Relations are proposed for evaluating the stress-strain state and strength of a butt weld with a mild interlayer under elastoplastic tension in plane-and axisymmetric-strain conditions. The relations allow for the distribution of transverse normal stresses across the interlayer thickness and the interaction and hardening of the metals in the elastoplastic domain. 基于拉格朗日有限差分方法,建立了双剪统一弹塑性有限差分计算格式,并利用VC++语言编写动态链接库文件将双剪统一弹塑性模型导入拉格朗日有限差分程序FLAC(Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua)中进行计算分析。双剪统一弹塑性有限差分方法可以模拟复杂应力状态下结构的渐进破坏,无需形成刚度矩阵,对于材料非线性问题无需进行迭代计算,因此在理论和工程应用中都有积极的意义。本文利用双剪统一弹塑性有限差分方法对拉压强度不等材料的厚壁圆筒受内压、中心带孔板条受拉压、条形基础下的地基极限分析及边坡问题进行了数值分析并与滑移线场等解析方法计算结果进行对比,结果均吻合较好。  相似文献

By taking the elastoplastic effect of structural material into account and based on 3-D elastoplastic stochastic finite element method, methods for sensitivity analysis with respect to both the distribution parameters of random variables and parameters in the limit state function are suggested. In the incremental iterative calculation, the sub-increment changingK, method and the corresponding formulas for accelerating convergence are used. A mathematical model of substance behavior under developed elastoplastic strains is worked out for solving onedimensional problems of solid mechanics. The model is based on the fundamental laws of conservation of mass, momentum, and total energy, Wilkins model, kinetic model of substance destruction, and modified Godunov method for the numerical solution of problems in mathematical physics. A hybrid difference scheme is constructed, which approximates acoustics equations with constant coefficients in smooth flows for the case of plane symmetry with the second order in time and space.  相似文献

We consider a numerical solution technique for generalized axisymmetric problems with torsion for elastoplastic bodies of revolution of arbitrary shape under large strains, as well as simple or complex loading, and the conditions of inhomogeneous stress-strain state. The processes of elastoplastic deformation, strain localization, and fracture of solid axisymmetric steel samples of variable thickness are studied experimentally and numerically for the cases of proportional and nonproportional kinematic torsional and/or tensile loading until failure. The mutual influence of torsion and tension on the deformation and failure under large strains is estimated.  相似文献

The problem of the beginning of motion of a cut in a plane under symmetric external loading is considered. The material lying on the cut continuation forms a layer (interaction layer). A transition to a plastic state within the layer is assumed to be possible. The behavior of the layer is described by an ideally elastoplastic model, and the plane outside the layer is assumed to be linearly elastic. A system of boundary integral equations for determining the stress-strain state is derived. Based on this system, a discrete model of separation of the layer material is constructed under the assumption of a constant stress-strain state in the element of the interaction layer. A method is developed for analysis of the elastoplastic stress-strain state of laminated shells of revolution under axisymmetric loading. The shells are made of isotropic and transversally isotropic materials with different moduli. The method is based on the Kirchhoff-Love hypotheses for the whole laminate, the theory of deformation along paths of small curvature (for isotropic materials), and the theory of elasticity with different tensile and compressive moduli (transversely isotropic materials). A damaged medium model (DMM) consisting of three interconnected components (relations determining the cyclic elastoplastic behavior of the material, kinetic damage accumulation equations, and the strength criterion for the damaged material) was developed to estimate the stress strain state and the fatigue life of important engineering objects. The fatigue life of a strip with a cut under cyclic loading was estimated to obtain qualitative and quantitative estimates of the DMM constitutive relations under low-cycle loading. It was shown that the considered version of the constitutive relations reliably describes the main effects of elastoplastic deformation and the fatigue life processes of materials and structures.  相似文献

The elastoplastic pure bending problem of a curved beam with material inhomo- geneity is investigated based on Tresca's yield criterion and its associated flow rule. Suppose that the material is elastically isotropic, ideally elastic-plastic and its elastic modulus and yield limit vary radially according to exponential functions. Closed-form solutions to the stresses and radial displacement in both purely elastic stress state and partially plastic stress state are presented. Numerical examples reveal the distinct characteristics of elastoplastic bending of a curved beam composed of inhomogeneous materials. Due to the inhomogeneity of materials, the bearing capac- ity of the curved beam can be improved greatly and the initial yield mode can also be dominated. Closed-form solutions presented here can serve as benchmark results for evaluating numerical solutions.  相似文献

