用超临界流体色谱法进行了生育酚异构体的分离研究。在实验温度303.15K~343.15K和压力14~22MPa范围内,考察了ODS柱上温度、压力和密度与容量因子和选择性的关系,得到了生育酚在超临界色谱中的最佳分离条件:温度为343.15K,压力为20MPa,CO2流量750mL/min。  相似文献

以超临界CO2作为流动相,在压力15.0-20.0MPa,温度25-50℃,携带剂乙醇或正己烷的浓度分别为0-30%和0-20%的范围内考察了番茄红素及其氧化产物在C18色谱柱上的保留值的变化规律,确定了最佳的分离条件。对超临界丙烷萃取的番茄红素原料、萃取产物及萃余物进行了定量分析,考察了重复性及平行性。结果表明:在优化条件下,番茄红素的保留时间在3min以内,定量结果的重复性与平行性好。  相似文献

Abstract

An HPLC detector was modified to operate as a low pressure on-line supercritical fluid extraction detector. Spectra of CO2 and fluorene are presented of pressures ranging from 85 to 150 atm. Both the intensity and emission wavelength of fluorene were effected by CO2 pressure. As pressure increased, the emission intensity also increased and the emission shifted to a shorter wavelength. The intensity of CO2 emission decreased by increasing pressure. The emission wavelength of CO2 was unaffected by pressure. A detection limit for fluorene was found to be 5 μg per extraction. The minimal detectable mass was 25 μg (± 8% RSD) per extraction.  相似文献

本文在 Martire 等人以平均场晶格模型处理超临界流体色谱(SFC)保留值方法的基础上,提出修正函数的假设,结合实验数据确定了修正函数的具体表达式为△′=(0.01605+0.02387n_■)ρ~3_■/T,-(0.01382+0.02055n_■)ρ~4_■/T_■。经过修正后的保留值方程可在较大密度范围内(ρ_■:0.705~1.632)定量描述正构烷烃在非极性柱上,超临界流体 CO_2中的保留值变化规律。  相似文献

One way of collecting extracted analytes after a supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) is to pass the depressurized fluid through a trap composed of a solid adsorbent. The influence of the adsorbent nature on the trap efficiency has been studied. First, the retention factors of each compound of a polarity test mix (tetracosane, naphthalene, fluoranthene, acetophenone, N,N-dimethylaniline, 2-naphthol, decanoic acid) have been determined on five high specific area (greater than 800 m2/g) polymeric phases by supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). The comparison of this values with those obtained on octadecyl silica (ODS) showed that polymeric phases have the greatest retention power. After that, the efficiency of a solid trap filled with the greatest retention power polymeric adsorbent was evaluated by using pure carbon dioxide and 2.5%, 5%, 10%, and 20% methanol-modified carbon dioxide. As expected, this trap permitted a quantitative collection of all the former compounds even when a content as high as 10% of methanol was implemented. A solid trap filled with ODS adsorbent allowed quantitative collection of all the compounds only at a methanol content lower than 2.5%.  相似文献

In supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) compressed gases in the region of their critical temperature are used as mobile phases. SFC has important advantages over gas chromatography (GC) for the separation of low-volatile or thermally unstable substances. Like high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) and gel chromatography, it is used for various special applications and preparative separations, e.g. in the petroleum industry and in the separation of oligomers. SFC is of great interest in fundamental research on fluid extraction and for the determination of the physicochemical properties of fluid systems. In this contribution the most important physicochemical, methodological, and instrumental principles of SFC are summarized; characteristic physicochemical applications are the determination of capacity ratios, partition coefficients, partial molar volumes, interaction second virial coefficients, and difusion coefficients.  相似文献

Complex mixtures of chlorophyll degradation products may arise during processing and storage of vegetable oil and green plant materials like broccoli and spinach. Determination of these compounds is important in the area of food chemistry. Therefore a method using packed column supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) has been developed. The method comprises chromatography using a simple gradient of methanol in carbon dioxide at constant column back pressure of 30 MPa and a column temperature of 40°C. Effects of pressure and mobile phase composition showed the importance of applying a modifier gradient for optimal separation of the chlorophyll products. The method permits separation of 15 chlorophyll derivatives including chlorophyll a and b, pheophytins, and pyropheophytins on a C18 column in about 20 minutes. Identifications of the individual peaks were based on reference compounds, the retention order of the compounds, and their absorption spectra.  相似文献

介绍了一种用改性的超临界二氧化碳萃取和离线的反相高效液相色谱分析银杏叶提取物中银杏酸含量的方法。对萃取条件进行了优化,结果表明以硅胶为载体,在30MPa、55℃条件下,8%甲醇作改性剂时的超临界二氧化碳对银杏酸有最理想的回收率和选择性。最小检测限为0.42mg/L。  相似文献
