我们通过用电子衍射和高分辨电子显微术对Mg_(32)(Al,Z_n)_(49)合金准晶I相及相应晶体R相结构的研究对比,提出了此合金准晶I相的双三十面体原子团基本结构单元的随机准垛结构模型。进一步,用此随机准垛结构模型分析了合金处于准晶态与晶态之间过渡状态的内部结构,研究了准晶I相到晶体R相的转化过程。最后,对准晶态的结构特性进行了探讨。 相似文献

用选区电子衍射(SAED)和高分辨电子显微术(HREM)研究钙稀土氟碳酸盐矿物及其衍生多晶体结构,发现三种不同的氟碳铈矿(B)与直氟碳钙铈矿(S)具8:6新规则混层结构(B_6S_6-Ⅰ、B_8S_6-Ⅱ和S_8S_6-Ⅲ),确定了各自的晶体结构类型、晶胞参数、堆垛模式及晶体化学式等。高分辨像的观察分析,揭示出三种B_8S_6规则混层结构中的Ce-F离子层以及两个Ce-F离子层之间的CO_3离子组具有不同的排列方式,观察和讨论了上述规则混层结构中的无序夹层及堆垛层错等非均匀结构现象 相似文献

采用分光光度法研究了磺化酞菁镓的二聚现象;测定了二聚常数kd,讨论了PH值、离子强度、水、温度等因素对kd的影响,研究结果表明:磺化酞菁镓的二聚反应可表示成:2SPcGaOH⇔(SPcGa)2O+H2O 且磺化酞菁镓的二聚常数随着离子强度、磺酸基数目、水的浓度的增加而增加。 相似文献

In the present paper, we report the growth of rhodium nanoparticles passivated with n-alkyl thiol molecules using a new synthesis method which is a variation of the Brust phase transfer method.Our method yields extremely small nanoparticles ranging from 1-3 nm in diameter. Depending on the preparation, rhodium nanoparticles are very interesting for many potential applications; however, they are among the less understood noble metal nanoparticles.The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by high resolution electron microscopy (HREM).This is the first report on the formation of many of the rhodium nanoparticle structures described herein. 相似文献

金属有机框架材料(MOFs)的形貌结构对其性能应用具有很大影响,但MOFs普遍存在导电性差且对电子束敏感等问题,在进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试时容易损伤样品,发生荷电现象. 因此摸索合适的测试参数,对获得高质量的MOFs扫描电子显微镜图像具有重要意义. 以MIL-101(Cr)、Fe-MOF、Mn-MOF、ZIF-67(Co)这4种典型的MOFs为例,主要探究了加速电压、电子束流、工作距离、探头及喷金对其成像效果的影响. 结果表明,升高加速电压可有效提高图像分辨率,但同时电子束穿入深度增大,可能导致电荷击穿效应对其表面结构造成破坏. 适当增大束流可提高图像信噪比,但过大的束流会导致纳米颗粒边缘变钝,因此选用0.1~0.4 nA中等束流为佳. 在选择探头时需注意,艾弗哈特-索恩利探头(ETD)和透镜内二次电子(T2)探头所成图像立体感较好,透镜内背散射电子(T1)探头的立体感弱,但衬度较好,柱内二次电子(T3)探头分辨率最佳,但更容易荷电,显得颗粒扁平. 而喷金处理可有效提高样品的导电性. 以上结果对使用SEM探究MOFs形貌结构具有一定的借鉴作用. 相似文献

In horses, there is an increasing interest in developing long-lasting drug formulations, with biopolymers as viable carrier alternatives in addition to their use as scaffolds, suture threads, screws, pins, and plates for orthopedic surgeries. This communication focuses on the prolonged biocompatibility and biodegradation of PLA, prepared by hot pressing at 180 °C. Six samples were implanted subcutaneously on the lateral surface of the neck of one horse. The polymers remained implanted for 24 to 57 weeks. Physical examination, plasma fibrinogen, and the mechanical nociceptive threshold (MNT) were performed. After 24, 28, 34, 38, and 57 weeks, the materials were removed for histochemical analysis using hematoxylin-eosin and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). There were no essential clinical changes. MNT decreased after the implantation procedure, returning to normal after 48 h. A foreign body response was observed by histopathologic evaluation up to 38 weeks. At 57 weeks, no polymer or fibrotic capsules were identified. SEM showed surface roughness suggesting a biodegradation process, with an increase in the median pore diameter. As in the histopathological evaluation, it was not possible to detect the polymer 57 weeks after implantation. PLA showed biocompatible degradation and these findings may contribute to future research in the biomedical area. 相似文献

透射电子显微镜是解析沸石分子筛新结构、 分析结构缺陷和研究活性位点等的有力工具. 应用于分子筛研究的透射电子显微术总体上可以分为图像法和衍射法, 包括透射电子显微镜和扫描透射电子显微图像、 选区电子衍射和三维电子衍射, 通常结合其中的几种方法进行分析. 近年来, 随着电子显微镜硬件性能的不断提升, 特别是球差矫正器的广泛应用及各种适用于分子筛等电子束敏感材料的探测器和图像处理技术的不断革新, 在原子尺度观察分子筛的结构已成为可能. 此外, 利用原位电子显微镜技术研究分子筛的生长和催化反应机理也在逐步展开. 本文按电子显微镜方法分类, 综述了近些年基于电子显微镜的分子筛研究, 包括新结构解析、 手性确认和金属负载等的最新进展. 相似文献

采用孔饱和共浸法制备了一系列具有相同W含量和不同Ni含量的NiW/Al2O3催化剂,并对相应的硫化态催化剂进行了XPS和HREM表征. 结果表明,引入的助剂Ni优先修饰WS2晶粒的边角位置,形成高活性的NiWS相. 催化剂中助剂Ni在噻吩加氢脱硫反应中的显著促进效应(活性提高了约30倍)与形成的NiWS活性相数量有关. 同时,助剂Ni的引入使得催化剂表面WS2晶粒的堆叠程度略有增加,晶片长度略有减小;而且引入助剂后WOx相的硫化度提高了近20%. 但相比之下,活性相织构的变化和硫化度的增大对催化脱硫活性的贡献较小,不是Ni产生助剂效应的主要原因. 相似文献
