An organically templated 2-D uranyl sulfate, {(C2H8N)[(UO2)Cl(SO4)(H2O)] }n 1, has been hydrothermally synthesized. The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography method and spectral techniques. 1 belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.3545(17), b = 10.550(2), c = 12.370(3)A, β = 102.64(3)°, V = 1063.9(4)A3, Mr = 464.64, De= 2.901 g/cm^3, F(000) = 836,μ = 15.710 mm^-1, Z= 4, the final R = 0.0286 and wR = 0.0685 for 10164 observed reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ). 1 presents a two-dimensional layer-like structure constructed from infinite anionic [(UO2)Cl(H2O)(SO4)]^- layers with [C2H8N]^+ cations balancing the charge and a number of intermoleeular hydrogen bonds (C-H…O and O-H…Cl) existing in the solid state. The fluorescence properties of 1 have also been discussed.  相似文献

以醋酸锌、5-溴-1,2,4-苯基三羧酸(BTCAH3)和4,4'-联吡啶(4,4'-bipy)为原料,在水热条件下合成了1个三维框架结构化合物[Zn3(BTCA)2(4,4'-bipy)3](1),利用红外光谱、元素分析、热重、X-粉末衍射以及X-单晶衍射对该化合物进行了表征。化合物1是单斜晶系,C2/c空间群。在化合物1中,锌离子通过BTCA3-配体的羧酸氧原子形成一个具有3-节点、4-连接的三维框架结构。4,4'-联吡啶配体在框架结构中连接锌离子。另外,研究了该化合物的热稳定性和固体荧光性质。  相似文献

A flexible carboxylic ligand, l,4-benzenebis(thioacetic acid) (H2L), has been employed to assemble with Cd(Ⅱ) ions under hydrothermal conditions, generating a new complex [Cd2L2(2,2'-bipy)2]n (1). X-ray diffraction reveals the complex 1 possesses a self-assembly double helix structure deriving from [Cd2L2(2,2'-bipy)2] units linked by L2-ligands. A 3D infinite framework is constructed via π-π stacking of 2,2'-bipy. The photoluminescent properties in solid state were investigated.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain chlorodibenzyltin 2-quininate has been synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group I4(—) with a = 19.1171(10), b = 19.1171(10), c = 12.5158(6) , Z = 8, V = 4574.1(4) 3, Dc = 1.477 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα) = 1.252 mm-1, F(000) = 2032, R = 0.0259 and wR = 0.0723. In the complex, the tin atom is six-coordinated to adopt a distorted octahedral configuration with bridging carboxyl of quinoline-2-carboxylic acid. The result of fluorescence spectrum analysis shows that the title complex at room temperature exhibits an intense photoluminescence with maximum emission at 364.2 nm (λex = 303.0 nm).  相似文献

One new coordination polymer with the chemical formula [CoCu2L2·K2·1.5C2H5OH]n(H4L = 2-hydroxy-3-[(E)-({3-[(2-hydroxybenzoyl)amino]propyl}imino)methyl] benzoic acid) has been synthesized based on the slow diffusion method,and characterized by IR spectroscopy,thermalgravimetric and X-ray diffraction analysis.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 11.98860(10),b = 24.4279(3),c = 14.9008(2) ,β = 104.7490(10)°,V = 4220.01(8) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 1009.94,Dc = 1.590 g/cm3,F(000) = 2056,μ(MoKα) = 1.649 mm-1,the final R = 0.0411 and wR = 0.1178 for 5920 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).The compound possesses a 2D brick wall structure constructed from trinuclear units.  相似文献

2-(邻溴)苯基-4,5-咪唑二羧酸(o-BrPhH3IDC)与六水合硝酸铕(Eu(NO3)3·6H2O)在对苯二甲酸存在下,在乙睛和水的混合溶剂中,通过溶剂热反应,合成了一个三维超分子配合物(H3O)[Eu(o-BrPhH2IDC)4](1)。 采用单晶X射线衍射对配合物1的晶体结构进行了测试,结果表明,配合物1为立方晶系,I-43d空间群;中心铕离子处于一个八配位的体系中。 对配合物1的固态荧光研究发现:在395 nm的激发波长下,标题配合物显示出特征的铕发射光谱。 这说明所采用的有机配体具有良好的天线效应,对铕离子有很好的敏化效应。  相似文献

以2-氨基-4-噻唑乙酸乙酯(EATA)和氯化镉水合物为原料,在无水乙醇和乙醇-水混合物两种溶剂中分别合成了配合物[CdCl2(EATA)]n(1)和[CdCl2(EATA)2](2),并利用X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱和荧光光谱对它们进行了表征。配合物12都属于单斜晶系,分别为P21/cCc空间群,它们的中心金属离子Cd2+均为扭曲的六配位八面体构型。在配合物1中,相邻的2个八面体单元通过2个μ2-Cl-阴离子双桥连形成一维链结构,该一维链进一步通过N-H…Cl分子间氢键形成了三维网络结构,而配合物2则通过大量的N-H…Cl和C-H…Cl分子间氢键等弱作用组装成二维超分子结构。固态荧光光谱分析表明,配合物12荧光性质相似,均可归属于由配体到金属间的电荷转移(LMCT)。  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymer constructed from 3-nitro- benzene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, [Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4]n·2nH2O, has been synthesized and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 6.1252(8), b = 20.706(3), c = 8.8067(11) , β = 95.608(2)°, V = 1111.6(2) 3, Mr = 751.12, Dc = 2.244 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, μ = 2.011 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0262 and wR = 0.0692 for 2338 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the title compound presents a 1-D chain-like structure constructed by dimer units, [Cd2(C8H3NO6)2(H2O)4]n, through two carboxylate oxygen atoms. The fluorescence of the title compound has been also discussed in this paper.  相似文献

