In this work, a novel polysiloxane-based azobenzene-containing liquid crystalline polymer (LCP) PMMS-A44V6 has been designed and synthesized via a facile thiol-ene click chemistry method by grafting a side-on azobenzene mesogenic group A44V6 onto poly-[3-mercaptopropylmethylsiloxane] (PMMS) backbone. 1H NMR, 13C NMR, GPC, TGA, DSC, POM and WAXS were used to investigate the mesogenic properties and photo-responsive behaviour of PMMS-A44V6. Taking advantage of the azobenzene’s transcis isomerization effect, PMMS-A44V6 can perform an isotropization process under UV irradiation in its nematic phase. Initially, the isotropization process starts in a linearly decreasing manner with a rate of ca ?6.5 × 105 intensity/s, and eventually finishes in an exponential decrease regime to form cis-azobenzene moieties. The reversible UV-response behaviour of PMMS-A44V6 can be performed in a relatively low temperature range of 30 ~ 75°C, which might help this azobenzene-containing LCP material to find potential application in control devices.  相似文献

发展了以巯基-烯点击反应制备有机-无机杂化硼酸亲和整体柱的新方法。首先以四甲氧基硅烷(TMOS)和巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)作为反应单体,采用溶胶-凝胶反应制备表面含巯基的硅胶整体柱。然后利用巯基-烯(thiol-ene)的点击反应在整体柱上修饰硼酸配基3-丙烯酰胺基苯硼酸(AAPBA),制成AAPBA-硅胶杂化亲和整体柱。对影响硼酸亲和整体柱性能的条件如TMOS与MPTMS的比例、聚乙二醇和甲醇的用量等进行了优化。并采用扫描电镜、红外光谱等分析仪器对整体柱形貌和机械稳定性能进行了表征。研究了AAPBA-硅胶杂化亲和整体柱的分离性能,结果表明,其在中性条件下对含有顺式二醇的生物小分子核苷具有良好的特异亲和能力,并已成功地应用于卵清蛋白、辣根过氧化物酶等糖蛋白的分离。基于巯基-烯反应的制备方法新颖、可靠,可用于制备多种不同类型的硼酸亲和整体柱,具有较大的应用前景。  相似文献

基于巯基硅胶与单取代-6A-烯丙氨基-β-环糊精的巯基-烯点击化学反应,制备了β-环糊精(Click TE-CD)共价键合固定相。元素分析结果表明β-环糊精被成功键合到硅胶表面。以黄酮苷类化合物为模型,考察了Click TE-CD固定相在亲水、反相和超临界流体色谱等分离模式下的色谱保留行为。黄酮苷类化合物保留时间随流动相中乙腈含量的变化呈现典型的U型曲线,表明Click TE-CD固定相具有亲水/反相的双重保留特性。应用几何学方法测得Click TE-CD固定相在反相/亲水、亲水/超临界、反相/超临界混合模式下的正交性分别为69.8%、50.8%、50.8%。对比复杂中药样品降香提取物在反相、亲水、超临界等模式下的分离情况,结果表明Click TE-CD固定相在分离中药复杂样品方面具有极大潜力,可以在一根色谱柱上通过分离模式的改变,实现二维液相色谱的分离。Click TE-CD固定相不同分离模式的分离性能和较好的正交性表明该固定相具有在液相色谱方法发展和二维液相色谱分离方面应用的潜力。  相似文献

