In the title complex, [Ag(NO3)(C6H7N3O)]n or [Ag(NO3)(pyaoxH2)] (pyaoxH2 is N‐hydroxypyridine‐2‐carboxamidine), the Ag+ ion is bridged by the pyaoxH2 ligands and nitrate anions, giving rise to a two‐dimensional molecular structure. Each pyaoxH2 ligand coordinates to two Ag+ ions using its pyridyl and carboxamidine N atoms, and the OH and the NH2 groups are uncoordinated. Each nitrate anion uses two O atoms to coordinate to two Ag+ ions. The Ag...Ag separation via the pyaoxH2 bridge is 2.869 (1) Å, markedly shorter than that of 6.452 (1) Åvia the nitrate bridge. The two‐dimensional structure is fishscale‐like, and can be described as pyaoxH2‐bridged Ag2 nodes that are further linked by nitrate anions. Hydrogen bonding between the amidine groups and the nitrate O atoms connects adjacent layers into a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Two series of isostructural C3‐symmetric Ln3 complexes Ln3 ? [BPh4] and Ln3 ? 0.33[Ln(NO3)6] (in which LnIII=Gd and Dy) have been prepared from an amino‐bis(phenol) ligand. X‐ray studies reveal that LnIII ions are connected by one μ2‐phenoxo and two μ3‐methoxo bridges, thus leading to a hexagonal bipyramidal Ln3O5 bridging core in which LnIII ions exhibit a biaugmented trigonal‐prismatic geometry. Magnetic susceptibility studies and ab initio complete active space self‐consistent field (CASSCF) calculations indicate that the magnetic coupling between the DyIII ions, which possess a high axial anisotropy in the ground state, is very weakly antiferromagnetic and mainly dipolar in nature. To reduce the electronic repulsion from the coordinating oxygen atom with the shortest Dy?O distance, the local magnetic moments are oriented almost perpendicular to the Dy3 plane, thus leading to a paramagnetic ground state. CASSCF plus restricted active space state interaction (RASSI) calculations also show that the ground and first excited state of the DyIII ions are separated by approximately 150 and 177 cm?1, for Dy3 ? [BPh4] and Dy3 ? 0.33[Dy(NO3)6], respectively. As expected for these large energy gaps, Dy3 ? [BPh4] and Dy3 ? 0.33[Dy(NO3)6] exhibit, under zero direct‐current (dc) field, thermally activated slow relaxation of the magnetization, which overlap with a quantum tunneling relaxation process. Under an applied Hdc field of 1000 Oe, Dy3 ? [BPh4] exhibits two thermally activated processes with Ueff values of 34.7 and 19.5 cm?1, whereas Dy3 ? 0.33[Dy(NO3)6] shows only one activated process with Ueff=19.5 cm?1.  相似文献

The synthesis and single crystal X‐ray structure determination are reported for the 2,2′ : 6′,2″‐terpyridine (= tpy) adduct of bismuth(III) nitrate. The hydroxide‐bridged dimer [(η2‐NO3)2(tpy)Bi(μ‐OH)2Bi(tpy)(η2‐NO3)2] with nine‐coordinate geometry about Bi was the only isolable product from all crystallization attempts in varying ratios of Bi(NO3) : terpy.; [(η2‐NO3)2(tpy)Bi(μ‐OH)2Bi(tpy) · (η2‐NO3)2] is triclinic, P 1, a = 7.941(8), b = 10.732(9), c = 11.235(9) Å; α = 63.05(1), β = 85.01(1), γ = 79.26(1)°, Z = 1, dimer, R = 0.058 for N0 = 2319.  相似文献

The triply bridged title dinuclear copper(II) compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)(OH)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)](NO3)2·H2O, (I), consists of a [Cu22‐CH3COO)(μ2‐OH)(phen)22‐OH2)]2+ cation (phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline), two uncoordinated nitrate anions and one water molecule. The title cation contains a distorted square‐pyramidal arrangement around each metal centre with a CuN2O3 chromophore. In the dinuclear unit, both CuII ions are linked through a hydroxide bridge and a triatomic bridging carboxylate group, and at the axial positions through a water molecule. The phenanthroline groups in neighbouring dinuclear units interdigitate along the [010] direction, generating several π–π contacts which give rise to planar arrays parallel to (001). These are in turn connected by hydrogen bonds involving the aqua and hydroxide groups as donors with the nitrate anions as acceptors. Comparisons are made with isostructural compounds having similar cationic units but different counter‐ions; the role of hydrogen bonding in the overall three‐dimensional structure and its ultimate effect on the cell dimensions are discussed.  相似文献

