给出了一个通用可行的无人机侦察航迹分层规划方法,并应用到第十三届"华为杯"全国研究生数学建模竞赛A题第一问中.将无人机侦察航迹规划问题划分为四个层次,从上至下分别是目标群间侦察顺序优化,目标群内各目标侦察顺序优化,侦察点位优化,转弯设计,依次求解获得侦察航迹.通过分层解算方法既有效控制了算法复杂度,又能在确保满足复杂约束的同时优化无人机在敌方雷达探测区域内的暴露时间.  相似文献

Container vessel stowage planning is a hard combinatorial optimization problem with both high economic and environmental impact. We have developed an approach that often is able to generate near-optimal plans for large container vessels within a few minutes. It decomposes the problem into a master planning phase that distributes the containers to bay sections and a slot planning phase that assigns containers of each bay section to slots. In this paper, we focus on the slot planning phase of this approach and present a Constraint Programming and Integer Programming model for stowing a set of containers in a single bay section. This so-called slot planning problem is NP-hard and often involves stowing several hundred containers. Using state-of-the-art constraint solvers and modeling techniques, however, we were able to solve 90% of 236 real instances from our industrial collaborator to optimality within 1 second. Thus, somewhat to our surprise, it is possible to solve most of these problems optimally within the time required for practical application.  相似文献

Strategic planning, by nature, is concerned with the organization's interaction with its environment and is normative because it deals with organizational motives and self image. The salient problem confronting strategic planning is to reflect the abstract and implicit value system held by management within a disciplined and informed analytical methodology.The Gas Research Institute has developed a strategic planning process, centered upon the annual development of a projection of the U.S. energy/economic situation. The process, which requires collaboration of top management and analytical staff, brings current environmental data and sophisticated methodology to bear on the outlook for the gas industry and gas-related technologies, but it ensures that analytical judgements will be influenced and, if necessary, overriden by current management values. Contradictions between managament perceptions and objective analysis are raised and resolved in an explicit process.  相似文献

This paper looks at planning within the present distribution environment, paying particular attention to recent trends and developments. The idea of a depot as the traditional building block of a distribution network is questioned and the various functions of a regional depot are explored.The concept of a transit point as a simple alternative to a depot is developed and examples are given of its use in practice. Several refinements are available, particularly in the area of trailer technology, and these are discussed. The necessary support system for transit point operation is identified and finally the implications for distribution planning are considered.  相似文献

Forest planners face a dilemma. On the one hand, they desire more detail than they currently have in their planning optimization models, and on the other hand, these models are already extremely large and complex. This sort of problem is common in other natural resource management situations as well. This paper investigates an iterative multilevel approach that would allow districts within the forest to have models approaching the size and complexity of current forest models, but still approximate a forest-level optimum. A specific procedure based on equating shadow prices across districts is developed and tested with a case example where a global optimum is determinable as a standard of comparison. The procedure shows promise, but difficulties in recognizing optimality are indicated.  相似文献

This paper addresses the short-term capacity planning problem in a make-to-order (MTO) operation environment. A mathematical model is presented to aid an operations manager in an MTO environment to select a set of potential customer orders to maximize the operational profit such that all the selected orders are fulfilled by their deadline. With a given capacity limit on each source for each resource type, solving this model leads to an optimal capacity plan as required for the selected orders over a given (finite) planning horizon. The proposed model considers regular time, overtime, and outsourcing as the sources for each resource type. By applying this model to a small MTO operation, this paper demonstrates a contrast between maximal capacity utilization and optimal operational profit.  相似文献

This paper introduces an original planning model which integrates production, human resources and cash management decisions, taking into account the consequences that decisions in one area may have on other areas and allowing all these areas to be coordinated. The most relevant characteristics of the planning problem are: (1) production capacity is a non-linear function of the size of the staff; (2) firing costs may depend on the worker who is fired; (3) working time is managed under a working time account (WTA) scheme, so positive balances must be paid to workers who leave the company; (4) there is a learning period for hired workers; and (5) cash management is included. A mixed integer linear program is designed to solve the problem. Despite the size and complexity of the model, it can be solved in a reasonable time. A numerical example, the main results of a computational experiment and a sensibility analysis illustrate the performance and benefits of the model.  相似文献

We consider an assortment planning problem where the objective is to minimize the expected time to sell all items in the assortment. We provide several structural results for the optimal assortment. A travel-time model for a person-onboard order picking system   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The design of an order picking system in a distribution center depends on several decisions, where a key decision is determining the optimal storage system configuration (the number, length, and height of the storage aisles). To make this decision, a throughput model that considers vertical, as well as horizontal, travel is needed. In this paper we extend prior research that considers horizontal travel for a given number and length of the storage aisles so that we are also able to consider the height of the aisles as well. Such a model will provide a more accurate estimate of the throughput of an order picker and it will also permit an examination of the tradeoff between the length and height of the aisles. The analytical model we develop to estimate throughput is based on probability models and order statistics results assuming random storage. It is intended for person-onboard order picking systems and we consider both Tchebychev and rectilinear travel. We illustrate the use of our travel-time model by incorporating it into a simple, cost-based optimization model to recommend the height of a one-pallet-deep storage system.  相似文献
