The selective synthesis of [26]hexaphyrin(1.1.1.1.1.1) has been achieved by the reaction of meso-substituted tripyrrane and N-sulfonyl aldimine. The protocol is simple and requires only a catalytic amount of copper(II) triflate under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

N-Sulfonyl imines have been synthesized in good to excellent yields from aldehydes and chloramine-T using proline as an organocatalyst in aqueous medium at ambient temperature. The protocol is applicable to a wide range of aldehydes, especially enals exhibit remarkable efficiency in the reaction. The reaction presumably occurs via iminium activation and opens new avenues for the synthesis of N-sulfonyl imines under environmentally benign and mild conditions.  相似文献

An eco-friendly protocol for the synthesis of various 2-sulfonyl quinolines/pyridines through sulfonylation of heteroaromatic N-oxides with sodium sulfinates in water under metal-and oxidant-free conditions has been developed. The high reaction efficiency, operational simplicity, short reaction time, air-and moisture-insensitive conditions and remarkable functional group compatibility make the developed protocol very attractive for the preparation of 2-sulfonyl N-heteroaromatic compounds.  相似文献

A convenient and metal-free protocol for the highly regioselective sulfonylation of NH-1,2,3-triazoles is described. A range of readily accessible NH-1,2,3-triazoles were sulfonylated with various aryl sulfinates in the presence of molecular iodine. The scope was extended to thiosulfonates as an efficient sulfonylating agent and nitrochromene derived triazoles were also explored for selective N-sulfonylation. A variety of synthetically viable N2-sulfonyl triazoles were obtained in moderate to high yields with excellent regioselectivities via N–S bond construction under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

An in situ generated cationic Pd(II)/bipyridine-catalyzed nucleophilic addition of arylboronic acids to N-sulfonyl arylaldimines was developed and optimized, and the reaction was proceeded highly efficiently and conveniently in CH3NO2. A series of arylboronic acids and N-sulfonyl arylaldimines were surveyed, and 12 of 13 examples gave 90~96% yields.  相似文献

In the presence of a secondary amine, treatment of α-keto esters with fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides at room temperature afforded N-sulfonyl protected β-amino-α-keto esters in good to excellent yields. This reaction provided a novel, direct and convenient access to N-sulfonyl protected β-amino-α-keto esters from α-keto esters and fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides under mild conditions. However, the reaction of fluoroalkanesulfonyl azides with β-ketoester enamines afforded two products: N-fluoroalkanesulfonyl amidines and diazoacetate. The reaction mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

A new method was developed to prepare N-sulfonyl amidine compounds through three-component reaction of aryl diazonium salts with sulfonamides and acetonitrile, in which, nitrilium ion intermediate, generated from the reaction of aryldiazonium salt with nitrile, was subsequently trapped by sulfonamides. A series of N-sulfonyl amidine derivatives were synthesized by using various types of aryl diazonium salts, sulfonamides and nitriles. In addition, indolyl imine products could also be prepared by using indole as the nucleophile to trap nitrilium ion intermediate.  相似文献

The reaction of N,N-dichloro-2-methylbenzenesulfonamide with trichloroethylene gave a new representative of highly electrophilic N-sulfonyl polyhaloaldehyde imines, 2-methyl-N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene) benzenesulfonamide. High reactivity of the product was demonstrated in the addition of water and 2-methylbenzenesulfonamide and reactions with benzene, toluene, anisole, thiophene, and 2-chlorothiophene. N,N-Dichlorobenzenesulfonamides and N,N-dichlorotrifluoromethanesulfonamide failed to react with 1,1,3,3,4,4-hexachlorobut-1-ene and 1,1,2,3,4-pentachlorobuta-1,3-diene under the conditions ensuring formation of N-(2,2,2-trichloroethylidene)arenesulfonamides from N,N-dichloroarenesulfonamides and trichloroethylene.  相似文献

在以单质碘(I2)为催化剂, 叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为氧化剂条件下, 使烯醇硅醚与各种取代的磺酰肼发生自由基磺酰化反应, 经自由基加成和氧化反应, 再水解脱去三甲基碘硅烷(Me3SiI), 在最优条件下, 以22%~72%的收率合成了22种具有不同取代基的α-磺酰基酮衍生物, 采用核磁共振波谱表征了终产物的结构. 实验结果表明, 该方法具有良好的底物普适性, 氟、 氯、 硝基、 三氟甲基、 呋喃和萘等取代基团均能顺利发生转化, 得到相应的目标产物.  相似文献

The studies on the development of a highly enantioselective oxidation of N-sulfonyl imines with hydrogen peroxide–trichloroacetonitrile system utilizing P-spiro chiral triaminoiminophosphoranes as an organic base catalyst are detailed. This method is general and scalable, and exhibits unique chemoselectivity, providing a practical stereoselective route to structurally diverse N-sulfonyl oxaziridines. The mechanistic investigations reveal that the reaction proceeds through the Payne-type oxidation pathway. The synthetic utility of the optically active N-sulfonyl oxaziridines as versatile organic oxidants and chiral building blocks is also demonstrated.  相似文献