This work demonstrates the UV nanoimprinting lithography (UV-NIL) of high refractive index and highly transparent polythioethers based on thiol-ene click chemistry. Herein, 9,9-bis(3-mercaptopropylphenylether)fluorene (BMPF) is designed as a new thiol monomer with a high refractive index, high transparency, and good processability for UV-NIL. Colorless polythioethers are synthesized from BMPF and ene monomers under mild thiol-ene click reaction conditions. Excellent transmittance (96%) of 400 nm light is observed in all the polymer films and high refractive index values of 1.5972–1.6382 are attained. UV-NIL using thiol-ene photopolymerization affords polymer nanoimprinting patterns with various features on the order of 100–500 nm without any fractures. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on UV-NIL of high refractive index and highly transparent polymers. Through proper monomer and polymer design, novel polythioethers with suitable glass transition temperature (T g) values are developed with high refractive index, high transparency, and good UV-NIL processability. Copper(I) catalyzed azide‐alkyne 1,3‐Huisgen cycloaddition reaction afforded the synthesis of triazole‐containing polyesters and segmented block copolyesters at moderate temperatures. Triazole‐containing homopolyesters exhibited significantly increased (~40 °C) glass transition temperatures (Tg) relative to high temperature, melt synthesis of polyesters with analogous structures. Quantitative synthesis of azido‐terminated poly(propylene glycol) (PPG) allowed for the preparation of segmented polyesters, which exhibited increased solubility and mechanical ductility relative to triazole‐containing homopolyesters. Differential scanning calorimetry demonstrated a soft segment (SS) Tg near ?60 °C for the segmented polyesters, consistent with microphase separation. Tensile testing revealed Young's moduli ranging from 7 to 133 MPa as a function of hard segment (HS) content, and stress at break values approached 10 MPa for 50 wt % HS segmented click polyesters. Dynamic mechanical analysis demonstrated an increased rubbery plateau modulus with increased HS content, and the Tg's of both the SS and HS did not vary with composition, confirming microphase separation. Atomic force microscopy also indicated microphase separated and semicrystalline morphologies for the segmented click polyesters. This is the first report detailing the preparation of segmented copolyesters using click chemistry for the formation of ductile membranes with excellent thermomechanical response. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An amphiphilic interpenetrating polymer network hydrogel was designed and synthesized using click chemistry and ferric ion coordination. The first polymer network was formed through the reaction of azide‐modified PEG (N3‐PEGn‐N3) and alkynyl‐pendant linear PPG derivatives ((PPGm(C≡CH))n) through click chemistry and mixed with poly(ethylene glycol‐dopamine) macromolecules. The second polymer network was formed through ferric ion coordination with poly(ethylene glycol‐dopamine). Interpenetrating polymer networks give the hydrogel unique amphiphilic properties and higher mechanical strength and thermal stability. Swelling ratio and degradation rate could be adjusted by controlling the ratio of poly(ethylene glycol‐dopamine) in the hydrogel network. Given that in vivo subcutaneous implantation revealed no infection and no obvious abnormalities, the hydrogel exhibits high biocompatibility. In this study, a novel approach by combining base-catalyzed epoxide ring-opening and thiol-ene click chemistry is presented for the side-chain modification of dextran. The vinyl-modified dextran is prepared by a basic epoxide ring opening reaction of allyl glycidyl ether in 0.1 mol/L NaOH, followed by thiol-addition click reaction of three model sulfhydryl compounds using water-soluble Irgacure 2959 as the photoinitiator, leading to side-chain functionalized dextran modified with carboxyl, bidentate dicarboxyl or amino groups. This is the first example of combining epoxide ring-opening and thiol- ene click chemistry for side-chain modification of dextran in aqueous media. Importantly, it may also be extended as a convenient and efficient method for the side-chain modification of other polysaccharides.  相似文献