A novel 3D polymeric heteropolynuclear sodium(I) lead(II) complex containing different ligands, [NaPb(ClO4)(en)(NO2)2] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR, and 1H‐, 13C‐, and 207Pb‐NMR spectroscopy. The single‐crystal X‐ray data of [NaPb(ClO4)(en)(NO2)2]n established that the complex is a three‐dimensional polymer, [(en)Pb(μ3‐ONO)2Na(μ3‐ONO)2Na(μ‐O2ClO2)Na]n. The Pb and Na atoms have four‐ and eight‐coordinate geometry, respectively. The lone pair of electrons at the PbII atom is ‘stereochemically active’.  相似文献

Polynuclear Cobalt Complexes. V. Preparation of tetrakis (ethylenediamine)-μ-peroxo-μ-amido and μ-peroxo-μ-thiocyanato-dicobalt (III) complexes starting from tetrakis (ethylenediamine)bis-(ammine)-μ-peroxo-dicobalt (III)-tetraperchlorate Racemic tetrakis (ethylenediamine)-μ-peroxo-μ-amido-dicobalt (III) thiocyanate and its corresponding hydroperoxo- and superoxo-complexes have been isolated from [(en)2(NH3)Co(O2)(NH3)(en)2](ClO4)4. A new binuclear peroxo complex containing thiocyanate as bridging ligand was prepared by the same method. The stretching frequencies of the CN- and CS-group as well as the NCS-bending frequence in the IR. spectrum of [(en)2Co(O2, SCN)Co(en)2](NO3)3 suggest that the μ-thiocyanato group is N-bonded (2050, 750, 475 cm?1). A comparison of IR. spectra of known singly and doubly bridged μ-peroxo complexes is made. Characteristic absorption bands, assignable to ν(O? O) and ν(Co? O) are given.  相似文献

d, h-μ-Benzylalkoxophosphonato-e-μ-alkoxo-f-μ-oxo-bis[trichloroantimony(V)] Compounds The binuclear antimony(V) complexes Cl3Sb(O)[R3(R1O)PO2](OR2)SbCl3 1 – 6 with R1 = R2 = CH3, C2H5 and R3 = C6H5CH2, (CH3)3C6H2CH2 in solution slowly exchanges the R2 groups between the oxygen atoms of the Sb2O2 ring. The SbOPOSb ringsystem makes rapid pseudorotation. The isomeres are detected by nmr spectroscopy. 1 (R1 = R2 = CH3) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 1247.0, b = 1324.1, c = 1207.9 pm and Z = 4. 2 (R1 = CH3, R2 = C2H5) and 5 (R1 = R2 = CH3, R3 = (CH3)3 · C6H2CH2) crystallizes triclinic in the space group P-1 with a = 984.1, b = 1026.7, c = 1079.9 pm, α = 87.93, β = 75.70, γ = 87.62° and Z = 2 and a = 1164.6, b = 1296.9, c = 1712.9 pm, α = 109.9, β = 96.3, γ = 100.2° and Z = 4 resp., with two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit.  相似文献

In the title compound, [La2(C8H4O4)2(C6H4NO2)2]n, there are two crystallographically independent La centres, both nine‐coordinated in tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries by eight carboxylate O atoms and one pyridyl N atom. The La centres are linked by the carboxylate groups of isonicotinate (IN) and benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (BDC2−) ligands to form La–carboxylate chains, which are further expanded into a three‐dimensional framework with nanometre‐sized channels by La—N bonds. In the construction of the resultant architecture, in tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries by eight carboxylate O atoms and one pyridyl N atom, while the BDC ligands link to four different cations each, displaying penta‐ and heptadentate chelating–bridging modes, respectively.  相似文献

A novel 1D polymeric lead(II) complex containing the first Pb2‐(μ‐N3)2 motif, [Pb(phen)(μ‐N3)(μ‐NO3)]n (phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline), has been synthesized and characterized. The single‐crystal X‐ray data showed the coordination number of Pb2+ ions to be eight (PbN4O4) with the Pb2+ ions having “stereo‐chemically active” electron lone pairs; the coordination sphere is hemidirected. The chains interact with each other via π‐π interactions to create a 3D framework.  相似文献

