配合物属于单斜晶系, 空间群为C2/c, 晶胞参数如下:a = 22.295(5), b = 12.852(3), c = 20.109(4) , = 90.47(3), V = 5762(2) 3, Dc = 1.718 g/m3, Z = 4, F(000) = 3068, m = 1.701mm-1, R = 0.0915, wR = 0.1810 (based on F2)。

Novel crystallographic D3-symmetric binuclear triple molecular helices [Co2L(1)3][BF4]4 (1), [Zn2L(1)3][BF4]4 (2), [Mn2L(1)3][BF4]4 (3), [Co2L(2)3][BF4]4 (4), [Zn2L(2)3][BF4]4 (5), and [Mn2L(2)3][BF4]4 (6) have been achieved to establish the side chain effect on molecular packing, where L1 is [(C5H4N)C(CH3)=N-(C6H4)-]2CH2 and L2 is [(C5H4N)C(CH3)=N-(C6H4)-]2O, respectively. Crystal structure analyses show that each helix crystallizes in a hexagonal crystal system with space group Pc1 and the general axis of the helix occupies the crystallographic 3-fold axial position with the other three crystallographic 2-fold symmetries perpendicular to it. Each metal center is bound to three pyridylimine units to attain C3 pseudooctahedral coordination geometry with respective equivalent metal-N (CH=N) and metal-N (pyridyl) bonds. It is speculated that the existence of the methyl group might minimize the potential intermolecular interactions, which would be the essential factor controlling the helices formed in idealized crystallographic D3 symmetry. Moreover, crystallographic idealized C3-symmetric helicates [Co2L(3)3][BF4]4 (7), [Zn2L(3)3][BF4]4 (8), [Ni2L(3)3][BF4]4 (9), and [Cu2L(3)3][BF4]4 (10) were also structurally characterized for comparison, where L3 is [(C5H4N)C(CH3)=N-]2. All the results indicate that the existence of the methyl group in the side chain of aromatic ligands could effectively reduce the potential - intermolecular interactions and the side chain effect of the methyl group in crystal packing is robust enough to be exchanged from one network structure to another, which ensures the generality and predictability of the crystallographic idealized symmetry formation to a certain extent.  相似文献

The condensation of 5-chlorocarbonyl-2,2'-bipyridine with a variety of rigid aromatic diamines, L, gave a series of new bisamido-2,2'-bipyridine based ligands (L = 4,4'-methylenediamine, L1; L = 1,1-bis(4-aminophenyl)cyclohexane, L2; L = 1,1-bis(4-amino-3,5-dimethylphenyl)cyclohexane, L3) capable of forming dinuclear triple helicate complexes on coordination to Fe(II). The reaction of various Fe(II) salts with gave: {[Fe2(L1)3](BF4)4, 1; [Fe2(L1)3](ClO4)4, 2; [Fe2(L1)3]Cl4, 3; [Fe2(L1)3](SO4)2, 4; [Fe2(L2)3](BF4)4, 5; [Fe2(L2)3]Cl4, 6; [Fe2(L3)3](BF4)4; 7; [Fe2(L3)3]Cl4, 8; and [Fe2(L3)3](SO4)2, 9, as determined by UV-Vis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, electrospray mass spectrometry (ESMS) and elemental analyses. A UV-Vis complexometric titration experiment between L3 and Fe(BF4)2 established conclusively a [Fe2(L3)3]4+ product species. 1H NMR spectroscopy showed that the complexes exist as both rac-(helical) and meso-(non-helical) isomers in DMSO-d6 solution at 298 K. L1-L3 were designed such that following complexation, six amide hydrogen atoms would line an inter-strand intrahelical cavity of sufficient size to facilitate the binding of guest species within it. Indeed, ESMS studies showed characteristic peaks typical of complex-anion species in solution. Furthermore, 1H NMR titration experiments showed that anions bind within the intrahelical cavity as titration of 1, 5 and 7 with Bu4NCl showed significant downfield shifts in the amide and bipyridyl H6 proton resonances to yield a species of 1 : 2 host to guest stoichiometry. Moreover, addition of Bu4NCl to 1, 5 and 7 shifted the rac-/meso-species distribution from 1 : 2 in favour of the meso- to 100% in favour of the rac-isomer, showing that Cl- ions favour the formation of the triple helicate species in DMSO-d6 solution.  相似文献

