In this paper, domain rotations in Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 alloy under a compressive stress applied along various crystallographic axes alone have been investigated on the basis of 3D Stoner-Wohlfarth model by following the conventional free energy minimization procedure. The dependence of both the domain rotations and the strains caused by the compressive stress on the stress directions has been revealed. And it has been found that the anisotropic magnetomechanical effect arises from the dependence of the stress induced anisotropy on the stress direction. This study is very helpful for the better understanding of magnetic behavior of magnetostrictive materials under both stress and field.  相似文献

研究了Terfenol-D材料中巨磁致伸缩的逆效应,即磁机械效应.基于Stoner-Wohlfarth(SW)模型,考虑磁晶各向异性和应力各向异性能,依据自由能极小原理,获得了退磁态下Terfenol-D单晶中磁化强度方向和压应力的关系.采用数值方法求解了平衡条件下的非线性方程组.理论结果表明,Terfenol-D巨磁致伸缩单晶中的磁各向异性取决于磁晶各向异性和应力各向异性之间的竞争.在压应力的作用下,Terfenol-D单晶中的磁各向异性由立方向单轴转变.理论和实验结果的比较表明,存在一个临界压应力,使磁致伸缩效应达到极大值.该理论结果还解释了压应力使得Terfenol-D单晶材料难于磁化和磁致伸缩效应出现极大值的实验事实.理论计算不仅为研究这类问题提供了一个更准确的方法,而且其结果也有助于理解类似材料中的磁化过程.  相似文献

研究了Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2合金在压磁和磁 弹性效应中的磁畴偏转和磁导率特性. 基于Stoner-Wolhfarth 模型能量极小原理, 绘制了自由能与磁畴偏转角度的关系曲线, 研究了压应力和磁场载荷作用下磁畴角度的偏转特性, 计算分析了不同载荷作用下磁畴偏转的磁导率特性, 并与实验数据进行比较论证. 研究表明,应力和磁场的作用都将使磁畴方向[111]和[111]发生角度跃迁, 直观有效地解释了材料巨磁致伸缩效应的机理; 应力和磁场作用下磁畴的偏转将使材料磁导率呈减小趋势, 其中磁场能对磁导率的影响大于应力能, 这一现象在小载荷作用下尤为明显. 实验结果表明, 磁导率的计算数据与实验数据符合得较好, 验证了计算方法的正确性. 理论分析对Terfenol-D磁畴偏转模型的完善 和磁化过程中磁滞回线的绘制非常有意义.  相似文献

Bi-ferroic particulate composites with Tb_{0.28}Dy_{0.72}Fe_2 (Terfenol-D) particles randomly dispersed in ferroelectric polyvinylidene fluoride matrix prepared by a simple hot-pressing procedure were investigated. With increasing concentration of Terfenol-D, the magnetic susceptibility, saturation magnetization and initial permeability of the composites increases. The dependence of the effective magnetostriction on applied bias for the composites is similar to that for bulk Terfenol-D, but the effective magnetostriction strongly depends on the volume fraction of Terfenol-D. The observed behaviour of the composite is reasonably described by using effective medium theories.  相似文献

Sound velocity measurements were made on single-crystal Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 as a function of magnitude and direction of an applied magnetic field. Extraordinary changes in velocity with field orientation were observed for the shear mode corresponding to a 50% reduction in the C44 elastic constant.  相似文献

The effect of IIIA metal and transition metalT substitution for Fe on crystal structure, magnetostriction and spontaneous magnetostriction, anisotropy and spin reorientation of a series of polycrystalline Tb0.3 Dy0.7 (Fe0.9 T 0.1)1.95 (T=Mn, Fe, Co, B, Al, Ga) alloys at room temperature were investigated systematically. It was found that the primary phase of the Tb0.3 Dy0.7 (Fe0.9 T 0.1)1.95 alloys is the MgCu2-type cubic Laves phase structure for different substitution. The magnetostriction λ{ins} decrases greatly for the substitution of IIIA metal, B, Al and Ga, but is saturated more easily for Al and Ga substitution, showing that the Al and Ga substitution is beneficial to a decrease in the magnetocrystalline anisotropy of Tb0.3 Dy0.7 (Fe0.9 T 0.1)1.95 alloys. However, the substitution of transition metal Mn and Co decreases slightly the magnetostriction λ{ins}. It was also found that the effect of different substitutions on the spontaneous magnetostriction λ{in111} is distinct. The analysis of the M?ssbauer spectra indicates that the easy magnetization direction in the {110} plane deviates slightly from the main axis of symmetry for Al and Ga substitution, namely spin reorientation, but it does not change evidently for B, Mn and Co substitution.  相似文献

