Reported herein is a copper‐catalyzed SN2′‐selective allylic substitution reaction using readily accessible allylic chlorides and 1,1‐diborylalkanes, a reaction which proceeds with chemoselective C?B bond activation of the 1,1‐diborylalkanes. In the presence of a catalytic amount of [Cu(IMes)Cl] [IMes=1,3‐bis(2,4,6‐trimethylphenyl)imidazole‐2‐ylidene] and LiOtBu as a base, a range of primary and secondary allylic chlorides undergo the SN2′‐selective allylic substitution reaction to produce branched alkylboronates. The synthetic utilities of the obtained alkylboronates are also presented.  相似文献

A novel copper‐catalyzed, highly regio‐ and stereoselective borylcupration of substituted 2,3‐allenamides with bis(pinacolato)diboron producing Z‐β‐borylated β,γ‐unsaturated enoamides has been demonstrated. Due to the unique effect of the amide‐group, perfect regio‐ and stereoselectivity and good to excellent yields have been achieved, which were rationalized by a DFT study.  相似文献

Borylative allyl–allyl coupling using allenes, bis(pinacolato)diboron, and allyl phosphates has been developed in the presence of a copper catalyst bearing an N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand. The reaction affords boryl‐substituted 1,5‐diene derivatives in good to high yields with high regioselectivity and Z selectivity.  相似文献

Copper‐catalyzed enantioselective allyl–allyl coupling between allylboronates and either Z‐acyclic or cyclic allylic phosphates using a new chiral N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand, bearing a phenolic hydroxy, is reported. This reaction occurs with exceptional SN2′‐type regioselectivities and high enantioselectivities to deliver chiral 1,5‐diene derivatives with a tertiary stereogenic center at the allylic/homoallylic position.  相似文献

The scope of the copper‐catalyzed coupling reactions between organoboron compounds and allylic phosphates is expanded significantly by employing triphenylphosphine as a ligand for copper, allowing the use of secondary alkylboron compounds. The reaction proceeds with complete γ‐E‐selectivity and preferential 1,3‐syn stereoselectivity. The reaction of γ‐silicon‐substituted allylic phosphates affords enantioenriched α‐stereogenic allylsilanes.  相似文献

A combination of an in situ generated chiral CuI/DTBM‐MeO‐BIPHEP catalyst system and EtOK enabled the enantioselective SN2′‐type allylic cross‐coupling between alkylborane reagents and γ,γ‐disubstituted primary allyl chlorides with enantiocontrol at a useful level. The reaction generates a stereogenic quaternary carbon center having three sp3‐alkyl groups and a vinyl group. This protocol allowed the use of terminal alkenes as nucleophile precursors, thus representing a formal reductive allylic cross‐coupling of terminal alkenes. A reaction pathway involving addition/elimination of a neutral alkylcopper(I) species with the allyl chloride substrate is proposed.  相似文献

Copper‐catalyzed enantioselective allylic alkylation of azoles with γ,γ‐disubstituted primary allylic phosphates was achieved using a new chiral N‐heterocyclic carbene ligand bearing a naphtholic hydroxy group. This reaction occurred with excellent branch regioselectivity and high enantioselectivity, thus forming a controlled all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic center at the position α to the heteroaromatic ring.  相似文献

Regio‐ and stereoselective installation of boryl and stannyl moieties into a carbon–carbon triple bond of various alkynes has been achieved based on a three‐component coupling reaction by using a diboron and a tin alkoxide with the aid of a copper(II) acetate–tricyclohexylphosphine complex, giving diverse vic‐borylstannylalkenes in a straightforward manner. Carbon–tin and carbon–boron bonds of the resulting borylstannylation product are successively transformed into carbon–carbon bonds by a Migita–Kosugi–Stille and a Suzuki–Miyaura coupling, leading to the formation of (Z)‐tamoxifen with anti‐breast cancer activity.  相似文献

An efficient and convenient synthesis of α‐allyl cyclic amidines has been achieved by applying a novel cascade reaction. Copper(I)‐mediated in situ N‐sulfonyl ketenimine formation from the reaction of a terminal alkyne with sulfonyl azide is followed by an intramolecular nucleophilic attack on the central carbon atom by an allylic tertiary amine, and then an aza‐Claisen rearrangement takes place through a chair transition state to furnish the titled amidines with complete stereocontrol.  相似文献

A copper/phosphoramidite catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation of Z trisubstituted allyl bromides with organolithium reagents is reported. The reaction affords all‐carbon quaternary stereogenic centers in high yields and very good regio‐ and enantioselectivity. An efficient methodology for the stereoselective synthesis of cis‐2,5‐disubstituted pyrrolidines using copper catalyst was developed. The corresponding cis‐2,5‐disubstituted pyrrolidines could be obtained in reasonable yields and with good stereoselectivities in the presence of 4,4′‐di‐tert‐butyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine as ligand and 1‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone as solvent.  相似文献

The copper‐catalyzed sequential hydroboration of terminal alkynes with pinacolborane to prepare 1,1‐diborylalkanes directly from alkynes was studied. Protected propargyl amines, propargyl alcohol derivatives, and simple alkynes regioselectively produced the desired 1,1‐diborylalkanes in good yields with a copper/xantphos catalyst.  相似文献

Copper catalyzed multi‐functionalization of unsaturated carbon‐carbon bonds is a powerful tool for the generation of complex molecules. We report a regiodivergent process that allows a switch between 1,4‐borocupration and 4,1‐borocupration of 1,3‐dienes upon a simple change in ligand. The subsequently generated allyl coppers are trapped in an electrophilic cyanation to selectively generate densely functionalized and synthetically versatile 1,2‐ or 4,3‐borocyanation products.  相似文献

An unprecedented copper‐catalyzed acylnitroso dearomatization reaction, which expands the traditional acylnitroso ene reaction and acylnitroso Diels–Alder reaction to a new type of transformation, has been developed under aerobic oxidation. Intermolecular and intra‐/intermolecular reaction modes demonstrate an entirely different N‐ or O‐acylnitroso selectivity. Hence, we can utilize this reaction as a highly diastereoselective access to a series of new pyrroloindoline derivatives, which are important structural motifs for natural‐product synthesis.  相似文献
