利用X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线吸收近边结构(XANES)方法研究了在Si(100)衬底上及600℃温度条件下用分子束外延(MBE)共蒸发方法生长的MnxSi1-x磁性薄膜的结构.由XRD结果表明,只有在高Mn含量(8%和17%)样品中存在着Mn4Si7化合物物相.而XANES结果则显示,对于Mn浓度在0.7%到17%之间的MnxSi1-x样品,其Mn原子的XANES谱表现出了一致的谱线特征.基于多重散射的XANES理论计算进一步表明,只有根据Mn4Si7模型计算出的理论XANES谱才能够很好的重构出MnxSi1-x样品的实验XANES谱.这些研究结果说明在MnxSi1-x样品中,Mn原子主要是以镶嵌式的Mn4Si7化合物纳米晶颗粒存在于Si薄膜介质中,几乎不存在间隙位和替代位的Mn原子.  相似文献

选用331弱碱性阴离子交换树脂,对微污染水体中的Cr(Ⅵ)和有机态Cr(Ⅲ)进行了分离富集作用研究,考察了酸度、富集时间、洗脱液类型、洗脱液浓度及溶液中共存离子对分离富集过程的影响。研究表明,分别用1.0 mol·L-1 HCl和2.0 mol·L-1 NH4NO3+0.5 mol·L-1 NH3·H2O可以很好分步洗脱有机态Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ),利用ICP-AES测定, 该方法对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限分别为1.1和 1.4 μg·L-1,相应的相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)平均值分别为3.8%和5.6%。该方法适用于自来水、地下水、地表水及生活污水中痕量Cr(Ⅵ)和有机态Cr(Ⅲ)的分离富集及测定。  相似文献

考察了二氧化硅担载铬基催化剂Na-7.5%Cr/SiO2在甲烷-二氧化碳共活化制芳烃(SAMCA)新反应中的催化活性,最佳结果为甲烷转化率4.0%,芳烃选择性48.7%。用扩展X射线吸收精细结构(EXAFS)和X射线吸收近边结构(XANES),以及X光电子能谱(XPS)等方法研究了SAMCA反应催化剂Na-7.5%Cr/SiO2的结构。结果表明,催化剂表面主要存在Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)两种物种,六价铬相对在表面富集,催化剂呈明显的无定形特征。结合其SAMCA反应活性结果,认为催化剂中单金属(铬)双中心(两种氧化态)混合位置对称性结构,即配位不饱和的Td-Cr(Ⅵ)/Oh-Cr(Ⅲ)是该催化剂在SAMCA反应中显示活性的重要原因,提出了可能的SAMCA反应催化剂双位活化机制模型。  相似文献

测试一种含锌蛇毒金属蛋白Acutolysin A不同pH值环境下的XAS曲线,实验结果表明不同的pH值对样品的结构有一定的影响.EXAFS模拟的结果显示,该蛋白晶体PDB数据的精度不足以给出金属离子的精细局域结构.而利用不含氢原子的Cluster从头计算拟合出的XANES谱同样与实验谱有一定的差别,说明氢原子对XANES的贡献不可忽略.实验还发现X射线辐照对样品的损伤较小.  相似文献

建立了反相离子对色谱-电感耦合等离子体-质谱(RPIC/ICP-MS)联用技术测定水中痕量三价铬Cr(Ⅲ)和六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)的分析方法。通过对流动相的组成、浓度、pH值等色谱条件的实验,确定当流动相组成为0.25mmol.L-1乙二胺四乙酸二钠和2mmol.L-1四丁基氢氧化铵,5%(V/V)甲醇,pH=7.0时,成功分离了Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)离子。ICP-MS测定时选用碰撞反应接口技术(CRI)消除40Ar12C+与35Cl16OH+对52Cr+的质谱干扰,Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检出限分别为0.50、0.34μg.L-1,RSD<10%(n=5)。应用于湖北黄冈、黄石、襄阳等地企业废水中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)含量的测定,加标回收率为86.1%—100.1%。与分光光度法比对,实验证明本方法能克服用分光光度法测定水中六价铬由样品本身带来的干扰。  相似文献

