Alcohols are oxidized by N‐methylmorpholine‐N‐oxide (NMO), ButOOH and H2O2 to the corresponding aldehydes or ketones in the presence of catalyst, [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(SRaaiNR′)]PF6 ( 2 ) and [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)(SκRaaiNR′)]PF6 ( 3 ) (SRaaiNR′ ( 1 ) = 1‐alkyl‐2‐{(o‐thioalkyl)phenylazo}imidazole, a bidentate N(imidazolyl) (N), N(azo) (N′) chelator and SκRaaiNR′ is a tridentate N(imidazolyl) (N), N(azo) (N′), Sκ‐R is tridentate chelator; R and R′ are Me and Et). The single‐crystal X‐ray structures of [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(SMeaaiNMe)]PF6 ( 2a ) (SMeaaiNMe = 1‐methyl‐2‐{(o‐thioethyl)phenylazo}imidazole) and [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(SEtaaiNEt)]PF6 ( 2b ) (SEtaaiNEt = 1‐ethyl‐2‐{(o‐thioethyl)phenylazo}imidazole) show bidentate N,N′ chelation, while in [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)(SκEtaaiNEt)]PF6 ( 3b ) the ligand SκEtaaiNEt serves as tridentate N,N′,S chelator. The cyclic voltammogram shows RuIII/RuII (~1.1 V) and RuIV/RuIII (~1.7 V) couples of the complexes 2 while RuIII/RuII (1.26 V) couple is observed only in 3 along with azo reductions in the potential window +2.0 to ?2.0 V. DFT computation has been used to explain the spectra and redox properties of the complexes. In the oxidation reaction NMO acts as best oxidant and [RuCl(CO)(PPh3)(SκRaaiNR′)](PF6) ( 3 ) is the best catalyst. The formation of high‐valent RuIV=O species as a catalytic intermediate is proposed for the oxidation process. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Six mononuclear complexes are reported with the tetradentate ligand N,N′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,3-propanediamine, (abbreviated as pypn) i.e. [Cu(pypn)(ClO4)2](H2O)1/2 (1), [Fe(pypn)Cl2](NO3) (2), [Zn(pypn)Cl](ClO4) (3), [Co(pypn)(NCS)2](ClO4) (4), [Co(pypn)(N3)2](ClO4) (5), [Zn(pypn)(NCS)2] (6). The synthesis and X-ray crystal structures of all six compounds and their spectroscopic properties are presented. The geometry of the Cu2+, Co3+, Zn2+, Fe3+ ions is essentially octahedrally based, with the mm conformation (for Cu) and msf conformations for the other 3 metal ions; in compound 3 the geometry around the Zn2+ is distorted trigonal bipyramidal. The stabilisation of the crystal lattices is maintained by interesting, relative strong hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Reaction of the Schiff base ligand derived from 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde NC5H4C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2], (1), with palladium(II) acetate in toluene at 60 °C for 24 h gave [Pd{NC5H4C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}2(OCOCH3)2], (2), with two ligands coordinated through the pyridine nitrogen. Treatment of the Schiff base ligand derived from 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde N-oxide, 4-(O)NC5H4C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2], (4), with palladium(II) acetate in toluene at 75 °C gave the dinuclear acetato-bridged complex [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}(OCOCH3)]2, (5) with metallation of an aromatic phenyl carbon. Reaction of complex 5 with sodium chloride or lithium bromide gave the dinuclear halogen-bridged complexes [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}(Cl)]2, (6) and [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}(Br)]2, (7), after the metathesis reaction. Reaction of 6 and 7 with triphenylphosphine gave the mononuclear species [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}(Cl)(PPh3)], (8) and [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}-(Br)(PPh3)], (9), as air stable solids. Treatment of 6 and 7 with Ph2P(CH2)2PPh2 (dppe) in a complex/diphosphine 1:2 molar ratio gave the mononuclear complexes [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}(PPh2(CH2)2PPh2)][Cl], (10), and [Pd{4-(O)NC5H3C(H)N[2′,4′,6′-(CH3)C6H2]}(PPh2(CH2)2PPh2)][PF6], (11), with a chelating diphosphine. The molecular structure of complex 9 was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The novel bis(iminophosphorano)methanes CH2[P{NP(S)(OR)2}Ph2]2 (R = Ph (1a), Et (1b)) have been obtained by oxydation of dppm with the corresponding thiophosphorylated azides (RO)2P(S)N3. Deprotonation of 1a,b with KH generates the methanide species KCH[P{NP(S)(OR)2}Ph2]2 (R = Ph (2a), Et (2b)). The ruthenium(II) dimer [{Ru(η6-p-cymene)(μ-Cl)Cl}2] reacts with 2a,b to afford the cationic complexes [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(κ3-C,N,S-CH[P{NP(S)(OR)2}Ph2]2)]+ (R = Ph (3a), Et (3b)), via selective κ3-C,N,S-coordination of the bis(iminophosphorano)methanide anions to ruthenium. The structure of [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(κ3-C,N,S-CH[P{NP(S)(OEt)2}Ph2]2)][PF6] (3b) has been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. Deprotonation of complexes 3a,b with NaH leads to the neutral carbene derivatives [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(κ2-C,N-C[P{NP(S)(OR)2}Ph2]2)] (R = Ph (4a), Et (4b)).  相似文献

