A novel molecularly imprinted polymer based on magnetic phenyl‐modified multi‐walled carbon nanotubes was synthesized using curcumin as the template molecule, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross‐linker. The phenyl groups contained in the magnetic imprinted polymers acted as the assisting functional monomer. The magnetic imprinted polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. Adsorption studies demonstrated that the magnetic imprinted polymers possessed excellent selectivity toward curcumin with a maximum capacity of 16.80 mg/g. Combining magnetic extraction and high‐performance liquid chromatography technology, the magnetic imprinted polymer based on magnetic phenyl‐modified multi‐walled carbon nanotubes was applied for the rapid separation and enrichment of curcumin from ginger powder and kiwi fruit root successfully.  相似文献

In this study, a novel purification method using magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) based on magnetic carbon nanotube dummy molecularly imprinted polymer (MCNTMIP) nanocomposite was investigated for separation and enrichment of sulfonamide antibiotics (SAs) in fish and shrimp samples. The MCNTMIP nanocomposite was successfully synthesized by applying carbon nanotubes as supporting template, methacrylic acid as functional monomer, sulfabenzamide as the dummy template for SAs, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent, then was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectrometry and vibrating sample magnetometry. The adsorption performance of MCNTMIP was evaluated by binding experiments, including static adsorption, kinetic adsorption, and selectivity recognition study. The results confirmed that an imprinted polymer layer was successfully constructed on the surface of the MCNTMIP and this sorbent has advantages of simple magnetic separation, specific molecular recognition, and high adsorption capacity. Combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), we developed a rapid, sensitive, efficient MSPE method for detecting SAs analytes. Under the optimal conditions, the limits of detection were low to 0.1 μg/kg, and the recoveries of SAs analytes were ranged between 90.2 and 99.9%. In addition, the precision values were ranged between 0.5 and 9.1%. This method was successfully applied to analyze SAs in fish and shrimp samples with satisfactory recoveries.  相似文献

Dummy molecularly imprinted microspheres with danthron as template were synthesized and their performance was evaluated. Accelerated solvent extraction can rapidly and effectively remove template molecules from the microspheres. The microspheres were applied as a specific sorbent for solid‐phase extraction of six anthraquinones from slimming tea, showing excellent affinity and high selectivity to danthron and the target analytes. The molecular recognition mechanisms were discussed by the experimental validation with IR spectroscopy. The sample was treated using accelerated solvent extraction followed by dummy molecularly imprinted microspheres solid‐phase extraction. Under the optimized ultra high performance liquid chromatographic conditions, the six target analytes can be baseline separated in 8 min, and good linearity was obtained in a range of 0.1–40 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient (r2) of ≥0.9998. The method limit of quantification was in a range of 1–2 mg/kg, it can ensure analysis of anthraquinones at mg/kg level. The intra‐ and interday precision (RSD, n = 6) for the analysis of the six analytes in a slimming tea was less than 4.5 and 5.4%, respectively. The developed method can be applied for the selective extraction, effective separation, and rapid determination of six anthraquinones in slimming tea.  相似文献

A simple, sensitive, and selective molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction and spectrophotometric method has been developed for the clean‐up and preconcentration of indapamide from human urine. Molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by a non‐covalent imprinting approach using indapamide as a template molecule, 2‐(trifluoromethyl) acrylic acid as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinker, N,N‐azobisisobutyronitrile as a thermal initiator and acetonitrile as a porogenic solvent. A non‐imprinted polymer was also prepared in the same way, but in the absence of template. Molecularly imprinted polymer and non‐imprinted polymer sorbents were dry‐packed into solid‐phase extraction cartridges. Eluates from cartridges were analyzed using a spectrophotometer for the determination of indapamide by referring to the calibration curve in the range 0.14–1.50 μg/mL. Preconcentration factor, limit of detection, and limit of quantification were 16.30, 0.025 μg/mL, and 0.075 μg/mL, respectively. A relatively high imprinting factor (9.3) was also achieved and recovery values for the indapamide spiked into human urine were in the range of 80.1–81.2%. In addition, relatively low within‐day (0.17–0.42%) and between‐day (1.1–1.4%) precision values were obtained as well. The proposed molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction and spectrophotometric method was successfully applied to selective extraction, preconcentration, and determination of indapamide from human urine samples.  相似文献

This research highlights the application of highly efficient molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction for the preconcentration and analysis of melamine in aquaculture feed samples. Melamine‐imprinted polymers were synthesized employing methacrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as functional monomer and cross‐linker, respectively. The characteristics of obtained polymers were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and binding experiments. The imprinted polymers showed an excellent adsorption ability for melamine and were applied as special solid‐phase extraction sorbents for the selective cleanup of melamine. An off‐line molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction procedure was developed for the separation and enrichment of melamine from aquaculture feed samples prior to high‐performance liquid chromatography analysis. Optimum molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction conditions led to recoveries of the target in spiked feed samples in the range 84.6–96.6% and the relative standard deviation less than 3.38% (n = 3). The aquaculture feed sample was determined, and there was no melamine found. The results showed that the molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction protocols permitted the sensitive, uncomplicated and inexpensive separation and pre‐treatment of melamine in aquaculture feed samples.  相似文献

