Three phosphorus-containing bisphenol compounds, bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)phenylphosphine oxide (BHPPO), bis(4-hydroxyphenoxyphenyl)phenylphosphine oxide (BPPPO), and bis(4-hydroxyphenoxy)phenylphosphine oxide (BPHPPO) have been synthesized as starting materials for the synthesis of benzoxazine monomers. Benzoxazine monomers containing phenylphosphine oxide have been prepared and subsequently characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. The monomers are thermally initiated and polymerized via ring-opening polymerization. Thermogravimetric analysis indicates that phosphorylation can have a profound effect on increasing char yield and on thermal degradation temperatures. 相似文献

A novel unsymmetrical diamine monomer containing triaryl imidazole pendant group, 4-[4-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenoxy] benzene-1,3-diamine (DAI), was successfully synthesized via aromatic substitution reaction of 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene with 4-(4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)phenol, followed by palladium-catalyzed hydrazine reduction. The diamine monomer DAI polymerized with commercial available dianhydrides such as benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and bicyclo[2.2.2]-oct-7-ene-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BCDA) by using two step synthetic methods to obtain corresponding polyimides (PIs). PIs had inherent viscosity of 0.42-0.51 dL/g and exhibited excellent solubility in aprotic polar solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), pyridine and methyl sulfoxide (DMSO). PIs showed high glass transition temperatures between 230 and 320 °C, and they were fairly stable up to a temperature above 300 and 450 °C depending on the dianhydride monomer used for the PIs preparation. 相似文献

A novel series of homo- and copoly(phthalazinone benzimidazole)s were synthesized from various stoichiometric mixtures of 4-(4-(4-(4-carboxyphenoxy)phenyl)-1-oxophthalazin-2(1H)-yl)benzoic acid (CPPBC) and isophthalic acid (IPA) with 3,3′-diaminobenzidine (DAB) by solution polycondensation in polyphosphoric acid (PPA). The structures of the obtained polymers were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. The obtained polybenzimidazoles were found to be soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as N-methyl-2-pyrolidinone (NMP), N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) and m-cresol, without the addition of inorganic salts. The inherent viscosities of the polybenzimidazoles were in the range of 1.10–2.05 dL/g. All of the polymers show amorphous nature as evaluated by WAXD. These polymers have high glass transition temperatures (Tgs) in the range of 398–408 °C. Thermogravimetric analysis exhibit that these polybenzimidazoles containing 4-phenyl phthalazinone moiety have excellent thermal stability with the temperatures for 5% and 10% weight loss of the polymers ranging from 516 to 594 °C and 560 to 672 °C, respectively. 相似文献

A series of cyclic(arylene ether) oligomers containing the phenylphosphine oxide moiety has been synthesized by reaction of bis(4-fluorophenyl)phenylphosphineoxide with dihydroxy compounds 1a–d as well as 1,2-dihydro-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) (2H)phthalazin-1-one in DMF in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3 under high dilution conditions. These cyclic oligomers are amorphous and have high solubility in organic solvents. The MALDI-TOF-MS technique has been used as a powerful tool to analyze these cyclic systems. The cyclic(arylene ether) oligomers readily undergo anionic ring-opening polymerization in the melt at 350°C by using potassium 4,4′-biphenoxide as the initiator, affording linear, high molecular weight poly(arylene ether)s containing the phenylphosphine oxide moiety. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The diamine, 4-aminophenyloxy-N-4-[(4-amiophenyloxy)benzylidene]aniline, was prepared via the nucleophilic substitution reaction and was polymerized with
different dianhydrides either by one-step solution polymerization reaction or two-step procedure. The latter includes ring-opening
polyaddition to give poly(amic acid), followed by cyclodehydration to polyimides. The inherent viscosity ranges from 0.61–0.79 dl/g.
Some of the polymers were soluble in most of the organic solvents such as DMSO, DMF, DMAc, NMP, and m-cresol even at room temperature. The degradation temperature of the resultant polymers falls in the ranges from 240–500 °C
in nitrogen with only 10% weight loss. Specific heat capacity at 200 °C ranges from 1.0929–2.6275 J g−1 k−1. The temperature at which the maximum degradation of the polymer occurs ranges from 600–630 °C. The glass transition temperature
(Tg) values of the polyimides ranged from 185 to 272 °C. The activation energy and enthalpy of the polyimides ranged from
47.5–55.0 kJ/mole and 45.7–53.0 kJ/mole and the moisture absorption in the range of 0.23–0.72%. 相似文献

