Four homodinuclear complexes of Ni(II)-Ni(II), Cu(II)-Cu(II), Co(II)-Co(II) and Co(III)-Co(II) and five heterodinuclear complexes of Co(III)-Zn(II), Co(III)-Cu(II), Co(III)-Ni(II), Cu(II)-Zn(II) and Zn(II)-Cu(II) with the octadentate Schiff base compartmental ligand 1,8-N-bis(3-carboxy)disalicylidene-3,6-diazaoctane-1,8-diamine (H4fsatrien) have been synthesized. The complexes have been characterized with the help of elemental analyses, molecular weights, molar conductances, magnetic susceptibilities and spectroscopic (UV-vis, IR, ESR) data. Cryomagnetic data also helped to elucidate the structural features of the Cu(II) complexes.  相似文献

Using an acyclic hexadentate pyridine amide ligand, containing a -OCH(2)CH(2)O- spacer between two pyridine-2-carboxamide units (1,4-bis[o-(pyrydine-2-carboxamidophenyl)]-1,4-dioxabutane (H(2)L(9)), in its deprotonated form), four new complexes, [Co(II)(L(9))] (1) and its one-electron oxidized counterpart [Co(III)(L(9))][NO(3)]·2H(2)O (2), [Ni(II)(L(9))] (3) and [Cu(II)(L(9))] (4), have been synthesized. Structural analyses revealed that the Co(II) centre in 1 and the Ni(II) centre in 3 are six-coordinate, utilizing all the available donor sites and the Cu(II) centre in 4 is effectively five-coordinated (one of the ether O atoms does not participate in coordination). The structural parameters associated with the change in the metal coordination environment have been compared with corresponding complexes of thioether-containing hexadentate ligands. The μ(eff) values at 298 K of 1-4 correspond to S = 3/2, S = 0, S = 1 and S = 1/2, respectively. Absorption spectra for all the complexes have been investigated. EPR spectral properties of the copper(II) complex 4 have been investigated, simulated and analyzed. Cyclic voltammetric experiments in CH(2)Cl(2) reveal quasireversible Co(III)-Co(II), Ni(III)-Ni(II) and Cu(II)-Cu(I) redox processes. In going from ether O to thioether S coordination, the effect of the metal coordination environment on the redox potential values of Co(III)-Co(II) (here the effect of spin-state as well), Ni(III)-Ni(II) and Cu(II)-Cu(I) processes have been systematically analyzed.  相似文献

The thermodynamic study was carried out to predict the selectivity behaviour of ion exchange resin Indion-850 towaed various inorganic anions like chloride, iodide, sulfate, and oxalate. The equilibrium constant K std values for the ion exchange reactions were calculated at different temperatures from which the enthalpy values where obtained. The K std values were observed to increase with the rise in temperature, indicating endothermic ion exchange reactions. The thermodynamic data obtained here reveal that iodide ions were more strongly retained on the resin surface compared to chloride ions. Also the low enthalpy and high equilibrium constant values for oxalate ions indicate the greater selectivity of ion exchange resin for oxalate ions as compared to sulfate ions.  相似文献

Interaction between 3d-transition metal ions (Mn2+, Fe2+, Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+) and the E(T)(30) dye, 2,6-diphenyl-4-(2,4,6-triphenyl 1-pyridino)phenolate in aqueous medium have been studied by distributing the dye between the aqueous and micellar phase formed by cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB). Values of equilibrium constant K for the dye-metal ion interaction and the partition coefficient of the dye between the micellar and the aqueous phase have been determined. K values show a systematic correlation with ionic potential of metal ions.  相似文献

We report herein a fluoroionophore sensor derivated from tryptophan that shows high sensitivity (detection limit up to 0.15 microM) and specific selectivity for lead ion (Pb2+) over Ca2+, Cd2+, Co2+, Cr3+, Cu2+, K+, Mg2+, Na+, Fe2+, Mn2+, Ni2+ and Zn2+ in aqueous solution.  相似文献

大孔氯甲基化聚苯乙烯小球先后与乙二胺、2-氯乙酸反应得EDTA型螯合树脂(PS-EDTA),再用磷酸在室温处理得PS-EDTA/P树脂。PS-EDTA/P树脂被用于水相中Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的吸附净化处理,探讨了溶液的pH值、初始金属离子浓度、时间、温度等因素对吸附性能的影响,并研究了其对重金属离子的吸附动力学和热力学。结果表明,PS-EDTA/P树脂对Cu2+和Zn2+的吸附符合Langmuir等温式、对Cd2+的吸附符合Freundlich等温式,准二级吸附动力学方程能够很好地描述3种金属离子在树脂上的吸附动力学行为。同时,PS-EDTA/P树脂对重金属吸附的热力学参数表明,PS-EDTA/P树脂对Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的吸附是一个自发的、吸热的过程。已吸附Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+的树脂可以用0.1mol/L HCl解吸,解吸后的树脂对Cu2+、Zn2+和Cd2+仍具有较高的吸附量。  相似文献

