Summary By use of an approximate band-structure treatment based on the EHMO approach, the energy band structures for the Zn-doped superconductor YBa2Cu3–x Zn x O y were calculated in the present paper and the influence of partial substitution of zinc for copper on the electronic structures for orthorhombic YBa2Cu3Oy was studied. From analysis of the band structures and the densities of states for YBa2Cu3–x Zn x O y , it was demonstrated that the 2D Cu-O planes in the Y-Ba-Cu-O superconducting system have a direct and dominant influence on superconductivity, whereas the role of the 1D Cu-O ribbons and the O(4) atoms is also of some importance.  相似文献

The bulk superconducting YCa2Cu3O7−δ compounds are prepared at an ordinary pressure of oxygen by conventional solid-state reaction method. The formation of sample is tested by means of XRD and is studied for their ac susceptibility below room temperature up to 77.5 K. The samples are found single-phase orthorhombic structure and found superconducting at 83.5 K. It is shown that the analysis is consistent with published data on YBa2Cu3O7−δ oxide superconductor.  相似文献

以醋酸锰、氢氧化锂和三氧化二铟为原料,以柠檬酸为配位剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂In的尖晶石LiMn2-xInxO4(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.05),采用XRD、SEM对目标材料进行了结构和形貌表征,采用恒流充放电、循环伏安(CV)以及交流阻抗(EIS)谱测试对材料进行了电化学性能表征,考察了不同In掺杂量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,当In掺杂量为1%时,LiMn1.99In0.01O4样品具有纯的尖晶石锰酸锂结构,在0.5C和3.4~4.35 V电压范围条件下,LiMn1.99In0.01O4的初始放电容量为119.9 mAh.g-1,经过1C 30次,2C 30次,再0.5C 5次循环后,其放电容量保持率为84.9%,显示了良好的电化学性能。掺杂1%的In的样品比未掺杂的样品具有更优的高温循环稳定性能。  相似文献

The Fe3O4-Prussian blue (PB) nanoparticles with core-shell structure have been in situ prepared directly on a nano-Fe3O4-modified glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry (CV). First, the magnetic nano-Fe3O4 particles were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. Then, the properties of the Fe3O4-PB nanoparticles were characterized by CV, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and superconducting quantum interference device. The resulting core-shell Fe3O4-PB-modified electrode displays a dramatic electrocatalytic ability toward H2O2 reduction, and the catalytic current was a linear function with the concentration of H2O2 in the range of 1 × 10−7~5 × 10−4 mol/l. A detection limit of 2 × 10−8 (s/n = 3) was determined. Moreover, it showed good reproducibility, enhanced long-term stability, and potential applications in fields of magnetite biosensors.  相似文献

Interaction energies between two similar plane parallel double layers for (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 or (NH4)2Cu(SO4)2 type complex salt electrolytes at positive surface potential were expanded in a power series and accurate numeral results were given for 0.1 ≤ y e  < y 0 ≤ 20. The general expressions were given for the interaction energies of A ν +B ν′ +Cν? type complex salt electrolytes at y > 0. The interaction energies for simple salts NaCl, CaCl2, Na2SO4, FeCl3, Na3PO4, Mg3(PO4)2, Al2(SO4)3, and complex salts (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 or (NH4)2Cu(SO4)2 at y 0 = 1 were compared. There was hardly difference between these simple salts and this complex salt for the interaction energies. The interaction energy for complex salt (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 was close to that for simple salt Na3PO4.

