N-Methylimidazole reacts with bis-imidoylchlorides derived from oxalic acid and yields new bis-cationic tricyclic systems of type of diimidazo[1,2-a:2′,1′-c]pyrazines. Under identical conditions, 1,2-dimethylimidazole has been transformed into pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazoles. 2,2′-Biimidazole itself can be cyclized with bis-imidoylchlorides thus yielding a new heterotricycle, which possesses two different 1,4-diaza-1,3-diene substructures. 相似文献

The reactions of the (Et(4)N)(2)[(Cl(4)-cat)(MeCN)MoFe(3)S(4)Cl(3)] (I) cluster with Fe(pp)(2)Cl(2) (pp = depe (bis(1,2-diethylphosphino)ethane) or dmpe (bis(1,2-dimethylphosphino)ethane)) produced the [(Cl(4)-cat)MoFe(3)S(4)(pp)(2)Cl](2)(mu-pp) (pp = depe (III) or dmpe (V)) singly bridged double cubanes. The reactions of I with the same bidentate phosphine ligands in the presence of NaBPh(4) also produced III and the [(Cl(4)-cat)MoFe(3)S(4)(dmpe)(2)](2)(mu-S)(mu-dmpe) (VI) doubly bridged double cubane, respectively. The byproduct (BPh(4))[Fe(dmpe)(2)(MeCN)Cl] (VII) has been isolated from the reaction mixture and crystallographically characterized. The depe analogue of VI, [(Cl(4)-cat)MoFe(3)S(4)(depe)(2)](2)(mu-S)(mu-depe) (IV), has been successfully prepared from III in the presence of excess Li(2)S. Similar reactions with (Et(4)N)(2)[Fe(4)S(4)(SPh)(4)] (VIII) have resulted in the formation of the neutral Fe(4)S(4)(depe)(2)(SPh)(2) (IX) cluster. The chloride analogue of IX, Fe(4)S(4)(depe)(2)Cl(2) (XI), has been obtained by a reaction of IX with benzoyl chloride. The crystal and molecular structures of III, VI, VII, and XI have been determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical and spectroscopic properties, including the Mossbauer spectra of the new clusters, have been determined and analyzed. 相似文献

Eight gemini bis-2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-thiazole-4-carboxamide and -thiocarboxamide (BHPTC) chelators were efficiently synthesized. Mass spectrometry showed these compounds all form 1:1 complexes with iron(III). Three of these chelators exhibit promising antiproliferative activities when tested on human cancerous cell lines. 相似文献

Summary New three CuII-CuII-CuII homotrinuclear complexes have been synthesized, namely [Cu(dmg)2{CuL}2](ClO4)2 [L = 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline (5-NO2-phen), 4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridiine (DMbpy), tetramethylenediamine (TMDA) and dimethylglyoximate ion (dmg)2-]. The magnetic susceptibilities of complexes (1) (L = 5-NO2-phen) and (2) (L = DMbpy) were measured in the 4.2–300 K range, giving the parameters,J = -335cm-1 (1) andJ= -327.5cm-1 (2). The results demonstrate a very strong antiferromagnetic exchange interaction between the adjacent copper(II) ions. 相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the extended phloroglucinol-ligand H(3)felden based on the trialdehyde 2,4,6-triformylphloroglucinol and its trinuclear Cu(II)(3) complex [(felden){Cu(bpy)}(3)](ClO(4))(3) is presented. This study is motivated to optimize analogous extended phloroglucinol-ligands based on the triketone 2,4,6-triacetylphloroglucinol, which transmit ferromagnetic interactions by the spin-polarization mechanism between three Cu(II) ions and have therefore been applied as the central ligand backbone for a class of heptanuclear single-molecule magnets in a supramolecular approach. A detailed NMR spectroscopic study reveals that the ligand H(3)felden is not in the usually anticipated enol-imine form but in the tautomeric keto-enamine form. The presence of a C(3h) and a C(s) symmetric isomer results in a set of four different signals for each proton. In conjunction with FTIR, electronic absorption spectroscopy, and bond length considerations, it also appears that the complex [(felden){Cu(bpy)}(3)](ClO(4))(3) must be considered as a resonance hybrid of an enolate-imine and a keto-enamine form. A strong contribution of the keto-enamine resonance structure with loss of the central π system explains the weak but ferromagnetic interactions between the Cu(II)S = 1/2 spins. This detailed analysis identifies the strong resonance with unsaturated groups in 2,4,6-position of phloroglucinol as the main source for the low ferromagnetic couplings by the spin-polarization mechanism in these ligands. This provides a synthetic handle to improve the spin-polarization mechanism in these ligands by replacing the imine with amine functions. 相似文献

Polycyclic molecules were obtained in good yields by double C(sp(2))-H/C(sp(3))-H arylations mediated by a single palladium/phosphine catalyst. Both double intermolecular/intramolecular and intramolecular/intramolecular C-C couplings were performed successfully, which indicates that this concept has a broad applicability for the rapid construction of molecular complexity. 相似文献

