采用荧光光谱法研究了Fe~(3+)、Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)三种离子对1-酮-2-(对二甲氨基苯亚甲基)-四氢萘与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的影响.三种金属离子分别存在时能增强1-酮-2-(对二甲氨基苯亚甲基)-四氢萘对牛血清白蛋白的猝灭作用及二者的结合作用,使体系的猝灭常数及结合常数增大,且影响顺序为Fe~(3+)>Cu~(2+)>Pb~(2+).实验表明金属离子对蛋白质在物质的贮存、运转、代谢等方面有重要意义.  相似文献

This work describes the effect of a variety of metal ions as quenchers of the fluorescence of naphthalene, in aqueous micellar solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). The quenching by the metal ions can be adequately described by the Stern-Volmer equation and the best signal to noise ratios are obtained with low micellized detergent concentrations. Apparent Stern-Volmer constants decrease in the order: Fe3+ > Cu2+ > Pb2+ > Cr3+ > Ni2+ and directly reflect the relative sensitivity of the method for these ions. Detection limits (defined as three times the standard deviation of the blank for n= 10) for the fluorescence quenching of naphthalene by the metal ions in aqueous micellar SDS are in the range of 1.0 x 10(-6) to 1.0 x 10(-5) mol dm(-3). The proposed fluorescence quenching method shows good repeatibility for a variety of added quencher metal ions, indicating that anionic micelle-enhanced fluorescence quenching by metal ions constitutes an analytical method of rather general application.  相似文献

A new fluorescent chemosensor for Cu2+ ions was synthesized by modifying the tripeptide glycyl-histidyl-lysine (GHK) with 9-carbonylanthracene via the standard Fmoc solid-phase peptide synthesis method. While significant fluorescence quenching was observed from the molecule upon binding with Cu2+, addition of Fe2+, Co2+, Ni2+, and Zn2+ to the peptide solution caused a minimum fluorescence emission spectral change, indicating a high specificity of this chemosensor for Cu2+ ions. Cooperative interactions between metal ions and bivalent tryptophan side chain are identified in water by fluorescence quenching of a designed novel receptor, EDTA-bis(L-tryptophan methyl ester), supplemented by a circular dichroism study; results revealed that the receptor is capable of distinguishing a variety of metal ions on the basis of their abilities in quenching tryptophan fluorescence and the relative magnitude of these interactions is Cu2+ approximately Fe2+ > Co2+ > Ni2+ > Mn2+ > Zn2+ > La3+ > Al3+.  相似文献

利用溶剂热法, 基于氢氧化钾的插层作用制备了荧光氮化碳量子点(g-C3N4 QDs). 所获得的氮化碳量子点具有良好的水溶性和荧光稳定性. 透射电子显微镜(TEM)照片显示, 氮化碳量子点的粒径约为2.3 nm; X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和红外光谱(FTIR)结果表明, 氮化碳量子点表面存在大量的亲水基团; 荧光发射光谱(PL)结果表明, 氮化碳量子点具有激发波长依赖性. 基于三价铁离子(Fe3+)对荧光氮化碳量子点荧光的猝灭现象, 构建了一种用于检测Fe3+的荧光传感器, 在Fe3+浓度为5~100 μmol/L范围内, 检测体系表现出良好的线性关系, 检出限约为0.5 μmol/L, 实现了对Fe3+的高效、 灵敏、 选择性检测.  相似文献

