利用钛酸丁酯-氯化钙-无水乙醇体系通过溶胶-浸渍提拉法制备了钙钛氧化物薄膜.采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱分析仪(EDS),荧光光谱仪和紫外-可见分光光度计等技术对薄膜的结构,形貌及元素成分和光学性能进行了分析.结果表明:当n(钛酸丁酯)/n(乙醇)为1∶15时,制备得到了光学性质良好(价带较宽)的钙钛氧化物薄膜.随着焙烧温度升高到550℃,薄膜的结晶强度不断增加,薄膜主晶相由CaTiO3相转化为层状结构CaTi2O4(OH)2主晶相,该薄膜呈现多孔结构,从而使光学特性进一步增强.  相似文献

Glasses for architecture must have many functions in addition to their transparency. For example, the glasses with the functions, of self-cleaning, light control, UV reduction, anti-bacterial, energy conversion, and so on, will be used in buildings in the near future. This paper reviews some results on multifunctional photoactive glasses based on multi-layer coatings containing TiO2 film and other functional coatings developed by us recently. The self-cleaning of glasses can be realized by coating the photoinduced super-hydrophilic nanoporous thin films based on TiO2 photocatalysts via sol–gel route. A new method to enhance the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin films direct coated on soda-lime glass was developed by treating the films in acidic solutions. The films also have good photoinduced anti-bacterial properties. The doping of a small amount of silver into the TiO2 porous film can enhance its anti-bacteria effect without UV light irradiation. The TiO2 thin films by appropriate heat-treatment can operate as self-cleaning glass in the visible light region. The UV reduction self-cleaning glasses are prepared by magnetron sputtering two layers of TiO2–CeO2 and TiO2 thin films on soda-lime glasses. The TiO2–CeO2 thin films can cut all of UV light through adjusting the ratio of TiO2 and CeO2. The TiO2/TiN/TiO2 type multi-layer coated on glass substrate can act as low-E self-cleaning glass. The potential water-repellent coating based on TiO2 is discussed finally.  相似文献

TiO2:SnO2 thin films were deposited on glass substrates, by using sol gel spin coating method with different ratio (3%, 5% and 7%) at 3200 rpm, to study their effect on different properties of TiO2: SnO2 thin films. The structural and optical properties of films have studied for different ratio. These deposited films have been characterized by various methods such as X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Ultra Visible spectroscopy. The (XRD) can be used to identify crystal structure of as deposited films. The Transmission spectra have shown the transparent and opaque parts in the visible and UV wavelengths.  相似文献

The fabrication of light trapping architectures for electron beam (e-beam) evaporated polycrystalline Si thin film solar cells is investigated based on tailored self-organized light scattering silica nanospheres and 2 dimensional periodic nanoimprinted structures on glass. A microscopic analysis reveals a unique correlation between the microstructure of high-rate e-beam evaporated Si and the substrate topography. These features provide the basis for the design of nanostructured Si that complies with its distinctive growth characteristics. A layer of self-organized nanospheres embedded in a sol–gel matrix and an anti-reflection coating is found to be an e-beam compatible light trapping approach for poly-Si solar cells, contributing to an increase of 50% in current collection. We developed a preparation process for arrays of equidistant free-standing Si crystals with remarkable optical absorption characteristics based on a nanoimprinted glass substrate by selectively etching e-beam evaporated Si. This periodic approach opens design possibilities for effective three-dimensional architectures for advanced photon management.  相似文献

采用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)法分别在玻璃衬底和p型薄膜硅衬底上制备了微晶硅薄膜。使用拉曼谱仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪等对微晶硅薄膜进行检测,重点研究了硅烷浓度、衬底温度对薄膜沉积速率和晶化率的影响。实验结果表明:两种衬底上薄膜的沉积速率均随硅烷浓度的增大、衬底温度的升高而变大。硅烷浓度对两种衬底的薄膜晶化率影响规律相同,即均随其升高而降低;但两种衬底的衬底温度影响规律存在差别:对玻璃衬底而言,温度升高,样品晶化率减小;而p型薄膜硅衬底则在温度升高时,样品晶化率先增大后减小。此外还发现,晶化率与薄膜光学性能及含氧量存在较密切关联。  相似文献

