The CdII compound, namely [Cd(Tppa)(SO4)(H2O)]n ( 1 ) [Tppa = tris(4‐(pyridyl)phenyl) amine], was synthesized by the reaction of CdSO4 · 8H2O and Tppa under solvothermal conditions. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis revealed that compound 1 features a 3D porous framework based on 1D inorganic –[Cd–SO4–Cd]n– chains. Topological analysis reveals that compound 1 represents a trinodal (3,4,6)‐connected topological network with the point symbol of {6.72}2{64.7.10}{64.75.84.102}. Gas adsorption properties investigations indicate that compound 1 exhibits moderate adsorption capacities for light hydrocarbons at room temperature. Luminescencence property studies revealed that this CdII compound exhibits high fluorescence sensitivity for sensing of CS2 molecule.  相似文献

The zinc(II) coordination polymer Zn2(L)2(bix)2 · 2H2O ( 1 ) [H2L = 4,4′‐methylenebis(oxy)dibenzoic acid, bix = 1,4‐bis(imidazole‐1‐yl‐methylene)‐benzene] was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction. The title compound was characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The crystal structure determination reveals that compound 1 displays a twofold interpenetrated 3D framework, in which the Zn atoms are connected by the H2L ligands into interesting right and left‐handed helical chains. Topological analysis reveals that the title compound displays a (3,4)‐connected (63) (65 · 8) topology. The solid‐state luminescent spectra was studied. Furthermore, the dispersed solution of compound 1 in DMF exhibits strong fluorescent emission, which could be quenched by trace amount of nitrobenzene.  相似文献

The new compound LiCd2(SeO3)2(OH) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. It is built up from a network of edge‐ and vertex‐sharing pyramidal [SeO3]2— groups, distorted CdO6 octahedra, and CdO7 monocapped trigonal prisms. The cadmium‐centred groups form infinite columns, onto which Se atoms (as [SeO3]2— groups) are grafted. Cross‐linking between the columns results in a three‐dimensional framework which encapsulates [100] channels occupied by the tetrahedrally‐coordinated lithium cations. The H atom of the hydroxyl group appears to participate in a weak, bifurcated, hydrogen bond. The two‐dimensional (2D) layer CuII compound [Cu3(L)2(N3)4] ( 1 ) [L = 2‐amino‐3‐(5‐tetrazole)‐methyate‐N‐pyridine] was synthesized by in‐situ hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2 · 2H2O, NaN3, and 3‐(5‐tetrazole)‐methyate‐N‐pyridine. The central Cu1 and Cu2 atoms are located in five‐coordinate and six‐coordinate arrangements, respectively. Three CuII ions are linked by mixed double EO (end‐on)‐azido‐tetrazole bridges to give trinuclear CuII clusters, which are further extended by EE (end‐to‐end) azido bridges to form 2D metal‐organic layers. The magnetic exchange interactions in complex 1 were investigated by DFT calculations, and the calculated exchange interaction (J = –849 cm–1) revealed that the double EO‐azido‐tetrazole bridges transmit antiferromagnetic coupling between CuII ions.  相似文献

Four dinuclear cadmium(II) complexes, [Cd2(L1)(μ2-Cl)Cl2] (1), [Cd2(L2)(μ2-Cl)Cl2] (2), [Cd2(L3)(μ2-Cl)Cl2] (3), and [Cd2(L4)3ClO4] (4), where HL1 = 4-methyl-2,6-bis(1-(2-piperidinoethyl)iminomethyl)-phenol, HL2 = 4-methyl-2,6-bis(1-(2-pyrrolidinoethyl)iminomethyl)-phenol, HL3 = 4-methyl-2,6-bis(1-(2-morpholinoethyl)iminomethyl)-phenol and HL4 = 4-methyl-2,6-bis(cyclohexylmethyl)iminomethyl)-phenol, were synthesized. They were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV–Vis, fluorescence and electronspray ionization mass spectroscopy. Complexes 1 and 4 were also characterized by single crystal X-ray analysis. The cadmiums atoms in 1 are linked by μ2-chloride in a distorted square pyramidal geometry, whereas cadmium atom in 4 is in a distorted octahedral environment. The complexes show emission bands around 500 nm with excitation at 395 nm.  相似文献

The title compound, [Pd(2,2′-bipy)2](Haadip)2·4H2O, was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of PdCl2 with 5-aminodiacetic isophthalic acid (H4adip) in an acetic acid water solution. It was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectrum. Crystal data for C44H44N6O20Pd: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 11.0674(2), b = 9.9716(2), c= 20.5770(3)A, β = 92.7300(3)°, V = 2268.29(7)A^3, Z = 2, Mr = 1083.25, Dc = 1.586 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1112,μ = 0.499 mm^-1, 2(MoKa) = 0.71073 A, T = 293(2) K, 2θmax = 51.38°, GOOF = 1.067, R = 0.0268 and wR = 0.0710 for 3770 reflections with 1 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction studies reveal that the title compound has an interesting 3D microporous architecture via hydrogen bonds with the cations located inside the channel.  相似文献

