Partitioning adsorption properties of palladium cations on composite supports of MgO/-Al2O3 were explored by IR, TPR and catalytic performance tests for CO oxidation. The experimental results revealed that palladium cations in conventional impregnation was dispersed completely on -Al2O3, when the amount of MgO in the samples was lower than 5%. For the catalysts prepared by double impregnation, part of palladium dispersed on MgO phase due to the complexing action of EDTA. Pd–MgO interaction suppressed the reaction of CO oxidation.  相似文献

The reactions of -piperidinopropionamidoxime with substituted benzoyl chlorides afforded O-benzoylation products, which underwent cyclization to form 5-phenyl-3-(-piperidino)ethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazoles upon heating in dimethylformamide in the presence of molecular sieves at 60 °C for 1—2.5 h. Heating of O-benzoyl--piperidinopropionamidoxime in dimethylformamide in the presence of K2CO3 at 85 °C for 4 h afforded a mixture of 5-phenyl-3-(-piperidino)ethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole, benzoic acid, and N-(-piperidino)ethylurea.  相似文献

Recent IR spectroscopic studies on the surface properties of fresh Mo2N/-Al2O3 catalyst are presented in this paper. The surface sites of fresh Mo2N/-Al2O3, both Mo+ (0<<2) and N sites, are probed by CO adsorption. Two characteristic IR bands were observed at 2045 and 2200 cm-1, due to linearly adsorbed CO on Mo and N sites, respectively. The surface N sites are highly reactive and can react with adsorbed CO to form NCO species. Unlike adsorbed CO on reduced passivated one, the adsorbed CO on fresh Mo2N/-Al2O3 behaves similarly to that of group VIII metals, suggesting that fresh nitride resembles noble metals. It is found that the surface of Mo nitrides slowly transformed into sulfide under hydrotreating conditions, which could be the main reason for the activity drop of molybdenum nitride catalysts in the presence of sulfur-containing species. Some surface reactions, such as selective hydrogenation of 1,3-butadiene, isomerization of 1-butene, and hydrodesulfurization of thiophene, were studied on both fresh and reduced passivated Mo2N/-Al2O3 catalysts using IR spectroscopy. The mechanisms of these reactions are proposed. The adsorption and reaction behaviors of these molecules on fresh molybdenum nitride also resemble those on noble metals, manifesting the unique properties of fresh molybdenum nitride catalysts. Mo and N sites are found to play different roles in the adsorption and catalytic reactions on the fresh Mo2N/-Al2O3 catalyst. Generally, Mo sites are the main active sites for the adsorption and reactions of adsorbates; N sites are not directly involved in catalytic reactions but they modify the electronic properties of Mo sites.  相似文献

The oxidation of iodide to I 3 by oxygen dissolved in water containing HClO4 has been found to be accelerated by -cyclodextrin (-CD). Among -, -, and -CDs, -CD is the most effective mediator for the oxidation reaction of iodide by oxygen. The oxidation rate of iodide is first order in the concentrations of -CD and HClO4, whereas it is second order in the KI concentration.Part of this work was carried out at Department of Physics, Miyazaki Medical College, Miyazaki 889-16, Japan.  相似文献

A series of novel chiral complexes with ,1and ,2 coordination of organic ligands were prepared by reactions of Os3(CO)11(MeCN) and (-H)Os3(CO)10(-OH) withL--serine ethyl ester and ethanolamine. The diastereomeric cluster complexes with serine ligands were separated by crystallization or chromatography. The structures of the compounds obtained were confirmed by1H NMR and IR spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction analysis.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The disposition of cholesterol inside the -cyclodextrin cavity(-CD) was deduced from oxidation of cholesterol secondary alcoholgroups by Ca(OCl)2 and H2O2 in thepyridine–acetic acid system. The amount of cholest-4-ene-3-one formedwas found to be proportional to the concentration of -cyclodextrin,resulting in 56.1% of ketone. The oxidation rate was enhanced by-cyclodextrin and its methyl, polymer and 1 : 1copper(II)–-cyclodextrin derivatives. Detailed investigationsinvolving UV-visible, 13C- and 1H-NMR(T1, 1D NOE and ROESY) spectroscopic studies were carried out.A binding constant value of 15,385 ± 1500 M-2 wasobtained for the 2 : 1heptakis-2,6-di-O-methyl--cyclodextrin(DM-CD) : cholesterolcomplex in chloroform from UV studies. Proton and solid state13C-CP MAS spectra of the -CD–cholesterol mixtureshowed large magnitude shifts for the protons from the wider end of the-CD cavity as well as those of ring A and ring B of cholesterol. Both1D NOE and ROESY measurements indicated the proximity between ring A andring B protons of cholesterol and the wider end protons of -CD andDM-CD. Besides, analysis of c,i and tau;m from T1measurements showed not only a lowering of rotational motions but a value of 0.016–0.048 for some of the cholesterol protons, typical of aweak complex. Based on these studies, a probable structure for the 2 : 1complex involving two molecules of -CD/DM-CD was proposed withportions of ring A and ring B being present inside the wider end of the-CD/DM-CD cavity and ring D and the side chain attached atposition 17, projecting into the wider end of the secondCD/DM-CD molecule.  相似文献