以含异丙基和三氟甲基结构二胺单体3,3′-二异丙基-4,4′-二胺基苯基-4″-三氟甲基甲苯(PATFT)与萘-1,4-二甲酸、间苯二甲酸和4,4-二苯醚二甲酸3种二酸通过膦酰化反应制备一系列新型可溶性聚酰胺,其相对分子量在3.8×104~9.6×104之间.结果表明,该聚合物具有优异的溶解性能,常温不仅能溶解于N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)等高沸点有机溶剂,在加热条件下甚至能较好的溶解在四氢呋喃、氯仿、二氯甲烷等低沸点溶剂中;突出的光学性能,截止波长范围在322~350 nm,80%的透过率波长范围为378~403 nm;良好的热学性能,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)范围在213~220?C,氮气氛围下5%和10%热失重温度范围分别为453~458?C和470~482?C.聚合物薄膜具有优异的机械性能,拉伸强度、杨氏模量、断裂伸长率分别对应为68~97 MPa,1.9~2.9 GPa,14.8%~16.7%.广角X-射线图谱表明聚合物为无定形态结构. 相似文献

We have synthesized a series of new diamines containing bis(ethynylaniline) linkages by bromine substitution reaction of ethynylaniline with 4,4′-bis(4-bromophthalimido)diphenylether (PODA) or 1,4-bis(4-bromophthalimido)benzene (PPDA). The intermediates were separated at each step, purified and characterized by the spectroscopic techniques. The model compound having imide and triple bond moiety was synthesized in order to elucidate the nature of the products formed from the ethynyl curing by FT-IR spectroscopy. The polymerization reaction of ethynylaniline diamines with various dianhydrides gave fully imidized and soluble aromatic polyimides. The thermally cured polyimide samples displayed good solvent resistance. The thermal crosslinking of triple bond moieties in the main chain was carried out by heating in the temperature range from 150 to 400 °C. The glass transition temperature of polyimide completely disappeared after heat treatment at 400 °C for 5 min. The polyimides derived from diamines containing bis(ethynylaniline) groups were thermally stable after heat treatment. 相似文献

A series of polyimides were synthesized from 2,2‐Bis(3,4‐dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane, 2,2‐bis(3‐amino‐4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐hexafluoropropane, and 4,4′‐oxydianiline by chemical imidization. The effects of the diamine ratios on the properties of the films were evaluated through the study of their thermal, electrical, and morphological properties. All the polymers exhibited better solubility in most of the organic solvents and hence were easily processable. Polyimides with more 2,2‐bis(3‐amino‐4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐hexafluoropropane exhibited better solubility and a low refractive index, which is highly desired for microelectronic applications. The dielectric constant and birefringence were strongly dependent on the fluorine content. With an increase in the fluorine substitution, both the dielectric constant and birefringence decreased. All the polymers exhibited high thermal stability (>400 °C). The absence of crystalline melting in differential scanning calorimetry and broad wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction patterns revealed the amorphous nature of the polymers, which was due to the presence of bulky CF3 groups and hinged ether linkages of the diamine component. The residual stress values decreased with an increase in the 4,4′‐oxydianiline content, and the results were in agreement with the dielectric constant. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel rigid poly(bisbenzothiazole-urea)s (PBTUs III) containing bulky pendant groups were synthesized from 2,2-diaminodibenzothiazoles and aromatic diisocyanates conveniently in the mild condition. The inherent viscosity, solubility, thermal stability, morphology, mechanical and photophysical properties of them were investigated and compared in detail. The inherent viscosities were in the range of 0.58-0.73 dL/g. All of the polymers exhibited excellent solubility in various polar organic solvents. They also showed good thermal stability and mechanical properties. The decomposition temperatures at 10% weight loss were in the range of 368-431 °C in nitrogen. All the PBTUs III were amorphous. Tensile strength of PBTUs III showed the range from 85 to 98 MPa. Compared with poly(benzothiazole)s, all the PBTUs III had the larger optical bandgap and lower photoluminescence quantum yields. 相似文献

