本文系统地总结了各类亲核试剂对非对称氮杂环丙烷(吖丙啶)的亲核开环反应及开环的区域选择性.氮杂环丙烷亲核开环的区域选择性是一种空间效应和电子效应平衡的结果,非芳基和非烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环通常发生在氮杂环丙烷取代少的碳原子上,空间效应起主导作用;而芳基和烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环通常发生在氮杂环丙烷芳甲位和烯丙位的碳原子上,电子效应起主导作用,烯基取代的氮杂环丙烷的亲核开环还可以发生在烯基的β-碳原子上;分子内的亲核开环反应主要受成环时环大小的控制,成环时的倾向是五元环>六元环>七元环.对于亲核试剂,一般的亲核试剂也同时受电子效应和空间效应的影响; 而亲核性强的亲核试剂通常只受空间效应的影响.容易生成稳定自由基的亲核试剂容易发生单电子转移机理的开环反应,生成相当于亲核试剂进攻氮杂环丙烷中取代多的碳原子得到的开环产物.  相似文献

The regio- and site-selective ring expansion of dienes and the regioselective ring expansion of substituted cyclopentenes provide 1,3-cycloheptadienes by enyne metathesis under methylene-free conditions. Site-selectivity results from differential ring strain among two different cycloalkenes in diene reactants. The high regioselectivity found in the ring expansion of tetrahydroindene (THI) is explained on the basis of a selective ring opening by the second generation Grubbs' ruthenium carbene complex. The ring opening of substituted cyclopentenes and cyclopentene contained in a bicyclic ring system was also achieved. The ring expansion of bicyclic dienes provided seven-membered dienes contained in the bicyclo[5.2.0]nonane ring system. Details of the structural analysis are also discussed. A mechanistic analysis is provided to account for the data presented herein.  相似文献

The chromaticity of diverse mono- and dimethine dyes obtained from 2-dimethyl-amino-5-formylfurans, -thiophenes, and -selenophenes was examined by means of the Kiprianov-Brooker deviation method. It is shown that the heterocyclic rings have considerably higher basicity than the 4-dimethylaniline ring, that the 2-dimethylamino-5-furan ring is the most basic ring, and that the 2-dimethyl-amino-5-thiophene ring is the least basic ring, whereas the analogous ring of the selenophene occupies an intermediate position that is closer to the thiophene ring.  相似文献

The stacking interactions between an aromatic ring and a pyridine or a pyrimidine ring are studied by using a series of triptycene-derived scaffolds. The indicative ratios of the syn and anti conformers were determined by variable-temperature NMR spectroscopy. The syn conformer aligns the attached aromatic ring and the heterocycle in a parallel-displaced orientation while the anti conformer sets the two rings apart from each other. Comparing to the corresponding control compounds where a benzene ring is in the position of the heterocycle, higher attractive interactions are observed as indicated by the higher syn/anti ratios. In general, the attractive interactions are much less sensitive to the substituent effects than the corresponding nonheterocycles. The greatest attractive interactions were observed between a pyrimidine ring and a N,N-dimethylaminobenzene, consistent with a predominant donor-acceptor interaction. The interactions between a pyridine ring and a substituted benzene ring show that the pyridine is comparable to that of a NO2- or a CN-substituted benzene ring except for the unpredictable substituent effects.  相似文献

Abstract— The structure of one of the dithymine adducts formed by near-UV photosensitization of aqueous oxygenated thymine in the presence of 2-methyl- 1, 4-naphthoquinone is reported. The compound, 6'β-hydroxy-5'β-1 - [5-methylpyrimidinyl- 2,4-dione]-5'-6'-dihydrothymine has one thymine ring (ring I) linked through the 1-nitrogen atom to the C5' atom of a second thymine, which has been hydroxylated af C6' (ring II). Crystals are monoclinic, space group 12/c, and the structure was refined to Robs= 0.036 for 2072 unique reflections with intensities I greater than 2.33(I). Ring I is planar, whereas ring II is not. Ring I and the OH group on ring II are cis to ring II. The planar ring I and the OH group are attached, respectively, in an equatorial and axial manner to ring II (which is in the sofa conformation). The planar rings I of close-lying pairs of molecules stack parallel to each other. The structure is held together by a hydrogen-bonding system consisting of the water molecules, the NH groups, two of the C=O groups and the OH group. The chemical formula and relative configurations at C5' and C6 are established by this analysis.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title molecule has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The molecule crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with unit-cell dimensions a = 21.872(8), b = 11.815(6), c = 10.785(6) Å, and Z = 8. The structure has been solved by MULTAN and refined by least-squares calculations to R = 7.62% for 2088 reflections measured by a diffractometer. The molecule has the exo configuration. The central cyclobutane ring is nearly planar. The two five-membered rings are of the envelope conformation. The dihedral angle between the cyclobutane ring and the terminal five-membered ring is 75.5° and that between the cyclobutane ring and the other five-membered ring is 62.2°.  相似文献