Reactions of [PtMe3(OCMe2)3](BF4) and [(PtMe3I)4] with pyrazole (pzH) afforded mononuclear pyrazole platinum(IV) complexes [PtMe3(pzH)3](BF4) (1) and [PtMe3I(pzH)2] (2), respectively. The formation of dinuclear pyrazolato bridged platinum(IV) complexes (PPN)[(PtMe3)2(μ-pz)3] (3), (PPN)[(PtMe3)2(μ-I)(μ-pz)2] · 1/2Et2O (4) and [K(18C6)][(PtMe3)2(μ-I)(μ-pz)2] (5) was achieved by the reaction of each 1 and 2 with [PtMe3(OCMe2)3](BF4) in the presence of KOAc followed by reaction with (PPN)Cl (PPN+ = bis(triphenylphosphine)iminium cation) and 18C6, respectively. The reaction of complex 4 with AgO2CCF3 followed by addition of RSR′ (R/R′ = Me/Me, Me/Ph) resulted in the formation of complexes [(PtMe3)2(μ-pz)2(μ-RSR′)] (R/R′ = Me/Me, 6; Me/Ph, 7). All complexes were characterized unambiguously by microanalysis and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopic investigations. Additionally, crystal structures of complexes 3 and 4 as well as DFT calculation are presented. Three new binudear cobalt (II) complexes with extended te-tracarboxylato- bridge have been synthesized and characterized, namely [Co2 (PMTA) (bpy)4] (1), [Co2(PMTA)-(phen)4] (2) and [Co2(PMTA) (NO2phen)4] (3), where PMTA represents the tetraanion of pyroniellitic acid, and bpy, phen, NO2-phen denote 2,2'-bipyridine, 1,10-phenan-throline; 5-nirto-1, 10-plienanthroline, respectively. Based on elemental analyses, molar conductivity measurements, IR and electronic spectra studies, it is proposed that these complexes have PMTA-bridged structures and consist of two cobalt (II) ions, each in a distorted octahedral environment. These complexes were further characterized by variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements (4-300 K) and the observed data were successfully simulated by the equation based on the spin Hamiltonian operator, giving the exchange integral J = - 1.02 cm-1 for 1, J = -1.21 cm-1 for 2 and J = - 1.18 cm-1 for 3, respectively. At room temperature, the chain-like polymeric copper (II) complexes bridged by bis (diphenylphosphino oxide) ethane (dppeO2), [Cu(dppeO2)X2]n[X=Cl(1), Br(2)] have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, 31P NMR, TG-DTA and X-ray analysis for [ CuBr2 (dppeO2) ] n The chain is composed of subunits containing tetrahedron coordinated copper (II) atoms. The four-coordinated copper (II) atom is ligated to another four-coordinated copper (II) atom through dppeO2. The coordination sphere of copper(II) atom is completed by two monodentate bromide and two oxygen atoms from bridging dppeO2. Crystal data are as follows: C26-H24CuP2BnO2, 0.50 mm× 0.40 mm×0.40 mm, monoclin-ic, space group: C2/c, λ= 0.07107 nm(Mo Ka), a = 1.2286(2) nm, b=2.0555(8) nm, c = 1.0652(2) nm, β = 97.366(9)°, V = 2.668nm3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.628 g·cm-3, R = 0.066; Rw = 0.091. 相似文献

Reaction of the ruthenium(IV) chloro-bridged dimer [{Ru(η3 : η3-C10H16)Cl(μ-Cl)}2], 1, with ethanethiol (EtSH) in CH2Cl2 gives the bridged-cleaved adduct [Ru(η3 : η3-C10H16)Cl2(SHEt)], 2. Stirring of two molar equivalents of 2 in methanol with one equivalent of 1 gives the binuclear, mixed chloro/thiolato bridged compound [{Ru(η3 : η3-C10H16)Cl} 2(μ-SEt)], 3. The related doubly thiolato bridged complex [{Ru(η3 : η3-C10H10)Cl(μ-SEt)}2], 4, is formed by treatment of 1 with an excess of EtSH, or by prolonged stirring of 2 alone in methanol. Compounds 2–4 have been studied by cyclic voitammetry. The dialkynyl complexes cis-[Pt(C CR)2L2] [R = Ph, L2 = 2PPh3, 2PEt3, dppe (dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane]; R ---tBu, L2 = 2PPh3, dppe) react with silver perchlorate in a molar ratio 1:0.5 to give platinum-silver perchlorate salts of the type [Pt2 Ag(C CR)4L4](ClO4) in excellent yield. The X-ray crystal structure of [Pt2Ag(C = CPh)4(PPh3)4](ClO4) 1 shows that the cation is formed by two nearly orthogonal cis-[Pt(C CPh)2(PPh3)2] units connected through a silver cation which is unsymmetrically π-bonded to all four acetylene fragments. Similar reactions of cis-[Pt(C CR)2L2] with one equivalent of AgClO4 afford cationic complexes of general formula [PtAg(C CR)2L2](ClO4), which are believed to be salts, [Pt2Ag2(C CR)4L4](ClO4)2. 相似文献

Novel bridged platinum(II) biscarbene complexes are reported: 1,1′-dimethyl-3,3′-methylene-4-diimidazolin-2,2′-diylidene platinum(II) (3) and 1,1′-dimethyl-3,3′-ethylene-4-diimidazolin-2,2′-diylidene platinum(II) complexes 4 are directly accessible in high yields starting from platinum halides. The one-pot synthesis obviates the need for multi-step reactions via metal precursors or free carbenes. An X-ray crystal structure of 1,1′-dimethyl-3,3′-methylene-4-diimidazolin-2,2′-diylidene platinum(II) dibromide (3b) confirmed the structural similarity to the known corresponding palladium complexes. Since free 1,1′-di-R-3,3′-methylene-4-diimidazolin-2,2′-diylidenes are only available in low yields this synthetic route provides an easy access to the corresponding carbene complexes. 相似文献
