采用氙灯泵浦新型晶体Nd:Sr5(PO4)3F,以KTP晶体腔内倍频,实现了该晶体0.5295μm绿光激光BDN染料片调Q运转。测量了输出绿光激光的特性及不同腔长和染料片小信号透过率情况下的输出能量及脉冲宽度,给出了染料片调Q腔内倍频的耦合波方程组,数值求解该方程组,所得的理论数据与实验结果较好地相符。 相似文献

本文利用量子电动力学理论,首次对 k 光子 Jaynes-Cummings 模型中单模激光场的稳态亚 Poisson 光子统计性质进行了系统研究.结果表明:在一般情况下,激光上能级相对泵浦参量 xa 具有一个确定的阈值 xat;当 xa>xat时,光场呈现亚 Poisson 光子统计;当 xa>>xat时,光场呈现出深度且完全恒定的亚 Poisson 光子统计.在特殊情况下,阈值 xat-0,这时在激光腔内将直接诱发亚 Poisson 光子统计.随着 k(k≥2)值增加,阈值 xat降低,光场亚 Poisson 光子统计程度增强. 相似文献

用时域ABCD矩阵讨论了调Q锁模脉冲激光器输出脉冲的宽度和啁啾特性,主要给出了调Q元件作为幅度调制元件时的时域ABCD矩阵,并将光脉冲在激光腔中往返一周的ABCD矩阵写出,用此矩阵讨论了它对锁模脉冲的影响.给出了Nd:YAG激光器中用Cr4+:YAG作调Q元件时的调Q锁模脉冲激光器特性,并讨论了腔内色散、饱和吸收强度、增益带宽对输出脉冲特性的影响.用时域ABCD矩阵大大简化了计算过程. 相似文献

分析了脉冲外差体制CO2激光成像雷达系统的目标距离分辨率、测距精度和误差的主要来源.对于单个光脉冲测距来讲,信噪比(SNR)起伏引起的探测误差、脉冲前沿触发等概率分布以及脉冲建立时间的随机性等是激光脉冲外差测距的主要随机误差,其它随机误差在数量级上可忽略不计.同时利用现有的CO2激光脉冲外差探测系统,进行了远目标测距对比实验,观测到了2355 m目标脉冲回波信号,并精确测量出CO2光脉冲飞行的往返时间,该实验数据可用做系统误差的校正和补偿. 相似文献

A method of multi-pulse discriminating frequency and high probability average value filtering is presented for offset frequency locking with ns laser pulses. In the experiment, the frequency locking for cavity-dumped CO2 laser with 100 ns pulse width and the repetition rate of 10 kHz was studied. The precision was up to ±2 MHz at the heterodyne frequency 90 MHz. However, it is more than ±10 MHz for the single pulse discriminating frequency. This method can also be applied to laser offset frequency locking for many kinds of short pulse lasers. 相似文献

We present experimental evidence obtained by a laser heterodyne technique for a chirp of about 1014 Hz/s in the cavity resonance during the pulse build-up time of a TEA CO2 laser. The frequency sweep arises from the refractive-index contribution of the time-dependent electron density in the exciting discharge plasma. The phenomenon provides a mechanism, previously unexplained, for the extended and asymmetric mode selection zone in injection experiments. 相似文献

鉴于偏频锁定技术在激光外差探测和激光雷达等方面的广泛作用,基于可编程逻辑器件,设计了适用于窄脉冲激光外差信号的偏频锁定控制系统。在设计中,使用超高速电压比较器进行波形变换、多脉冲鉴频和大概率均值滤波进行数字鉴频,采用小步长快速控制方法进行调频,利用数模转换器和线性放大电路输出调频信号。借助信号发生器产生40ns脉宽的模拟外差信号对系统进行了仿真,实现了设计功能。对系统进行鉴频和调频测试,在40ns脉宽时鉴频误差范围为-7.5MHz~+7.7MHz。 相似文献

We present a very high-resolution heterodyne spectrometer based on a CO laser which operates down to fundamental-band transitions of the molecule. This allows us to detect saturated absorption signals on these transitions at very low pressure (0.4 Pa) and laser intensity (< 1 mW/cm2), yielding a linewidth of about 250 kHz. With the CO fundamental-band laser stabilized to these saturation signals we have measured the transition frequencies of the fundamental bands of three isotopic species to an accuracy of typically 20 kHz (v/v 3 × 10–10), referenced to the CO2 frequency standard. Together with additional frequency measurements of the first hot bands, these provide the first heterodyne frequency data of sub-Doppler accuracy for transitions in low lying bands of CO. They now represent the most accurate secondary frequency standard in the spectral region around 5 µm (60 THz). 相似文献

was 0.68 MHz, measured by using the optical heterodyne technique. The M

介绍了一套1.06 μm脉冲式相干激光雷达测速演示系统.采用单块非平面环形激光器作为种子,注入到单纵模运转的Q开关高重复频率Nd∶YAG激光器为发射源,实现稳定的单频输出.通过外差式相干探测的方法,利用转速0~60 Hz可调、直径为10 cm的转盘为运动目标,回波信号被带宽为3.5 GHz的高速光电探测器响应后,经采样率为2.5 GS/s的A/D采样,输送到基于LabVIEW信号处理系统中,从而测量不同转速下的多普勒频移,各测速点的多普勒频移测量结果相对误差在3%以内.针对测量中存在的误差从激光器输出线宽和测速系统准确度两方面进行了误差分析,并提出了改进措施.演示系统的良好重复性证实了这种相干激光雷达系统的可行性. 相似文献

A laser magnetic resonance spectrometer has been used to discover and subsequently measure a far-infrared laser emission:
the 166.6-micron line of CH2F2, optically pumped by the 9P24 CO2 laser. By recording spectra for the NH radical, the frequency of this laser emission has been determined to be 1799950±13 MHz.
Spectra for the NH radical were also recorded with two other far-infrared laser emissions: the 160.4-micron line of N2H4 (9P46 CO2 pump) and the 328.6-micron line of 13CH3OH (9P12 CO2 pump). From the NH spectra, a discrepancy of 2.1 GHz with the previously measured laser frequency was identified for the
160.4-micron line. A three-laser heterodyne system was then used to remeasure the frequency to be 1868475.5±0.5 MHz. The NH
spectra were also used to determine the frequency for the 328.6-micron line to be 912366±7 MHz, in agreement with the value
previously calculated from the Rydberg–Ritz combination principle.

演示一种双频激光位移探测系统,阐述光载波激光雷达的概念。由单块非平面环形腔固体激光器和声光调制器产生100MHz载波频率的双频激光束,作为探测光束,经过光路收发系统,探测位于电动导轨上目标的位移变化,信号处理部分采用高速光电探测器响应后信号的电子外差解调方式,位移量的获得通过高频锁相放大器解算参考光束与信号光束的相位差并计算获得。通过双频激光把光学外差探测变为了电子外差探测,系统重复误差小于3%。系统在利用无线电雷达信号处理方式的同时,保留了激光探测的优点,位移测量系统具有良好的重复性。 相似文献