Two Cd(II) coordination polymers have been synthesized with derivatives of pyrazine-1,4-dioxide and thiocyanate anion as bridging ligands and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1, [Cd(μ1,3-SCN?)21,6-L1)] n (L1?=?2,5-dimethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide), belongs to the triclinic, space group P 1 with a?=?5.7627(18)?Å, b?=?7.182(2)?Å, c?=?7.509(2)?Å, α?=?74.042(3)°, β?=?84.766(4)°, γ?=?88.162(4)°; complex 2, [Cd21,3-SCN?)44-L2)] n (L2?=?2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine-1,4-dioxide), crystallizes in a monoclinic system with space group C2/m with a?=?10.194(4)?Å, b?=?13.491(6)?Å, c?=?8.140(3)?Å, β?=?120.372(4)°. Complex 1 shows a two-dimensional sheet structure, and in a direction the Cd(II) ions were coordinated by μ1,3-SCN? forming the one-dimensional chain and the L1 bridging ligand made the chains connect in the c direction leading to formation of a two-dimensional sheet on the ac plane. For 2 the one-dimensional chains in the a axis were constructed by coordination of μ1,3-SCN? bridging ligands with the Cd(II) ions, and in b and c directions the chains were joined by L2 bridging ligands leading to a three-dimensional structure. In 2 L2 displays a μ4-bridging coordination mode. Both complexes exhibit strong fluorescence emission.  相似文献

A two-dimensional coordination complex [Cd(μ1,3-SCN)22-mpdo)] n (mpdo?=?4-methylpyridine N-oxide) has been synthesized and structurally determined by X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group of with a?=?8.2589(14)?Å, b?=?8.5409(14)?Å, c?=?9.7947(16)?Å, α?=?70.022(2)°, β?=?74.338(2)°, γ?=?71.530(2)°. Each Cd(II) is coordinated by four μ1,3-SCN? forming a zigzag chain and then two μ2-mpdo monodentate ligands coordinate to two adjacent Cd(II) ions leading to a two-dimensional sheet structure along the ab plane, and in the c direction the sheets stack parallel through π–π interactions and giving a three-dimensional structure. The complex exhibits a strong fluorescent emission spectrum in the solid state.  相似文献

在微波辐射下,通过二茂铁磺酰氯和相应的苯并咪唑合成了4种芳香基苯并咪唑衍生物。经^1H NMR、MS及元素分析确证产物结构。通过X线衍射测定了化合物4a的晶体结构。用琼脂稀释法测定化合物抑菌活性,并与对照药剂50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂比较,结果表明化合物4a~4d对番茄早疫病菌、烟草赤星病菌和小麦赤霉病菌有与对照药剂近似的抑菌活性。  相似文献

The reaction of 4‐amino‐5‐methyl‐1, 2, 4‐triazol‐3(2H)‐thione (HAMTT, 1 ) with cadmium(II) acetate in ethanol leads to [Cd(η2‐AMTT)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ); the reaction of 2 with nitric acid in ethanol produces the single‐crystals of [Cd(η2‐HAMTT)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 ( 3 ). 2 and 3 have been characterized by IR, Raman, 1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses; furthermore, 3 has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. 3 crystallizes in the space group Pbcn, orthorhombic with the lattice dimensions at —80 °C; a = 1604.2(1), b = 895.6(1), c = 1266.5(3) pm, Z = 4, R1= 0.0276, wR2= 0.0722.  相似文献

Abstract

A new 1,2,3-thiadiazole compound, C18H18Cl2N4O2S, has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction study. The fungicidal activity of the title compound was determined and the results showed that it displays moderate fungicidal activity.

Two 2-D Cd(II) complexes, {[Cd(imb)(bdc)(H2O)]·CH3OH}n (1) and {[Cd(imb)(Hbtc)(CH3OH)]·2H2O·CH3OH}n (2), have been synthesized by reactions of CdCl2·2.5H2O with 2-(1H-imidazol-1-methyl)-1H-benzimidazole (imb) and 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid (H2bdc) or 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid (H3btc). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that 1 possesses an infinite 2-D layered structure in which all the carboxylates chelate Cd(II) and imb bridge Cd(II) ions. Complex 2 also features an infinite 2-D layered structure and imb ligands also bridge Cd(II) ions, but two carboxylates of each 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylate coordinate to Cd(II) in monodentate or chelating mode, leaving the third one, which is not deprotonated, uncoordinated. IR spectra, fluorescent properties, and thermogravimetric analyses of both complexes have been investigated.  相似文献

Two new Schiff-base compounds, 1,6-bis(4-dimethylaminobenzyl)-2,5-diaza-1,5-hexadiene (bdh), 1,4-bis(4-dimethylaminobenzyl)-2,3-diaza-1,3-butadiene (bdb), and a silver complex of the latter ([Ag2(bdb)3(NO3)2]·H2O, 1) have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of complex 1 was determined. 1 is a dinuclear complex, with the silver ions lying in coordination tetrahedra formed by two nitrogen atoms from the bdb ligands and two oxygen atoms from the nitrate anions. The fluorescence properties of bdh and bdb were studied; the fluorescence of bdb was quenched by the addition of silver ions, indicating that it is a potential fluorescent reagent for the analysis of silver.  相似文献

The coordination polymers {[Cd(o‐BDC‐Cl4)(H2O)2]·EtOH}n ( 1 ) and {[Cd(p‐BDC‐Cl4)(DMF)]·H2O}n ( 2 ) (o‐BDC‐Cl4 = tetrachlorophthalate and p‐BDC‐Cl4 = tetrachloroterephthalate) were synthesized in different solvents using two isomeric tetrachlorinated benzenedicarboxylic acids. Complex 1 based on o‐BDC‐Cl4 features an extremely rare 2D trinodal (3,4,6)‐connected network constructed by the combination of 1D [Cd‐H2O]n chains and 1D [Cd2(o‐BDC‐Cl4)2]n loop‐like motifs. Complex 2 based on p‐BDC‐Cl4 has a 3D framework and shows a uninodal 4‐connected sra topology. Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and thermogravimetric (TG) analyses. The photoluminescence of 1 and 2 were investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献