A new tetradentate N2O2 donor Schiff base ligand [OHC6H4CHNCH2CH2CH(CH2CH3)NCHC6H4OH = H2L ] was obtained by 1:2 condensation of 1,3-diaminopentane with salicylaldehyde and has been used to synthesise an unusual copper(II) complex whose asymmetric unit presents two structurally different almost linear trinuclear units [Cu3(μ-L)2(ClO4)2] [Cu3(μ-L)2(H2O)(ClO4)2] (1). The ligand and the complex were characterised by elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H NMR and UV–Vis spectroscopy in addition electrochemical and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies were performed for the complex. The magnetic properties of 1 reveal the presence of strong intra-trimer (J1 = −202(3) cm−1 and J2 = −233(3) cm−1) as well as very weak inter-trimer (zJ′ = −0.11(1) cm−1) antiferromagnetic interactions.  相似文献

Eight S-glycosylated 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(tetrafluorophenyl)porphyrins (1a′, 1b′, 1a and 1b (a: S-glucosylated, b: S-galactosylated)) and their 1,3-dipolar cycloadducts, i.e. chlorins 2a′, 2b′, 2a and 2b were prepared by nucleophilic substitution of the pentafluorophenyl groups with S-glycoside. These photosensitizers were characterized by 1H, 13C and 19F NMR spectroscopies and elemental analysis. The photocytotoxicity of the S-glycosylated photosensitizers and the parent porphyrin (1) and chlorin (2) was examined in HeLa cells. Photosensitizers 1, 2, 1a′, 1b′, 2a′ and 2b′ showed no significant photocytotoxicity at the concentration of 0.5 μM, while the deprotected photosensitizers 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b were photocytotoxic. The strong inhibition by sodium azide of the photocytotoxicity of these photosensitizers suggested that 1O2 is the main mediator. The S-glucosylated photosensitizers 1a and 2a showed higher photocytotoxicity than S-galactosylated 1b and 2b, respectively. The cellular uptake of 1a and 2a increased up to 24 h, while that of 1b and 2b was saturated by 12 h.  相似文献