In the title polymeric heterometallic compound, {[Cu3Gd(C6H4NO2)3Cl3(H2O)2]·0.5H2O}n, comprising copper(I) and gadolinium(III) cations bridged by nicotinate (nic) ligands and chloride anions, the GdIII centers display a bicapped trigonal prismatic geometry, defined by six carboxylate O atoms and two water molecules. For copper(I), one Cu center is three‐coordinated by three chloride ions and displays a trigonal–planar geometry; the other two Cu centers are four‐coordinated and display a very distorted tetrahedral geometry. The chloride anions act in μ2‐ and μ3‐bridging modes, linking the CuI ions into an infinite chain. The nic ligand exhibits a tridentate coordination mode, with the carboxylate O atoms linking to two GdIII ions and the N atom linking to one CuI ion. Thus, a novel three‐dimensional heterometallic coordination polymer is constructed from Gd–carboxylate subunits and Cu—Cl chains. In addition, intra‐ and intermolecular O—H...O and O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds are also observed within the three‐dimensional structure. Topologically, the framework represents an unusual 3,6‐connected (4.82)3(410.65) net.  相似文献

A twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n, has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The asymmetric unit consists of a divalent CdII atom, one 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,3‐BMIB) ligand and one fully deprotonated 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (NO2‐BDC2−) ligand. The coordination sphere of the CdII atom consists of five O‐donor atoms from three different NO2‐BDC2− ligands and two imidazole N‐donor atoms from two different 1,3‐BMIB ligands, forming a distorted {CdN2O5} pentagonal bipyramid. The NO2‐BDC ligand links three CdII atoms via a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and a μ2‐η21 bridging mode. The title compound is a twofold interpenetrating 3,5‐connected network with the {42.65.83}{42.6} topology. In addition, the compound exhibits fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The behaviour of Be4O(NO3)6 under electron impact is similar to that of its carboxylato analogues, Be4O(RCO2)6 where R is H, alkyl or halogenated alkyl. In all these systems, the dissociation of the molecular ions is dominated by steric interactions. The major fragmentations involve the elimination of N2O5 or (RCO)2O and Be(NO3)2 or Be(RCO2)2 from the ions [M-NO3]+ or [M-RCO2]+. The results obtained confirm the structural similarity of the nitrato complex to tetra-nuclear beryllium oxocarboxylates.  相似文献

dh-μ-Carboxilato-e-μ-hydroxo-f-μ-oxo-bis[trichloroantimonies(V)] Structure and Spectroscopic Investigations The title compounds can be prepared by reaction of SbCl5 · H2O and RCOOH (R ? CF3, CCl3, CHCl2, CH2Cl, CH3, CH3CH2, (CH3)2CH, H) or by reaction of H5O2+SbCl6? and RCO2SbCl4 in good yields. 1H-NMR investigations proove that there is a rapid exchange between the components in the reaction mixture. The vibrational spectra are discussed in view of the CO2 vibrations and hydrogen bonding. The crystal and molecular structure of dh-μ-Trichloroacetato-e-μ-hydroxo-f-μ-oxo-bis[trichloroantimony(V)] is determined by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C9H10NO3)2(NO3)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, contains CuII atoms and l ‐tyrosinate (l ‐tyr) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands in a 2:2:1 ratio. Each Cu atom is coordinated by one amino N atom and two carboxylate O atoms from two l ‐tyr ligands, one N atom from a 4,4′‐bipy ligand, a monodentate nitrate ion and a water molecule in an elongated octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cu atoms are bridged by the bidentate carboxylate groups into a chain. These chains are further linked by the bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligands, forming an undulated chiral two‐dimensional sheet. O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the sheets in the [100] direction. This study offers useful information for the engineering of chiral coordination polymers with amino acids and 4,4′‐bipy ligands by considering the ratios of the metal ion and organic components.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pb(C6H4NO2)(N3)(H2O)]n, the Pb ion is seven‐coordinated by three N atoms from three azide ligands, two O atoms from two isonicotinate (inic) ligands and two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, forming a distorted monocapped triangular prismatic coordination geometry. Each azide ligand bridges three PbII ions in a μ1,1,3 coordination mode to form a two‐dimensional three‐connected 63 topology network extending in the bc plane. The carboxylate group of the inic unit and the aqua ligand act as coligands to bridge PbII ions. Adjacent two‐dimensional layers are connected by hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the isonicotinate N atom and the water molecule, resulting in an extended three‐dimensional network. The title complex is the first reported coordination polymer involving a p‐block metal, an azide and a carboxylate.  相似文献
