Velocities of solid phase and liquid phase in debris flow are one key problem to research on impact and abrasion mechanism of banks and control structures under action of debris flow. Debris flow was simplified as two-phase liquid composed of solid phase with the same diameter particles and liquid phase with the same mechanical features. Assume debris flow was one-dimension two-phase liquid moving to one direction, then general equations of velocities of solid phase and liquid phase were founded in two-phase theory. Methods to calculate average pressures, volume forces and surface forces of debris flow control volume were established. Specially, surface forces were ascertained using Bingham's rheology equation of liquid phase and Bagnold's testing results about interaction between particles of solid phase. Proportional coefficient of velocities between liquid phase and solid phase was put forward, meanwhile, divergent coefficient between theoretical velocity and real velocity of solid phase was provided too. To state succinctly before, method to calculate velocities of solid phase and liquid phase was obtained through solution to general equations. The method is suitable for both viscous debris flow and thin debris flow. Additionally, velocities every phase can be identified through analyzing deposits in-situ after occurring of debris flow. It is obvious from engineering case the result in the method is consistent to that in real-time field observation.  相似文献

建立了高速列车头车的有限元模型,运用有限元软件LS-DYNA模拟了头车碰撞刚性墙的冲击过程。在碰撞发生时,原有设计方案的牵引梁主体的变形以整体屈曲为主,不利于缓冲吸能。在对原设计的耐撞性分析的基础上,建议对原有牵引梁结构加以改进,并在前端增加两组不同尺寸和厚度的带圆角的方管作为缓冲吸能管,考虑了在缓冲管中填充泡沫铝与否,形成了4种设计方案。数值模拟结果表明,与原设计方案相比,新方案的整个头车的吸能量有大幅度提高,刚性墙反力的峰值也有一定程度的降低,采用大的圆角半径的厚管并填充泡沫铝的方案的改进效果最明显。  相似文献

The effect of liquid viscosity on the initiation of slug flow was studied in horizontal 2.52 and 9.53 cm pipelines. The results show the stabilizing effect of viscosity predicted by Lin & Hanratty, and are at variance with analyses which use a long-wavelength inviscid approximation. For very viscous liquids a stability analysis which recognizes that slugs originate from a train of small-wavelength sinusoidal waves seems consistent with the measurements.  相似文献

A series of experiments were performed to improve understanding of the hydrodynamic mechanisms relevant to the flooding phenomenon in gas-liquid countercurrent flow through vertical short multitube geometries. In addition to the conventional measurements of global hydrodynamic parameters such as phasic flow rates and two-phase pressure drops, the local time-varying thicknesses of the liquid films trickling down the individual tubes were measured by means of conductance probes mounted flush at different locations of the inner wall surfaces. A PC-based data acquisition and analysis system was developed to collect these highly fluctuating data and to make detailed statistical analyses. The experimental results and visual observations revealed two dominant hydrodynamic instability mechanisms that have not been well taken into account by the existing semiempirical models.  相似文献

The asymptotic and numerical investigations of shock-induced boundary layers in gas-particle mixtures are presented.The Saffman lift force acting on a particle in a shear flow istaken into account.It is shown that particle migration across the boundary layer leads tointersections of particle trajectories.The corresponding modification of dusty gas model isproposed in this paper.The equations of two-phase sidewall boundary layer behind a shock wave moving at aconstant speed are obtained by using the method of matched asymptotic expansions.Themethod of the calculation of particle phase parameters in Lagrangian coordinates isdescribed in detail.Some numerical results for the case of small particle concentration aregiven.  相似文献

Using the multivision technique, a new void fraction measurement method was developed for bubble and slug flow in a small channel. The multivision system was developed to obtain images of the two-phase flow in two perpendicular directions. The obtained images were processed—using image segmentation, image subtraction, Canny edge detection, binarization, and hole filling—to extract the phase boundaries and information about the bubble or slug parameters. With the extracted information, a new void fraction measurement model was developed and used to determine the void fraction of the two-phase flow. The proposed method was validated experimentally in horizontal and vertical channels with different inner diameters of 2.1, 2.9, and 4.0 mm. The proposed method of measuring the void fraction has better performance than the methods that use images acquired in only one direction, with a maximum absolute difference between the measured and reference values of less than 6%.  相似文献

In this paper, the basic equations of two-phase liquid metal flow in a magnetic field are derived, and specifically, two-phase liquid metal MHD flow in a rectangular channel is studied, and the expressions of velocity distribution of liquid and gas phases and the ratioK 0 of the pressure drop in two-phase MHD flow to that in single-phase are derived. Results of calculation show that the ratioK 0 is smaller than unity and decreases with increasing void fraction and Hartmann number because the effective electrical conductivity in the two-phase case decreases. To gain a better understanding of the fluid–structure interaction and especially when dealing with a flow around an arbitrarily moving body, it is essential to develop measurement tools enabling the instantaneous detection of moving deformable interface during the flow measurements. A particularly useful application is the determination of unsteady turbulent flow velocity field around a moving porous fishing net structure which is of great interest for selectivity and also for the numerical code validation which needs a realistic database. To do this, a representative piece of fishing net structure is used to investigate both the Turbulent Boundary Layer (TBL) developing over the horizontal porous moving fishing net structure and the turbulent flow passing through the moving porous structure. For such an investigation, Time Resolved PIV measurements are carried out and combined with a motion tracking technique allowing the measurement of the instantaneous motion of the deformable fishing net during PIV measurements. Once the two-dimensional motion of the porous structure is accessed, PIV velocity measurements are analyzed in connection with the detected motion. Finally, the TBL is characterized and the effect of the structure motion on the volumetric flow rate passing though the moving porous structure is clearly demonstrated.  相似文献