The interaction of optically pure 1R,2R-diammoniumyclohexane mono-(+)-tartrate and 1S,2S-diammoniumcyclohexane mono-(−)-tartrate with 2 equiv. of o-(diphenylphosphino)benzaldehyde in the presence of 2 equiv. of potassium carbonate in a refluxing ethanol/water mixture gave the optically pure condensation products N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1R,2R-diiminocyclohexane[1R,2R-cyclohexyl-P2N2, (R,R)-I] and N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1S,2S-diiminocyclohexane [1S,2S-cyclohexyl-P2N2, (S,S)-I], respectively, in good yield. Reduction of optically pure (R,R)-I and (S,S)-I with NaBH4 in ethanol gave the optically pure reduced products N,N′-bis[o-(diphenylphosphino)benzylidene]-1R,2R-diaminocyclohexane[1R,2R-cyclohexyl-P2N2H4, (R,R)-II] and N,N′-bis[o-diphenylphosphine)benzylidene]-1S,2S-diaminocyclohexane[1S,2S-cyclohexyl-P2N2H4, (S,S)-II], respectively, in good yield. The coordination behaviour of I and II toward salts of CuI and AgI have been examined. The interaction of [Cu(C)3CN)4][X] (X = ClO4, PF6) with 1 equiv. of optically pure L4 [L4 = (R,R)-I, (S,S)-I, (R,R)-II and (S,S)-II] gave the corresponding optically pure [CuL4][X] complexes, III–VI IIIa, L4 = (R,R)-I, X = PF6 IIIb, L4 = (R,R)-I, X = ClO4 IV, X = PF6; Va, L4 = (R,R)-II, X = PF6, Vb L4 = (R,R)-II, X= ClO4, VI L4 = (S,S)-II, X = PF6, in good yield. For the CuI complexes, the L4 ligand acted as a tetradentate ligand. However, a variable-temperature 31P[1H] NMR study of IIIb shows that at ambient temperature one of the imino groups of the tetradentate ligand undergoes rapid dissociation to form a tridentate ligand. The interaction of AgBF4 with 1 equiv. of otpically pure L4 [L4 = (R,R)-I, (S,S)-I, (R,R)-II and (S,S)-II gave the corresponding optically pure [AgL4][BF4] complexes, VII–X VII L4 = (R,R)-I; VIII, L4 = (S,S)-I; IX,L4 = (R,R)-II; X, L4 = (S,S)-II], in good yield. For the AgI complexes, the L4 ligand acted as a tetradentate ligand with the two amino groups coordinated unsymmetrically to the silver. A variable temperature 31P [1H] NMR study of VII suggests that at high temperature the complex exists as a tri-coordinated complex. The structurers of IV and IX were established by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The imidazolium salts 1,1′-dibenzyl-3,3′-propylenediimidazolium dichloride and 1,1′-bis(1-naphthalenemethyl)-3,3′-propylenediimidazolium dichloride have been synthesized and transformed into the corresponding bis(NHC) ligands 1,1′-dibenzyl-3,3′-propylenediimidazol-2-ylidene (L1) and 1,1′-bis(1-naphthalenemethyl)-3,3′-propylenediimidazol-2-ylidene (L2) that have been employed to stabilize the PdII complexes PdCl22-C,C-L1) (2a) and PdCl22-C,C-L2) (2b). Both latter complexes together with their known homologous counterparts PdCl22-C,C-L3) (1a) (L3 = 1,1′-dibenzyl-3,3′-ethylenediimidazol-2-ylidene) and PdCl22-C,C-L4) (1b) (L4 = 1,1′-bis(1-naphthalenemethyl)-3,3′-ethylenediimidazol-2-ylidene) have been straightforwardly converted into the corresponding palladium acetate compounds Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L3) (3a) (OAc = acetate), Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L4) (3b), Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L1) (4a), and Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-C,C-L2) (4b). In addition, the phosphanyl-NHC-modified palladium acetate complex Pd(κ1-O-OAc)22-P,C-L5) (6) (L5 = 1-((2-diphenylphosphanyl)methylphenyl)-3-methyl-imidazol-2-ylidene) has been synthesized from corresponding palladium iodide complex PdI22-P,C-L5) (5). The reaction of the former complex with p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TsOH) gave the corresponding bis-tosylate complex Pd(OTs)22-P,C-L5) (7). All new complexes have been characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. In addition the solid-state structures of 1b·DMF, 2b·2DMF, 3a, 3b·DMF, 4a, 4b, and 6·CHCl3·2H2O have been determined by single crystal X-ray structure analyses. The palladium acetate complexes 3a/b, 4a/b, and 6 have been employed to catalyze the oxidative homocoupling reaction of terminal alkynes in acetonitrile chemoselectively yielding the corresponding 1,4-di-substituted 1,3-diyne in the presence of p-benzoquinone (BQ). The highest catalytic activity in the presence of BQ has been obtained with 6, while within the series of palladium-bis(NHC) complexes, 4b, featured with a n-propylene-bridge and the bulky N-1-naphthalenemethyl substituents, revealed as the most active compound. Hence, this latter precursor has been employed for analogous coupling reaction carried out in the presence of air pressure instead of BQ, yielding lower substrate conversion when compared to reaction performed in the presence of BQ. The important role of the ancillary ligand acetate in the course of the catalytic coupling reaction has been proved by variable-temperature NMR studies carried out with 6 and 7′ under catalytic reaction conditions.  相似文献