In order to change the ion-exchange selectivity of anion-exchange resin, the surface of a gel-type anion exchange resin was modified with anionic polyelectrolyte, polystyrenesulfonic acid. Using this modified resin, the ion-exchange rate of nitrate was little decreased, but that of sulfate was evidently decreased. It is considered that the ion-exchange reaction of the multivalent anion is suppressed by the greater electrostatic repulsive force against the modification layer than that against the monovalent anion. Thus, this modified resin may be suitable for the selective separation of monovalent anions. The influence of the modified condition on the ion-exchange rate was examined. Furthermore, this modified resin was used to separate nitrate ions from sulfate ions in the aqueous solution.  相似文献

The histidine-rich protein, Hpn, binds to essential metals Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and a therapeutic metal Bi3+ with the in vitro affinities in the order of Cu2+ > Ni2+ > Bi3+ > Zn2+. In contrast, the in vivo (in E. coli) protection by the protein is in the order of Ni2+ > Bi3+ > Cu2+ approximately Zn2+. The release of Ni2+ from the protein follows a two-step process consisting of a rapidly established equilibrium and subsequently a rate-determining step (dissociation of Hpn-Ni...EDTA to Ni-EDTA). Our work suggests the nickel storage and homeostasis in H. pylori as the primary role of Hpn.  相似文献

DFT computational studies on the A cluster of acetyl-coenzyme A synthase are presented and discussed. They aim at evaluating possible A cluster models to settle the ongoing controversy about the nature of the proximal metal site in the catalytically active form of the cluster, recently proposed to be either Ni or Cu. Two possible models for the NiFeC species are considered, [Fe4S4]2+-Ni+CO-Ni2+ and [Fe4S4]2+-Cu+CO-Ni+. While for the former the computed 57Fe, 61Ni, and 13C hyperfine coupling parameters agree reasonably well with corresponding experimental values, for the latter model this agreement is very poor because the actual charge distribution is [Fe4S4]+-Cu+CO-Ni2+. Together, our results provide compelling evidence that the catalytically active A cluster contains Ni rather than Cu at the proximal metal site. Computations on the Ared2 state proposed to be part of the catalytic cycle (Darnault, C.; Volbeda, A.; Kim, E. J.; Legrand, P.; Vernède, X.; Lindahl, P. A.; Fontecilla-Camps, J. C. Nat. Struct. Biol. 2003, 10, 271-279) yield [Fe4S4]+-Ni+-Ni2+, hinting toward a Ni+/Ni3+ redox couple being involved in the methylation reaction.  相似文献

An adequate account of the hydrolytic properties of Cr3+ and Ni2+ allows setting the conditions for homogeneous nucleation of layered Ni(II)-Cr(III) double hydroxides; water exchange and hydrolysis rate constants indicate that, at very high rates of base dosing, formation of heteronuclear Cr(III)-Ni(II) hydroxo species should prevail over precipitation of active Cr(OH)3. This is realized by the urea method under microwave-assisted hydrothermal conditions. This approach yields crystalline Ni1-xCrx(OH)2(CO3)x/2nH2O (x approximately 0.32-0.36) in less than 5 min at 453 K; higher degrees of crystallinity are obtained at higher temperatures and/or longer aging times. Formation of Ni(II)-Cr(III) LDHs upon microwave-assisted hydrothermal aging of freshly coprecipitated Ni(OH)2+Cr(OH)3 mixtures takes longer, due to a different operating mechanism. The implications of the advanced rationale for the design of synthesis procedures are stressed. It is proposed that homogeneous nucleation of Ni(II)-Cr(III) LDHs involves the edge-on condensation of planar heteronuclear Cr(III)-Ni(II) hydroxo trimers. Ordered aggregation of primary particles leads to the final platelet crystals, a process that involves the exchange of CO2-(3) ions dangling at the crystallites' edges by bridging OH-.  相似文献

X-band (approximately 9.8 GHz) electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurement at ambient temperature in three mutually perpendicular planes have been carried out on a single crystal of Cu2+ doped mixed ligand complex of Ni(II) with saccharin and nicotinamide [Ni(Nic)2(H2O)4](sac)2. The angular dependent spectra showed that the Cu2+ ion enters Ni2+ sites in the lattice and distorted local environment of Ni2+ site. The principal g and A values, covalency parameter (alpha'2), mixing coefficients (alpha and beta) and Fermi contact term (K) have been evaluated from the EPR analysis. The ground-state wave function of the Cu2+ ion has been constructed using the alpha'2, alpha and beta values. The nature of the distortion present in the lattice is obtained from the values of the mixing coefficients.  相似文献

