Indium(III) chloride catalyzed one-pot synthesis of 12-aryl/alkyl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-one and 8,10-dimethyl-12-aryl-8,12-dihydro-7-oxa-8,10-diazabenzo[a]anthracene-9,11-dione derivatives have been achieved by three component cyclocondensation of aldehydes, β-naphthol and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds under solvent free condition in high yields. P2O5 too has been found as an effective catalyst towards this transformation.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of polyhydroquinolines is achieved via a four-component reaction of aldehydes, dimedone, active methylene compounds, and ammonium acetate in one-pot under solvent-free conditions at room temperature on grinding. The present method does not involve any hazardous organic solvent or catalyst. The key advantages are the short reaction time, high yields, simple workup, and purification of products by non-chromatographic methods, i.e., by simple recrystallization from ethanol.  相似文献

A facile, efficient and environment-friendly protocol for the synthesis of 14-aryl- or alkyl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes has been developed by one-pot condensation of 2-naphthol with aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of P2O5 or InCl3 as catalysts under solvent-free conditions. The present approach offers the advantages of clean reaction, simple methodology, short reaction time, high yield, easy purification, and economic availability of the catalyst.  相似文献

An efficient, three-component domino reaction of dimedone 1, aromatic aldehydes (2ao), and 1,3-cyclohexanedione 1a in the regio-selective synthesis of 3,3-dimethyl-9-phenyl-2H-xanthene-1,8(5H,9H)-diones (3ao) is reported. Silica-supported boron trifluoride (BF3·SiO2) is an efficient, readily available and reusable catalyst for the synthesis of 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazoles using benzil, an aromatic aldehyde and an amine in the presence of ammonium acetate. A highly efficient and simple protocol for the preparation of 2-arylbenzothiazoles through condensation of 2-aminothiophenol and different aldehydes in the presence of H3PO4/TiO2-ZrO2(1/1)-cetyl pyridinium bromide (CPB) is described. The reaction proceeded under mild and solvent-free conditions to afford 2-arylbenzothiazole derivatives. In this method, the title compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields and short reaction times. A series of 4-aziridino[C60]fullerene-1,8-naphthalimide (C60-NI) dyads 4 ([6,6]-closed ring) were synthesized as the only addition product from the reaction of C60 with the corresponding azide compounds 3 under microwave irradiation in good yield. In this study, a new methodology for the one-pot synthesis of 4-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazoles from arylglyoxaldoxime semicarbazone is presented. 4-Aryl-1,2,3-triazoles were obtained in moderate to good yields via sodium dithionite and O2, which are all efficient, safe and inexpensive reagents.