The effect of Al substitution for Fe on crystal structure, magnetostriction and spontaneous magnetostriction, anisotropy and spin reorientation of a series of polycrystalline Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 alloys (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35) at room temperature and 77 K was investigated systematically. It was found that the primary phase of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 is the MgCu2-type cubic Laves phase structure when x < 0.4 and the lattice constant a of Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 increases approximately and monotonically with the increase of x. The substitution of Al leads to the fact that the magnetostriction λ inceases slightly in a low magnetic field (H ⩽ 40 kA/m), but decreases sharply and is easily close to saturation in a high applied field as x increases, showing that a small amount of Al substitution is beneficial to a decrease in the magnetocrystalline anisotropy. It was also found that the spontaneous magnetostriction λ 111 decreases greatly with x increasing. The analysis of the M?ssbauer spectra indicated that the easy magnetization direction in the {110} plane deviates slightly from the main axis of symmetry with the changes of composition and temperature, namely spin reorientation. A small amount of non-magnetic phase exists for x = 0.15 in Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1−x Alx)1.95 alloys and the alloys become paramagnetic for x > 0.15 at room temperature, but at 77 K the alloys still remain magnetic phase even for x = 0.2. At room temperature and 77 K, the hyperfine field decreases and the isomer shifts increase with Al concentration increasing.  相似文献

建立了一种简便的、适用于磁畴模型应用的Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 合金本构参数辨识方法. 针对Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2合金磁畴模型中本构参数不明确且直接实验测试困难的问题, 提出了一种数值计算与实验测试相结合的参数辨识方法. 采用坐标变换与绘制自由能等势曲线相结合的方法, 简化了载荷作用下Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 合金内磁畴角度偏转的数值计算, 研究了合金磁畴角度偏转模型的参数依赖性. 在此基础上, 结合简单的实验测试, 建立了Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2合金各向异性常数K1K2、能量分布因子ω、晶轴取向分布的辨识及修正方法. 该方法能够简单、快速地完成Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 合金磁畴模型中本构参数的辨识, 对完善磁致伸缩材料磁畴偏转的数值计算模型非常有意义. 理论分析可为类磁致伸缩材料磁机耦合模型的建立、完善, 以及材料本构参数的辨识、获取提供参考.  相似文献

通过x射线衍射及磁测量手段研究了Tb2Fe15.5Cr1.5化 合物的热膨胀性质及本征磁致伸缩性质.研究结果表明Tb2Fe15.5Cr 1.5化合物在293—672K的温度范围内具有六角相的Th2Ni17型结构.在432—522K的温度范围内具有负热膨胀 性质,其平均热膨胀系数=-157×10-5/K.对本征磁致伸缩的研究结果表明Tb2Fe15.5Cr1.5化合物中存在着较强的各向异性的本 征磁致伸缩,293K时其本征体磁致伸缩约为84×10-3,晶格畸变主要发生在c 轴方向上.磁测量研究结果表明Tb2Fe15.5Cr1.5化合物的居里温度约为494K,比其母 合金Tb2Fe17高约80K.  相似文献

系统研究了室温下Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe0.9T0.1)1.95(过渡金属元素T=Mn,Fe,Co,B,Al,Ga)合金中ⅢA族金属和过渡金属元素T替代Fe对结构、自旋重取向和穆斯堡尔谱的影响.结果发现,不同金属T替代Fe,Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe0.9T0.1)1.95,合金具有相同的MgCu2型立方Laves相结构;Al,Ga替代使Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe0.9T0.1)1.95合金的易磁化方向在{110}面逐渐偏离了立方晶体的主对称轴,即自旋重取向,B,Mn,Co替代未使易磁化轴发生明显转动;Al,Ga元素替代使超精细场Hhf略有下降,B,Mn替代对超精细场Hhf的影响不大,而Co元素替代使超精细场Hhf有较大增加;所有元素替代使同质异能移IS有所增加;B,Al,Ga和Mn替代使四极劈裂Qs增加,而Co替代使四极劈裂Qs下降. 关键词: 立方Laves相 自旋重取向 穆斯堡尔谱  相似文献

The effect of Pr substitution for Dy on the magnetization, magnetostriction, anisotropy and spin reorientation of a series of Tb0.3Dy0.7−xPrx(Fe0.9Al0.1)1.95 alloys (x=0, 0.1, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35) at room temperature has been investigated. It was found that the magnetization and magnetostriction of the homogenized Tb0.3Dy0.7−xPrx(Fe0.9Al0.1)1.95 alloys decreases drastically with increasing x and the magnetostrictive effect disappears for x>0.2, but the spontaneous magnetostriction λ111 increases approximately linearly with increasing x. Moreover, the magnetostriction exhibits slightly bigger value at x=0.1 than the free alloys and is saturated more easily with the magnetic field H, showing that a small amount of Pr substitution is beneficial to a decrease in the magnetocrystalline anisotropy. The analysis of the Mössbauer spectra indicated that the easy magnetization direction in the {1 1 0} plane deviates slightly from the main axis of symmetry with Pr concentration x, namely spin reorientation. Comparing with the Al substitution, the effect of Pr substitution for Dy on the spin reorientation is smaller.  相似文献