Reactions of the bis(bidentate) Schiff-bases N,N'-bis(6-alkyl-2-pyridylmethylene)ethane-1,2-diamine (where alkyl = H, Me, iPr) (L) with tetrakis(acetonitrile)copper(I) hexafluorophosphate and silver(I) hexafluorophosphate afforded, respectively, the double-stranded, dinuclear metal helicates [T-4-(R,R)]-(+/-)-[M2L2](PF6)2 (M = Cu, Ag). The helicates were characterized by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy, conductivity, microanalysis, and single-crystal X-ray structure determinations on selected compounds. Intermolecular ligand exchange and intramolecular inversion rates for the complexes were investigated by 1H NMR spectroscopy. Reversible intermolecular ligand exchange between two differently substituted helicates followed first-order kinetics. The rate constants (k) and corresponding half-lives (t(1/2)) for ligand exchange for the dicopper(I) helicates were k = (1.6-1.8) x 10(-6) s(-1) (t(1/2) = 110-120 h) in acetone-d6, k = 4.9 x 10(-6) s(-1) (t(1/2) = 40 h) in dichloromethane-d2, and k > 2 x 10(-3) s(-1) (t(1/2) < 5 min) in acetonitrile-d3. Ligand exchange for the disilver(I) helicates occurred with k > 2 x 10(-3) s(-1) (t(1/2) < 5 min). Racemization of the dicopper(I) helicate by an intramolecular mechanism was investigated by determination of the coalescence temperature for the diastereotopic isopropyl-Me groups in the appropriate complex, and DeltaG() > 76 kJ mol(-1) was calculated for the process in acetone-d6, nitromethane-d3, and dichloromethane-d2 with DeltaG() = 75 kJ mol(-1) in acetonitrile-d3. Complete anion exchange of the hexafluorophosphate salt of a dicopper(I) helicate with the enantiomerically pure Delta-(-)-tris(catecholato)arsenate(V) ([As(cat)3]-) in the presence of Dabco gave the two diastereomers (R,R)-[Cu2L2][Delta-(-)-[As(cat)3]]2 and (S,S)-[Cu2L2][Delta-(-)-[As(cat)3]]2 in up to 54% diastereomeric excess, as determined by (1)H NMR spectroscopy. The diastereomerically and enantiomerically pure salt (R,R)-[Cu(2)L2][Delta-(-)-[As(cat)3]]2 crystallized from the solution in a typical second-order asymmetric transformation. The asymmetric transformation of the dicopper(I) helicate is the first synthesis of a diastereomerically and enantiomerically pure dicopper(I) helicate containing achiral ligands.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide(III) oxide and copper halide with isonicotinic acid (Hina) and pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid (H2pdc) or 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bdc) lead to three novel lanthanide(III)-copper(I) heterometallic compounds, namely, [Ce2(ina)5(na)2(H2O)2][Cu5Br4] (1, na=nicotinic acid), [Er4(ina)8(bdc)2(OH)(H2O)5][Cu8I7] (2), and [Ce3(ina)8(bdc)(H2O)4][Cu7Br6] (3). Compound 1 is constructed from two distinct units of the Ln-organic double chains and inorganic [Cu5Br4]nn+ chains. Compound 2 consists of 2D Ln-organic layers and 1D [Cu8I7]nn+ cluster chains. Compound 3 can be viewed as a 1D [Cu6Br6]n chainlike motif inserted into the channels of a 3D Ln-Cu-organic motif. Compounds 1-3 exhibit three different 1D inorganic copper(I)-halide chains interconnected with metal-organic 1D chains, 2D layers, and 3D nets resulting in three mixed-motif non-interpenetrating heterometallic Cu-halide-lanthanide (Ln)-organic frameworks, which represent good examples and a facile method to construct such mixed-motif heterometallic compounds. Furthermore, the IR, TGA, and UV-vis spectra of 1-3 were also studied.  相似文献