Molecular recognition based on imprinted polymers results from the polymerization of functional monomers and cross‐linkers in the presence of a target analyte (i.e. template), with subsequent removal of the template to create synthetic binding sites. However, complete removal of the template is difficult to achieve, thereby leading to template leaching, which adversely affects real‐world analytical applications. To overcome this challenge, the present study utilizes porogenic fragment template imprinting techniques to provide an alternative synthetic strategy to generate molecularly imprinted polymers with molecular recognition toward polychlorinated biphenyls. Thereafter, thus‐generated imprinted polymers have been applied as stationary phases in molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction for preconcentrating six “indicator polychlorinated biphenyls” in both organic and aqueous media. Recoveries of up to 98.9% (imprinted polymers) versus 73.0% (conventional C18) in an organic phase, and up to 97.4% (imprinted polymers) versus 89.4% (C18) in an aqueous phase have been achieved corroborating the utility of this advanced sorbent material. Finally, porogenic fragment template imprinting strategies have yielded molecularly imprinted polymers that are useful for the quantitative determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in environmental matrices, which provides a low‐cost strategy for tailoring stationary phases that avoid template leaching in applications in solid‐phase extraction as well as liquid chromatography.  相似文献

A comparison between C18 silica and multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) in the extraction of Chlorpyrifos and Phosalone in environmental water samples was carried out using HPLC. Parameters affecting the extraction were type and volume of elution solvent, pH and flow rate of sample through the adsorbent. The optimum conditions obtained by C18 cartridge for adsorption of these pesticides were 4 mL dichloromethane as elution solvent, sample pH of 5, flow rate of 1 mL/min, and those for MWCNT cartridge were 3 mL dichloromethane, pH of 5 and flow rate of 10 mL/min, respectively. Optimized mobile phase for separation and determination of these compounds by HPLC was methanol/water (80:20 v/v) with pH=5 (adjusted with phosphate buffer). Under optimal chromatographic and SPE conditions, LOD, linear range and precision (RSD n=8) were 3.03×10?3, 0.01–5.00 μg/mL and 2.7% for Chlorpyrifos and 4.03×10?4, 0.01–5.00 μg/mL and 2.3% for Phosalone, in C18 cartridge, respectively. These values for MWCNT were 4.02×10?6, 0.001–0.500 μg/mL and 1.8% for Chlorpyrifos and 1.02×10?6, 0.001–0.500 μg/mL and 1.5% for Phosalone, respectively.  相似文献

An efficient molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction protocol was developed for the separation of dopamine (DA) from human urine. After successful validation of the analytical method using high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detection, a new strategy for the selective determination of DA in the presence of norepinephrine and epinephrine in human urine was presented. In the proposed protocol, the LODs and quantification for DA were 166 ± 36 and 500 ± 110 nmol/L, respectively, and the total recoveries of DA in the range of 1–15 μmol/L varied between 98.3 and 101.1%. DA was detected in the real urine samples at the level of 47–167 μg/L (0.250–0.895 μmol/L). The superiority of the novel analytical strategy was shown by comparison with the results obtained for a commercially available imprinted sorbent.  相似文献

In the present paper, we describe a new on‐line SPE system where molecular imprinting, fiber‐optic detection and flow injection analysis were combined for the first time. This new system has been applied for the on line detection of 4‐nitrophenol (4‐NP). Initially, molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) have been prepared for the selective extraction of 4‐NP using 4‐vinylpyridine and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as functional and cross‐linking monomers, respectively. Selective extraction was achieved using the designed MIP with 97% of recovery on imprinted polymer and 10% on control polymer. The system provided a high degree of accuracy, with RSDs varying between 0.7 and 1.39%. In respect of accuracy, reproducibility, and rapidity, this system is comparable with HPLC. In short, the system allows simple, fast, and accurate analyte determination with the possibility of future automation.  相似文献

A multi‐pesticide residue determination method based on a modified QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe) method using multiwalled carbon nanotubes as reversed‐dispersive solid‐phase extraction material was validated in 37 representative pesticides in tobacco. Determination was performed using liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring mode. Three major types of tobacco leaf samples, namely, flue‐cured, burley, and oriental tobacco were studied and compared. Three factors (extraction time, external diameter, and amount of extraction material used) that could affect the performance of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes were investigated. Optimization of sample preparation and determination allowed recoveries between 70.8 and 114.8% for all 37 pesticides with < 20.0% relative standard deviations at three spiking levels of 20, 50, and 200 μg/kg. The limits of quantification and limits of detection for the 37 pesticides ranged within 0.46–28.57 and 0.14–8.57 μg/kg at a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 10 and 3, respectively.  相似文献

