航天侦察系统中的碳化硅指向摆镜的有限元分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
在航天侦察系统中,由于光学系统的视场角较小,难以满足系统宽覆盖范围的要求,所以往往采用指向摆镜,并绕两轴连续地或间歇地摆动来对地面不同位置的目标进行观测。但是由于空间工作环境会使光学指向摆镜的形状及内部应力发生变化,进而会对其光学特性产生明显的影响,因此对它进行工程分析就显得尤为重要。运用有限元法,对轻量化后的碳化硅指向摆镜在不同加速度条件下的面形和内部应力的变化作了研究和分析,同时对轻量化后的碳化硅指向摆镜在不同的温度场中的面形和内部应力的变化也作了研究和分析,为侦察系统的光学设计和结构设计提供了一些可供参考的数据。 相似文献

在极大望远镜宽视场光谱仪准直镜结构轻量化研究中,实施多学科多目标优化的可行性设计。通过多目标遗传算法结合多学科协同对准直镜轻量化结构进行优化设计,即以镜面形状要素为优化参数、镜面面型和质量为目标,并借助遗传算法为优化算法获取Pareto最优解。对比研究了不同轻量化孔轻量化后综合性能和轻量化后准直镜的热稳定性,三角型轻量化后准直镜轻量化率为70%,PV值为82.696 nm; 矩形轻量化孔准直镜轻量化率为75.3%,PV值约为107.03 nm; 准直镜环境温度变化为10 K时,准直镜形变约增加一倍。研究结果表明:三角形轻量化孔综合评价优于矩形孔; 准直镜结构轻量化多目标优化设计全面考虑了准直镜结构轻量化、轻量化孔形状要素和光学面型形变等多学科之间耦合问题,设计者可按需选择全局范围内最满意的最优解,这将大幅度降低开发成本和周期。 相似文献

根据快速控制反射镜系统(快反系统)对平面反射镜的设计要求,对快反镜的轻量化结构进行了优化设计。选择比刚度大、热变形系数小的碳化硅为镜坯材料,采用背部开槽式结构减重,背部3点式支撑,对不同筋宽和镜面厚度等多种轻量化方案进行了有限元分析。结果表明:筋宽越大,镜体刚度越好,但筋宽增大到一定程度时,反射镜刚度的改善程度减缓;镜面越厚,镜体内应力、自重变形越大。结合反射镜设计要求和有限元分析结果,加工制备了筋宽为4 mm,镜面厚度为4 mm的碳化硅反射镜,镜体轻量化率达55%。实测反射镜的面形精度,其RMS值不超过λ/30,与分析结果相符,满足系统的使用要求。 相似文献

In thin film electronic applications, the limiting factor, in terms of cost and usability, is generally the substrate material. As a consequence, different materials are being investigated as potential lightweight, inexpensive and flexible substrates. In this respect, we have been the first research collaboration to produce silicon-based electronics on paper substrates. Here we present structural characterisation of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) layers deposited on 80 g m−2 wood-free paper, with and without an intermediate metallic interlayer, using low temperature hot wire chemical vapour deposition (HW-CVD). Both pulsed positron beam profiling and X-ray diffraction studies indicate that the growth rate on the uncoated substrate is slightly higher than with prior metallization. There is no evidence of a crystalline phase or voids in the a-Si:H layers. The internal defect structure is similar, with a dominant dangling bond complex of similar size, which has a slightly longer lifetime than in layers grown at higher temperatures on conventional substrates. 相似文献

With the promotion of intelligent substations, more and more robots have been used in industrial sites. However, most of the meter reading methods are interfered with by the complex background environment, which makes it difficult to extract the meter area and pointer centerline, which is difficult to meet the actual needs of the substation. To solve the current problems of pointer meter reading for industrial use, this paper studies the automatic reading method of pointer instruments by putting forward the Faster Region-based Convolutional Network (Faster-RCNN) based object detection integrating with traditional computer vision. Firstly, the Faster-RCNN is used to detect the target instrument panel region. At the same time, the Poisson fusion method is proposed to expand the data set. The K-fold verification algorithm is used to optimize the quality of the data set, which solves the lack of quantity and low quality of the data set, and the accuracy of target detection is improved. Then, through some image processing methods, the image is preprocessed. Finally, the position of the centerline of the pointer is detected by the Hough transform, and the reading can be obtained. The evaluation of the algorithm performance shows that the method proposed in this paper is suitable for automatic reading of pointer meters in the substation environment, and provides a feasible idea for the target detection and reading of pointer meters. 相似文献

Vehicles carrying hazardous material (hazmat) are severe threats to the safety of highway transportation, and a model that can automatically recognize hazmat markers installed or attached on vehicles is essential for intelligent management systems. However, there is still no public dataset for benchmarking the task of hazmat marker detection. To this end, this paper releases a large-scale vehicle hazmat marker dataset named VisInt-VHM, which includes 10,000 images with a total of 20,023 hazmat markers captured under different environmental conditions from a real-world highway. Meanwhile, we provide an compact hazmat marker detection network named HMD-Net, which utilizes a revised lightweight backbone and is further compressed by channel pruning. As a consequence, the trained-model can be efficiently deployed on a resource-restricted edge device. Experimental results demonstrate that compared with some established methods such as YOLOv3, YOLOv4, their lightweight versions and popular lightweight models, HMD-Net can achieve a better trade-off between the detection accuracy and the inference speed. 相似文献

为研发新型的涂层检测方法,本文在分析和研究现阶段涂层质量检测技术的基础上,通过对输电线路绝缘子RTV涂层施涂质量的抽检实验,提出一种新型且适用于非金属基体表面涂层质量的检测方法——敲击测声法,用于基体为陶瓷、玻璃等高硬度材料,涂层为橡胶等低硬度材料的质量检测,可以保证在不损伤被测涂层的情况下检测涂层厚度、均匀度等质量指标。当基体与涂层有较明显硬度差别时,通过相同力度敲击被测涂层表面,检测返回的声强峰值(即分贝数值),判断非金属基体表面涂层质量的差异,并在检测软件Wensn Sound Link界面实时显示检测数据的变化,直观地反映检测结果。此方法对航天、电力、机械制造等多个领域的涂层检测具有良好的推广应用价值。 相似文献

表面抛光可能给K9基片带来额外的杂质和吸收,分离K9基片的表面吸收率与体吸收率有助于改进基片的加工质量和抛光工艺,对抗损伤能力研究具有重要意义。分析了激光量热法测量弱吸收的原理,采用符合ISO 11551要求的激光量热计测量K9基片的弱吸收。对相同工艺抛光的不同厚度K9基片进行了弱吸收表征,实验发现K9基片的弱吸收随着厚度增加近似线性增大。推导了表面吸收率和体吸收率的计算式,实验得出本样品的表面吸收率为1.2110-5,体吸收率远大于表面吸收率,体吸收系数为1.7210-3/cm。实验结果显示所用K9样品的吸收主要来自于材料本身,改善抛光工艺对降低其吸收率作用不大。 相似文献