Tetradentate 1,2-bis[4-(4'-methyl-2,2'-bipyridyl)]ethane ligand (3) and Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2.6H2O combine in a 3:2 ratio to form the racemic helicate [Fe2L3]4+ (4), as reported by Elliott et al. We now show that the enantiomeric purity of 4 can be efficiently measured by 1H NMR by the use of the TRISPHAT (1) salt as a chiral shift reagent. Large differences in chemical shifts (deltadeltadelta of up to 0.3 ppm, 20% [D6]DMSO in CD3CN) are observed between the enantiomers of 4 upon addition of [nBu4N][delta-1]. The resolution of 4 by asymmetric extraction was attempted: addition of an organic solution of [cinchonidinium][delta-1] salt (2 equiv) to an aqueous solution of helicate 4-(SO4)2 led, after vigorous stirring, to the extraction of the homochiral diastereomer [P-4][delta-1]4 into the organic layer along with the precipitation of the heterochiral diastereomer [M-4][delta-1]4 at the interface (diastereomeric ratio>49:1 for both processes). An enantioenriched fraction of [P-4][SO4]2 remained in the aqueous layer. To obtain only two fractions of resolved helicate and develop this procedure into an efficient resolution protocol, four equivalents of [cinchonidinium][delta-1] salt were used as the resolving agent. Chemically and diastereomerically pure [P-4][delta-1]4 and [M-4][delta-1]4 helicate salts were then obtained in excellent yields.  相似文献

The N,N',S-donor ligand 4-methoxy-3,5-dimethyl-2-((3-(2-(methylthio)phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)pyridine (L) was prepared from 2-(chloromethyl)-4-methoxy-3,5-dimethylpyridine hydrochloride and 3-(2-(methylthio)phenyl)-1H-pyrazole. The Cu(I) complexes [Cu2(L)2CH3CN][Cu(L)CH3CN](BF4)3 (1), [Cu(L)PPh3]BF4 (2), and [Cu6(L)2(C6F5S)6] (3) were prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography (PPh3=triphenylphosphine, C6F5S-=pentafluorothiophenolate). The unit cell of compound 1 consists of cocrystallized mononuclear and dinuclear entities in which all of the copper atoms exhibit distorted tetrahedral coordination. Compound 2 is monomeric with L bound in the kappa3-N,N',S mode and a PPh3 molecule that completes the coordination environment. Compound 2 presents a fluxional behavior in CDCl3 solution due to the boat inversion of the six-membered N,N' chelate ring (DeltaH=+43.6(3) kJ mol(-1), DeltaS=-16(1) J mol(-1) K(-1)). Crystallization of 3 in acetonitrile leads to a polynuclear structure that contains a CH3CN molecule coordinated to one of the copper atoms: [Cu6(L)2(C6F5S)6CH3CN] (3a). The core of 3a partially resembles a {Cu4S6} adamantane-like moiety, the only difference being that the Cu-NCCH3 interaction leads to the opening of the cluster by disrupting a Cu-Cu interaction. Part of this assembly is found in the yeast metallothionein copper(I)-cysteinate core whose crystal structure has recently been reported. Two additional [Cu(L)]+ peripheral moieties interact with the cluster by means of bridging thiolates. ESI-mass spectrometry, conductivity measurements, and 1H/19F pulsed gradient spin echo (PGSE) NMR experiments suggest that 3a dissociates in acetonitrile solution: 3a+CH3CN-->[Cu4(C6F5S)6]2-+2[Cu(L)CH3CN]+. The stability of the cluster with respect to the hypothetical mononuclear species, [Cu(L)(C6F5S)], is confirmed by DFT calculations (B3LYP), which illustrate the exergonic character of the reaction: 6[Cu(L')(C6H5S)]-->[Cu6(L')2(C6H5S)6]+4L' (DeltaG298=-58.6 kJ mol(-1), where L' and C6H5S- are simplified models for L and C6F5S-, respectively). The energetics pertinent to the ionic dissociation of the cluster in acetonitrile is computed using the polarizable continuum model (PCM) approach.  相似文献

Complexes of the title ligand with Cu(I), Ag(I), Au(I), Pd(II), Pt(II), Rh(III), and rare examples with Ni(II) and Co(III) have been prepared and characterised by analysis, IR, UV-vis, 1H, 63Cu and 59Co NMR spectroscopy and ES+ mass spectrometry as appropriate. The structures of [Cu[1,2-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2]2]BF4, [PtCl2[1,2-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2]], [M[1,2-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2]2][PF6]2 (M = Pd or Pt), and [NiI[1,2-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2]2]ClO4 have been determined, and the varying chelate bite and conformations of the xylyl backbone in these structures are discussed. Despite the unfavourable seven-membered chelate ring and the large soft antimony donors, 1,2-C6H4(CH2SbMe2)2 proves to be a surprisingly good ligand for late transition metals in medium oxidation states.  相似文献

