The title complex, [Co(phen)(H2O)4](SO4)2(H2O) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was prepared in aqua tert-butylperoxohydrogen solution. X-ray single crystal structure determination reveals that the complex consists of a phenanthrolinatocobalt(II)tetrahydrate dication, two uncoordinated water molecules and a sulfate anion. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 8.856(1), b = 18.318(3), c =21.918(5) Å, V = 3555.6(11) Å3. The coordination geometry at each cobalt(II) atom is a slightly distorted octahedron.  相似文献

Crystallization of calcium nitrate from a toluene solution of triethyleneglycol (= 2,2-[1,2-ethanediylbis(oxy)]-bisethanol) resulted in the formation of the 1:2 solvate [Ca(triethyleneglycol)2](NO3)2·H2O. [Ca(C6H14O4)2](NO3)2·H2O is monoclinic, P21/c, a = 15.775(1), b = 8.660(2), c = 16.342(1) Å, = 91.239(7)°, V = 2232.1(6) Å3, Z = 4, and D c = 1.429 g cm–3. The eight-coordinate calcium has square antiprismatic geometry with two triethyleneglycol molecules straddling the metal center. The nitrate anions and water of crystallization are involved in hydrogen bonding with the alcoholic hydrogen atoms.  相似文献

Complexes [Co(tren)(Tsal)]ClO4·H2O 1 and [Ni(pn)(py)2(NCS)2] 2, (tren = tris(2-aminoethyl)amine, Tsal = thiosalicylate ion, pn = 1, 2-diamino propane and py = pyridine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Both complexes crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 21.3340(6), b = 11.7754(2), c = 14.8076(5) Å, = 100.3831(10)°, Z = 8 (1), and a = 7.2573(8), b = 17.8810(11), c = 15.2681(12) Å, = 101.170(2)°, Z = 4 (2). The metal atoms in both cases have distorted octahedral geometry. In 1, the tren ligand is quadridentate and Tsal is bidentate chelate. In 2, the pn ligand forms a bidentate chelate with the NCS ligands in trans positions. Complex 1 is diamagnetic whereas 2 shows paramagnetism with a magnetic moment of 3.10 B. M.  相似文献

Heating a solid mixture of (NH4)3VS4, CuCl, PPh3, and NEt4Br at 100°C for 10 h and extraction with CH2Cl2 yielded [VS4(CuPPh3)4Br]·CH2Cl2. Crystallographic data: Triclinic, P1¯, a = 15.189(3), b = 20.093(6), c = 12.031(3) Å, = 102.39(2), = 100.05(2), = 82.86(2)°, V = 3517(3) Å3, and Z = 2. The configuration of the VS4Cu4Br core can be described as a distorted cubane with an additional face. The V atom has retained the tetrahedral geometry of the free [VS4]3– moiety. The four Cu atoms have three different coordination environments, strongly distorted tetrahedral, nearly trigonal planar, and strictly trigonal planar. The infrared, electronic, and 51V NMR spectra have also been reported.  相似文献

Three polymeric copper(II) complexes of a flexible double betaine, namely, [{Cu(L)Cl2(H2O)} n ]·2 n H2O (1), [{Cu(L)Br2(H2O)} n ]·2nH2O (2), and [{Cu(L)(H2O)4} n ](ClO4)2n ·2nH2O (3) [L=?O2CCH(Me3N+)CH2CH2CH(Me3N+CO2], have been prepared and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray analysis. Isomorphous complexes (1) and (2) crystallize in space groupC2/c (No. 15) witha=17.725(3),b=5.958(2),c=19.077(3) Å, β=110.70(1)o,V=1881.4(4) Å3, Z=4 anda=18.268(4),b=5.948(3),c=19.166(5) Å, β=109.08(2)o,V=1964.7(9) Å3, Z=4, respectively. Complex (3) belongs to space groupPī (No. 2) witha=6.203(1),b=9.293(2),c=12.035(2) Å, α=86.56(2), β=87.33(3), γ=71.23(2)o,V=655.4(2) Å3 and Z=1. The crystal structure of (1) and (2) features an infinite zigzag chain composed of an alternate arrangement of metal atoms and double betaines ligands, with each Cu(II) atom in a distorted CuX2O3 [X-Cl, Br] square-pyramidal geometry, and hydrogen bonding between adjacent chains leads to a layer structure concentrated the (200) family of planes. Complex (3) exhibits a layer structure corresponding to the (001) family of planes, in which neighboring chains constructed from the metal atoms and the double betaine ligands are cross-linked by hydrogen bonding between the aqua ligands. The Cu(II) atom is coordinated in a CuO6 octahedral geometry with Jahn-Teller distortion.  相似文献

A water soluble flavonoid sulfate, [Ni(H2O)6](C19H17O9S)2·2H2O was synthesized and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal of it belongs to triclinic crystal system, space group P–1. The results show that the title compound consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+, C19H17O6SO3 and H2O. Ni(II) is located on the symmetry center and octahedrally coordinated by six water molecules. A variety of hydrogen bonds among [Ni(H2O)6]2+, C19H17O6SO3 and the lattice water molecules build a hydrophilic region. Aromatic ππ stacking interactions assemble isoflavone skeletons into a column and the columns form a hydrophobic region of the title compound. The sulfo-groups bridge the hydrophilic regions and the hydrophobic regions as well as the inorganic components and organic components. Hydrogen bonds, stacking interactions and the electrostatic interactions between cation [Ni(H2O)6]2+ and anion sulfonate C19H17O6SO3 lead the moieties to a three-dimensional structure.  相似文献