Reactions of 2-(arylazo)aniline, HL-NH2 [H represents the dissociable protons upon complexation and HL-NH2 is p-RC6H4NNC6H4-NH2; R = H for HL1-NH2; CH3 for HL2-NH2 and Cl for HL3-NH2] with Ru(H)(CO)(PPh3)3Cl and Ru(CO)3(PPh3)2 afforded products of compositions [(HL-NH)Ru(CO)Cl(PPh3)2] and [(L-NH)Ru(PPh3)2(CO)], respectively. All the complexes were characterized unequivocally. The X-ray structures of the complexes 4c and 5c have been determined. The cyclic volatammograms exhibited one reversible oxidative response in the range of 0.56–0.16 V versus SCE for [(L-NH)Ru(PPh3)2(CO)] and a quasi reversible oxidative response within 0.56–0.70 V versus SCE for [(HL-NH)Ru(CO)Cl(PPh3)2]. The conversion of ketones to corresponding alcohols has been studied in presence of newly synthesized ruthenium complexes.  相似文献

Reactions of the dichloroboryl complex of osmium, Os(BCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, with water, alcohols, and amines: Crystal structures of Os[B(OH)2]Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, Os[B(OEt)2]Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, and

Reaction between the dichloroboryl complex, Os(BCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, and water replaces both chloride substituents on the boryl ligand, without cleavage of the Os---B bond, giving yellow Os[B(OH)2]Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (1). Compound 1 can be regarded as an example of a ‘metalla–boronic acid’ (LnM---B(OH)2) and in the solid state, X-ray crystal structure determination reveals that molecules of 1 are tetragonal pyramidal in geometry (Os---B, 2.056(3) Å) and are arranged in pairs, as hydrogen-bonded dimers. This same arrangement is found in the crystalline state for simple boronic acids. Reaction between the dichloroboryl complex, Os(BCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, and methanol and ethanol produces yellow Os[B(OMe)2]Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (2a) and yellow Os[B(OEt)2]Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (2b), respectively. The crystal structure of 2b reveals a tetragonal pyramidal geometry with the diethoxyboryl ligand in the apical site and with an Os---B bond distance of 2.081(5) Å. Reaction between Os(BCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, and N,N′-dimethyl-o-phenylenediamine and N,N′-dimethyl-ethylenediamine produces yellow

(5) and yellow

(6), respectively. Compounds 1, 2a, 2b, 5, and 6 all react with carbon monoxide to give the colourless, six-coordinate complexes Os[B(OH)2]Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2 (3), Os[B(OMe)2]Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2 (4a), Os[B(OEt)2]Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2 (4b),

(7), and

(8), respectively, but in the case of 6 only, this CO uptake is easily reversible. The crystal structure of 5 is also reported.  相似文献