Structural studies of metal complexes of five ditopic hexaazamacrocycles containing two pyridine rings ([n]py2N4 n= 18, 20, 22, 24 and 26) have been carried out. The synthesis of macrocycles [22]- to [26]-py2N4 are also reported. The protonation constants of the last three compounds and the stability constants of their complexes with Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, and Pb2+ were determined at 25 degrees C in 0.10 mol dm(-3) KNO3 in aqueous solution. Our results with [22]py2N4 show significant differences from those described previously, while [24]py2N4 has not been studied before and [26]py2N4 is a new compound. Mononuclear and dinuclear complexes of the divalent metal ions studied with [22]- to [26]-py2N4 were found in solution. The stability constants for the ML complexes of the three ligands follow the Irving-Williams order: NiL2+ < CuL2+ > ZnL2+ > PbL2+, however for the dinuclear complexes the values for Pb2+ complexes are higher than the corresponding values for the Ni2+ and the Zn2+ complexes. The X-ray single crystal structures of the supramolecular aggregates [Cu2([20]py2N4)(H2O)4][Cu(H2O)6](SO4)3 x 3H2O and [Cu(2)([20]py(2)N4)(CH3CN)4][Ni([20]py2N4)]2(ClO4)8 x H2O, which are composed of homodinuclear [Cu2([20]py2N4])(H2O)4]4+ and [Cu2([20]py2N4])(CH3CN))4]4+, and mononuclear species, [Cu(H2O)6]2+ and [Ni([20]py2N4)]2+, respectively, assembled by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds, are also reported. In both homodinuclear complexes the copper centres are located at the end of the macrocycle and display distorted square pyramidal coordination environments with the basal plane defined by three consecutive nitrogen donors and one solvent molecule, water in and acetonitrile in . The macrocycle adopts a concertina-type conformation leading to the formation of macrocyclic cavities with the two copper centres separated by intramolecular distances of 5.526(1) and 5.508(7) A in 1a and 2a, respectively. The mononuclear complex [Ni([20]py2N4])]2+ displays a distorted octahedral co-ordination environment with the macrocycle wrapping the metal centre in a helical shape. EPR spectroscopy of the copper complexes indicated the presence of mono- and dinuclear species.  相似文献

Two Anderson-type heteropolyanion-supported copper phenanthroline complexes, [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2]1+ (1c) and [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2]1- (1a) complement their charges in one of the title compounds [Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2][Al(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2].5H2O [1c][1a].5 H2O 1. Similar charge complementarity exists in the chromium analogue, [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)2]2][Cr(OH)6Mo6O18[Cu(phen)(H2O)Cl]2].5 H2O [2c][2a].5 H2O 2. The chloride coordination to copper centers of 1a and 2a makes the charge difference. In both compounds, the geometries around copper centers are distorted square pyramidal and those around aluminum/chromium centers are distorted octahedral. Three lattice waters, from the formation of intermolecular O-H.....O hydrogen bonds, have been shown to self-assemble into an "acyclic water trimer" in the crystals of both 1 and 2. The title compounds have been synthesized in a simple one pot aqueous wet-synthesis consisting of aluminum/chromium chloride, sodium molybdate, copper nitrate, phenanthroline, and hydrochloric acid, and characterized by elemental analyses, EDAX, IR, diffuse reflectance, EPR, TGA, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P. Crystal data for 1: a = 10.7618(6), b = 15.0238(8), c = 15.6648(8) angstroms, alpha = 65.4570(10), beta = 83.4420(10), gamma = 71.3230(10), V = 2182.1(2) angstroms3. Crystal data for 2: a = 10.8867(5), b = 15.2504(7), c = 15.7022(7) angstroms, alpha = 64.9850(10), beta = 83.0430(10), gamma = 71.1570(10), V = 2235.47(18) angstroms3. In the electronic reflectance spectra, compounds 1 and 2 exhibit a broad d-d band at approximately 700 nm, which is a considerable shift with respect to the value of 650-660 nm for a square-pyramidal [Cu(phen)2L] complex, indicating the coordination of [M(OH)6Mo6O18]3- POM anions (as a ligand) to the monophenanthroline copper complexes to form POM-supported copper complexes 1c, 1a, 2c, and 2a. The ESR spectrum of compound 1 shows a typical axial signal for a Cu2+ (d9) system, and that of compound 2, containing both chromium(III) and copper(II) ions, may reveal a zero-field-splitting of the central Cr3+ ion of the Anderson anion, [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]3-, with an intense peak for the Cu2+ ion.  相似文献