Highly selective molecularly imprinted polymers on the surface of silica gels were prepared by a sol–gel process and used as solid‐phase extraction adsorbents for the specific recognition, enrichment and detection of cloxacilloic acid in cloxacillin. The obtained polymers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, FTIR spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption and desorption, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. The imprinted polymers not only possessed high adsorption capacity (6.5 μg/mg), but also exhibited fast adsorption kinetics (they adsorb 80% of the maximum amount within 20 min) and excellent selectivity (the imprinted factor was 3.6). A method using the imprinted polymers as solid‐phase extraction adsorbents coupled with high‐performance liquid chromatography was established with good specificity, linearity (r = 0.9962), precision (ranging from 0.5 to 6.7%), accuracy (ranging from 93.9 to 97.7%) and extraction recoveries (ranging from 78.8 to 89.8%). The limits of detection and quantification were 0.07 and 0.25 mg/g, respectively. This work could provide a promising method in the enrichment, extraction and detection of allergenic impurities in the manufacture, storage and application of cloxacillin.  相似文献

The proposed L ‐histidine sensing system composed of a molecularly imprinted solid‐phase microextraction component combined with a molecularly imprinted polymer sensor was used to determine critical levels of test analyte in a complex matrix of highly diluted human blood serum without any non‐specific sorption and false‐positive contributions. The molecularly imprinted polymer was a zwitterionic polymer brush derived from the disodium salt of EDTA and chloranil, grafted to solid‐phase microextraction material. The hyphenated approach was able to detect L ‐histidine quantitatively with a limit of detection as low as 0.0435 ng/mL (RSD = 0.2%, S/N = 3).  相似文献

A highly sensitive and convenient electrochemical sensor, based on surface molecularly imprinted polymers and multiwalled carbon nanotubes, was successfully developed to detect chlorpyrifos in real samples. In order to solve the problems like uneven shapes, poor size accessibility, and low imprinting capacity, the layer of the molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared on the surface of silica nanospheres. Moreover, the doping of multiwalled carbon nanotubes greatly improved the electrical properties of developed sensor. Under the optimal conductions, the electrochemical response of the sensor is linearly proportional to the concentration of chlorpyrifos in the range of 5.0 × 10?12‐5.0 × 10?8 mol/L with a low detection limit of 8.1 × 10?13 mol/L. The prepared sensor exhibited multiple advantages such as low cost, simple preparation, convenient use, excellent selectivity, and good reproducibility. Finally, the prepared sensor was successfully used to detect chlorpyrifos in vegetable and fruit.  相似文献

A novel molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction with spectrofluorimetry method has been developed for the selective extraction of telmisartan from human urine. Molecularly imprinted polymers were prepared by a noncovalent imprinting approach through UV‐radical polymerization using telmisartan as a template molecule, 2‐dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a cross‐linker, N,N‐azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator, chloroform as a porogen. Molecularly imprinted polymers and nonimprinted control polymer sorbents were dry‐packed into solid‐phase extraction cartridges, and eluates from cartridges were analyzed using a spectrofluorimeter. Limit of detection and limit of quantitation values were 11.0 and 36.0 ng/mL, respectively. A very high imprinting factor (16.1) was achieved and recovery values for the telmisartan spiked in human urine were in the range of 76.1–79.1%. In addition, relatively low within‐day (0.14–1.6%) and between‐day (0.11–1.31%) precision values were obtained. Valsartan was used to evaluate the selectivity of sorbent as well. As a result, a sensitive, selective, and simple molecularly imprinted solid‐phase extraction with spectrofluorimetry method has been developed and successfully applied to the direct determination telmisartan in human urine.  相似文献

This paper describes the application of pristine and chemically modified multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as packing materials for the preconcentration and determination of various polyhalogenated organic pollutants, pentachlorophenol, 2,4,5‐trichlorophenol, 3,3′,4,4′‐tetrachlorobiphenyl, and 2,2′,5,5′‐tetrabromobiphenyl from real water samples based on solid‐phase extraction. MWCNTs were chemically modified by octadecyl amine and polyethylene glycol, separately, and the resulting nano materials were used as packing materials for solid phase extraction. Method development, applicability, and suitability of the above mentioned adsorbents for the solid phase extraction were studied. Method development showed great reproducibility and sensitivity, and low limits of detection within a considerable linear range. The regeneration and reusability of the SPE cartridges were studied using Rideau River (Ottawa, Canada) surface water samples and the results showed that cartridges could be used for three cycles of adsorption/desorption with no loss of efficiency. In general, the results suggested that modification of MWCNTs affords a novel class of adsorbents, which could be used for the SPE of various analytes from aqueous solutions with great efficiency, recovery, reproducibility, sensitivity, and precision, within a wide range of analyte concentrations.  相似文献