Treatment of either RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 or MPhCl(CO)(PPh3)2 with HSiMeCl2 produces the five-coordinate dichloro(methyl)silyl complexes, M(SiMeCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (1a, M = Ru; 1b, M = Os). 1a and 1b react readily with hydroxide ions and with ethanol to give M(SiMe[OH]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (2a, M = Ru; 2b, M = Os) and M(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (3a, M = Ru; 3b, M = Os), respectively. 3b adds CO to form the six-coordinate complex, Os(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2 (4b) and crystal structure determinations of 3b and 4b reveal very different Os-Si distances in the five-coordinate complex (2.3196(11) Å) and in the six-coordinate complex (2.4901(8) Å). Reaction between 1a and 1b and 8-aminoquinoline results in displacement of a triphenylphosphine ligand and formation of the six-coordinate chelate complexes M(SiMeCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N)-NC9H6NH2-8) (5a, M = Ru; 5b, M = Os), respectively. Crystal structure determination of 5a reveals that the amino function of the chelating 8-aminoquinoline ligand is located adjacent to the reactive Si-Cl bonds of the dichloro(methyl)silyl ligand but no reaction between these functions is observed. However, 5a and 5b react readily with ethanol to give ultimately M(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N-NC9H6NH2-8) (6a, M = Ru; 6b, M = Os). In the case of ruthenium only, the intermediate ethanolysis product Ru(SiMeCl[OEt])Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N-NC9H6NH2-8) (6c) was also isolated. The crystal structure of 6c was determined. Reaction between 1b and excess 2-aminopyridine results in condensation between the Si-Cl bonds and the N-H bonds with formation of a novel tridentate “NSiN” ligand in the complex Os(κ3(Si,N,N)-SiMe[NH(2-C5H4N)]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3) (7b). Crystal structure determination of 7b shows that the “NSiN” ligand coordinates to osmium with a “facial” arrangement and with chloride trans to the silyl ligand.  相似文献

Studies on the catalytic reduction of nitrite on carbon electrodes modified with Co(II) tetra-2,3-pyridinoporphyrazine (CoTppa, 1), N,N′,N′′,N′′′-tetramethyltetra-2,3-pyridinoporphyrazine ([CoTm-2,3-tppa]4+, 2) and Co(II) N,N′,N′′,N′′′-tetramethyltetra-3,4-pyridinoporphyrazine ([CoTm-3,4-tppa]4+, 3) are reported. There is a close correspondence between the proximity of the methyl groups to the porphyrazine ring and the catalytic activity of the porphyrazine complexes. Bulk electrolysis gave ammonia and hydroxylamine as some of the products. The catalytic activity of the cationic complex, 3, towards the detection of low concentrations of nitrite (<10−9 M) in water containing sodium sulfate, was compared with the activities of the anionic cobalt(II) tetrasulfophthalocyanine ([CoTSPc]4−, 4) and the mixed [CoIITm-3,4-tppa]4+·[CoTSPc]4− (5) complexes. Complex 5 showed the best catalytic activity of the three in that large currents were obtained for very low concentrations of nitrite.  相似文献

[Ru(CO)(PPh3)23-O,N3,S-TSC1)] (1), [Ru(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)22-N3,S-TSC2)] (2), and [Ru(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)22-N3,S-TSC3)] (3) have been prepared by reacting [Ru(H)(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)3] with the respective thiosemicarbazones TSC1 (2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone), TSC2 (3-hydroxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone), and TSC3 (3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) in a 1?:?1 M ratio in toluene and all of the complexes have been characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR, and 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic studies showed that TSC1 is coordinated to the central metal as a tridendate ligand coordinating via the azomethine nitrogen (C=N), phenolic oxygen, and sulfur to ruthenium in 1, whereas TSC2 and TSC3 are coordinated to ruthenium as a bidentate ligand through azomethine nitrogen (C=N) and sulfur in 2 and 3. Oxygen sensitivities of 1–3 and [Ru(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)22-N3,S-TSC4)] (4), and antimicrobial activities of 1–3 have been determined.  相似文献

