Copper chloride-catalyzed S-arylation of arenethiols is effected with activated aryl chlorides in neat water by using ethylenediamine as the pair ligand/base. This convenient, environmentally more friendly procedure for the coupling of aryl chlorides allows the arylation between sterically demanding coupling partners.  相似文献

A mild, general, and efficient copper-catalyzed system for C-S bond formation with high chemoselectivity and wide functional group tolerance is developed. With CuBr as catalyst and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-8-hydroxy-quinoline as ligand, the S-arylation of thiols with aryl halides performed well, the activated aryl iodides could take place even at room temperature, and the activated aryl bromides and chlorides give the corresponding products with good to excellent yields as well.  相似文献

A highly efficient Suzuki cross-coupling reaction between benzylic halides and aryl boronic acids using palladium chloride as catalyst in acetone:water (3:1) as the solvent system has been developed. High yields of products, mild reaction conditions and short reaction times in the absence of ligand are important features of this method.  相似文献

A convenient and efficient protocol has been developed for the cross-coupling of amides and aryl iodides using a ligand-free copper(I) oxide catalyst in water. A variety of amide derivatives afforded the corresponding N-arylated products in moderate to good yields (up to 88%).  相似文献

The synthesis of vinyl sulfides through the coupling reaction of thiols with vinyl iodides, bromides, and chlorides is described. The thiols can couple with aryl iodides in the presence of only 0.5 mol % Cu(2)O without the need for an ancillary ligand. In the presence of 5 mol % of Cu(2)O and 10 mol % 1,10-phenanthroline as the ligand, the more challenging alkyl vinyl bromides can also be coupled with thiols, giving the vinyl sulfides in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Synthesis and utilization of a simple copper on iron catalyst in the coupling of aryl halides with thiols through disulfide intermediate is reported. The iron support of copper catalyst ensures reductive media for the coupling, allows easy removal of the metals by outer magnetic field and enables the recycling of the catalyst.  相似文献

We describe the palladium-mediated reaction of vinyltributylgermanes with aryl halides under Heck conditions. Depending on their degree of substitution, (E)-vinyltributylgermanes preferentially afford either the cine or Z-alkenyl coupled products in moderate yields. Substituents at the allylic position, especially oxygen, impact regio- and stereoselectivity.  相似文献

This Letter describes a copper catalyzed sulfonamide coupling reaction with aryl bromides to form N-aryl sulfonamides under mild conditions, including the first examples of Cu-catalyzed sulfonamide coupling at room temperature. The reaction protocol tolerates a broad range of substrates including a variety of primary and secondary sulfonamides and challenging heteroaryl bromides such as 2-bromothiazole.  相似文献

A practical and promising protocol was developed for N-arylations of various amines with differently substituted aryl halides. The processes are efficiently promoted by the catalyst system involving the environmentally benign Fe2O3 and the universal ligand L-proline. The versatility, convenient operation, low cost, and environmental friendliness, in combination with the high yields, render this method viable for use in both laboratory research and larger industrial scales.  相似文献

A simple, efficient, and inexpensive copper catalyzed protocol has been developed for cross-coupling of indoles with aryl halides by using glycerol as a green recyclable solvent and DMSO as an additive. The reaction was carried out at low catalyst loading furnishing various N-aryl indoles in good to excellent yield. This copper/glycerol mixture was recycled up to four runs without any loss in its catalytic activity.  相似文献

NiCl2·6H2O efficiently catalyzes the C-S bond formation by the cross-coupling of aryl iodides with thiols in tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) in excellent yield. The reaction functions in air and the NiLn-TBAB can be recovered and recycled without the loss of activity.  相似文献

A green and efficient method has been developed for the cross-coupling of 2-mercaptobenzothiazoles with aryl iodides in water. The reactions proceeded smoothly under ligand-free conditions in the presence of TBAB to give the corresponding products in good yields. The protocol showed good tolerance toward a variety of functional groups. A substrate-promoted mechanism for this catalytic reaction has been proposed.  相似文献