Mixed ZnO‐ZrO2 films have been obtained by sol‐gel technology. By using spin coating method, the films were deposited on Si and glass substrates. The influence of thermal annealings (the temperatures vary from 400 °C to 750 °C) on their structural properties has been studied. The structural behavior has been investigated by the means of XRD and FTIR techniques. The results revealed no presence of mixed oxide phases, the detected crystal phases were related to the hexagonal ZnO and to crystalline ZrO2. The sol‐gel ZnO‐ZrO2 films showed polycrystalline structure with a certain degree of an amorphous fraction. The optical transmittance reached 91% and it diminished with increasing the annealing temperatures. The optical properties of the sol‐gel ZnO‐ZrO2 films, deposited on glass substrates are excellent with high transparency and better then those of pure ZrO2 films, obtained at similar technological conditions. This study deals with the role of the different substrates on the microstructural, optical and electronical properties of TiO2 thin films produced by conventional direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering in a mixture of pure argon and oxygen using a Ti metal target with the aid of X–ray diffractometer (XRD), ultra violet spectrometer (UV–vis) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements. Transparent TiO2 thin films are deposited on Soda lime glass, MgO(100), quartz and sitall substrates. Phase purity, surface morphology, optical and photocatalytic properties of the films are compared with each other. It is found that the amplitude of interference oscillation of the films is in a range of 77‐89%. The transmittance of the film deposited on Soda lime glass is the smallest while the film produced on MgO(100) substrate obtains the maximum transmittance value. The refractive index and optical band gap of the TiO2 thin films are also inferred from the transmittance spectra. The results show that the film deposited on Soda lime glass has the better optical property while the film produced on MgO(100) substrate exhibits much better photoactivity than the other films because of the large optical energy band gap. As for the XRD results, the film prepared on MgO(100) substrate contains the anatase phase only; on the other hand, the other films contain both anatase and rutile phases. The liquid crystal (LC) alignment behaviors of LC cells fabricated with cellulose acetate films were investigated. These polymer films exhibited good optical transparency in the visible light region (400–700 nm). For example, transmittance value (92%) of the cellulose acetate film onto glass substrate at 550 nm is better that (89%) of the polyimide (PI) film, the most commonly used LC alignment layers. These LC cells fabricated with the rubbed cellulose acetate films showed the homogeneous planar LC alignment with parallel direction with respect to the rubbing direction. The electro-optical characteristics of the LC cells made from the cellulose acetate films such as response time were as good as those fabricated from rubbed PI films.  相似文献

采用磁控反应共溅射的方法,以金属Ce和Sn为金属源,成功地制备出CeOx-SnOx薄膜.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试手段对薄膜的结构、表面形貌及成分进行了分析和表征.结果表明薄膜以岛状模式生长,随氩氧比降低,结晶性增强,出现CeO2和SnO相.此外,利用紫外-可见分光光度计对薄膜的光学性能进行了研究,测试结果表明薄膜对紫外光有极强的吸收作用.当氩氧流量比为3∶1时,紫外光平均透过率仅为5.80;,而可见光平均透过率为81.48;.  相似文献

A SOI-based optoelectronic device needs a high-quality anti-reflection coating on both faces of the device to minimize the optical reflectance from the face. In this work amorphous silicon oxynitride films were deposited on silicon substrates by ion beam assisted deposition (IBAD). The main purpose was to use silicon oxynitride film as single layer anti-reflection coating for SOI-based optoelectronic devices. This application is primarily based on the ability to tune the silicon oxynitride optical functions to the values optimal by changing deposition parameters. The chemical information was measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) was applied to measure the refractive index and thickness. Single-side polished silicon substrate that was coated with silicon oxynitride film exhibited low reflectance. Double-side polished silicon substrate that was coated with silicon oxynitride film exhibited high transmittance. The results suggested silicon oxynitride film was a very attractive single layer anti-reflection coating for SOI-based optoelectronic device.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene oxide)–titania (PEO–TiO2) organic–inorganic hybrid films were synthesized through a sol–gel process and spin coating. The mixed precursor sols were aged for 6 and 12 h, respectively, prior to the spin coating. Hybrid films were crystallized to the anatase phase first and then further heat treated at elevated temperatures for different time periods to analyze the anatase-to-rutile phase transformation. Quantitative X-ray diffraction (Q-XRD) results were employed for Johnson–Mehl–Avrami (JMA) kinetic analyses and the Avrami exponent (n) was determined for each film. The Arrhenius plots were created based on the JMA plots and the activation energy (Q) values for the phase transformation were determined for each film. The difference in the phase transformation kinetics in the films was discussed based upon the difference in the activation energy values and thus the molecular structures of each hybrid film. Nanoporous and nanocrystalline anatase films were successfully achieved through the retarded phase transformation during the pyrolysis of the organic–inorganic hybrid films. Owing to the maximized surface area these nano-structured anatase films are highly expected to show the enhanced photocatalytic efficiency compared to common TiO2 films as well as sintered bulk forms.  相似文献