A tetranuclear mixed ligand copper(II) complex of a pyrazole containing Schiff base and a hydroxyhexahydropyrimidylpyrazole and copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes of the Schiff base having N-donor atoms have been investigated. A 2 equiv amount of 5-methyl-3-formylpyrazole (MPA) and 2 equiv of 1,3-diamino-2-propanol (1,3-DAP) on reaction with 1 equiv of copper(II) nitrate produce an unusual tetranuclear mixed ligand complex [Cu4(L1)2(L2)2(NO3)2] (1), where H2L1 = 1,3-bis(5-methyl-3-formylpyrazolylmethinimino)propane-2-ol and HL2 = 5-methyl-3-(5-hydroxyhexahydro-2-pyrimidyl)pyrazole. In contrast, a similar reaction with nickel(II) nitrate leads to the formation of a hygroscopic intractable material. On the other hand, the reaction involving 2 equiv of MPA and 1 equiv each of 1,3-DAP and various copper(II) salts gives rise to two types of products, viz. [Cu(T3-porphyrinogen)(H2O)]X2 (X = ClO4, NO3, BF4 (2)) (T3-porphyrinogen = 1,6,11,16-tetraza-5,10,15,20-tetrahydroxy-2,7,12,17-tetramethylporphyrinogen) and [Cu(H2L1)X]X x H2O (X = Cl (3), Br (4)). The same reaction carried out with nickel(II) salts also produces two types of compounds [Ni(H2L1)(H2O)2]X2 [X = ClO4 (5), NO3 (6), BF4 (7)] and [Ni(H2L1)X2] x H2O [X = Cl (8), Br (9)]. Among the above species 1, 3, and 5 are crystallographically characterized. In 1, all four copper atoms are in distorted square pyramidal geometry with N4O chromophore around two terminal copper atoms and N5 chromophore around two inner copper atoms. In 3, the copper atom is also in distorted square pyramidal geometry with N4Cl chromophore. The nickel atom in 5 is in a distorted octahedral geometry with N4O2 chromophore, where the metal atom is slightly pulled toward one of the axial coordinated water molecules. Variable-temperature (300 to 2 K) magnetic susceptibility measurements have been carried out for complex 1. The separations between the metal centers, viz., Cu(1)...Cu(2), Cu(2)...Cu(2)A, and Cu(2)A...Cu(1)A are 3.858, 3.89, and 3.858 A, respectively. The overall magnetic behavior is consistent with strong antiferromagnetic interactions between the spin centers. The exchange coupling constants between Cu(1)...Cu(2) and Cu(2)...Cu(2A) centers have turned out to be -305.3 and -400.7 cm(-1), respectively, resulting in a S = 1/2 ground state. The complexes are further characterized by UV-vis, IR, electron paramagnetic resonance, and electrochemical studies.  相似文献

By using the neutral bidentate nitrogen-containing ligand, bis(3,5-diisopropyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L1' '), the copper(I) complexes [Cu(L1' ')2](CuCl2) (1CuCl2), [Cu(L1' ')2](ClO4) (1ClO4), [Cu(L1' ')]2(ClO4)2 (2ClO4), [Cu(L1' ')]2(BF4)2 (2BF4), [Cu(L1' ')(NCMe)](PF6) (3PF6), [Cu(L1' ')(PPh3)](ClO4) (4ClO4), [Cu(L1' ')(PPh3)](PF6) (4PF6), [{Cu(L1' ')(CO)}2(mu-ClO4)](ClO4) (5ClO4), and the copper(II) complexes [{Cu(L1' ')}2(mu-OH)2(mu-ClO4)2] (6), and [Cu(L1' ')Cl2] (7) were systematically synthesized and fully characterized by X-ray crystallography and by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. In the case of copper(II), ESR spectroscopy was also applied. In comparison with the related neutral tridentate ligand L1', bis-chelated copper(I) complexes and binuclear linear-coordinated copper(I) complexes are easy to obtain with L1' ', like 1CuCl2, 1ClO4, 2ClO4, and 2BF4. Importantly, stronger and bulkier ligands such as acetonitrile (3PF6) and especially triphenylphosphine (4ClO4 and 4PF6) generate three-coordinate structures with a trigonal-planar geometry. Surprisingly, for the smaller ligand carbon monoxide, a mononuclear three-coordinate structure is very unstable, leading to the formation of a binuclear complex (5ClO4) with one bridging perchlorate anion, such that the copper(I) centers are four-coordinate. The same tendency is observed for the copper(II) bis(mu-hydroxo) compounds 6, which is additionally bridged by two perchlorate anions. Both copper(II) complexes 6 and 7 were obtained by molecular O2 oxidation of the corresponding copper(I) complexes. A comparison of the new copper(I) triphenylphosphine complexes 4ClO4 and 4PF6 with corresponding species obtained with the related tridentate ligands L1' and L1 (8ClO4 and 9, respectively) reveals surprisingly small differences in their spectroscopic properties. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations are used to shed light on the differences in bonding in these compounds and the spectral assignments. Finally, the reactivity of the different bis(pyrazolyl)methane complexes obtained here toward PPh3, CO, and O2 is discussed.  相似文献