A series of novel and soluble polyimides containing fluorine were synthesized by the polycondensation of fluorine-containing aromatic dianhydride TFDA with substitutional diaminetriphenylmethanes TDPT, FTDPT and 3FTDPT. The composition, structure and properties of the resulting polyimides were studied by means of FT-IR, DSC, TGA and elemental analysis methods, as well as general characterization methods that test solubility or viscosity. The results show that all the novel polyimides were obtained in quantitative yields with inherent viscosities of 0.70-0.76 dL/g, and showed excellent solubility in common organic solvents, such as NMP, DMAc, DMF, DMSO, THF, m-cresol, chloroform and 4-butyrolactone. Meanwhile, their Tg values from DSC are in the range of 265-293 °C, the temperature of 5 and 10% weight loss from TGA are in the range of 460-465 and 513-524 °C in N2, respectively. 相似文献

A new unsymmetrical diamine monomer containing two trifluoromethyl (CF3) groups is prepared from 2‐bromo‐5‐nitro‐1,3‐bis(trifluoromethyl)benzene. The monomer is polymerized with typical dianhydrides, in this case PMDA, BPDA, BTDA, ODPA, and 6‐FDA, using a one‐pot synthetic method to obtain corresponding polyimides. All of the prepared polyimides are readily soluble in many organic solvents and can be solution‐cast into transparent, flexible, and tough films. These films have a UV–vis absorption cut‐off wavelength at 340–375 nm and light transparencies of 87–91% at a wavelength of 550 nm. Incorporation of two CF3 groups unsymmetrically into rigid polyimides improves their solubility and transparencies without decreasing their physical properties. The polymers exhibit high thermal stability with 5% weight loss at temperatures ranging from 534 to 593 °C in nitrogen and from 519 to 568 °C in air, and high glass transition temperatures (Tg) above > 300 °C depending on their molecular structures. They also have a coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) value of 46–69 ppm/°C. In addition, they show low refractive indices in the range of 1.535–1.602 at a wavelength of 633 nm due to the unsymmetrical incorporation effect of the two CF3 groups. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new thermally stable polyimide–silver nanocomposite containing dibenzalacetone moiety in the main chain was synthesized by a convenient ultraviolet irradiation technique. A precursor such as AgNO3 was used as the source of the silver nanoparticles. Polyimide 6 as a source of polymer was prepared by polycondensation reaction of 2,5-bis(4-aminobenzylidene) cyclopentanone 4 with pyromellitic anhydride 5 in m-cresol solution and in the presence of iso-quinoline as a base. The resulting nanocomposite film was characterized by FTIR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Thermal gravimetric analyses (TGA), differential gravimetric analyses (DTG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) confirmed the formation and dispersion of silver nanoparticles in polymer matrix having average size of ~20 nm. Incorporation of inorganic metal silver nanoparticles has improved the thermal behavior of the nanocomposite film as compared to pure polyimide film. A novel kind of aromatic diamine,N-(4-(4-(2,6-diphenyl pyridine-4-yl)phenoxy)phenyl)-3,5-diaminobezamide (DPDAB),was synthesized via aromatic nucleophilic substitution of 3,5-dinitrobenzoylchloride with 4-(4-(2,6- diphenylpyridine-4-yl)phenoxy)aniline(DPPA),followed by palladium-catalyzed hydrazine reduction.This monomer was used to prepare polyimides(PIs)based on reaction with several commerically avaiable tetracarboxylic dianhydrides such as pyromellatic dianhydride(PMDA),benzophenone tetracarboxylic acide dianhydride(BTDA)and bicycle[2.2.2]oct-7-enc- 2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BCDA).These PIs had inherent viscosity in the range of 0.34-0.76 dL/g and showed good solubility in various aprotic polar solvents.The glass-transition tempratures(T_gs)of the PIs were in the range of 184-302℃,and showed high thermal stability with 10%weight loss in the temperature range of 360-500℃under nitrogen atmosphere. 相似文献

A series of new Schiff base polyamides(PAs) were synthesized by polycondensation of benzilbisthiosemicarbazone diamine(LH6) with different commercially available aliphatic and aromatic diacid chlorides. The monomer and all the PAs were characterized by FTIR,1H-NMR,and elemental analysis.The prepared polyamides showed inherent viscosities in the range of 0.30-0.36 dL/g in DMF at 25℃,indicating their moderate molecular weight.The PAs were completely soluble in aprotic polar solvents such as dimethylformamide(DMF),N-methylpyrolidone(NMP), tetrachloroethane(TCE),dimthylsulfoxide(DMSO) and also in H2SO4 and partially soluble in THF,acetone and chloroform at room temperature.Thermal analysis showed that these PAs were practically amorphous and exhibited 10%weight loss above 220℃. 相似文献