Two elastoplastic constitutive models based on the unified strength theory (UST) are established and implemented in an explicit finite difference code, fast Lagrangian analysis of continua (FLAC/FLAC3D), which includes an associated/non-associated flow rule, strain-hardening/softening, and solutions of singularities. Those two constitutive models are appropriate for metallic and strength-different (SD) materials, respectively. Two verification examples are used to compare the computation results and test data using the two-dimensional finite difference code FLAC and the finite element code ANSYS, and the two constitutive models proposed in this paper are verified. Two application examples, the large deformation of a prismatic bar and the strain-softening behavior of soft rock under a complex stress state, are analyzed using the three-dimensional code FLAC3D. The two new elastoplastic constitutive models proposed in this paper can be used in bearing capacity evaluation or stability analysis of structures built of metallic or SD materials. The effect of the intermediate principal stress on metallic or SD material structures under complex stress states, including large deformation, three-dimensional and non-association problems, can be analyzed easily using the two constitutive models proposed in this paper.  相似文献

Based on irreversible thermodynamics and internal state variable theory, the volume-averaged Clausius-Duhem inequality is presented. In contrast to former investigations on damage-elastoplasticity, our evalustions are founded on the volume-averaged field equations of the analyzed elements and the self-consistent method. Hence, our results not only include the influence of void shapes but also consider the interaction among voids. Further, previous work about coupled elastoplastic damage problems only takes into account small initial void volume fractions. Our work, however, will be able to deal with elastoplastic damage problems with larger initial void volume fractions. 在软土各向异性弹塑性损伤模型的基础上,把小应变模型扩展到有限应变模型,推导出不排水平面应变条件下的剪切带形成条件,分析K0固结状态下各向异性损伤对剪切带形成的影响.以上海软土为例,分析临界状态参数β=0.9时,损伤变量D1,D2的不同组合的剪切角和简单剪切模量与有效平均主应力比(g/p')的关系曲线.计算结果表明,损伤变量越大,越接近不稳定状态,垂直方向损伤对剪切带的影响比水平方向的强烈. 特别指出无论土为横观各向同性损伤的情况,还是各向异性损伤的情况,在本文研究的条件下,不稳定状态(g/p'为最小值)相应两个剪切角约在50°和130°,这对研究弹塑性损伤对剪切带形成与变化有指导意义.  相似文献

A technique is developed to determine the axisymmetric, geometrically nonlinear, thermoplastic stress–strain state of laminated ortotropic shells of revolution under loads that cause a meridian stress state and torsion. The technique is based on the rectilinear-element hypotheses for the whole stack of layers. The active elastoplastic deformation of an ortotropic material is described by deformation-type equations that have been derived without resort to the existence conditions for the plastic potential. The scalar functions in the constitutive equations depend on the intensity of shear strains and temperature. The problem is solved through the numerical integration of a system of differential equations. The technique is tried out in designing tubular specimens subjected to axial force and torque. The elastoplastic state of isotropic homogeneous cylindrical shells with elliptic holes and finite deflections under internal pressure is studied. Problems are formulated and numerically solved taking into account physical and geometrical nonlinearities. The distribution of stresses (displacements, strains) along the boundary of the hole and in the zone of their concentration is analyzed. The data obtained are compared with the numerical solutions of the physically nonlinear, geometrically nonlinear, and linear problems. A direct domain/boundary element method (D/BEM) for the dynamicanalysis of elastoplastic thick plates resting on Winkler-typefoundation is presented. The formulation presented includes the effectsof shear deformation and rotatory inertia following Reissner–Mindlin'sdeformation theory assumption. The method employs the elastostaticfundamental solution of the problem resulting in both boundary anddomain integrals due to inertia, plasticity and foundation pressureterms. By discretizing the integral equations and integrating theresulting matrix equation of motion by an explicit time integrationscheme the history of the plate dynamic response can be obtained.Applications are shown for impacted elastoplastic Reissner–Mindlinplates with smooth boundaries on several different foundations.  相似文献