实验研究了磁感应强度和冷却速率对Tb_(0.27)Dy_(0.73)Fe_(1.95)合金凝固过程中(Tb,Dy)Fe_2相取向行为及合金磁性能的影响.结果表明,将强磁场作用于Tb_(0.27)Dy_(0.73)Fe_(1.95)合金的凝固过程可以制备出(Tb,Dy)Fe_2相沿111取向的组织,同时显著提高了合金的磁致伸缩性能;通过提高磁感应强度可以在更快的冷却速率下得到111取向的组织;在4-10 T范围内,随着冷却速率的增加,(Tb,Dy)Fe_2相沿111取向所需的磁感应强度增加,而发生(110)取向的磁感应强度减小.随着冷却速率的增加,合金的饱和磁化强度增加,而强磁场的施加对合金饱和磁化强度的变化没有明显影响.(Tb,Dy)Fe_2相的取向行为受*Tb,Dy)Fe_3相取向行为的影响,且由磁晶各向异性能与磁场作用时间共同控制.  相似文献

A thermal expansion anomaly similar to that of the invar alloy was observed in a Laves phase intermetallic compound, Zr0.7Nb0.3Fe2. This anomaly is explained as a result of a large spontaneous volume magnetostriction. The crystal structure, magnetic and magnetostrictive properties of high-pressure synthesized PrxNd1-xFe1.9 (0≤x≤1.0) alloys were studied. The alloys exhibit single cubic Laves phase with MgCu2-type structure. The initial magnetization curve reveals that Pr0.2Nd0.8Fe1.9 has a minimum magnetocrystalline anisotropy at 5 K. The magnetostriction curve at 5 K shows that Pr0.2Nd0.8Fe1.9 has a very good low-field magnetostrictive property, and the magnetostriction of the PrxNd1-xFe1.9 alloy in high magnetic field is attributable mainly to Pr. The temperature dependence of the magnetostriction (λ||) at the field of 5 kOe shows that the substitution of Nd reduces the K1 remarkably, and the values of λ|| of Pr0.2Nd0.8Fe1.9 and Pr0.8Nd0.2Fe1.9 alloys are nearly five times larger than that of PrFe1.9 alloy below 50 K; the λ|| of Pr0.8Nd0.2Fe1.9 reaches up to 1082 ppm at 100 K, which makes it a potential candidate for application in this temperature range.  相似文献

Reversible and irreversible domain wall (DW) motions have been investigated in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 ceramic samples using frequency-response complex permeability with various amplitudes of AC field. We also examine the effects of temperature in the range from 293 to 368 K and transverse DC magnetic field with a maximum of 4.40×105 A/m on the real part of permeability (μ′). Two relaxations corresponding to reversible wall motions and domain rotations occur in low and high frequency regions, respectively. The irreversible DW displacements can be activated as the amplitude larger than the pinning field of 3 A/m, leading to an increase in μ′. The μ′ obeys a Rayleigh law at the temperature below 343 K or under DC field of less than 4.22×104 A/m. The Rayleigh constant η increases from 5.45×10−2 to 1.54×10−1 (A/m)−1 as the temperature rises from 293 to 343 K, and η decreases from 5.58×10−2 to 3.67×10−2 (A/m)−1 with increasing DC field from 1.99×103 to 4.22×104 A/m.  相似文献

The effect of coupled magnetomechanical loading on magnetostriction and compressive strain of Fe-Ga alloys has been investigated. A shift from negative to positive magnetostriction was observed with increase in compressive stress on a Fe85Ga15 single crystal. Non-linear behavior of the compressive strain in different magnetic fields was observed during the compressive loading and unloading process. These phenomena can clearly be explained by a model based on the magnetic-domain-switching process. The Young's modulus can also be obtained from the measured stress-strain curves.  相似文献

Polycrystalline La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) films were prepared on SiO2/Si (001) substrates by chemical solution deposition technique. Electrical and magnetic properties of LSMO were investigated. A minimum phenomenon in resistivity is found at the low temperature (<50 K) under magnetic fields from 0 T to 3 T. Kondo-like spin dependent scattering, which includes both spin polarization and grain boundary tunneling, was observed in the low-temperature electrical transport for the LSMO polycrystalline films. The temperature-dependent resistivity at low temperatures can be well fitted in the framework of elastic scattering, electron-electron (e-e) interaction, Kondo-like spin dependent scattering, and electron-phonon (e-ph) interaction.  相似文献

We report the ac electrical response of La0.7Sr0.3Mn1−xFexO3(x=0.05) as a function of temperature, magnetic field (H) and frequency of radio frequency (rf) current (). The ac impedance (Z) was measured while rf current directly passes through the sample as well as in a coil surrounding the sample. It is found that with increasing frequency of the rf current, Z(T) shows an abrupt increase accompanied by a peak at the ferromagnetic Curie temperature. The peak decreases in magnitude and shifts down with increasing value of H. We find a magnetoimpedance of for at around room temperature when the rf current flows directly through the sample and when the rf current flows through a coil surrounding the sample. It is suggested that the magnetoimpedance observed is a consequence of suppression of transverse permeability which enhances skin depth for current flow. Our results indicate that the magnetic field control of high frequency impedance of manganites is more useful than direct current magnetoresistance for low-field applications.  相似文献