Highly fluorescent water-soluble CdSe/ZnS (core/shell) quantum dots (QDs) as a fluorescent Cu2+ ion probe were synthesized using thiacalix[4]arene carboxylic acid (TCC) as a surface coating agent. Hydrophobic trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) capped CdSe/ZnS QDs were overcoated with TCC in tetrahydrofuran at room temperature, and deprotonation of the carboxyl groups of TCC resulted in the formation of water-soluble QDs. The surface structure of the QDs was characterized by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). TEM images showed that TCC-coated QDs were monodispersed with the particle size (core-shell moiety) of approximately 5 nm. Hydrodynamic diameter of the TCC-coated QDs was determined to be 8.9 nm by FCS, showing that the thickness of the surface organic layer of the QDs was approximately 2 nm. These results indicate that the surface layer of TCC-coated QDs forms a bilayer structure consisting of TOPO and TCC molecules. TCC-coated CdSe/ZnS QDs were highly fluorescent (quantum yield, 0.21) compared to the QDs surface-modified with mercaptoacetic acid and mercaptoundecanoic acid. Fluorescence of the TCC-coated QDs was effectively quenched by Cu2+ ions even in the presence of other transition metal ions such as Cd2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Fe2+, and Fe3+ ions in the same solution. The Stern-Volmer plot for the fluorescence quenching by Cu2+ ions showed a linear relationship up to 30 microM of Cu2+ ions. The ion selectivity of TCC-coated QDs was determined by measurements of fluorescence responses towards biologically important transition metal ions (50 microM) including Fe2+, Fe3+, Co2+>Zn2+, Cd2+. The fluorescence of TCC-coated QDs was almost insensitive to other biologically important ions such as Na+, K+, Mg2+, and Ca2+, suggesting that TCC-coated QDs can be used as a fluorescent Cu2+ ion probe for biological samples. A possible quenching mechanism by Cu2+ ions was also discussed on the basis of a Langmuir-type adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

The use of ethylenediaminetetrakis(methylphosphonic) acid (EDTP) in the fluorimetry determination of trace amounts of Ce3+ ions is described. The fluorescence intensity of Ce3+ was greatly enhanced when an 1:1 complex with EDTP in solution of pH 7-8 formed. The apparent excitation and emission wavelength used were 313 and 397 nm, respectively. The fluorescence intensity varied linearly with the concentration of Ce3+ in the range of 1 x 10(-8) -1 x 10(-4) mol l(-1). The quenching effects of coexist ions (other rare earth ions, Fe3+ and some inorganic anions) were studied. This technique has unique advantage in eliminating disturb of coexist.  相似文献

在蒽醌荧光团上修饰乙醇胺分子,合成了用于铁离子识别检测的新的荧光探针.实验结果表明,在乙醇∶水=4∶1,pH值为7.20的条件下,Fe3+的加入使体系荧光猝灭,荧光强度和Fe3+浓度在4.0×10-5—3.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,由此可以实现在乙醇/水体系中对Fe3+离子的高选择性检测.检测限为3.8×10-7 mol/L.  相似文献

合成并表征了化合物N,N'-二谷氨酸铵盐-3,4,9,10-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(PTCDG).此化合物水溶性好,荧光量子产率高.基于此,设计了一组新颖的响应范围可调的pH荧光传感器.PTCDG与顺磁性的Fe3+可按1∶1络合,络合常数为6.5×105,考察了其它金属离子的影响,表明PTCDG对Fe3+有良好的选择性.PTCDG与Fe3+结合后,由于PET效应,荧光猝灭,伴随pH值增大,Fe3+与OH-形成Fe(OH)3,从体系中沉淀出来,荧光团被释放,从而荧光恢复.在不同的Fe3+的良好配体存在条件下,形成Fe(OH)3的pH范围向碱性方向移动.PTCDG,PTCDG/Fe3+,PTCDG/Fe3+/三乙胺,PTCDG/Fe3+/吡啶、PTCDG/Fe3+/邻菲罗啉的响应范围分别为4.0~6.0,5.0~10,5.0~7.0,6.0~8.0和7.0~9.0,涵盖了pH值4.0~10的区间,实现了响应范围的可调.考察了内在的干扰物对该传感器的效能的影响,探讨了此体系的荧光传感机理.此传感器具有很多优异的性能,响应的范围可调且近中性,荧光和颜色变化明显,响应快,具有较高的灵敏性.  相似文献