The ion-exchange equilibrium of protons in SO3H groups of a sulfonic cation exchanger based on immobilized cis-tetraphenylcalix[4]resorcinolarene with cations of Li+, Na+, Ag+, Cu2+, In3+, and protonated 1,3,5,7-tetraazaadamantane in aqueous solutions of electrolytes at 293 K was studied. The objective of the presented study was to investigate the adsorption of Cu, Co, Mn, Zn, Cd and Mn on A-type zeolite. The isotherms for adsorption of metals from their nitrates were registered. The following adsorption constants K of metals were found: 162,890, 124,260, 69,025, 16,035, 10,254, and 151 [M(-1)] for Cu, Co, Mn, Zn, Cd, and Ni, respectively, for the concentration range 10(-4)-10(-3) M. On the other hand, the investigation of pH influence on the distribution constants of metals showed that the adsorption of metals proceeds essentially through an ion-exchange process, surface hydrolysis, and surface complexation. The supplementary results from DRIFT, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction methods confirmed the presumption about the possible connection between the electronic structure of divalent ions and their adsorption behavior, showing that ions with d5 and d10 configurations such as Mn2+, Zn2+, Cd2+, with much weaker hydrolytic properties than Cu2+ and Ni2+, strongly interact with the zeolite framework and therefore their affinity to the zeolite phase is much stronger when compared with that of the Ni2+ ion, but at the same time not as strong as the affinity of the Cu2+ ion, the latter forming a new phase during the interaction with zeolite framework. For Zn2+, during inspection of the correlation between the proton concentration H/Al and zinc concentration Zn/Al on the zeolite surface, the formation of the surface complex [triple bond]S-OZn(OH) was proposed. A correlation between the heterogeneity of proton concentrations H/Al on Me-zeolite surfaces and the hydrolysis constants pKh of Me2+ ions was found.  相似文献

以5-氨基水杨酸(ASA)为胺化试剂, 使氯甲基化的交联聚苯乙烯(CMCPS)微球表面的苄氯基团发生亲核取代反应, 制得了水杨酸型螯合树脂ASA-CPS. 研究了该螯合树脂对金属离子的螯合吸附行为, 探讨了其吸附热力学与吸附机理, 考察了介质pH值对树脂螯合吸附性能的影响以及树脂对不同金属离子的螯合吸附能力. 实验结果表明, 水杨酸型螯合树脂ASA-CPS 对重金属离子具有强螯合吸附性能, 尤其对Fe3+离子表现出很强的螯合吸附能力, 常温下吸附容量可达21 g/100 g. 吸附过程属熵驱动的化学吸附过程, 升高温度, 吸附容量增高; 在可抑制金属离子水解的pH范围内, 介质的pH值越高, 螯合吸附能力越强; 对于性质不同的金属离子, ASA-CPS的吸附性能是有差别的, 吸附容量的顺序为Fe3+>Ni2+>Cu2+>Zn2+.  相似文献

Wistar公鼠经腹腔注射AgNO3后可诱导肝脏合成MT。经匀浆、乙醇沉降、Sephadex-75、DEAE-52两次柱层析,可得到两个亚型。原子吸收测定结果表明:该蛋白分别含7份Ag、2份Zn和2份Cu,具有与Cd5Zn2-MT并不相同的二级、三级结构。进一步研究表明,蛋白中伴随Cu和Zn的含量与所用诱发剂的种类、数量均有关,且Cu和Zn(通过MT)具有某种微妙的联系。  相似文献

Interactions between metal ions and amino acids are common both in solution and in the gas phase. Here, the effect of metal ions and water on the structure of glycine is examined. The effect of metal ions (Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) and water on structures of Gly.Mn+(H2O)m and GlyZwitt.Mn+(H2O)m (m = 0, 2, 5) complexes have been determined theoretically by employing the hybrid B3LYP exchange-correlation functional and using extended basis sets. Selected calculations were carried out also by means of CBS-QB3 model chemistry. The interaction enthalpies, entropies, and Gibbs energies of eight complexes Gly.Mn+ (Mn+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) were determined at the B3LYP density functional level of theory. The computed Gibbs energies DeltaG degrees are negative and span a rather broad energy interval (from -90 to -1100 kJ mol(-1)), meaning that the ions studied form strong complexes. The largest interaction Gibbs energy (-1076 kJ mol(-1)) was computed for the NiGly2+ complex. Calculations of the molecular structure and relative stability of the Gly.Mn+(H2O)m and GlyZwitt.Mn+(H2O)m (Mn+ = Li+, Na+, K+, Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+; m = 0, 2, and 5) systems indicate that in the complexes with monovalent metal cations the most stable species are the NO coordinated metal cations in non-zwitterionic glycine. Divalent cations Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ prefer coordination via the OO bifurcated bonds of the zwitterionic glycine. Stepwise addition of two and five water molecules leads to considerable changes in the relative stability of the hydrated species. Addition of two water molecules at the metal ion in both Gly.Mn+ and GlyZwitt.Mn+ complexes reduces the relative stability of metallic complexes of glycine. For Mn+ = Li+ or Na+, the addition of five water molecules does not change the relative order of stability. In the Gly.K+ complex, the solvation shell of water molecules around K+ ion has, because of the larger size of the potassium cation, a different structure with a reduced number of hydrogen-bonded contacts. This results in a net preference (by 10.3 kJ mol(-1)) of the GlyZwitt.K+H2O5 system. Addition of five water molecules to the glycine complexes containing divalent cations Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+ results in a net preference for non-zwitterionic glycine species. The computed relative Gibbs energies are quite high (-10 to -38 kJ mol(-1)), and the NO coordination is preferred in the Gly.Mn+(H2O)5 (Mn+ = Mg2+, Ca2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+) complexes over the OO coordination.  相似文献