Sol‐gel route has been applied for a deposition of the thin films of aluminum oxide and Ag embedded in Al2O3 films. The films are spin‐coated on Si and quartz substrates with the film thickness of 120 nm. XRD analysis has been used for the determination of the film structure. FTIR spectroscopy is applied for studying vibrational properties of the obtained coatings. Optical characterization is done by UV‐VIS spectroscopy. The formation of Ag nanoparticles has been confirmed by XRD and optical data. The sol‐gel process is found to be useful technology for incorporation of Ag nanoparticles in the metal oxide matrices. The formation of sulfated zirconia films from a sol–gel derived aqueous suspension is subjected to double-optical monitoring during batch dip coating. Interpretation of interferometric patterns, previously obscured by a variable refractive index, is now made possible by addition of its direct measurement by a polarimetric technique in real time. Significant sensitivity of the resulting physical thickness and refractive index curves (uncertainties of ±7 nm and ±0.005, respectively) to temporal film evolution is shown under different withdrawal speeds. As a first contribution to quantitative understanding of temporal film formation with varying nanostructure during dip coating, detailed analysis is directed to the stage of the process dominated by mass drainage, whose simple modeling with temporal t−1/2 dependence is verified experimentally.  相似文献

An ambient drying process (1 atm, 270 °C) has been developed in order to synthesize window glazing coated with silica aerogel films. The aerogel film could be manufactured by this process of wet gel films obtained via a dip-/spin-coating of the silica sol on a glass slide. Before drying, the isoproponol solvent in wet gels was exchanged with n-heptane to minimize the drying shrinkage. The thickness, refractive index, and porosity of silica films were 0.16–10 μm, 1.08–1.09, and 80–84%, respectively. The transmittance of window glazing was over 90% and we could predict that the optimal thermal conductivity (0.2 W/(m K)) of the window glazing would be obtained at the aerogel thickness of 100 μm (0.016 W/(m K)).  相似文献

碲化镉(CdTe)因具有良好的光电性能和吸收性能经常被作为太阳电池的吸收层材料.以纯度为99.99;的CdTe陶瓷靶为靶材在玻璃衬底上采用射频磁控溅射的方法制备了一系列的CdTe薄膜,研究了衬底温度对样品薄膜的厚度、结构和光学性能的影响.结果表明:随着衬底温度的增加薄膜的厚度在逐渐地减少;制备的薄膜都是立方闪锌矿结构且具有高度的(111)面择优取向;薄膜对可见光有较好的吸收性能,随衬底温度的增加而减小.  相似文献

The zinc oxide thin films were deposited by the sol–gel method on the glass microscope slide substrates. The microstructure of films was determined as a function of film thickness as well as annealing temperature using X-ray line broadening technique and applying whole powder pattern modeling (WPPM). This investigation showed that the film thickness has no significant effect on the grain size, whereas the dislocation density decreases with the film thickness. On the other hand with the rise of annealing temperature the dislocation density decreases, but the crystallite size becomes larger.  相似文献

Abstract

The structure, morphology and optical transmittance spectra of pentacene films on the (glass/ITO) surface were studied. The films were grown by two methods - the thermal vacuum deposition (TVD) and pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The electron diffraction pattern from thermally deposited pentacene films confirms their polycrystalline structure while the diffraction pattern of PLD-coated layers has a diffusion character. The results obtained showed that layers deposited by the TVD method has an optical spectrum that is characteristic for the pentacene film in contrary to the layers deposited by the PLD method. It is found a sensitivity of the optical transmittance of pentacene films to the ammonia action, which may be used for development the optical gas sensor.  相似文献

This paper describes the preparation and characterization of fiber-textured SrAl2O4:Eu films on a quartz glass substrate using a homo-buffer layer. The effect of the buffer layer on the crystallinity and adhesion was investigated by cross-section transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the prepared film was not only well crystallized but also highly textured. The preferred orientation of this textured film was confirmed to be (0 3 1) by pole figure measurement. In addition, this film exhibits excellent optical transparency, with an average transmittance of more than 80% in the visible range.  相似文献

The sol-gel process in the dip-coating variant opens an interesting way for the production of thin metal oxide or transition metal oxide films with useful properties. This paper present result on the desposition and the characterization of thin SiO2 films. The influence different process parameters, such as the composition and the aging behaviour of the coating solution, the withdrawal speed and the thermal treatment on important properties such as refractive index, film thickness, crystallinity and topography was tested. ZnO thin films with various Co doping levels (0%, 1%, 3%, 5%, 8%, respectively) have been synthesized by sol gel spin coating method on glass substrates. XRD and XPS studies of the films reveal that cobalt ions are successfully doped into ZnO crystal lattice without changing the hexagonal wurtzite structure. The morphologies are studied by SEM and AFM and show wrinkle network structures with uniform size distribution. With Co doping concentration increasing, the wrinkle network width decreases gradually. The transmittance spectra indicate that Co doping can effectively reduce the optical bandgap of ZnO thin films. Photoluminescence show that all samples have ultraviolet, violet and green emission. When Co doping concentration increases up to 5%, the intensity of violet emission is greatly increased and a strong deep blue emission centered at 439 nm appears. The ferromagnetism of all samples was observed at room temperature. The emission mechanisms and ferromagnetism origination are discussed in detail. (© 2012 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