An efficient and scalable process for the synthesis of antihypercholesterolemic drug ezetimibe through chiral Evans auxiliary (S)-4-phenyl-2-oxazolidinone is described. The key steps in this process are the condensation of (S)-3-(5-(4-fluorophenyl)-5,5-dimethoxypentanoyl)-4-phenyloxazolidin-2-one and N-(4-((tert-butyldimethylsilyl)oxy)benzylidene)-4-fluoroaniline, and the stereoselective reduction of ezetimibe-ketone with NaBH4/I2, which is first applied in the synthesis of ezetimibe. The process is concise, mild, easy to operate, and highly stereoselective (99.6% of de value of ezetimibe). In addition, three diastereomers of ezetimibe are synthesized and served as the references in quality control of the product.  相似文献

以TiF3和Ti(OBu-n)4为催化剂, 研究了Ti离子掺杂对MgH2和Mg2NiH4放氢性能的影响. 结果表明, 未掺杂的MgH2起始放氢温度为420 ℃, 掺杂TiF3和Ti(OBu-n)4后分别降低到360和410 ℃; Mg2NiH4在掺杂TiF3后放氢温度由230 ℃降低到220 ℃, 而掺杂Ti(OBu-n)4后没有变化. 可见无论对MgH2或Mg2NiH4, 在降低放氢温度方面TiF3都明显优于Ti(OBu-n)4. 另外, 研究还发现, TiF3掺杂对MgH2放氢动力学有显著的提高, 但对Mg2NiH4没有明显的提高. 结合XRD和FTIR的测试分析, 我们认为: 催化作用很大程度上取决于氢化物自身的晶体结构和催化剂的电子结构; 降低氢化物放氢温度和提高动力学性能的原因是催化剂与氢化物之间的相互作用削弱了氢化物中Mg—H或Ni—H键, 使得活泼的H…H原子对容易形成, 从而有利于H2的释出.  相似文献

The series La2 − x Sr x NiO4 (x = 0.0, 0.05, 0.15, 0.25, 0.35, and 1.0) was tested for functionality as electrode materials for direct electrochemical reduction of NO. The materials were tested using cyclic voltammetry in 1% NO and 10% O2 in Ar on a cone-shaped electrode. The best materials for the electrochemical reduction of NO are La2NiO4 and LaSrNiO4, which have current densities for NO reduction 1.82 and 7.09 times higher, respectively, than for O2 at 400 °C. Increasing the temperature decreased the ability to reduce NO before O2 while the activity increased. The adsorbed species during direct decomposition was attempted, clarified using X-ray absorption near-edge structure experiments and thermogravimetry, but no conclusive results were obtained.  相似文献

先以BaCO3和Bi2O3为原料由传统的固相反应制备纯BaBiO3,然后在低温下将用KOH-KF熔盐处理这样的拓扑反应合成了Ba1-xKxBiO3超导体. 所有样品均进行了粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和磁性表征. XRD结果表明,所得Ba1-xKxBiO3样品均为纯相,且均可用赝立方晶胞指标化. 磁性测量表明所有样品具有超导电性,最高超导转变温度(Tc)为30.6 K. 讨论了反应时间、前驱体与熔盐质量比对超导转变温度的影响. 最佳的反应条件为:反应温度450 ℃,反应时间4 h,BaBiO3:KOH:KF质量比1:5:2.5.  相似文献

The Raman spectra of N2O4 solutions in organic solvents have been recorded. The frequencies ofv 1,v 2, andv 3 bands of N2O4 increase with increasing solvent electron-donor properties. Especially large changes ofv 3 N-N stretching band have been observed (254.5 cm–1 in n-hexane, 276.5 cm–1 in 1,4-dioxane). The ab initio calculations have shown that the interaction between N2O4 and electron-donor molecules causes an increase of N-N and N-O stretching and O-N-O bending force constants of N2O4 in agreement with the results of Raman study.  相似文献