合成了一种新型的高选择性检测Fe3+的上沿功能化吡啶-杯[4]芳烃荧光探针,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和HR-MS表征。离子检测实验结果表明,该吡啶-杯[4]芳烃探针的最大吸收峰出现在295 nm处,并在371 nm处显示出一个强的荧光发射带。与其他金属离子相比,新型探针对Fe3+表现出高选择性和强抗干扰能力的荧光淬灭响应。通过荧光滴定法和Job曲线图研究了探针与Fe3+的结合性。结果表明,探针与Fe3+形成2:1的配合物,缔合常数为3.26×107 M-1,检出限为7.9×10-7 M。  相似文献

The interaction of rutin to bovine serum albumin (BSA) in aqueous solution was investigated by fluorescence spectra and ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) spectra at pH 7.40. There are also some metal ions present in blood plasma, thus the research about the effect of metal ions on the interaction of drugs with proteins is crucial. Therefore, we have studied the effect of Cu2+ or Fe3+ on the interaction between rutin and BSA by using spectroscopic technique at pH 7.40, for the first time. The results of fluorescence titration indicated that rutin could quench the intrinsic fluorescence of BSA in a static quenching way. The binding sites number (n), the binding constant (K) and the spatial-distance (r) of rutin with BSA without or with Cu2+ or Fe3+ at 310 K were calculated. The result showed that the presence of Cu2+ or Fe3+ increased the binding constant and changed the binding distance between the acceptor and the donor, which possibly results from the formation of metal ions-BSA complex. The effect of rutin on the conformation of BSA was also analyzed using UV under experimental conditions. Furthermore, the fluorescence displacement experiments indicated that rutin is situated within subdomain IIA of BSA.  相似文献

A selective and sensitive fluorescent chemosensor (BBOZP-CD) for Fe(3+) was composed of water-soluble beta-cyclodextrins and 2,6-bis(benzoxazolyl)pyridine which was synthesized through the reaction of 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and o-aminophenol catalyzed by polyphosphoric acid under microwave irradiation. The chemosensor BBOZP-CD for metal ions were carefully investigated by fluorescent quenching in present of metal ions. The result showed BBOZP-CD chemosensor was remarkable fluorescence quenching and a highly selectivity and sensitivity for Fe(3+) in neutral aqueous solution, and the other common metal ions did not notably disturb the detection of Fe(3+). Additionally, the effect of pH to the chemosensor for Fe(3+) was also studied. The result indicated the respond signals of BBOZP-CD to Fe(3+) was stable and hardly influenced while the pH value was greater than 3.6.  相似文献

用苝四酸酐为反应物,在酸酐位置上引入天冬氨酸,合成了水溶性的含4个羧基的荧光苝二酰亚胺衍生物:N,N'-二天冬氨酸铵盐-3,4,91,0-苝四羧酸二酰亚胺(PTCDA).在水溶液中与Fe3+、Al3+、Pb2+和Cu2+等金属离子反应,吸收光谱发生红移,荧光淬灭.当加入等量Hg2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、Co2+、Mn2+和Mg2+等金属离子后不干扰荧光反应,有选择性好、灵敏度高等特点.并探讨了衍生物的荧光反应机理,表明有好的应用价值和广阔发展前景。  相似文献