为了研究弹丸起爆后岩土碎屑的抛掷特性, 针对爆炸后侵彻通道内复杂的气固两相流动问题,提出了一种FLUENT软件与EDEM软件联合的数值模拟方案,分析了不同深径比条件下钻地通道内介质碎屑的抛掷过程。进一步研究了介质碎屑运移特性的影响因素。结果表明:介质碎屑的运移能力与爆炸荷载峰值成正比,与钻地通道深径比及碎屑粒径成反比。  相似文献

为探究回转体在高速入水过程中的结构强度,基于非线性有限元LS-DYNA软件中流固耦合任意拉格朗日-欧拉(arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian, ALE)方法,分析了不同壁厚的回转体以100 m/s的初速度入水过程中的冲击力特性和结构强度。结果表明:数值计算得到的入水冲击压强峰值和速度衰减曲线与相应的理论值吻合较好,从而验证了数值方法的有效性;入水冲击载荷峰值出现在结构入水瞬间,结构入水后冲击载荷急剧变小且微小震荡;回转体的结构形式对其在高速入水过程中的结构强度有重要影响,尤其回转体头部厚度影响回转体结构强度,当回转体头部厚度为8 mm、后体壁厚大于2.5 mm时,可以保证回转体强度要求。

Based on the tensor analysis of water-sediment two-phase flow, the basic model equations for clear water flow and sediment-laden flow are deduced in the general curve coordinates for natural water variable-density turbulent flow. Furthermore, corresponding boundary conditions are also presented in connection with the composition and movement of non-uniform bed material. The theoretical results are applied to the calculation of the float open caisson in the construction period and good results are obtained.  相似文献

Based on three-dimensional (3D) acceleration sensing, an intelligent particle spy capable of detecting, transferring, and storing data, is proposed under the name of Particle Measurement Sensor (PMS). A prototype 60-mm-dia PMS was tested to track its freefall in terms of velocity and displacement, and served as a particle spy in a fluidized bed delivering the in situ acceleration information it detects. With increasing superficial gas velocity in the fluidized bed, the acceleration felt by PMS was observed to increase. The variance of the signals, which reflect the fluctuation, increased at first, reaching a maximum at the gas velocity (Uc) which marks the transition from bubbling to turbulent fluidization. Through probability density distribution (PDD) analysis, the PDD peak can be divided into the emulsion phase peak and the bubble phase peak. The average acceleration of emulsion and bubble phase increased, while the variance of both phases reached a maximum at Oc, at the same time. However, the difference between the variances of two phases reached the maximum at Oc. Findings of this study indicate that PMS can record independent in situ information. Further, it can provide other in situ measurements when equipped with additional multi-functional sensors.  相似文献

The flow of a liquid film sheared by high velocity gas stream in a horizontal rectangular duct was investigated using a high-speed laser-induced fluorescence technique. Measurements of local film thickness were resolved in both longitudinal and transverse coordinates with high spatial and temporal resolution. It was found that the generation of fast and slow ripples by the disturbance waves was qualitatively the same as it was observed earlier in completely different conditions. The transverse size and curvature of the disturbance waves and ripples were measured. A relationship between the three-dimensional structure of ripples on top of disturbance waves and the two mechanisms of liquid entrainment, known as ‘bag break-up’ and ‘ligament break-up’, is proposed.  相似文献

In this work, the drag coefficient and the void fraction around a tube subjected to two-phase cross flow were studied for a single tube and for a tube placed in an array. The drag coefficients were determined by measuring the pressure distribution around the perimeter of the tube. Single tube drag data were taken when the tube was held both rigidly and flexibly. The test tube was made of acrylic and was 2.2 cm in diameter and 20 cm in length. In the experiments, liquid Reynolds number ranged from 430 to 21,900 for the single tube and liquid gap Reynolds number ranged from 32,900 and 61,600 for the tube placed in a triangular array. Free stream void fraction was varied from 0 to 0.4. At low Reynolds numbers, the ratio of two-phase to single-phase drag coefficient is found to be a strong function of εGr/Re2. However, at high Reynolds numbers only void fraction is the important parameter. Empirical correlations have been developed for the ratio of two-phase drag on a single tube and on a tube placed in an array.  相似文献

In horizontal annular dispersed pipe flow the liquid film at the bottom is thicker and rougher than at the top of the pipe. A turbulent pipe flow experiencing a variation of roughness along the pipe wall will show a secondary flow. Such secondary flow, consisting of two counter-rotating cells in the cross-section of the tube, can change the distribution of the droplets inside the pipe and their deposition at the wall. Here, we compare the behaviour of the droplets (dispersed phase) with and without secondary flow, using large-eddy simulations. It is shown that the presence of secondary flow increases the droplet concentration in the core of the pipe and the droplet deposition-rate at the top of the pipe.  相似文献

柔性结构与空气动力耦合形成的系统呈现出丰富的非定常、非线性流动和结构动力学行为,对其气动弹性效应合理地控制和利用,能够大幅度提高飞机机翼、风力机叶片等结构的气动性能,并使其具有气动自适应能力.本文总结了近年来与气弹效应应用相关的研究进展及存在的问题,具体介绍了薄膜翼型的流动控制特性、柔性壁面减阻技术以及Sinha扰流装置的发展过程、主要成果以及未来发展趋势,着重对相关试验、流固耦合数值分析、Lagrangian拟序结构动力学等理论分析方法进行总结,展示了气弹效应在流动控制方面的巨大潜力和深远的学术意义,以便更多的研究人员开展该领域的研究工作.  相似文献
