potentials of 9-substituted pyridoimidazoquinoxalines and the LUMO energy levels is also found out. 相似文献

Reaction of (N-alkyl-N-phenyl)ethoxycarbonylacetamides with β-naphthol in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride afforded 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans. These compounds underwent reaction with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride at 95° yielding a mixture of 14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline derivatives and 1-oxo-2-formyl-3-(N-alkyl-N-phenyl)amino-9-oxy-1H-phenalene. When the same reaction was performed at 140°, only 14-oxo-14H-naphtho[1′,2′:5,6]pyrano[2,3-b]quinoline was obtained in a very good yield. The structures of such compounds were demonstrated by spectral data and by chemical transformations. On the other hand, the expected formylation in the 2 position was achieved when 1-oxo-3-(N-alkyl-N-benzyl)amino-1H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyrans reacted with N,N-dimethylformamide-phosphorus oxychloride. 相似文献

Reaction of the title compound with hydrazine in the presence of air gives the 1-unsubstituted parent system via oxidative dehydrazination of the 1-hydrazino intermediate. The latter can be obtained in high yield by carrying out the hydrazinolysis step under inert gas, and it is smoothly converted into [1,2,4]-triazolo[4',3':1,6]pyridazino[4,5- b]indoles. 相似文献

The reaction of the isothiourea derivative 2 with methylaminc or pyrrolidine resulted in guanidines 3a-3b . Using hydrazine under the same conditions the tetrazole derivative 4 was obtained. On reacting 2 with piperidine, morpholine, methylhydrazine, phenylhydrazine, hydroxylamine or sodium hydroxide, cycliza-tion took place leading to the novel 4-cyanimino-1,2,3,4,6,7,12,12b-octahydro-3,12b-ethanopyrim-ido[1′,6′:1,2]pyrido[3,4-b]indole ( 5 ). A series of structurally novel 7,8,9,10-tetrahydropyrido[3′,4′:4,5]pyrrolo[2,3-c,]quinolines, 4a-c , were synthesized via a facile Fischer indole cyclization from the appropriately substituted hydrazinoquinolines 2a-c . Acetamides 4a,c were hydrolyzed to 5a,b and further converted to tertiary amines 6a-c . Nitration of dithieno[3,2-b:3′,2′-d]pyridine ( 4 ) and dithieno[3,2-b:3′,4′-d]pyridine ( 5 ) has been studied. Nitration of 4 occurred in both positions of the C ring, while 5 was predominantly substituted on the 3,4-fused ring. Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-(3-phenanthryl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2-carboxamide ( 5 ) yielded only one of the two possible structural isomers, thieno[3′,2′:4,5]thieno[2,3-c]naphtho[1,2-f]quinolin-6(5H)-one ( 6 ), which was further elaborated to afford the unsubstituted ring system 10 , its triazole 11 and tetrazole 12 . The structural confirmation of 10 was achieved by the total assignment of its 1H and 13C nmr spectra by the concerted utilization of two-dimensional nmr spectroscopic methods. 相似文献