The effects of -cyclodextrin (-CyD), heptakis(2,6-di-O-methyl)--cyclodextrin (DMCyD) and heptakis(2,3,6-tri-O-methyl)--cyclodextrin (TMCyD) ontrans-cis photoisomerization of 1-ethyl-4-(4-hydroxystyryl)pyridinium (POH) have been studied in aqueous solutions. The ratio of [cis]/[trans] for POH in the photostationary state at pH 8.54 was remarkably reduced by the presence of CyD or DMCyD. The reduction of the [cis]/[trans] ratio in the photostationary state was explained in terms of the shift of the equilibrium of POH + trans PO trans + H toward PO trans formation. The binding constants of CyD and DMCyD for PO trans were 2.00- and 1.36-fold larger than those for POH + trans , respectively. The binding constants of TMCyD for both species are much smaller than those of CyD and DMCyD. This result indicates that PO trans , which has a betain structure, forms stable complexes with CyD and DMCyD with its hydrophobic parts inside and the charged parts outside the CyD cavities.  相似文献

The formation and transformations of blue silver ( max 700 nm) during -irradiation of a weakly alkaline (pH 9) aqueous solution containing AgClO4, polyacrylic acid (PAA), and isopropanol were studied. We believe that blue silver is a linear silver cluster stabilized on a polymeric molecule. During radiation-chemical reduction the cluster is transformed into new clusters ( max = 365 and 460 nm). When all of the Ag+ ions present in the solution have been reduced, clusters coalesce and a new phase,i.e., colloidal silver particles, forms. The mechanism of the radiation-chemical transformations is discussed.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 1, pp. 35–37, January, 1995.  相似文献

Aim of the present work was to investigate the effect of somecyclodextrins (CDs) on the solubility and ocular bioavailability of rufloxacin base (RUF), with theultimate goal of developing an ophthalmic formulation. Phase solubility studies of RUF inpH 7.4 buffer were carried out in the presence of -cyclodextrin (-CD),hydroxypropyl--cyclodextrin (HP--CD) and -cyclodextrin(-CD). The effect of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) on RUF solubility was evaluated after heating the solutionscontaining HP--CD at 120 °C.A significant enhancement of RUF solubility was achieved by associatingthe drug with CDs, particularly HP--CD. This CD formed with RUF a less stablecomplex than that formed by -CD, but did not suffer the solubility limitations ofthe parent CD, and showed a higher solubilizing capacity than -CD. Addition of 0.25%(w/v) HPMC to solutions containing HP--CD increased the solubilizing effect of this CD,thus allowing reduction of the amount necessary for solubilization of 0.3% (w/v) RUF.Preliminary pharmacokinetic data in rabbits indicated that theocular bioavailability of 0.3% (w/v) RUF solubilized by HP--CD was higher when compared witha 0.3% (w/v) RUF suspension used as reference.  相似文献

Summary A diffraction pattern was registered from an active catalyst of -Al2O3 which was characterized by lattice vacancies and by particle size of about 100 Å. A given preparation of alumina proved to be a mechanical mixture consisting of -oxide, corundum and hydroxide. A composite particle, where the surface of Al was covered with -Al2O3, was detected by an electron diffraction procedure with wavelength fluctuation.