Advanced SPE with molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) was used in this study. A noncovalent imprinting approach was applied to separate 17β‐estradiol, estriol, and estrone from water samples. Polymer material was prepared by bulk polymerization with methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, divinylbenzene and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as crosslinkers, and acetonitrile, acetonitrile/toluene (3:1, v/v) or isooctane/toluene (1:99, v/v) as a porogen. We also prepared an MIP film on a silica gel surface with methacrylic acid and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as monomers and acetonitrile as a solvent. Qualitative and quantitative hormone analyses were carried out by HPLC with various detection techniques, including UV/visible spectroscopic detection (diode array detection) and electrochemical detection (CoulArray). The results of the study indicate that MIP technology is an excellent method for the quality control of estrogens in environmental analyses with a low quantification limit for 17β‐estradiol of around 26 (diode array detection) and 0.25 ng/mL (electrochemical detection). The proposed method was found to be suitable for routine determinations of the analyzed compound in environmental laboratories.  相似文献

A vortex‐assisted magnetic matrix solid‐phase dispersion method was proposed for the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in different matrix water samples by gas chromatography with electron capture detection. Magnetic bamboo charcoal (MBC) was synthesized for the adsorption of polychlorinated biphenyls in water samples. Complete separation of the liquid phase and the solid magnetic bamboo charcoal was easily achieved by using a permanent magnet. Under the optimized conditions, good linearity in the range of 0.006–5.0 μg/L was obtained with regression coefficients (r) higher than 0.9986. Based on a signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3, limits of detection were found to be 0.001–0.003 μg/L. Relative standard deviations ranged from 2.92 to 6.56%. Relative recoveries were 96.6–111.2% for the spiked wastewater sample and 90.7–104.7% for the spiked lake water sample. All results showed that the proposed method was simple, sensitive, and reliable for the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in water samples.  相似文献

The molecularly imprinted SPE directly coupled to RP LC‐MS/MS method has been developed and successfully validated for the determination of six hormones in water and sediment samples. The method is based on the use the home‐made column filled with a molecularly imprinted sorbent (imprinted against estrogens) that was used under nonaqueous conditions. Thus, its high selectivity could be utilized resulting in low matrix components’ coextraction. The method showed excellent recovery (92–105%) and satisfactory sensitivity (LOQs water: 1.9–4.0 ng/L; LOQs sediment: 0.2–0.5 ng/g). The intra‐ and interprecision for water and sediment was in the range of 4.0–6.0% and 4.4–7.6%, respectively. Finally, 20 water and sediment samples collected from the Svratka river were analyzed. Only estrone was quantified in eight water samples (4.4–7.1 ng/L); no analytes were found in sediment samples.  相似文献

l ‐Kynurenine is an endogenous metabolite generated by the catabolic pathway of l ‐tryptophan and it could be a potential biomarker to test the efficacy of several checkpoint inhibitors that have already reached the clinical trials in the antitumor therapy. Thus, a molecularly imprinted polymer specific for the recognition of this metabolite was synthesized and used as innovative system in solid‐phase extraction technique for the specific extraction and quantification of l ‐kynurenine in human urine. The off‐line system was firstly tested on l ‐kynurenine standard solutions, allowing recoveries up to 97.7% (relative standard deviation = 2.2%) and then applied to fortified and deproteinated human urine samples, where a recovery of 84.1% (relative standard deviation = 3.1%) was obtained. The method was validated and it revealed a good linearity in the range of 0.157–20 μg/mL (r= 0.9992). The optimized procedure demonstrated a good feasibility on biological samples, allowing a ready quantification of l ‐kynurenine in the human urine, where the metabolite was found at a very low concentration (0.80 μg/mL). The extraction system developed could attract attention of pharmaceutical industries for l ‐kynurenine production as potential drug in the treatment of autoimmune disorders through its extraction and purification from biological matrixes.  相似文献

Molecularly imprinted microspheres (MIMs) for the anticancer drug aminoglutethimide (AG) were synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization. The expected size and diameter of MIMs are controlled easily by changing one of the surfactant types, ratio of organic‐to‐water phase or stirring rate during polymerization. The obtained MIMs exhibit specific affinity toward AG with imprinting factor of 3.11 evaluated with a chromatographic model. The resultant MIMs were used as the SPE materials for the extraction of AG from human urine. A molecularly imprinted SPE (MISPE) method coupled with HPLC has been developed for the extraction and detection of AG in urine. Our results showed that most impurities from urine can be removed effectively after a washing step and the AG has been enriched effectively after MISPE operation with the recovery of >90% (n = 3). The developed MISPE–HPLC method could be used for enrichment and detection of AG in human urine.  相似文献