Two new ring expansion strategies are reported for the synthesis of medium sized ring and macrocyclic sulfonamides. Both methods can be performed without using classical protecting groups, with the key ring expansion step initiated by nitro reduction and amine conjugate addition respectively. Each method can be used to make diversely functionalised cyclic sulfonamides in good to excellent yields, in a range of ring sizes. The ring size dependency of the synthetic reactions is in good agreement with the outcomes modelled by Density Functional Theory calculations.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Despite its electron-rich nature, a pyrrole ring is susceptible to intramolecular nucleophilic attack by organolithiums. The resulting dearomatizing anionic cyclization yields new 5- or 7-membered heterocyclic rings. Formation of a new 5-membered ring, by cyclization of an N-benzylpyrrolecarboxamide, is accompanied by ring opening of the original pyrrole to yield 3-aminovinylpyrrolinones. Formation of a new 7-membered ring, by cyclization of an N-allyl pyrrolecarboxamide, yields bicyclic pyrroloazepinones.  相似文献

In the mechanized documentation of chemical literature, the definition of structural concept is very important. The usual for definitions for ring structures are inadequate. Essential ring structures are sometimes not recognized on the basis of these definitions and are therefore missed in a literature search. This is particularly true of bridged ring systems. The ring concept and ring condensation types are now redefined on a topological basis in the closest possible analogy to the intuitive approach of the chemist. In complicated molecular structures, these “fundamental rings” can be easily determined, either manually or by means of a programmed computer. The concept of the “ring complex” is defined and suggested as a preliminary screen in literature searches for ring structures. This will save machine time, and so reduce the cost of searches.  相似文献

Ab initio calculations at the G2, G3, and CBS-Q levels of theory have been applied to the question of the origin of ring strain in a series of unsaturated hydrocarbons. In addition to the angular ring strain germane to all three-membered ring hydrocarbons, a general trend is in evidence that suggests that the increased ring strain (SE) of unsaturated small ring alkenes may be attributed in part to their relatively weak allylic C-H bonds. The high strain energy of cyclopropene (54.1 kcal/ mol) is attributed largely to angular strain. The anomalously low SE of cyclobutene relative to cyclobutane (DeltaSE = 4 kcal/mol) is a consequence of normal C-H bond dissociation energies for cyclobutane (100.6 kcal/mol) and very strong vinyl C-H bonds (111.9 kcal/mol) and a relatively strong pi-bond energy (63.5 kcal/mol) for cyclobutene. The greater SE of methylenecyclopropane (39.5 kcal/ mol), relative to methylcyclopropane (29.8 kcal/mol), can be attributed to the strong ring C-H bonds of methylcyclopropane (110.5 kcal/mol) and relatively weak allylic C-H bonds (99.3 kcal/mol) of methylenecyclopropane. The increased SE of 1-methylcyclopropene relative to isomeric methylenecyclopropane is ascribed to its weak ring C-H bonds and to angular strain. The relative thermodynamic stability of a series of small ring alkenes is determined by a measure of their hydrogenation enthalpies. Independent confirmation of the SEs of a series of substituted cyclopropenes is provided by their dimerization/combination with cyclopropane to form a six-membered ring reference compound.  相似文献

A novel two-step solution phase protocol for the synthesis of arrays of triazadibenzoazulenones is reported. The methodology employs the Ugi reaction to assemble desired diversity and acid treatment enables two tandem ring closing transformations. The order of ring closure is shown to be key for optimal conversion to the desired tetra-cyclic product and initially proceeds through a benzimidazole intermediate, followed by second ring closure to give the desired fused benzodiazepine. The two-step protocol is further facilitated by microwave irradiation. Prudent selection of the isonitrile reagent enables the correct order of ring forming events. As such the methodology represents the first example of a post-condensation Ugi modification that employs two internal amino nucleophiles.  相似文献