pH‐ and temperature‐responsive poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide‐block?4‐vinylbenzoic acid) (poly(NIPAAm‐b‐VBA)) diblock copolymer brushes on silicon wafers have been successfully prepared by combining click reaction, single‐electron transfer‐living radical polymerization (SET‐LRP), and reversible addition‐fragmentation chain‐transfer (RAFT) polymerization. Azide‐terminated poly(NIPAAm) brushes were obtained by SET‐LRP followed by reaction with sodium azide. A click reaction was utilized to exchange the azide end group of a poly(NIPAAm) brushes to form a surface‐immobilized macro‐RAFT agent, which was successfully chain extended via RAFT polymerization to produce poly(NIPAAm‐b‐VBA) brushes. The addition of sacrificial initiator and/or chain‐transfer agent permitted the formation of well‐defined diblock copolymer brushes and free polymer chains in solution. The free polymer chains were isolated and used to estimate the molecular weights and polydispersity index of chains attached to the surface. Ellipsometry, contact angle measurements, grazing angle‐Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the immobilization of initiator on the silicon wafer, poly(NIPAAm) brush formation via SET‐LRP, click reaction, and poly(NIPAAm‐b‐VBA) brush formation via RAFT polymerization. The poly(NIPAAm‐b‐VBA) brushes demonstrate stimuli‐responsive behavior with respect to pH and temperature. The swollen brush thickness of poly(NIPAAm‐b‐VBA) brush increases with increasing pH, and decreases with increasing temperature. Conjugated block copolymers are potentially useful for organic electronic applications and the study of interfacial charge and energy transfer processes; yet few synthetic methods are available to prepare polymers with well‐defined conjugated blocks. Here, we report the synthesis and thin film morphology of a series of conjugated poly(3‐hexylthiophene)‐block‐poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene) (P3HT‐b‐PF) and poly(3‐dodecylthiophene)‐block‐poly(9,9‐dioctylfluorene) (P3DDT‐b‐PF) block copolymers prepared by functional external initiators and click chemistry. Functional group control is quantified by proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, size‐exclusion chromatography, and matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. The thin film morphology of the resulting all‐conjugated block copolymers is analyzed by a combination of grazing‐incidence X‐ray scattering, atomic force microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. Crystallization of the P3HT or P3DDT blocks is present in thin films for all materials studied, and P3DDT‐b‐PF films exhibit significant PF/P3DDT co‐crystallization. Novel side‐chain benzoxazine functional polyvinylchloride (PVC‐Benzoxazine) was synthesized by using “Click Chemistry” strategy. First, approximately 10% of chloro groups of PVC were converted to azido groups by using NaN3 in N,N‐dimethylformamide. Propargyl benzoxazine was prepared independently by a ring closure reaction between p‐propargyloxy aniline, paraformaldehyde, and phenol. Finally, azidofunctionalized PVC was coupled to propargyl benzoxazine with high efficiency by click chemistry. The spectral and thermal analysis confirmed the presence of benzoxazine functionality in the resulting polymer. It is shown that PVC containing benzoxazine undergoes thermally activated curing in the absence of any catalyst forming PVC thermoset with high thermal stability. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The untapped potential of radical thiol-yne mono-addition chemistry is exploited to overcome the known limitations of thiol-ene chemistry in polymer coupling and block copolymer formation. By careful choice of alkyne, the reaction can selectively lead to the mono-addition product with efficiencies surpassing those achieved by traditional thiol-ene chemistry. 点击化学具有反应条件温和、产率高、速率快、产物容易分离以及高度选择性等优点,成为国内外研究的热点之一。硫醇-烯/炔光化学反应作为新型高效的点击反应近年来备受关注,通过这种方法制备高性能及功能性聚合物材料也是新材料领域的前沿研究内容。本文综述了近年来硫醇-烯/炔点击化学在功能聚合物材料合成中的研究成果,详细介绍了硫醇-烯/炔点击化学的特点、优势及其反应机理,重点归纳了利用硫醇-烯/炔点击化学合成线型、超支化、交联等分子结构的功能聚合物材料的研究进展,并对由这种方法合成功能聚合物的单体特点、反应路线及产物应用进行了阐述,最后对硫醇-烯/炔点击化学的进一步应用前景做了展望。  相似文献

采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法制得了端基分别为烯丙基和溴原子的聚二甲基丙烯酰胺(PDMAAm),经叠氮基亲核取代后与端炔基聚二甲基硅氧烷进行点击反应,得到两亲三嵌段聚合物。利用^1HNMR、FTIR、GPC等测试方法对聚合物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:采用ATRP法合成的PDMAAm均聚物分子量分布较窄,通过点击化学法将热力学不相容的亲水性PDMAAm链段及疏水性聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)链段制备PDMAAmPDMS—PDMAAm嵌段聚合物,是一种高效易行的方法。  相似文献

We demonstrated the synthesis of miktoarm star block copolymers of AB, AB2, and A2B, in which block A consisted of linear poly(tert‐butyl acrylate) (PtBA) and block B consisted of cyclic polystyrene. These structures were produced using the atom transfer radical polymerization to make telechelic polymers that, after modification, were further coupled together by copper‐catalyzed “click” reactions with high coupling efficiency. Deprotection of PtBA to poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) afforded amphiphilic miktoarm structures that when micellized in water gave vesicle morphologies when the block length of PAA was 21 units. Increasing the PAA block length to 46 units produced spherical core‐shell micelles. AB2 miktoarm stars packed more densely into the core compared to its linear counterpart (i.e., a four times greater aggregation number with approximately the same hydrodynamic diameter), resulting in the PAA arms being more compressed in the corona and extending into the water phase beyond its normal Gaussian chain conformation. These results show that the cyclic structure attached to an amphiphilic block has a significant influence on increasing the aggregation number through a greater packing density. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis and characterization of a novel class of linear aromatic ether polymers containing perfluorocyclobutyl and triazole unites is described. These polymers were prepared from the click chemistry (the copper-catalyzed Huisgen's 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition) of new monomer 1,2-bis(4-azidomethylphenoxy) perfluorocyclobutane and bisethynyl compounds.  相似文献