Three new hybrid crystals of 2-aminophenol-HClO4 (2-AP-HClO4, 1), 3-aminophenol-HClO4 (3-AP-HClO4, 2) and 4-aminophenol-HClO4 (4-AP-HClO4, 3) were obtained and their crystal structures determined. The 1 crystallises in centrosymmetric space group C2/c of monoclinic system while the other two (2 and 3) crystallise in the non-centro symmetric space group P21 and P212121, respectively. The oppositely charged units of the crystals, i.e. positively charged 2-APH+, 3-APH+ and 4-APH+ and ClO4, interact via weak N+–HO and O–HO hydrogen bonds forming 3D-supramolecular network. Relative to KDP the SHG efficiencies are 0.62 for 2 and 0.33 for 3, measured at 1064 nm using the Kurtz–Perry method.  相似文献

It was hypothesized that the formation of polypeptide bonds inside a lamellar superconducting compound such as 2H-TaS2 could enhance the superconducting transition temperature. The preparation of tantalum disulfide intercalated with polyglycine is described. The intercalated systems were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. Superconducting transition temperatures were also measured. The results show that the system 2H-TaS2/polyglycine does not have a more favourableT cvalue than 2H-TaS2/glycine.  相似文献

NiFe2O4/T-ZnOw复合材料的制备及电磁波吸收性能   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
采用铁氧体化学镀在四角氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)表面包覆NiFe2O4镀层,制备了NiFe2O4/T-ZnOw复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪对镀覆前后T-ZnOw的结构、形貌等进行了表征。利用矢量网络分析仪研究了NiFe2O4/T-ZnOw复合材料的电磁波吸收性能。结果表明,化学镀覆后,在T-ZnOw表面包覆了尖晶石型NiFe2O4镀层,生成了NiFe2O4/T-ZnOw复合材料,该材料为磁损耗型材料。化学镀覆过程中T-ZnOw的装载量会影响复合材料的介电常数和磁导率,当T-ZnOw装载量为0.2g时,所制备的复合材料具有最大的介电常数、磁导率、介电损耗和磁损耗,当吸收层厚度达到3 mm时,反射率在14 GHz处达到-11 dB。  相似文献

The three copper(II)-arsenates were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions; their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods:Cu3(AsO4)2-III:a=5.046(2) Å,b=5.417(2) Å,c=6.354(2) Å, =70.61(2)°, =86.52(2)°, =68.43(2)°,Z=1, space group ,R=0.035 for 1674 reflections with sin / 0.90 Å–1.Na4Cu(AsO4)2:a=4.882(2) Å,b=5.870(2) Å,c=6.958(3) Å, =98.51(2)°, =90.76(2)°, =105.97(2)°,Z=1, space group ,R=0.028 for 2157 reflections with sin / 0.90 Å–1.KCu4(AsO4)3:a=12.234(5) Å,b=12.438(5) Å,c=7.307(3) Å, =118.17(2)°,Z=4, space group C2/c,R=0.029 for 1896 reflections with sin / 0.80 Å–1.Within these three compounds the Cu atoms are square planar [4], tetragonal pyramidal [4+1], and tetragonal bipyramidal [4+2] coordinated by O atoms; an exception is the Cu(2)[4+1] atom in Cu3(AsO4)2-III: the coordination polyhedron is a representative for the transition from a tetragonal pyramid towards a trigonal bipyramid. In KCu4(AsO4)3 the Cu(1)[4]O4 square and the As(1)O4 tetrahedron share a common O—O edge of 2.428(5) Å, resulting in distortions of both the CuO4 square and the AsO4 tetrahedron. In KCu4(AsO4)3 haben das Cu(1)[4]O4-Quadrat und das As(1)O4-Tetraeder eine gemeinsame O—O-Kante von 2.428(5) Å, was eine Verzerrung der beiden Koordinationsfiguren CuO4-Quadrat und AsO4-Tetraeder bedingt. Die zwei Na-Atome in Na4Cu(AsO4)3 sind durch O-Atome [6]-koordiniert, das K-Atom in KCu4(AsO4)3 ist [8]-koordiniert.