用X射线光电子能谱(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, XPS)分析的方法,对铬酸盐钝化镀锡钢板的正常表面及缺陷点处铬元素的含量、价态以及由铬元素组成的化合物进行了研究。用超声波的方法对铬酸盐钝化镀锡钢板进行处理后,研究了超声波处理对缺陷处的铬元素的含量、价态的影响。结果表明,钝化膜中主要含有Cr,O, Sn元素。镀锡铬酸盐钝化膜中正常表面的铬元素主要是以Cr(OH)3,Cr单质以及Cr2O3的形态存在。在对镀锡板表面进行阴极电解钝化的过程中,Cr(Ⅵ)发生了转化,价态降低。在缺陷处,除了有Cr(OH)3和Cr2O3以外,还有微量的Cr(Ⅵ)存在。在缺陷处铬元素的含量低于正常表面,在超声波清洗处理后,缺陷处铬元素的含量明显低于不经超声波清洗的含量。施加的超声波因产生强烈的洗脱作用,使吸附在缺陷处的微量的Cr(Ⅵ)消失。  相似文献

基于纳秒高功率激光辐照高原子序数靶材产生的等离子体M壳层X射线辐射,利用椭圆柱面晶体谱仪进行薄膜单晶Si样品的K边X射线吸收近边结构谱(XANES)静态实验研究;通过详细介绍实验方案,分析椭圆柱面晶体谱仪的原理,得到谱仪的位置-能量色散关系,并对Au、Lu、Yb、Dy、Ta、Co这6种靶材产生的等离子体X射线光谱进行比较。结果表明:通过比较这6种靶材产生的等离子体X射线光谱后发现,在Si的K边(1839eV)附近,Lu、Yb、Dy靶材的激光等离子体M壳层辐射相对其他几种靶材具有较高的光谱亮度,对应的XANES的信噪比较好;实验获得的XANES与FEFF9.0软件计算结果基本符合,验证了单发获得的静态实验数据是可靠的。  相似文献

Two-dimensional scanning of a 0.6328 mum guided-light beam has been realized using noncolinear acousto-optic (AO) coplanar Bragg diffraction together with colinear AO guided-mode to substrate radiation-mode conversion in a Z-cut Xpropagation LiNbO3 proton-exchanged (PE) waveguide. The two surface acoustic (SAW) waves utilized are at the center frequencies of 500 and 200 MHz, propagating in the Y and X axes, respectively. Two-dimensional scanning of approximately 720 resolvable light beam spots, namely, 18 40 (horizontal vertical) scanning, has been demonstrated using a light beam of 1.0 mm aperture. The total number of resolvable beam spots can be greatly increased from 720 by simply utilizing SAW transducers of larger bandwidth and a light beam of greater aperture. It should also be possible to significantly increase the diffraction efficiency from 3 % by optimizing the parameters of the PE waveguide and the SAWs.  相似文献

Results of a study of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of cadmium tungstate crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations are presented. Spectral characteristics of the nondnnnoped crystals are briefly described. Absorption and photo and X-ray luminescence spectra of the crystals taken before and after exposure to γ-radiation (5.5·104 Gy) are compared. It is found that the spectral characteristics of the crystals doped with silver, bismuth, and molybdenum cations do not change markedly after the exposure. The relation between the type of impurity-induced defects, individual characteristics of the impurity cations, and the character of the effect of γ-radiation on the spectral luminescence properties of impure crystals is analyzed (preliminarily). We measure the waveform and phase curves of short optical pulses before and after transmission over different lengths of fibers by use of the pulse analyzer with the frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG),and numerically simulate pulse evolution under the experimental conditions.The nonlinear coefficient of the fiber is given by comparing the experimental results with the numerical ones.Difference between the experiment and numerical simulation is analyzed.  相似文献