A one-dimensional zigzag chain complex of Cd(FA)(pyim)(H2O) (1) (H2FA=4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylid-ene)bis(benzoic acid) and pyim=2-(2-pyridyl)imidazole) was hydrothermal synthesized from Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid) and 2-(2-pyridyl)imidazole. Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the zigzag chains of 1 are linked into three-dimensional supramolecular networks by both O-H…O hydrogen-bonds and π…π stacking interactions. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=0.856 34(10) nm, b=1.020 49(12) nm, c=2.809 0(3) nm, β=98.115(2)°, V=2.430 2(5) nm3, Dc=1.820 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 320, Goof=1.009, R1=0.047 0, wR2=0.115 5. The title compound, 5-(1H-benzoimidazol-2-yl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazole-4-carboxylic acid (C10H7N5O2·C3H7NO, Mr=302.30), has been synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and ESI-MS, 1 H-NMR spectroscopy and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Crystal structure of the title compound was grown from DMF by slow diffusion at room temperature. Crystal data: orthorhombic structure, space group Pna21 with a=6.9635(3), b=19.4398(7), c=30.6165(12), V=4144.5(3)3, Z=12, Dc=1.454 g/cm 3, μ(MoKα)=0.108 mm-1, and F(000)=1896. The structure was refined to R=0.0450 and wR=0.0975 for 3578 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking further stabilize the structure.  相似文献

通过溶剂热技术,制得一种新型的Cd~(2+)配合物[Cd(L)_2(ba)_2]_2(1,L=4'-(4-甲基苯)-4,2':6',4″-三联吡啶,Hba=苯甲酸),其结构经IR,元素分析和单晶射线衍射表征。1属单斜晶系,空间群为P2_1/c,晶胞参数a=1.095 5(2)nm,b=1.404 1(3)nm,c=3.045 5(8)nm,β=103.37(3)°,V=4 557.6(18)3,D_c=1.459g·cm~(-3),Z=2,R_1=0.045 5,wR_2=0.094 0[I2σ(I)]。结构分析表明:1为零维双核结构,通过π…π堆积作用拓展为二维层状超分子。  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Eu2(C6H8O4)3(H2O)2]n·n(4,4’-bpy) (Mr = 928.51) was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of EuCl3·6H2O, adipic acid and 4,4’-bpy, and determined by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal gravimetric analysis, single-crystal diffraction and fluorescence property. X-ray analysis reveals that a three-dimensional network has been formed between Eu3+ by carboxyl of adipic acid. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a = 21.870(7), b = 7.652(2), c = 19.624(6) (A), V = 3284.1(17)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.878 g/cm3, μ = 3.854 mm-1, F(000) = 1824, R = 0.0345 and wR = 0.0565. The coordination polymer exhibits intensive red light under UV excitation at room temperature, which is attributed to the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu(Ⅲ) ions.  相似文献

水热条件下合成了一种含铀的超分子化合物[UO2Cl4][phenH]2(phen=1,10-邻菲罗啉),进行了X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱、紫外光谱和荧光光谱分析。 晶体结构分析表明,该化合物由2个[phenH]+阳离子和1个阴离子[UO2Cl4]2-组成。 红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射表明,标题化合物的三维框架是由N-H…Cl、C-H…Cl和C-H…O弱氢键相互作用所构建。 中心U原子是六配位,有4个Cl原子和2个O原子。 此外,没参与配位的phen利用氢键和π…π堆积与[UO2Cl4]2-相互作用。 含U原子的阴离子是一种扭曲八面体结构。 利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了化合物的PVA薄膜。 标题化合物和薄膜均有较强的荧光性。CCDC:713149  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction between 1,4-phenylenediacetic acid (H2PDA) and Zn(NO3)2·6H2O at the presence of the second ligand of 1,2-bis((1H-imidazol-1-yl) methyl)benzene (obix) yields a new 2D metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn(PDA)(obix)] (1), which has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and thermal analysis. Crystallographic data for 1: C22H10ZnN6O5, Mr = 503.73, triclinic, space group P , a = 6.1411(5), b = 10.9111(9), c = 14.1925(1) , α = 89.1830(1), β = 79.3030(1), γ = 84.6350(1)o, V = 930.36(1) 3, Dc = 1.798 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 1.376 mm-1, F(000) = 508, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0323 and wR = 0.0789. 1 has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, thermal analysis, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In complex 1, the zinc atom is five-coordinated with three carboxylate oxygen atoms from three different 1,2-BDC ligands and two nitrogen atoms from one OHCT ligand, showing a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration.  相似文献
