Different momentum space Faddeev-like equations and their solutions for the radiative pd-capture and the three-nucleon photodisintegration of 3He are presented. Applications are based on the AV18 nucleon-nucleon and the Urbana IX three-nucleon forces. Meson exchange currents are included using the Siegert theorem. A very good agreement has been found in all cases indicating the reliability of the used numerical methods. Predictions for cross-sections and polarization observables in the pd-capture and the complete three-nucleon breakup of 3He at different incoming-deuteron/photon energies are presented.  相似文献

High-precision vector and tensor analyzing powers of elastic deuteron-proton ( d + p) scattering have been measured at intermediate energies to investigate effects of three-nucleon forces. Angular distributions in the range of 70°-120° in the center-of mass frame for incident-deuteron energies E d lab = 130 and 180 MeV were obtained using the RIKEN facility. The beam polarization was unambiguously determined by measuring the ^12C (d, α)^10B(2+) reaction at 0°. Results of the measurements are compared with state-of-the-art three-nucleon calculations. The present modeling of nucleon-nucleon forces and its extension to the three-nucleon system is not sufficient to describe the high-precision data consistently and requires, therefore, further investigation.  相似文献

We have evaluated some observables of n-d systems by using pionless effective field theory (EFT( ${\not}\pi$ )) and insertion of the three-body force up to next-to-next to leading order (N2LO). The evaluated data has been compared with experiment and a three-nucleon calculation of the total cross section with modern realistic two- and three-nucleon force AV18/UrbIX potential models.  相似文献

The polarization-transfer coefficients K , K and K , K have been measured in the elastic scattering reactions D(, )p and D(, )d at MeV, respectively. They are compared to solutions of the three-nucleon Faddeev equations obtained with the recent nucleon-nucleon interactions AV18, CD Bonn, NijmI and II. Effects of the Tucson-Melbourne three-nucleon force, adjusted separately to reproduce the triton binding energy for each of these potentials, are studied. Both and exhibit a scaling behaviour with the triton binding energy. For and the various predictions with two-nucleon forces only agree practically with each other but spread after inclusion of the three-nucleon force. The agreement of theory and data is fair but the neglect of the proton-proton Coulomb force precludes a final conclusion. The formalism to include a three-nucleon force into three-nucleon continuum calculations is presented. First numerical results, obtained in momentum space, are shown. The two- and three-nucleon forces have been restricted to act only in the1 S 0 and3 S 1-3 D 1 partial-wave states. As two-nucleon interaction the Bonn-B potential and as three-nucleon interaction the Tucson-Melbourne two-pion exchange model has been used.  相似文献

The data on the tensor Ayy, Axx, Axz and vector Ay analyzing powers in the dd → ^3Hen obtained at T d = 270 MeV in the angular range 0° - 110° in the c.m. are presented. The observed negative sign of the tensor analyzing powers Ayy, Axx and Axz at small angles clearly demonstrate the sensitivity to the ratio of the D - and S -wave component of the 3He wave function. However, the one-nucleon exchange calculations by using the standard 3He wave functions have failed to reproduce the strong variation of the tensor analyzing powers as a function of the angle in the c.m.  相似文献

The energy dependence of neutron-deuteron elastic scattering observables has been calculated from 5 to 45 MeV via rigorous three-nucleon calculations using the Bonn B nucleon-nucleon interaction. The goal of these calculations was to identify energy and angular regions that may be investigated experimentally to study the question of charge-symmetry breaking in the3 P J nucleon-nucleon forces and/or Coulomb interactions. It was found that the measurement of the neutron-deuteron elastic analyzing power at 16 and 22.7 MeV and its comparison to proton-deuteron data obtained at the same incident energy is the most promising case for studying the issue of charge-symmetry breaking in the3 P J nucleon-nucleon forces and/or Coulomb interactions.  相似文献

We use an effective field theory (EFT) which contains only short-range interactions to study the dependence of a variety of three-nucleon observables on the pion mass. The pion-mass dependence of input quantities in our “pionless” EFT is obtained from a recent chiral EFT calculation. To the order we work at, these quantities are the 1 S 0 scattering length and effective range, the deuteron binding energy, the 3 S 1 effective range, and the binding energy of one three-nucleon bound state. The chiral EFT input we use has the inverse 3 S 1 and 1 S 0 scattering lengths vanishing at m π crit = 197.8577 MeV. At this “critical” pion mass, the triton has infinitely many excited states with an accumulation point at the three-nucleon threshold. We compute the binding energies of these states up to next-to-next-to-leading order in the pionless EFT and study the convergence pattern of the EFT in the vicinity of the critical pion mass. Furthermore, we use the pionless EFT to predict how doublet and quartet nd scattering lengths depend on m π in the region between the physical pion mass and m π = m π crit .  相似文献

The works of the Sendai group on investigations of the properties of the trinucleon bound states3H and3He are reviewed in detail. For these mirror nuclei, results are summarized that have been obtained from rigorous solutions of the (Coulomb-modified) Faddeev equations for various realistic nucleon-nucleon potentials with inclusion of three-nucleon forces as well as chargeindependence-and charge-symmetry-breaking forces. It becomes evident that for most trinucleon bound-state observables quite reasonable results have been achieved.  相似文献

Cross sections and vector-analyzing powers for four unspecific configurations of the 2H(p,pp)n breakup reaction at E lab p  = 65MeV were measured in a kinematically complete experiment. Measured observables are compared with rigorous Faddeev calculations using four realistic charge-dependent interaction models, the CD Bonn, Argonne v 18, Nijmegen I, and Nijmegen II potentials with or without inclusion of the Tucson-Melbourne three-nucleon force. Coulomb effects are completely omitted. A satisfactory agreement between theory and experiment has been found. There exist, however, some discrepancies between measured and calculated analyzing-power distributions in certain kinematical regions. The effects of the Tucson-Melbourne three-body force are either negligible or slightly increasing the disagreement. The consequences of a recently introduced irreducible pionic effect in low-energy nucleon-deuteron scattering are analyzed. Differential cross-sections, nucleon (vector) and deuteron (vector and tensor) analyzing powers, and four different polarization transfer coefficients are considered. This 3NF-like effect is generated by the pion exchange diagram in presence of a two-nucleon correlation and is partially cancelled by meson retardation contributions. Indications are provided that such type of effects are capable to selectively increase the vector (nucleon and deuteron) analyzing powers, while in the considered energy range they are almost negligible on the differential cross-sections. These indications, observed with different realistic nucleon-nucleon interactions, provide additional evidences that such 3NF-like effects have indeed the potential for solving the puzzle of the vector analyzing powers. Smaller but non-negligible effects are observed for the other spin observables. In some cases, we find that the modifications introduced by such pionic effects on these spin observables (other than the vector analyzing powers) are significant and interesting and could be observed by experiments. The tensor Ayy and vector Ay analyzing powers in the inelastic scattering of deuterons with a momentum of 4.5 GeV/c on beryllium at an angle of 80 mr in the vicinity of baryonic resonances excitation have been measured. The Ayy data being in good agreement with the previous results obtained at a zero angle demonstrate an approximate t scaling up to - 0.9 (GeV/c)2. The results of the experiment are compared with the predictions of the multiple-scattering and -meson exchange models. Received: 20 April 2000 / Accepted: 29 May 2000  相似文献

At RCNP, there have been intensive experimental studies of few-nucleon systems in the last decade. A variety of spin observables has been measured as well as the cross sections. By comparing data to rigorous calculations, the structure of three-nucleon forces has been discussed. In this contribution, recent results and future perspectives are presented.  相似文献