Resonance scattering of elastic spherical shell and cylindrical shell while the surrounding fluid medium has absorption is studied. The normal mode solution derived using exact elastic theory and the separation of variables is still applicable. However, the scattering form function has to be modified for the absorbing medium, otherwise the unreasonable result would be obtained. The backscattering form function in the absorbing medium is redefined, and the form function of elastic spherical and cylindrical shell with vacuum or solid matter filled is calculated in various absorption conditions. The results show that the absorption of surrounding fluid leads to notable attenuation of the coincidence resonances in the mid-frequency, but it has a little influence on the low-frequency resonance scattering induced by the filler inside the shell.  相似文献

A versatile and low-cost single-beam self-referenced phase-sensitive surface plasmon resonance(SPR)sensing system with ultra-high resolution performance is presented.The system exhibits a root-mean-square phase fluctuation of ±0.0028.over a period of 45 min.i.e.a resolution of±5.2×10-9 refractive index units.The enhanced performance has been achieved through the incorporation of three design elements:a true single-beam configuration enabling complete self-referencing so that only the phase change associated with SPR gets detected,a differential measurement scheme to eliminate spurious signals not related to the sensor response,and the elimination of retardation drifts by incorporating temperature stabilization in the liquid crystal phase modulato .Our design should bring the detection sensitivity of non-labeling SPR biosensing closer to that achievable by conventional fluorescence-based techniques.  相似文献

Ta2O5 films are prepared on BK7 substrates with conventional electron beam evaporation deposition.The effects of SiO2 protective layers and annealing on the laser-induced damage threshold (LIDT) of the films are investigated.The results show that SiO2 protective layers exert little influence on the electric field intensity(EFI)distribution,microstructure and microdefect density but increase the absorption slightly.Annealing iS effective on decreasing the microdefect density and the absorption of the films.Both SiO2 protective layers and annealing are beneficial to the damage resistance of the films and the latter is more effective to improve the LIDT.Moreover,the maximal LIDT of Ta2O5 films is achieved by the combination of SiO2 protective layers and annealing.  相似文献

Gray cross correlation matching technique is adopted to extract candidate matches with gray cross correla- tion coefficients less than some certain range of maximal correlation coefficient called multi-peak candidate matches. Multi-peak candidates are extracted corresponding to three closest feature points at first. The corresponding multi-peak candidate matches are used to construct the model polygon. Correspondence is determined based on the local geometric relations between the three feature points and the multi-peak candidates. The disparity test and the global consistency checkout are applied to eliminate the remaining ambiguous matches that are not removed by the local geometric relational test. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and accurate.  相似文献

A novel method based on fiber gratings for measuring the effective indices of fiber modes is proposed. The effective index difference between the core mode and a cladding mode was obtained by analyzing the interference fringe of a pair of cascaded long-period fiber gratings. In order to extract the core mode index from the measured index difference, an index matching oil immersion method is proposed. By analyzing the interaction between the cladding mode and the oil applied on the cladding surface, the mode order and the effective index of the involved cladding mode might be calculated. Experimental results about the interference fringe shifts induced by the oil index and the oil-applied length are also presented.  相似文献

Optical Pulse Compression Schemes That Use Nonlinear Bragg Gratings   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Nonlinear optical pulse compression of picosecond pulses typically requires long lengths of optical fiber and multiple components. Periodic structures, such as fiber Bragg gratings, are highly dispersive at wavelengths outside of the photonic bandgap. This implies that such gratings can be used as very short all-fiber compressors. In this paper a number of such compression schemes are reviewed involving uniform and nonuniform fiber Bragg gratings, relying on both soliton and nonsoliton compression principles. Experimental results supporting the corresponding underlying theory are also presented. Finally, an extension of one of the compression schemes is shown, which allows the generation of adjustable high-repetition rate soliton trains.  相似文献