Three sulfonato‐containing fluorene‐based anionic water‐soluble conjugated polymers, which are specially designed to link fluorene with alternating moieties such as bipyridine ( P1 ), pyridine ( P2 ), and benzene ( P3 ) have been synthesized via the Pd‐catalyzed Sonogashira‐coupling reaction, respectively. These polymers had good solubility in water and showed different responses for transition metal ions with different valence in aqueous environments: the fluorescence of bipyridine‐containing P1 can be completely quenched by addition of all transition metal ions selected and showed a good selectivity for Ni2+; the pyridine‐containing P2 had a little response for monovalent and divalent metal ions while showed good quenching with the addition of trivalent metal ions (with a special selectivity for Fe3+); P3 had responses only for the trivalent metal ions within the ionic concentration we studied. After investigation of the UV‐vis absorption spectra, PL emission spectra, DLS, and fluorescence lifetime of P1 – P3 in aqueous solution when adding transition metal ions, we found that the different spectrum responses of these polymers are attributed to the different coordination ability of the units linked with fluorene in the main chain. The energy or electron‐transfer reactions were the main reason for fluorescence quenching of P1 and P2 . On the other hand, interchain aggregation caused by trivalent metal ions lead to fluorescence quenching for P3 and also caused partly fluorescence quenching of P1 and P2 . These results revealed the origin of ionochromic effects of these polymers and suggested the potential application for these polymers as novel chemosensors with higher sensing sensitivity in aqueous environments. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 本文利用荧光法,在生理pH(7.37±0.02)条件下,分别测定了Fe3+、Cu2+、Ni2+、Co2+、NO2-、I-、盐酸胍对溶菌酶的猝灭作用。用荧光猝灭法求得不同猝灭剂对溶菌酶的猝灭常数KSV、生成常数KA、离解常数KD、结合位点数n和热力学参数ΔrGmΘ、ΔrHmΘ、ΔrSmΘ。据此判断了体系中猝灭剂对溶菌酶的作用机理。I-对溶菌酶的猝灭是动态猝灭,而Fe3+、Cu2+、NO2-Ni2+、Co2+及盐酸胍对溶菌酶是静态猝灭;Fe3+、Cu2+、Ni2+、Co2+与溶菌酶之间的作用力主要为氢键、范德华力;NO2-与溶菌酶间的作用力主要为静电作用力;I-与溶菌酶之间的作用力主要为疏水作用力。在分子水平上理解这些外源性化合物与溶菌酶的作用机理具有及其重要意义。  相似文献

A fluorimetric ion sensor based on fiber optics has been developed that employs Rhodamine 6G hydrophobically and electrostatically "trapped" on a Nafion film. The sensor is based on the measurement of quenching or enhancement of the Rhodamine 6G fluorescence by various ions. It was found that ions such as Co(2+), Cr(3+), Fe(2+), Fe(3+), Cu(2+), Ni(2+) and NH(+)(4) rapidly quench the Rhodamine 6G fluorescence at an initial rate that depends on the concentration of the ion. This quenching is then readily reversed by the addition of "reverser" ions such as H(+), Li(+), Na(+), K(+), Ba(2+), Ca(2+), Mn(2+), Zn(2+) and Mg(2+). Again, the initial rate for the attainment of the original fluorescence was found to depend on the concentration of the reverser ion. Therefore, by monitoring the quenching directly the concentration of quencher ions can be determined. In addition, by loading the film with quencher and monitoring the initial rate of return towards the original baseline signal, it is possible to determine non-quenching ions.  相似文献

Spectroscopic studies revealed that 3-(2-pyridyl)-2-pyrazoline derivatives have rather strong affinity toward divalent transition metal ions, but have almost no interaction with alkali and alkaline-earth metal ions. In the case of the 5-(4-cyanophenyl) derivative, enhancement of the fluorescence intensity was observed upon addition of the Zn2+ ion, while most of other transition metal ions caused complete quenching.  相似文献

设计合成了一个以四苯乙烯为核心,四端连接长烷基链的咔唑基四苯乙烯衍生物(TPECz),该化合物具有典型的聚集诱导发光(AIE)特性.紫外光谱(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(PL)、热重(TG)和示差扫描量热(DSC)研究表明,该化合物属于深蓝光材料、具有较好的热稳定性,并且对金属Fe3+具有很好的识别作用,有望用于金属离子检测;同时,该化合物外围的咔唑基团具有电化学活性,采用电化学聚合方法可制备其聚合物交联荧光薄膜,扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究表明,该荧光薄膜表面平整,有望用于制备有机电致发光器件(OLED),可见该化合物是一种多功能材料.  相似文献