A series of Ar-BIAN-based copper(I) complexes (where Ar-BIAN = bis(aryl)acenaphthenequinonediimine) were synthesised and characterised by (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopies, FT-IR spectroscopy, MALDI-TOF-MS spectrometry, cyclic voltammetry and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The bis-chelated complexes of general formula [Cu(Ar-BIAN)(2)]BF(4) (where Ar = C(6)H(5) (1), 4-iPrC(6)H(4) (3), 2-iPrC(6)H(4) (4)) were prepared by reaction of [Cu(NCMe)(4)]BF(4) with two equivalents of the corresponding Ar-BIAN ligands, in dichloromethane, while the mono-chelated complexes of the type [Cu(Ar-BIAN)L(2)]BF(4) (where Ar = 2,6-iPr(2)C(6)H(3), L = PhCN (6); Ar = 4-iPrC(6)H(4), L = PPh(3) (7)) were readily accessible by treatment of [Cu(NCR)(4)]BF(4) (R = Me, Ph) with one equivalent of the corresponding Ar-BIAN ligands in the absence or presence of two equivalents of PPh(3), in the same solvent. The structures of complexes 3, 4, 6 and 7 were obtained by single crystal X-ray diffraction, showing distorted tetrahedral geometries around the copper centres in all cases. The electrochemical studies of these complexes and of the already reported [Cu(2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)-BIAN)(2)]BF(4) (2) and [Cu(2,6-iPr(2)C(6)H(3)-BIAN)(NCMe)(2)] (5), demonstrated that the bis-chelated complexes 1-4 undergo a reversible one-electron reduction or oxidation processes on copper, while the mono-chelated complexes 5-7 show a partially reversible oxidation and an irreversible reduction feature. Both kinds of (Ar-BIAN)copper(I) complexes are active catalysts for the copper(I)-catalysed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC). Complex 7, bearing PPh(3) ligands, exhibits the highest catalytic activity, which is comparable with that of the typical CuSO(4)-sodium ascorbate catalyst system.  相似文献

Four novel Cu(Ⅰ) complexes,[Cu(o-PYO)(PPh3)2]BF4(1),[Cu(o-PYO)(DPEphos)]BF4(2),[Cu2 (o-PYO)(PPh3)3(CH3CN)](BF4)2(3) and [Cu2(o-PYO)(DPEphos)2 ](BF4)2(4) (o-PYO=2,5bis(pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole,PPh 3=triphenylphosphine,DPEphos=bis(2-(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl)ether),have been synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The central cuprous ions in all complexes are surrounded by N and P atoms to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry, although one of the cuprous ions in complex 3 is coordinated by a PPh3 and an acetonitrile molecule due to the steric hindrance and weak coordination ability from monodentate PPh3 ligand. The UV-vis absorption spectra in CH2Cl2 show the characteristic metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption bands in the region of 360-480nm.Four Cu(I) complexes exhibit yellow to orange-red phosphorescence with the emission maximum at 572,577,562 and 597nm,respectively in the solid state.  相似文献