First principles calculations are used to anticipate the electrochemistry of polyoxoanionic materials consisting of XO4 − yAy (A = F, N) groups. As an illustrative case, this work focuses on the effect of either N or F for O substitution upon the electrochemical properties of Li2FeSiO4. Within the Pmn21–Li2FeSiO4 structure, virtual models of Li2Fe22.5+SiO3.5N0.5 and Li1.5Fe2+SiO3.5F0.5 have been analyzed. We predict that the lithium deinsertion voltage associated to the Fe3+/Fe4+ redox couple is decreased by both substituents. The high theoretical specific capacity of Li2FeSiO4 (330 mAh/g) could be retained in N-substituted silicates thanks to the oxidation of N3− anions, whilst Li1.5Fe2+SiO3.5F0.5 has a lower specific capacity inherent to the F substitution. Substitution of N/F for O will respectively improve/worsen the electrode characteristics of Li2FeSiO4.  相似文献

采用水热合成法制备了纯菱形相的Zn_2GeO_4纳米棒,研究了水热制备前驱体溶液的pH值对材料尺寸及形貌的影响以及Zn_2GeO_4纳米棒的光学性质。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明,随着前驱体溶液pH值的变化样品逐渐由微米级块状结构生长成为纳米颗粒,并且进一步形成纳米棒结构。纳米棒的尺寸由长200 nm变化到500 nm。室温光致发光(PL)光谱中观察到位于450和530 nm两个不同的发光峰,其分别源于Zn_2GeO_4的不同缺陷能级。  相似文献

通过原位反应法,利用富镍层状金属氧化物LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2(LNCM811)正极材料表面残余的氢氧化锂和碳酸锂,与C8H20O4Ti和(NH4)H2PO4反应,在LNCM811表面原位生成快离子导体LiTi2(PO43(LTP)包覆层。这种原位反应的包覆方法有利于移除LNCM811表面有害的残留物氢氧化锂和碳酸锂。而且,获得的LTP均匀包覆层不仅可以有效地抑制LNCM811表面和电解液的直接接触及其副反应,还可以确保充放电循环过程中LNCM811正极材料的快速Li+传导。因此,在LTP包覆层的多重作用下,LTP包覆的LNCM811正极材料具有优异的循环稳定性和倍率性能:在0.2C时,首次放电比容量高达200.6 mAh·g-1,200圈后的可逆容量依然有155.7 mAh·g-1;在2C和5C的高电流密度下,200圈后的可逆容量仍然有126.4和111.9 mAh·g-1。  相似文献

Studies on photo-catalytic reduction of CO2 using TiO2 photo-catalyst (0.1%, w/v) as a suspension in water was carried out at 350 nm light. CO2 from both commercially available source, as well as generated in situ through 2-propanol oxidation, was used for this study. The photolytic products such as hydrogen (H2), carbon monoxide (CO) andmethane (CH4) generated were monitored in TiO2 suspended aqueous solution with and without a hole scavenger, viz., 2-propanol. Similar photolytic experiments were also carried out with varying ambient such as air, O2, N2 and N2O. The yields of CO and CH4 in all these systems under the present experimental conditions were found to be increasing with light exposure time. H2 yield in N2-purged systems containing 2-propanol was found to be more as compared to the without 2-propanol system. The rate of H2 production in N2-purged aqueous solutions containing 0.1% TiO2 suspension were evaluated to be 0.226 and 5.8 μl/h, without and with 0.5 M 2-propanol, respectively. This confirmed that 2-propanol was an efficient hole scavenger and it scavenged photo-generated holes (h+), allowing its counter ion, viz., e, to react with water molecule/H+ to yield more H2. The formation of both CO and CH4 in the photolysis of CO2-purged aqueous solutions containing suspended TiO2 in absence of 2-propanol reveal that the generation of CH4 is taking place mainly through CO intermediate. In presence of air/O2, the yield of H2 in the system without 2-propanol was observed to be negligible as compared to the system containing 2-propanol in which low yield of H2 was obtained with a formation rate of approx. 0.5 μl/h.  相似文献
