考察微波辅助萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法对提取蜘蛛香挥发油化学成分的影响。分别采用微波辅助萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取蜘蛛香挥发油,并用气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)对所提取的挥发油化学成分进行分析。微波辅助萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法制得的蜘蛛香挥油化学成分有一定的差别。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取法,使用正交试验设计方案,以提取率为指标,对萃取温度、萃取压力、分离压力和分离温度等影响因素进行考察。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法萃取栀子花挥发油成分的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力15mPa,萃取温度35℃,分离压力15mPa,分离温度25℃。该方法简便、可靠、选择性高,适于工业化生产。  相似文献

用超临界CO2萃取技术提取白术挥发油,然后用分子蒸馏对所得的萃取物进行精分离,得到蒸出物;超临界萃取物收率为2.42%(w),分子蒸馏蒸出物收率26.3%(w);对超临界萃取物和分子蒸馏蒸出物分别进行GC—MS分析,结果超临界萃取物检测出33个化合物,分子蒸馏蒸出物检测出27个化合物,主要成分均为2,7-二甲氧基-3,6-二甲基萘、γ-芹子烯、大根香叶烯等,但相对含量有区别。  相似文献

超临界CO2萃取异甘草素的提取工艺   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用正交试验与单因素试验相结合方法对异甘草素的超临界CO2提取工艺进行了研究,并与常规索氏提取法的实验结果进行了对比。得到的最佳工艺参数为:萃取压力30 MPa、萃取温度45℃、夹带剂85%乙醇、液固比为5:1、CO2流量10 kg/h、分离压力5.5 MPa、分离温度35℃。实验结果表明,在优化的条件下,超临界CO2萃取异甘草素的提取率为0.035%,异甘草素在提取物中的质量分数为0.84%,分别是索氏提取法提取率的3.5倍,质量分数的3.0倍。超临界CO2萃取异甘草素所用时间短、溶剂用量少、提取效率高、环境友好,是一种高效、快速提取异甘草素的方法。  相似文献

采用超临界CO2萃取技术提取柚子叶的挥发性成分,以挥发油得率为衡量工艺参数的指标,通过正交试验法考察超临界CO2萃取过程中萃取温度、萃取压力、CO2的流量及萃取时间4个因素对柚子叶挥发油得率的影响。结果表明20MPa、萃取温度45℃、CO2流量7kg·h-1、萃取时间120min为最佳工艺。通过GC-MS对挥发油进行分析,从柚子叶挥发油中分离出144个组分,鉴定了61种成分,占化合物检出总量的90.4%。  相似文献

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取核桃楸叶中的挥发油,从核桃楸叶挥发油中分离了57种化合物,用气相色谱/质谱联用法鉴定了51种化合物,占被分离化合物的89.46%,其中烃类(33种,48.03%)、酮类(1种,0.55%)、醇类(5种,25.94%)、酯类(6种,8.43%)、酸类(1种,0.62%)、含氧杂环类(4种,2.62%)及甲酰类(1种,0.65%)等7大类化合物,有3类(27种,51.19%)为已知药用成分,这些数据为新药开发提供了科学信息.  相似文献

Essential oils from the fruit of two species of Evodia rutaecarpa from China (Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. var. officinalis (Dode) Huang and Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth.) have been obtained by hydrodistillation and analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry in order to discern the differences and similarities between the volatile chemical compositions of these species. More than 21 components were identified in essential oils of the studied plants. In the oil of E. rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. var. officinalis (Dode) Huang, the main essential oil ingredients were β-myrcene (44.43%) and β-pinene (39.88%). β-pinene (72.82%), 1R-α-pinene (8.90%) and β-myrcene (1.99%) were the major compounds in the oil of E. rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. The chemical compounds of the essential oils showed that there are only six common compounds between the two species.  相似文献

Extraction of roots of Patrinia rupestris (Pall.) Juss. gave a new iridoid compound, 1β,3α-diethyloxy-7-hydromethyl-4-(3-methyl-butyryloxymethyl)-cyclopenta-4(4a),7(7a)-diene[c]pyran-6-one (1), together with a known compound, (1α,4aα,?6α,7β,7aα)-[4a,5,6,7,7a-hexahydro-6,7-dihydroxy-1-(3-methyl-1-oxobutoxy) cyclopenta[c]pyran-4,7-diyl]bis(methylene) 3-methyl-butanoic acid ester (2). The structure of 1 was characterised by HRESIMS, IR, UV, 1-D NMR and 2-D NMR methods. Compound 2 was isolated from this genus for the first time.  相似文献

Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem. belonging to the Toona family was used as one of the traditional Chinese medicines in China. Based on microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) and headspace solid-phase microextraction followed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, the volatile compounds of Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem. were determined. Results indicated that the optimum condition of the determination of the volatile compounds in Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem. was achieved with the experimental parameters including fiber coating of PDMS/DVB, microwave power of 400 W and irradiation time of 4 min. Under the optimal conditions, for the first time, 45 volatile compounds were separated and identified from the fresh leaves of Toona sinensis (A. Juss.) Roem. The highest content component of the 45 compounds was trans-Caryophyllene (21.422%). Relative standard deviation (RSD) values <9% showed that the present method has good precision. The experimental results demonstrate that MAE-HS-SPME followed by GC–MS is a simple, time-saving and solvent-free method, and it is a potential analytic tool for the determination of the volatile compounds of TCMs.  相似文献

采取超临界CO2萃取和水蒸气蒸馏两种方法提取薤白中的挥发油,比较了两种提取方法得到的挥发油的理化性质,并利用GC-MS对它们进行了定性、定量分析。两种方法的主要提取物均为含硫化合物,但超临界CO2萃取法得到的含硫化合物的数量和质量都高于水蒸气蒸馏法得到的提取物。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取8 h得到的萃取率为1.72%。通过设计的超临界CO2萃取的正交实验,得到了最佳萃取工艺条件为:压力25 MPa,温度40℃,CO2流量为25L/h。最佳萃取时间为120 min,萃取率为4.41%,是水蒸气蒸馏法萃取率的2.8倍。实验结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法简单易行,可以较快速、有效地提取薤白中的挥发油。  相似文献

应用 GC-MS 联用技术对大叶金花草(Stenoloma chusana(L.)Ching)的挥发性成分和脂肪酸进行了检测,共检测出7种挥发性成分和32种脂肪酸,脂肪酸检出量为87.65%,其中饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的53.13%,不饱和脂肪酸占脂肪酸总量的46.87%.该研究为大叶金花草的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据.  相似文献

Antioxidant activities of different extracts obtained from the aerial parts of Vitex pseudo-negundo from Kashan, central Iran, were evaluated for the first time in this study using β-carotene/linoleic acid and scavenging of free-radical (DPPH) assays. Water extract showed the highest activity in both assays. GC-MS analysis of the oil extracted by n-hexane revealed 46 compounds with trans-β-farnesene being the main component. Several new compounds, not reported in the previous literature, were identified in the essential oil of this chemo-type.  相似文献