Two approaches to the formation of ruthenium(II) complexes containing ligands with conjugated 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (tpy), alkynyl and bithienyl units have been investigated. Bromination of 4′-(2,2′-bithien-5′-yl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine leads to 4′-(5-bromo-2,2’-bithien-5′-yl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine (1), the single crystal structure of which has been determined. The complexes [Ru(1)2][PF6]2 and [Ru(tpy)(1)][PF6]2 have been prepared and characterized. Sonogashira coupling of the bromo-substituent with (TIPS)CCH did not prove to be an efficient method of preparing the corresponding complexes with pendant alkynyl units. The reaction of 4′-ethynyl-2,2′:6’,2″-terpyridine with 5-bromo-2,2′-bithiophene under Sonogashira conditions yielded ligand 2, and the heteroleptic ruthenium(II) complex [Ru(2)(tpy)][PF6]2 has been prepared and characterized.  相似文献

The combined use of 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) and 2-benzothiazolylthioacetic acid (HBTTAA) as ligands with Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions afforded six polymeric complexes, namely {[Mn3(BTTAA)4(4,4′-bipy)4](ClO4)2 · 2H2O}n (1), [Mn(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)2]n (2), [Cd(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)2]n (3), [Cd(BTTAA)(4,4′-bipy)(NO3)(H2O)]n (4), [Co(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2]n (5) and [Cu(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)]n (6). All these complexes have been characterized by a combination of analytical, spectroscopic and crystallographic methods. Complex 1 is a novel 2D network formed by two different 44 grid networks, whereas isomorphous complexes 2 and 3 exhibit a 2Dl coordination architecture formed by the same 44 grid network. In 46, extended 1D chains are formed, with the 4,4′-bipy molecules acting as rigid rod-like links between adjacent metal centers. The carboxylato groups of BTTAA in these complexes exhibit four different coordination modes, namely monodentate, chelating, bridging and bridging-chelating modes. The magnetic properties of 1, 2, 5 and 6 were investigated in the temperature range 2.0–300.0 K. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements show weak antiferromagnetic interactions in these complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of the heteroleptic Nd(III) iodide, [Nd(L′)(N″)(μ-I)] with the potassium salts of primary aryl amides [KN(H)Ar′] or [KN(H)Ar*] affords heteroleptic, structurally characterised, low-coordinate neodymium amides [Nd(L′)(N″)(N(H)Ar′)] and [Nd(L′)(N″)(N(H)Ar*)] cleanly (L′ = t-BuNCH2CH2[C{NC(SiMe3)CHNt-Bu}], N″ = N(SiMe3)2, Ar′ = 2,6-Dipp2C6H3, Dipp = 2,6-Pri2C6H3, Ar* = 2,6-(2,4,6-Pri3C6H2)2C6H3). The potassium terphenyl primary amide [KN(H)Ar*] is readily prepared and isolated, and structurally characterised. Treatment of these primary amide-containing compounds with alkali metal alkyl salts results in ligand exchange to give alkali metal primary amides and intractable heteroleptic Nd(III) alkyl compounds of the form [Nd(L′)(N″)(R)] (R = CH2SiMe3, Me). Attempted deprotonation of the Nd-bound primary amide in [Nd(L′)(N″)(N(H)Ar*)] with the less nucleophilic phosphazene superbase ButNP{NP(NMe2)3}3 resulted in indiscriminate deprotonations of peripheral ligand CH groups.  相似文献

