The title complex, [Cu(NiL)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, has been obtained by self-assembly, where [NiL] is a new macrocyclic oxamido complex ligand. In the crystal, a new kind of supramolecular interaction between the carbon atoms of the oxamido group of each [NiL] complex ligand in a [Cu(NiL)2(H2O)2]2 + cation and the oxygen atom of one of the ester carbonyls of another [Cu(NiL)2(H2O)2]2 + cation, and C—HO, O—HO and interactions are observed and link the trinuclear fragments and perchlorate ions to form a 3D supramolecular network.  相似文献

An investigation of the monoligand complex of 1,4,7-tris(-diphenylphosphinylethyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane with divalent copper has been carried out in various solvents using electronic, IR, and ESR spectroscopy. It was found that the five-coordination polyhedron formed in the complex involves only donor atoms of the ligand and has the structure of a tetragonally elongated square pyramid with two nitrogen atoms and two oxygen atoms at the base and a nitrogen atom at the apex. Compared with the copper(II) complex with the corresponding acid, 1,4,7-tris(-dihydroxyphosphinylethyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane, the coordination compound studied has a higher order of symmetry. The absence of observable distortions in the case of the acid is probably connected with steric interaction of the bulky phenyl substituents in the test ligand.A. N. The reaction of 1,4,7-tris(dihydroxyphosphorylmethyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane and 1,4,7-tris(-dihydroxyphosphorylethyl)-1,4,7-triazacyclononane with divalent copper over a wide pH range in aqueous solution has been studied using electronic, vibrational, and ESR spectroscopy. Normal and protonated complexes of both compounds have a pentacoordinate structure of the tetragonal type with coordination of three nitrogen atoms and two phosphonic groups. The difference lies in the different degree of distortion and flexibility of the square-pyramidal polyhedron.A. N. A new nickel(II) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and charac- terized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5) , β = 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm3, μ = 0.658 mm-1, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(II) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.  相似文献

The title complex [bis(dien)zinc(II)] zinc(II) tetrachloride was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, electric conductivity, IR and electronic spectra. The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group I4 with a = 10.250(3), b = 10.250(3), c = 9.054(2) -, V = 951.2(5) 3, Mr = 486.95, Z = 2, F(000) = 504, Dc = 1.700 g/cm3, μ = 3.083 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , the final R = 0.0226 and wR = 0.0642. The symmetric crystal structure consists of a zinc complex cation [Zn(dien)2]2+ and a zinc tetrachloride anion [ZnCl4]2-, forming a three-dimensional framework through intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two new binuclear copper(II) complexes, Cu(tacn)Cu(oxpn)(ClO4)2·C2H5OH (1), and Cu(tacn)Cu(oxap)(ClO4)2·CH3OH (2), have been prepared from the planar fragment Cu(oxpn) and Cu(oxap) (tacn denotes 1,4,7-triazacyclononane, oxpn and oxap stand for the dianions of N,N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)oxamide, and N,N′-bis(2-aminopropyl)oxamide, respectively). The complexes have been characterized by means of elemental analyses and IR, and UV spectra. The crystal structure of compound 1 shows that copper(II) coordinates to the four nitrogen atoms of oxpn in a square-planar environment and the other copper(II) ion is in a distorted square-pyramidal environment.  相似文献