A series of structurally characterized copper complexes of two pyridazine-spaced cryptands in redox states + (I,I), (II,I), (II), (II,II) are reported. The hexaimine cryptand L(I) [formed by the 2 + 3 condensation of 3,6-diformylpyridazine with tris(2-aminoethyl)amine (tren)] is able to accommodate two non-stereochemically demanding copper(I) ions, resulting in [Cu(I)(2)L(I)](BF(4))(2) 1, or one stereochemically demanding copper(II) ion, resulting in [Cu(II)L(I)()](BF(4))(2) 3. Complex 3 crystallizes in two forms, 3a and 3b, with differing copper(II) ion coordination geometries. Addition of copper(I) to the monometallic complex 3 results in the mixed-valence complex [Cu(I)Cu(II)L(I)](X)(3) (X = PF(6)(-), 2a; X = BF(4)(-), 2b) which is well stabilized within this cryptand as indicated by electrochemical studies (K(com) = 2.1 x 10(11)). The structurally characterized, octaamine cryptand L(A), prepared by sodium borohydride reduction of L(I), is more flexible than L(I) and can accommodate two stereochemically demanding copper(II) ions, generating the dicopper(II) cryptate [Cu(II)(2)L(A)](BF(4))(4) 4. Electrochemical studies indicate that L(A) stabilizes the copper(II) oxidation state more effectively than L(I); no copper redox state lower than II,II has been isolated in the solid state using this ligand.  相似文献

A Tetraaza Macrocylic Ligand (H2L) and its complexes, [Cd(H2L)(OH2)2](NO3)(2)·1/2OH2 (I), [Co(H2L)(OH2)](NO3)(2)·1/2OH2 (II), [Cu(H2L)(NO3)2]·3/2OH2 (III) and [Ni(H2L)(NO3)(OH2)]NO3·OH2 (IV), have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductivity, 1H NMR, UV-vis, FT-IR and mass spectroscopy. All results confirm that the prepared compounds have 1:1 metal-to-ligand stoichiometry, octahedral configuration and the ligand behaves as a neutral tetradendate towards the metal ions. [CdL(OH2)2] (V), [CoL(OH2)2] (VI), [CuL(OH2)2] (VII) and [Ni(H2L)(NO3)2] (VIII) were synthesized pyrolytically in solid state from corresponding compounds (I-IV). Analytical results of complexes (V-VIII) show that the ligand behaves either as a neutral tetradendate or dianionic tetradentate ligand towards the metal ions. The binding of H2L and its copper complex (III) to DNA has been investigated by ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy. The experiments indicate that H2L and its copper complex (III) can bind to DNA through an intercalative mode. The H2L and its copper complex (III) exhibited anti-tumor activity against Ehrlich Acites Carcinoma (E.A.C) at the concentration of 100 μg/ml.  相似文献

The electrochemical and spectral properties of some copper(I) polypyridyl complexes based on 6,7-dihydrodibenzo[b,j][1,10]phenanthroline, dmbiq, and 6,7-dihydrodipyrido[2,3-b:3',2'-j][1,10]phenanthroline, dmbinap, are reported. These complexes are [Cu(dmbiq)(2)](+), 1; [Cu(dmbiq)(PPh(3))(2)](+), 2; [Cu(dmbinap)(2)](+), 3; and [Cu(dmbinap)(PPh(3))(2)](+), 4. 3 and 4 may be reduced to form ligand-based radical anion species. The resonance Raman spectra of 3(*)()(-)() and 4(*)()(-)() are almost identical and correspond closely to the spectrum of dmbinap(*)()(-)() and the reported spectra of complexes containing 2,2'-biquinoline radical anion moieties. Reduction processes for 1 and 2 are irreversible. For 1 the electronic spectral changes arising from reduction suggest demetallation of the complex. The structure of [Cu(C(18)H(12)N(4))(2)][BF(4)].CH(2)Cl(2) (3[BF(4)].CH(2)Cl(2)) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with cell dimensions a = 14.059(7) ?, b = 15.058(6) ?, c = 16.834(9) ?, beta = 111.56(5) degrees, Z = 4, rho(calcd) = 1.611 g/cm(3), and R(F(o)) = 0.0497.  相似文献

