It is well-known that several classical results about Calderón–Zygmund singular integral operators can be extended to X-valued functions if and only if the Banach space X has the UMD property. The dependence of the norm of an X-valued Calderón–Zygmund operator on the UMD constant of the space X is conjectured to be linear. We prove that this is indeed the case for sufficiently smooth Calderón–Zygmund operators with cancellation, associated to an even kernel. Our method uses the Bellman function technique to obtain the right estimates for the norm of dyadic Haar shift operators. We then apply the representation theorem of T. Hytönen to extend the result to general Calderón–Zygmund operators. 相似文献

Let n be a positive odd integer. In this paper, combining some properties of quadratic and quartic diophantine equations with elementary analysis, we prove that if n > 1 and both 6n 2 ? 1 and 12n 2 + 1 are odd primes, then the general elliptic curve y 2 = x 3+(36n 2?9)x?2(36n 2?5) has only the integral point (x, y) = (2, 0). By this result we can get that the above elliptic curve has only the trivial integral point for n = 3, 13, 17 etc. Thus it can be seen that the elliptic curve y 2 = x 3 + 27x ? 62 really is an unusual elliptic curve which has large integral points. 相似文献

This paper studies the linear EV model when replicate observations are made only on independent variables. We construct the estimates of regression coefficients and prove the consistency and asymptotic normality under some proper conditions. In this paper, we consider an iteration process of Halpern’s type for finding a common element of the set of solutions of an equilibrium problem and the set of fixed points for a quasi-nonexpansive mapping with perturbation in a Hilbert space and then prove a strong convergence theorem for such iterations. Using this result, we obtain new strong convergence theorems in a Hilbert space. In particular, we solve partially an open problem posed by Kurokawa and Takahashi (Nonlinear Anal 73:1562–1568, 2010) concerning Halpern’s iterations. 相似文献

We prove that if a metric measure space satisfies the volume doubling condition and the Caffarelli–Kohn–Nirenberg inequality with the same exponent $n \ge 3$ , then it has exactly the $n$ -dimensional volume growth. As an application, if an $n$ -dimensional Finsler manifold of non-negative $n$ -Ricci curvature satisfies the Caffarelli–Kohn–Nirenberg inequality with the sharp constant, then its flag curvature is identically zero.