The acid-catalyzed rearrangement of 5-alkyl-2-[2-(sulfonylamino)phenyl]furans into 2-(2-oxoalkyl)indoles is described. When the N-sulfonyl group in the starting compounds was displaced by an N-acyl group, the corresponding indoles were not formed under the same reaction conditions due to the in situ indole deacylation and decomposition. The presence of an alkyl group at the C5 position of the furan ring is also crucial for the efficiency of the process. The discussed rearrangement provides a simple and efficient approach to 2-(2-oxoalkyl)indoles.  相似文献

The cyclic disulfide and the bis-β-sulfanyl ethyl ester derived from dithiol, N,N′-1,2-phenylenebis(3-methyl-3-sulfanylbutanamide) were used as precursors to prepare upon oxidation the cyclic disulfide-S-oxides and the thioether sulfur oxidized species including thioether/sulfoxide, bis-sulfoxide, sulfoxide/sulfone, and bis-sulfone. Ring cleavage with KOH/EtOH of the cyclic disulfide-S-monooxide followed by reaction of the opened intermediate with ethyl acrylate afforded the sulfinate/β-sulfanyl ethyl ester derivative. Selective oxidation with 1 and 2 equiv of (3S)-3-tert-butyl-3-methyl-2-(phenylsulfonyl)oxaziridine or with 3 equiv of DMD led to the isolation of a series of compounds containing a sulfonate and a β-sulfanyl, a β-sulfinyl, and a β-sulfonyl ethyl ester. Retro-Michaël reaction applied to the β-sulfonyl/β-sulfinyl and bis-β-sulfonyl derivatives enabled to produce compounds containing a sulfinate and a β-sulfinyl or a β-sulfonyl ethyl ester as well as the bis-sulfinate dianion. DMD oxidation of the latter afforded the bis-sulfonate dianion. All these anionic species were characterized by 1H NMR, mass spectrometry, HRMS or elemental analysis. Sulfenates in such pseudopeptidic structures could not be isolated from the ring cleavage of the cyclic disulfide-S-dioxide or from a retro-Michaël reaction applied to the β-sulfinyl ethyl ester. A cyclization reaction leading to an isothiazolidin-3-one is likely to occur as observed from the ring cleavage of the cyclic disulfide-S-dioxide. Finally, Ni(II) and Co(III) have been inserted into the disulfinate dianion leading to the corresponding diamidato/disulfinato complexes S-bonded to Ni(II) or Co(III) centers.  相似文献

An efficient and facile synthesis of quinoline-4-carboxylic esters/acids by TMSCl-promoted reaction of easily available N,N-dimethylenaminones and isatins in alcohols/water has been developed. The improved Pfitzinger reaction involves esterification and cyclization in one-step process, and in situ formed a carboxylic ester/acid group (CO2R or COOH) at the 4-position of quinoline ring. Moreover, the key features of this protocol are readily available starting materials, good functional group tolerance, mild reaction conditions, operational simplicity, and feasibility of scale up.  相似文献

Reaction of N-δ-alkenyl-N′-sulfonyl urea 1 with N-iodosuccinimde (NIS; 2 equiv) and a catalytic amount of AgOTf (20 mol %) at room temperature led to intramolecular alkoxyamination to form bicyclic isourea 2a in 95% isolated yield. In comparison, reaction of 1 with NIS and sodium bicarbonate (1 equiv) at room temperature led to isolation of bicyclic imidazolidin-2-one 2b in 91% yield. These NIS-mediated alkoxyamination and diamination protocols were effective for a range of N-δ-alkenyl-N′-sulfonyl ureas to form the corresponding heterobicyclic compounds in good yield with high chemoselectivity and good to excellent diastereoselectivity.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the synthesis of biologically interesting N-aryl-2-iminocoumarins by a copper-catalyzed one-pot procedure has been developed by the reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehydes, malononitrile and arylboronic acids using triethylamine as a base in a bio-mass-derived green solvent 2-MethylTHF at room temperature. This protocol allows access to several N-aryl-2-iminocoumarins in high yields in a relatively short period of time under mild reaction conditions. The procedure operates by a simple telescoped process wherein 2-imino-2H-chromene-3-carbonitriles are formed in situ by the reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde, malononitrile, and TEA. Further a subsequent one-pot reaction of imine with the arylboronic afforded the target compounds. To understand the reaction mechanism, MALDI-ESI studies were performed, which showed the in situ generated iminocoumarins to be in ligation cooper to form a copper-iminocoumarin complex thus facilitating the smooth formation of N-aryl-2-iminocoumarins in the reaction. Overall, this protocol is practically valuable, useful in organic synthesis, shows good functional group tolerance and provides access to a diverse array of N-aryl-2-iminocoumarins derivatives.  相似文献

A simple route for the synthesis of δ-amino-β-keto esters and δ-amino-β-diketones is reported. This involves regioselective addition of 1,3-dianions derived from ethyl acetoacetate and acetyl acetone to N-sulfonyl aldimines. Several imine species comprising N-sulfinyl and N-sulfonyl ketimine, oxime, and enamine derivatives were subjected to asymmetric transfer hydrogenation in an azeotropic mixture of formic acid/triethylamine. Among them, the Rh-catalyzed transfer hydrogenation of N-sulfonyl ketimine afforded the corresponding 1-arylalkylamines in excellent yield and with high enantioselectivity.  相似文献
