报道了以9,10-菲醌为起始原料,通过在碱性条件下重排,再经过氯化、酯化及N杂环取代反应,合成了20个新的含氮杂环芴-9-羧酸酯类似物,其结构经IR,^1H NMR及元素分析所证实。并对其合成方法进行了研究。同时还对合成的新化合物的抗霉菌生物活性进行了简单的测定。 相似文献

在小型高压反应釜中,研究了钌系双组分催化剂对α,ω-二元羧酸单酯加氢生成ω-羟基羧酸酯的催化性能,结果表明,Ru-Re及Ru-Mo双组分催化具有良好的催 氢性能,α,ω十五一酸单甲酯在Ru-Re以及Ru-Mo双组分催化剂另氢,生成ω-羟基十五烷酸甲酯的收率分别为89.0%和71.0%,反应温度对α,ω二元羧酸单酯加氢生成ω-羟基羧酸酯的收率有较大的影响。 相似文献

[4]Cyclo-9, 9-dimethyl-2, 7-fluorenylene ([4]CF) was used as a model compound to explore the steric strain effect on the structures and photoelectrical properties of materials. A series of strained cyclic polyfluorene materials, [n]CFs (n=3-8), was designed. It was found that the strain energy decreased and the energy gap increased as the number of n and ring diameter increased. The ionization potential and electronic affinity tended to increase and decrease as the strain energy decreased at the same number of [n]CFs, respectively. With a balance between hole and electron reorganization energies in the system, these compounds demonstrated great potential as ambipolar materials. It was also found that [n]CFs showed an obvious blue shift in their emission spectra wavelengths (λem2) as the strain energy decreased. Steric strain provides a powerful tool for the design of multifunctional semiconductors in organic optoelectronics. 相似文献

Electrocarboxylation of anthrone in the presence of CO2 to anthrance-9-carboxylic acid directly was carried out. The electroreduction behavior of anthrone was examined by cyclic voltammetry in the absence and presence of CO2. Then the influences of the supporting electrolytes, temperature, electrode material and anthrone concentration on the carboxylation yield were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, anthrancene-9-carboxylic acid was obtained in a good yield(96.1%). 相似文献

Crystals of pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid hydrochloride contain almost planar molecular sheets in which the cations, composed of acid molecules each with a hydrogen atom attached to one of the ring-nitrogen atoms, interact with chloride anions via a network of weak hydrogen bonds. Van der Waals interactions between sheets are indicated by the intersheet spacing of 3.47?Å. The crystal structure of di(aqua-O)bis(trans-pyridazine-3-carboxylato-N,O)zinc(II) dihydrate is composed of monomeric molecules in which the zinc(II) ion at the center of symmetry is coordinated by two ligand molecules each via its N,O bonding moiety. The ligand molecules and the metal ion form a trans-planar configuration. Two water oxygen atoms, above and below the plane, complete a distorted octahedron. 利用双三丁基氧化锡与氧化-4-吡啶甲酸(HOCOC5H4NO)以物质的量比1∶2反应,合成了有机锡配合物[Bu3Sn(OCOC5H4NO)]n。通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征,用X射线单晶衍射测定了它的晶体结构。结果表明,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶胞参数a=2.002 8(9)nm,b=1.224 7(6)nm,c=1.913 6(12)nm,β=119.145(6)°,Z=8,V=4.166(4)nm3,Dc=1.365 g.cm-3,μ=1.239 mm-1,F(000)=1 760,R=0.052 9,wR=0.192 1,GOF=1.013。在配合物中锡原子由氧化-4-吡啶甲酸桥联为五配位的畸变的三角双锥构型。氧化-4-吡啶甲酸配体中N-O基团中的氧原子和另一配体中的羧基氧原子与中心锡原子配位,形成无限一维链状有机锡配合物。该配合物具有良好的热稳定性和较高的抗肿瘤活性。 相似文献

Thiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid derivative (L) derived by condensation of D-penicillamine and 3-methoxy salicylaldehyde was used in synthesis of a copper complex (CuL). The ligand and Cu(II) complex were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral techniques. The DNA binding properties of L and CuL with calf thymus DNA were investigated by various techniques. The ability of compounds to break pUC19 DNA was checked by gel electrophoresis. The radical-scavenging activity was studied using 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl assay. The ligand and CuL exert cytotoxicity against HCT116 cell line. The compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity against several microorganisms. The effect of the CuL on the surface of penicillium was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. 相似文献

在光照和引发剂的作用下, 模板分子香豆素-3-羧酸、 功能单体丙烯酰胺和交联剂乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)或三甲氧基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸(TRIM)在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔滤膜表面聚合形成分子印迹聚合物复合膜. 用高效液相色谱仪测定了分别以TRIM和EDMA为交联剂制备的分子印迹聚合物膜在不同溶剂中对混合底物的结合和渗透选择性. 结果表明, 以TRIM为交联剂的印迹膜对模板分子具有更高的结合和渗透选择性. 另外, 以乙腈或乙腈/水作为溶剂对分子印迹膜所作的实验和讨论有助于为从复杂样品中分离模板分子奠定理论和实验基础. 相似文献