By reacting [Pd( )(μ-Cl)]2 with AgClO4 in NCMe, the corresponding cationic complexes [Pd( )(NCMe)2]ClO4 ( = phenylazophenyl-C2,N1; dimethylbenzylamine-C2,N; 8-methylquinoline-C8,N) can be obtained. Solutions containing the cations [Pd( )(S)2]+ are obtained when the reaction is carried out in tetrahydrofuran or acetone (S). The treatment of these solutions with bidentate ligands (L—L) (Ph2PCH2PPh2,Ph2PNHPPh2 or Ph2PCH2PPh2CHC(O)Ph) gives the mononuclear [Pd( )(L3l)]ClO4 complexes, with L3l acting as a chelate ligand. On the other hand [Pd( (μ-Cl)]2 reacts with L3l (Ph2PCH2PPh2, Ph2PNHPPh2) yielding [Pd( )Cl(L3l)] with L3l acting as monodentate. The reactions between [Pd( )(NCMe)2]ClO4 and 2,2′-bipyrimidyl give rise to the formation of the mononuclear [Pd( ) (bipym)]ClO4 or binuclear [Pd2( )2(μ-bipym)](ClO4)2, [( )Pd(μ-bipym)Pd( )](ClO4)2 derivatives. Finally [Pd( )Cldppm] (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) react with NaH producing the neutral complexes [Pd( )(ddppm)] (ddppm = Ph2PCHPPh2) which by reaction with HCl lead again to the starting materials [Pd( )Cl(dppm)].  相似文献

The reaction of EtAlCl2 with 1,2-{LiN(PMes2)}2C6H4 (Mes = 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) and of butyloctylmagnesium with 1,2-{NH(PPh2)}2C6H4 gave [AlEt(1,2-{N(PMes2)}2C6H42N,N′)(THF)] (1) and [Mg(1,2-{N(PPh2)}2C6H42N,N′)(THF)2] (2), respectively. Complexes 1 and 2 were fully characterised by NMR (1H, 13C, 31P) and IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Complexes 1 and 2 were employed as catalysts in the polymerisation of -caprolactone, which produced polymers with a narrow molecular weight distribution. For comparison the polymerisations of -caprolactone and β-butyrolactone were carried out with the Zn complex [ZnPr{1-N(PMes2)-2-N(PHMes2)C6H42N,N′}] (3) as catalyst, which produced polymers with narrow molecular weight distributions and high molecular weights.  相似文献

Polypyridyl ruthenium(II) dicarbonyl complexes with an N,O- and/or N,N-donor ligand, [Ru(pic)(CO)2Cl2] (1), [Ru(bpy)(pic)(CO)2]+ (2), [Ru(pic)2(CO)2] (3), and [Ru(bpy)2(CO)2]2+ (4) (pic=2-pyridylcarboxylato, bpy=2,2′-bipyridine) were prepared for comparison of the electron donor ability of these ligands to the ruthenium center. A carbonyl group of [Ru(L1)(L2)(CO)2]n (L1, L2=bpy, pic) successively reacted with one and two equivalents of OH to form [Ru(L1)(L2)(CO)(C(O)OH)]n−1 and [Ru(L1)(L2)(CO)(CO2)]n−2. These three complexes exist as equilbrium mixtures in aqueous solutions and the equilibrium constants were determined potentiometrically. Electrochemical reduction of 2 in CO2-saturated CH3CN–H2O at −1.5 V selectively produced CO.  相似文献

Based on the ligand dppz (dppz = dipyrido-[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine), a new ligand pbtp (pbtp = 4,5,9,11,14-pentaaza-benzo[b]triphenylene) and its polypyridyl ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(phen)2(pbtp)]2+ (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and [Ru(bpy)2(pbtp)]2+ (2) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ES-MS and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The DNA-binding of these complexes were investigated by spectroscopic methods and viscosity measurements. The experimental results indicate that both complexes 1 and 2 bind to CT-DNA in classical intercalation mode, and can enantioselectively interact with CT-DNA. It is interesting to note that the pbtp ruthenium(II) complexes, in contrast to the analogous dppz complexes, do not show fluorescent behavior when intercalated into DNA. When irradiated at 365 nm, both complexes promote the photocleavage of pBR 322 DNA.  相似文献