A new method is presented to describe deformations of an N-membered planar ring (N-ring) molecule in terms of deformation vectors that can be expressed by a set of 2N-3 deformation amplitudes and phase angles. The deformation coordinates are directly derived from the normal vibrational modes of the N-ring and referenced to a regular polygon (N-gon) of unit length. They extend the conceptual approach of the Cremer-Pople puckering coordinates (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1975, 97, 1354) to the planar ring and make it possible to calculate, e.g., a planar ring of special deformation on a Jahn-Teller surface. It is demonstrated that the 2N-3 deformation parameters are perfectly suited to describe the pseudorotation of a bond through the ring as it is found in cyclic Jahn-Teller systems. In general, an N-membered planar ring can undergo N-2 different bond pseudorotations provided the energetics of such a process is feasible. The Jahn-Teller distortions observed in ring compounds correspond either directly to the basic pseudorotation modes or to linear combinations of them. Any deformed ring molecule can be characterized in terms of the new ring deformation coordinates, which help to identify specific electronic effects. The usefulness of the ring deformation coordinates is demonstrated by calculating the Jahn-Teller surfaces for bond pseudorotation in the case of the cyclopropyl radical cation and cyclobutadiene as well as the ring deformation surfaces of disulfur dinitride and its dianion employing multireference averaged quadratic coupled cluster (MR-AQCC) theory, equation-of-motion coupled cluster theory in form of EOMIP-CCSD, and single determinant coupled cluster theory in form of CCSD(T).  相似文献

The solvolysis in acid solution of allylic halides and acetates of methylenecyclopropanes and cyclopropylmethanes does not lead to ring opening when there is an ethoxycarbonyl substituent on the ring methylene. Only the cyclopropenyl derivative is obtained. A study of the electronic structure and the geometry of the possible allylic cation intermediate has been carried out using the MNDO method. In addition, the influence of the substituents on the ring opening of this cation has beeen examined. It appears that the ring opening is disfavoured upon substitution of an alkyl group by alkoxymethyl on the ring methylene group.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 4′-nitro-10-phenylphenothiazine, 1 , has been determined by the single crystal x-ray diffraction studies and consists of two independent molecules in the asymmetric cell unit with a pseudo-center of symmetry. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic System with the space group P21/c. The central ring of the phenothiazine ring system is in a boat conformation and the 4′-nitro substituent is in a boat-axial conformation with respect to the central ring of phenothiazine. Compound 1 is the first reported 10-aryl phenothiazine in which the 10-phenyl ring is perpendicular to the plane bisecting the dihedral angle of the phenothiazine nucleus. This geometry allows for resonance interaction between the lone pair of electrons on N10 and the 4′-nitro-10-phenyl ring which influences both the spectral properties and structure of the phenothiazine tricyclic ring. The correlation between the x-ray structure and 13C nmr spectral properties of 1 is discussed. The uv/vis and esr studies of the radical cation of 1 indicate that the 10-aryl ring is twisted with respect to the phenothiazine ring.  相似文献

Rotating minidisk–disk electrode (RMDDE) was developed by replacing ring electrode of rotating ring–disk electrode (RRDE) with a minidisk electrode. Its applications were demonstrated by studying electrochemical reactions of ferricyanide and divalent copper. The replacement of ring electrode by minidisk electrode results in following advantages. First, the fabrication of RMDDE is easier than that of RRDE with the same electrode material. Second, there is more freedom in choosing electrode materials and sizes, since it is difficult to make thin ring electrodes of RRDE with fragile materials. Third, the replacement of ring electrode by minidisk electrode saves electrode materials, especially rare materials. Finally, the substitution of minidisk electrode for ring electrode allows using multiple minidisks for simultaneous monitoring of multiple components. Therefore, RMDDE is a promising generator–collector system, especially when special generator–collector systems are not commercially available, such as corrosion study and electrocatalysis study of new electrode materials.  相似文献

The synthesis of the ABC ring fragment of gymnocin-A is described. The key feature of this approach was the convergent BC ring formation using an oxiranyl anion coupling, which was followed by intramolecular Williamson ether synthesis and the reductive etherification of an α-acetoxy acetal. The five-membered A ring was then constructed on the seven-membered B ring by radical cyclization of a β-alkoxy acrylate derivative.  相似文献