通过分子设计合成了一种含叔丁基、醚键和双酚A单元的二胺单体2,2-二(3'-叔丁基-4'-氨基二苯醚-4-基)丙烷(4),然后将其与4种商品化的芳香二酐单体:联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)、二苯醚四酸二酐(OPDA)、二苯六氟异丙基四酸二酐(6FDA)和均苯四酸二酐(PMDA)经高温一步法制备了一系列新型聚酰亚胺(PI)树脂,并对它们的结构与性能进行了研究.结果表明,该系列PI在NMP、DMF、DMAc、THF和CHCl3等普通有机溶剂中具有良好的溶解性;玻璃化转变温度Tg(DSC)在265~302℃之间,5%热失重温度(N2氛围)在519℃以上;在400~760 nm可见光波长范围内,具有优异的光学透明性,透光率约等于或大于90%;PI的数均分子量(Mn,GPC)在1.90×10~4~3.90×10~4范围内,分子量分布(PDI)介于2.63~4.63之间,X-射线衍射(XRD)结果表明所得PI为无定形聚合物,吸水率低于0.5%.叔丁基、醚键和双酚A单元同时引入具有协同效应,可提高PI的溶解性和透明性,并保持PI原有良好的热稳定性、机械性能和较低的吸水率. 相似文献

A novel fluorinated aromatic diamine 1,1′-bis(4-aminophenyl)-1-(3-trifluoromethylphenyl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethane (6FDAM) was synthesized in a simple procedure, which was then employed to prepare a series of fluorinated polyimides with commercial aromatic dianhydrides, such as pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane (6FDA), 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and 4,4′-oxydiphthalic anhydride (ODPA). The polyimides exhibited good solubility in strong dipolar solvents such as NMP, DMAc, DMF and m-cresol as well as some of low boiling point organic solvents of THF and CHCl3, etc. Experimental results indicated the polyimides possessed low moisture adsorptions of 0.42-0.95%, low dielectric constant of 2.71-2.95 at 1 MHz, high dielectric strength of 92.0-122.6 kV/mm and good optical transparency with cutoff wavelengths of UV-vis at 330-375 nm. The polyimides also exhibited good mechanical properties as well as excellent thermal and thermo-oxidative stability. The fluorinated polyimides possessed better solubility, lower dielectric constant and water adsorption as well as higher optical transparency than the representative non-fluorinated polyimide derived from PMDA and 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA). 相似文献

A diamine was synthesized by two successive reactions.Nucleophilic reaction of 4-hydroxybenzoic acid with terephthaloyl chloride yielded terephthaloyl bis(4-oxybenzoic) acid.Then reaction of this compound with 1,8-diamino-3,6- dioxaoctane via Yamazaki method resulted in preparation of diamine named terephthalic acid bis(4-{2-[2-(2-amino ethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl carbamoyl}phenyl) ester.After fully characterization it was used to prepare new polyimides through polycondensation with different dianhydrides using trimethylchlorosilane.Characterization of polymers was achieved by common methods and their physical properties including inherent viscosity,thermal behavior,thermal stability,crystallinity and solubility were studied.Prepared polyimides showed improved solubility and good thermal stability. 相似文献

Two highly soluble aromatic polyimides were synthesized successfully from a diamine with two tert-butyl groups (MBTBA)and dianhydrides with a thioether or sulfone moiety(DTDA and DSDA).Both of them showed excellent solubility in common solvents such as chloroform,tetrahydrofuran and dioxane at the room temperature.The number-average molecular weight was 6.0×104 and 8.3×104 according to gel permeation chromatography relative to a polystyrene standard,and the polydispersity index was 1.80 and 1.82 respectively.The glass-transition temperatures of them were 286℃and 314℃(or 315℃and 358℃)respectively,as measured by differential scanning calorimetry(or dynamic mechanical analysis).The 5%weight loss temperature of both was near 490℃in N2 by thermogravimetric analysis.These results indicated that the tert-butyl pendent groups reduced the interactions among polymer chains and the thioether or sulfone moiety was flexible which may improve their solubility in conventional organic solvents without the loss of thermal stability. Transparent and flexible films of the two polyimides were obtained via solution casting.The MBTBA-DTDA membrane had higher storage moduli than those of the MBTBA-DSDA membrane. 相似文献