Four new metal-organic polymeric complexes, {[Cu(mu-OH)(mu-ClPhtrz)][(H 2O)(BF 4)]} n ( 1), {[Cu(mu-OH)(mu-BrPhtrz)][(H 2O)(BF 4)]} n ( 2), {[Cu(mu-OH)(mu-ClPhtrz)(H 2O)](NO 3)} n ( 3), and {[Cu(mu-OH)(mu-BrPhtrz)(H 2O)](NO 3)} n ( 4) (ClPhtrz = N-[( E)-(4-chlorophenyl)methylidene]-4 H-1,2,4-triazol-4-amine; BrPhtrz = N-[( E)-(4-bromophenyl)methylidene]-4 H-1,2,4-triazol-4-amine), were synthesized in a reaction of substituted 1,2,4-triazole and various copper(II) salts in water/acetonitrile solutions. The structures of 1- 4 were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The Cu(II) ions are linked both by single N (1), N (2)-1,2,4-triazole and hydroxide bridges yielding one dimensional (1D) linear chain polymers. The tetragonally distorted octahedral geometry of copper atoms is completed alternately by two water and two BF 4 (-) anion molecules in 1 and 2 but solely by two water molecules in 3 and 4. Magnetic properties of all complexes were studied by variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. The Cu(II) ions are strongly antiferromagnetically coupled with J = -419(1) cm (-1) ( 1), -412(2) cm (-1) ( 2), -391(3) cm (-1) ( 3), and -608(2) cm (-1) ( 4) (based on the Hamiltonian H = - J[ summation operator S i . S i+ 1]). The nature and the magnitude of the antiferromagnetic exchange were discussed on the basis of complementarity/countercomplementarity of the two competing bridges.  相似文献

The tetradentate ligand L(naph) contains two N-donor bidentate pyrazolyl-pyridine units connected to a 1,8-naphthyl core via methylene spacers; L45 and L56 are chiral ligands with a structure similar to that of L(naph) but bearing pinene groups fused to either C4 and C5 or C5 and C6 of the terminal pyridyl rings. The complexes [Cu(L(naph))](OTf) and [Ag(L(naph))](BF4) have unremarkable mononuclear structures, with Cu(I) being four-coordinate and Ag(I) being two-coordinate with two additional weak interactions (i.e., "2 + 2" coordinate). In contrast, [Cu4(L(naph))4][BF4]4 is a cyclic tetranuclear helicate with a tetrafluoroborate anion in the central cavity, formed by an anion-templating effect; electrospray mass spectrometry (ESMS) spectra show the presence of other cyclic oligomers in solution. The chiral ligands show comparable behavior, with [Cu(L45)](BF4) and [Ag(L45)](ClO4) having similar mononuclear crystal structures and with the ligands being tetradentate chelates. In contrast, [Ag4(L56)4](BF4)4 is a cyclic tetranuclear helicate in which both diastereomers of the complex are present in the crystal; the two diastereomers have similar gross geometries but are significantly different in detail. Despite their different crystal structures, [Ag(L45)](ClO4) and [Ag4(L56)4](BF4)4 behave similarly in solution according to ESMS studies, with a range of cyclic oligomers (up to Ag9L9) forming. With transition-metal dications Co(II), Cu(II), and Cd(II), L(naph) generates a series of unusual dodecanuclear coordination cages [M12(L(naph))18]X24 (X- = ClO4- or BF4-) in which the 12 metal ions occupy the vertices of a truncated tetrahedron and a bridging ligand spans each of the 18 edges. The central cavity of each cage can accommodate four counterions, and each cage molecule is chiral, with all 12 metal trischelates being homochiral; the crystals are racemic. Extensive aromatic stacking between ligands around the periphery of the cages appears to be a significant factor in their assembly. The chiral analogue L45 forms the simpler tetranuclear, tetrahedral coordination cage [Zn4(L45)6](ClO4)(8), with one anion in the central cavity; the steric bulk of the pinene chiral auxiliaries prevents the formation of a dodecanuclear cage, although trace amounts of [Zn12(L45)18](ClO4)24 can be detected in solution by ESMS. Formation of [Zn4(L45)6](ClO4)8 is diastereoselective, with the chirality of the pinene groups controlling the chirality of the tetranuclear cage.  相似文献

Reactions of Cu I salts with 1,4,5,8,9,12-hexaazatriphenylene (HAT) afford three types of cationic coordination polymers depending on the anion present in the reaction solution. In the crystal structure of {[Cu(HAT)][BF4]x1/3(C6H6)}infinity, (1), Cu ions and HAT molecules form extended layers that are best described as strongly distorted honeycomb nets. The space between the layers is occupied by [BF4]- anions and solvent molecules. {[Cu(HAT)][PF6]}infinity, (2), crystallizes as a chiral (10,3)-a net with [PF6]- anions residing in the cavities of the three-dimensional metal-organic framework. The crystal structure of {[Cu4(HAT)3][SbF6]4x3C6H6}infinity, (3), is based on unique extended [Cu4(HAT)3]infinity "nanotubules" filled with solvent molecules and [SbF6]- anions.  相似文献