Four Cu(II) complexes with the RR,SS-Edds 4? and SS-HEdds 3? anions are synthesized, and their crystal structures are studied. In the compounds [Cu2(RR,SS-Edds)] · 6H2O (I) and Ba2[Cu(RR,SS-Edds)](ClO4)2 · 8H2O (II), the ligand forms hexacoordinate chelate [Cu(Edds)]2? complexes with the N atoms and O atoms of the propionate groups in the equatorial positions and the O atoms of the acetate groups in the axial vertices. In the compounds Ba[Cu(SS-HEdds)]ClO4 · 2H2O (III) and Ba3[Cu2(RR,SS-Edds)2](ClO4)2 · 6H2O (IV), one of the propionate arms, the protonated arm in III and the deprotonated arm in IV, does not enter into the coordination sphere of the Cu atom. An acetate arm moves to its position in the equatorial plane, and the free axial vertex is occupied by an O atom of the perchlorate ion. In I–IV, the lengths of the equatorial Cu-N and Cu-O bonds fall in the ranges 1.970–2.014 and 1.921–1.970 Å, respectively. The axial Cu-O bonds with the acetate groups and ClO 4 ? anions are elongated to 2.293–2.500 and 2.727–2.992 Å, respectively. In structure I, the second Cu atom acts as a counterion forming bonds with the O atoms of two water molecules and three O atoms of the Edds ligands. In II–IV, the Ba2+ cations are hydrated and bound to the O atoms of the anionic complexes and (except for one of the cations in IV) ClO 4 ? anions. The coordination number of the Ba cations is nine. The structural units in I–IV are connected into layers. In I, an extended system of hydrogen bonds links the layers into a framework. In II and III, the layers are linked only by weak hydrogen bonds, one bond per structural unit. In IV, ClO 4 ? anions are bound to the Ba and Cu atoms of neighboring layers, thus serving as bridges between the layers.  相似文献

The complexcis-[Ru(bpy)2{PPh(o-tolyl)2}Cl+][ClO4 ] crystallized from a solution in dichloromethane as the dichloromethane-water solvate. The structure was refined toR=4.5% for those 2433 reflections with |F o|>6(|F o|). The octahedral Ru(II) cation is associated with metal-ligand distances as follows: Ru–Cl=2.434(3)Å, Ru-PPh(o-tol)2=2.382(2)Å, and Ru–N=2.037(7)–2.088(7)Å. The structure is stabilized by a hydrogen-bonded CH2Cl2...ClO4 ...H2O channel which incorporates adventitious water of crystallization.  相似文献

The complexcis-[Ru{4,4-(t-Bu)2bpy}2(PPh3)Cl+][ClO 4 ·0.5(toluene)·0.5(MeCN), where 4,4-(t-Bu)2bpy=4,4-di(t-butyl)-2,2-bipyridyl crystallizes with an ordered racemic mixture of the chiral cations in the centrosymmetric triclinic space group (No. 2). The structure was refined toR=4.42% for those 6426 reflections with 20=5–50o and |F o|>6(F). Ruthenium ligand distances are Ru–Cl=2.423(2)Å, Ru–PPh3=2.346(2)Å and Ru–N=2.056(4)–2.098(4)Å. Both the Ru(II)-containing cation and the perchlorate anion are ordered, but the toluene and acetonitrile exhibit an interesting type of scrambled disorder about the inversion center atx=1,y=1/2,z=0.  相似文献

The first high-spin iron(III) compound with the ligand 2,2-bipyridine-1,1-dioxide (abbreviated as bpdo) is reported. The compound [Fe(bpdo)3](ClO4)3(CH3CN)2 crystallizes in the space group P , with a = 11.767(3), b = 13.166(4), c = 15.951(4) Å, = 104.62(3), = 101.66(3), = 112.14(3)°, and Z = 2. The Fe(III) atom is octahedrally surrounded by six oxygen atoms of three bpdo ligands. In the far-infrared region the Fe—O vibration is observed at 411 cm–1. The magnetic susceptibility reveals a of 6.04 ± 0.04 BM in the 10–280 K region, typical of high-spin Fe(III).  相似文献

A new monomeric manganese(II) complex with 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), [Mn(bpy)3-] (ClO4)2·0.5(bpy), has been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group $P\bar 1$ witha=9.535(2),b=13.194(3),c=14.854(3) Å, α=96.50(3), β=107.26(3), γ=91.19(3)°,V=1770.2(7) Å3, andZ=2. The structure comprises discrete [Mn(bpy)3]2+ cations in which the metal atom is coordinated in a highly distorted octahedral environment by three chelate bpy ligands [Mn?N=2.229(3)–2.289(2) Å]. The solvate bpy molecule and a pair of coordinated bpy ligands each from the adjacent cations are arranged in an off-set fashion, showing significant intermolecular stacking interaction with close interplanar contacts ofca. 3.47 Å.  相似文献

To deepen the study on heptacoordinate transition metal coordination complexes, a novel seven-coordinated coordination compound [Cd(SCZ)3·H2O](HTNR)2(H2O)2 (1, SCZ = semicarbazide, H2TNR = styphnic acid) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1. The thermal decomposition mechanism of 1 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The non-isothermal kinetics parameters were calculated by the Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method, respectively. Sensitivity tests revealed that 1 is insensitive to mechanical stimuli. The heat of combustion was measured by oxygen bomb calorimetry and the enthalpy of formation was calculated.  相似文献
